Such an amazing shop with beautiful, good quality products and so many types of honey! You can bring in your own containers and fill them up with honey, shampoos, conditioners, laundry liquids etc

Great store - a great place to go to when I’m at the central markets. The knowledgeable and friendly staff, the great range of products makes me return again and again. I love the peanut butter, the choccies and just browsing the shelves.

House of Health is my favorite shop in Adelaide. I love their products but the customer service in the central market was so bad.
I usually go to the one in Norwood and staff are always nice and friendly. But here, one of the women staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when I asked some products.

She just told me that I need to go to the next door and ask other staff, then walked away. I was like…what? Where is the next door? Isn’t it a same shop and there is just a wall in between?
In the end, I gave up to buy it and I would never come back this shop. it’s better to go the one in Norwood, there is more variety too.

My happy place, essential oils,oils,supplies for making personal care products,bulk detergent,floor cleaner,dish soap,shampoo/conditioner,personal care items,soap bars,candles,incense,jewlery,honey/ honeycomb,and much more, a friendly and knowledgeable, staff base, always welcoming.

Good products and variety in groceries. I like their product a lot. Sadly, this shop has miserable and very poor customer service. I bought nut butter here and the butter maker machine switch is broken and it kept running and a bit over spilled of the bottle. When I went to the counter, asked help from a staff about paper napkin, does she has it or anything that I can clean the butter. She said “WE HAVE NO PAPER NAPKIN”. I tried to help myself looked in my bag for paper napkin or anything I can clean it. But I dont have it at all and I have so many heavy groceries on my bag. So struggle with myself and I don’t want butter to dirt around my grocery bag. So I asked her politely again. “The butter is a bit dirty out from the bottle, I am afraid that it will dirty around my groceries, Could you please help me clean it with anything or let me lend anything to clean it?“ So, she turned her back to back counter(it is drink counter I cannot really remember), she picked paper napkin and clean the butter bottle for me.
Actually, she does not have to clean the bottle for me, just give me the paper napkin or anything that I can clean it by myself.

Anyway, I almost cried and I think why she is so mean???
At the end, she tried to speak to me nicely, Have a good day. But I dont feel good about it at all and looked at her in compassion way,
This lady is so mean.
So mean to other human being who is the customer. Probably she get some mistreat from the owner or manager at the shop?? Does She get overloaded work or underpaid??
The butter is not that cheap. I have the receipt too since I did the real purchase, not scam or want to defame their reputation of the shop. But I think it is in the way that you need to really think about your staff customer service skills and their attitude.

Great place, with fresh food, and friendly staff.

I’ve been going here for years! I’ve always found the service and the value for money very good.

Today I ordered a large salad for $15!! It wasn’t even 1/2 full. When I ask the guy if it was actually a large he was rude and I couldn’t be bother arguing! I will never be back… so disappointed.

Best shop to buy honey, essential oils, herbs, natural soaps and many more. They have wide range of honey. All staff members are very friendly and helpful.

Love their organic range. I've ordered a couple of mixed fruit and vegetable boxes.

I have been going to the Honey Shoppe for years and I have always purchased my carrier oils, herbs, honey, essential oils and much more, at fantastic prices. Not only the prices are great but the products have always been out standing quality, and the boys and the staff have never let me down as a customer.
So if your needing products to make your next project whether that's making soap, or herbal tea, or a oil remedy, please come to these guys I highly recommend them and they will help you in any way they can, you won't be disappointed.
You must come see their new shop in the central markets, I been to the old shop they had and the new, and it's refreshing and happy to see a great bunch of people and suppliers, be rewarded with their beautiful new location in the Markets.

Very disappointed with the decline in quality of the in-house almond butter and customer service. When enquired about the increasingly dry and coarse nature of the product (despite increasing price), was told this cannot be changed, despite previously being told otherwise. The manager then walked off. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I bought another kg jar, only to find that it is not only still dry and coarse, but it now tastes like they've mixed peanut butter into the product. Very disappointed and unlikely to purchase from them again.

This shoppe has everything health related you'd need. You can refill things like handwash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry and kitchen products. Very helpful staff.

Other than having a few vegetarian things, this is a great place to eat with many vegan options. Also they have a kids multi vitamin in vegan here which we always buy. Great spot for food in Adelaide!

I've been their customer since 2008 when their shop was located at the other side of the market and they've never let me down. Now they are at the new location with modern interior and even better facilities. Always High quality product in great price. They have range of products such as honey, beewax goods, herb, spices, natural scent, candles, soap, and even giftware. I especially recommend their honey (they are named HONEY SHOPPE!!) because of top quality honey in very reasonable price. Mostly local SA honey but some from interstate as well. Bring your own bottle or tub and buy bulk honey then the price will be even cheaper!

Service was outstanding. The young woman was washing up with her back to me and as soon as I stepped up to the counter she turned around and served me like she dropped everything to serve me. Outstanding service. Good organic too. Not many places have organic coffee. I’ll definitely be back.

Very good place for organic personal care merchandise. Most product are made in-house. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Lovely little organic shop with a great range of products from meats to sweets and everything in between. Fresh organic fruit and vegetables as well as pasta, dairy, vegetarian and vegan products. Check it out!

Love this place, always come here to get my beans. But I do sometimes get honey & a few other things, but not today.

Love this shop, always got my honey here, so many varieties of local honey. It better & cheaper than the supermarkets. Has a variery of oils, shampoos etc & some giftware.

Very helpful staff, plenty of great products. Will have to try their cafe one day, looks yummy!

Went into the store today and love it, as the staff are lovely and greeted me when they approached me. I love the new renovation to this lovely store and looks so beautiful as well.

2. Coffee and drinks; if you're thirsty they have loads of coconut water and kombucha drinks water all the usual aperitifs a health food store would normally have.
3. Food; I am always happy with my healthy food choices and the organic fruit and veg in the store.
4. Vibe; Welcoming, always has a chilled calming and healthy vibe.
5. Cleanliness; I liked the cleanliness of the store.
6. Point of difference;
Overall I give them a 5 out of 5 for friendliness, service/ and comprehensive range of healthy organic gluten-free fruit food and vegetables . I also like the knowledge and good advice I usually get from the owners . I have been coming to this shop for a good 6 years now   Will of course go back. 5 out of 5✔✔✔✔✔

A really good shop with little bits of everything! Their museli is worth driving in for, they make an amazing peanut butter and almond butter. It’s so much fun exploring each corner of this packed store

This small shop has a surprisingly great range of products. Very friendly service. Love the fact that I can ask them about the fast of products and they can answer as they have tried them.
