I ate here for a quick meal and this might be the best here in Brandon Park. The curries are great, The dal was amazing. The eggplant curry was really soft and tasty. The Veg pan roll was fresh and crispy! It is very good for it's price and the portion are really fair.

The toilets are filthy. I am assuming staff also use the same toilets? Then proceed to touch and prepare food for customers! Do better .
Went for dinner today and ordered a variety dishes, including the Special Goat Curry, Tandori Chicken, Garlic Naan & Mango Lassi.
All of the dishes were extremely well presented and prepared and had a great flavour. The service was very friendly and prompt.

I had an incredible dining experience at Simply Indian Hoppers Crossing! This restaurant has become one of my absolute favourites for its outstanding Indian cuisine. The food quality is simply amazing, with each dish bursting with authentic flavors and freshness. The variety on the menu caters to diverse tastes, and the attention to detail in every dish is commendable. The staff is warm, welcoming, and provides excellent service, making every visit enjoyable. This Indian snack place offers a decent selection, but falls short in terms of flavor and freshness. Portion sizes are average, and the service is acceptable. While it may satisfy a quick craving, the overall experience is mediocre, lacking the vibrancy and authenticity found in Mumbai/Delhi based street food cuisine.
Do not order delivery from this restaurant. They either don't deliver on time or fail to deliver at all. Has happened to me twice now. No communication regarding these matters. Never again. (Ordered via Menulog)

Best indian food I have ever taste in Australia. Their chicken briyani is the best I've ever had and chicken was really good cooked really well. Wanted to meet the chef and say that he is a genius.
They have the best samosa and bread pakora so far, amazing Indian sweets especially besan and plain barfi. Yummy and tasteful, its never enough with their crispy samosas with yummy sauces to go with it. Also their jalebi is a must try!
This is a late post. We went to Simply Indian on my birthday in the first week of November. This was our first time at Simply Indian. The ambience was good, the staff was courteous and the service was commendable. As it was our first time we were not quite sure what we wanted to order but we ended up ordering butter chicken as our daughter loves that. We ordered lamb awash, it was good. Our 4 year old son loved and so did we. It was a little spicy although we asked for mild. I wouldn't say it was spicy but could even mild feel spicy for kids. He kept drinking water and still enjoyed the lamb. Ordered seekh kebab, I would say it's the best but not bad. Others might enjoy it. Chicken lollipop we ordered - kids loved it as it was fried. Then we also ordered dosa and vada. It was worth the amount we spent as the quality and quantity was awesome. We left the place satisfied.

We have eaten from Saffron Delights on several occasions. Always the food has been delicious, and the staff hospitable. We especially like the vegetable curries, which are vegan friendly.
Im a regular here and i have been enjoying the delicious food. Not only the food, but the service was impeccable, the staff always had a smile on their face. Above all, the food was delicous, the snacks, curries, and biriyani.

Pre ordered 3 days before, hoping to pick up on the day and time needed. Huge line for Diwali. Person next to me suggested to go in and ask as I have pre ordered and should not have to be in the line. Went in, they said we "will serve when your turn comes". Went back in line. When it was finally my turn. They only partly done my order and got the day completely wrong. So gave me a day older sweets and charged me for complete order. Could not speak logic to them any more. Never going back to them.
I’m taken aback by the quantity and pricing of their items. I sooo wish I would’ve checked the reviews on here prior to going down. I’m never going again for sure. They’re ridiculously priced for the quantity they’re serving. I ordered Manchurian noodles for $19 and the picture below speaks for itself re the quantity. When I checked the reviews now, they responded to some customers that they’ll makes things better and they sure haven’t. Most of these Indian places, especially in the south-east, are looting people. It wasn’t even half of 500ml box for $19. And it doesn’t even taste good. Manchurian tasted burnt and noodles just tasted of burnt sauce. Please don’t go and waste your money. Not worth a cent. Their pricing would be apt for a proper restaurant, this one’s just a food truck in an area full of potholes. I’m super glad I didn’t purchase more than one item. I would be beating myself up if I did.

I've visited this restaurant countless times and it never disappoints. The dosa, entrées, chat platters, and biryani are simply mouthwatering. Beyond the food, their quick service and warm hospitality add to the overall dining experience. But what truly sets them apart is their impeccable consistency in taste and standards. A must-visit!

Paid almost 100 bucks for 4 dishes and the food was really bad. All dishes either raw or stale. Veg manchurian balls were absolutely raw and u could taste the corn flour. The veggies in the garlic chilli chicken gravy were raw and stale again, seems like the chef is just throwing things together but not cooking them, and if you’re simply indian and reading this review, i will happily save the food so u can see for urself. Will never order again !!

Food is amazing, good job chef really! Though the women are not very welcoming and dont know if its strange or normal to get your guest to pack their own left over food but that happened. I asked if she can put it in the container and looks at me and says um not really as she proceeds to pack the food. Strange experience, I felt tense and uncomfortable. I want to say in future I will get the food to go, but they put that bad taste in my mouth that im not even ordering to go either sorry.

There ragulas smelling very bad, when we eat its feels like we area eating rubber. Very bad quality sweets, we buy khoa barfi as well it is also average. My stomach is paning after eating there these rasgulas.

Their samosas used to be soo good but recently their quality has gone down. We ordered some samosas and the lady in the counter packed it for us, we didn’t check at the moment but when we reached home it was burnt, she packed burnt samosas, why would u sell them if it was burnt, we trusted them.

Great little spot on a nice day to enjoy chaat and chai. We had bhelpuri and sevpuri, both of which were delicious.
The pricing at $12 each was premium given there is no seating. As the cars are squashed in a small area with little parking guidance, you can get caught in or end up blocking others. It might be a good idea to take away the food and enjoy it at home or nearby.

I'm in heaven here. I delivered for this place before eating here, and the lovely lady Azu (sorry for the spelling) allowed me and my wife to sample a little of their sweets. She's also really friendly and helpful, and the service is top notch.

An absolute disaster of food and service, Ordered takeaway for all the family and friends, food was stale with an off smell. There is no consistency in this place. Please don't waste your time and look for something better or rather eat at home 👍
Delicious and fresh food. Amazing customer service. Staff is very generous and accommodating. They made paratha for our son accommodating his taste which shows that their fillings are not pre-made. Not recommended at all, worst experience. Went in morning time we were the only one , the serving time was mentioned 9:30am but still got served around 10:00 am. Ordered fried rice and got jeera rice nothing tasted like fried rice and in paneer noodles were too sweet. Also quantity was very less and had no taste. Worst customer service, not recommended at all , better to go to singh sweets it’s far better than this. Jalebis were frozen hoped for something fresh. Really worst experience.
Yesterday I buy 1/2 kg jilebi. After back home I saw all jilebi r broken all are hard even no sugar syrup inside. How they sell that type of jilebi. Very bed experience & I just shocked. Good place to have vegetarian food and sweets. There are lots of options of Indian snacks like samosas, noodles, chats, and so on. However, the place is really small and there is not much space to line on when it gets busy. Also, the service gets very slow and takes a long time to be served. Dining in is not a good option when busy as there are only two tables available. Good for take away and have different carieties of sweets in reasonable price which looks fresh than buying at other places.

We went there to eat breakfast, had Kulcha, Paratha, Chole Bhature, Paneer Masala, everything was absolutely amazing. We have our parents visiting from India and they loved it too. We were discussing that it is infact difficult to get such authentic taste even in Mumbai, India. Forget about dieting when you come to eat here. Loved the butter tossed over the parathas and kulchas.

One of the best biryanis I’ve ever had was found at this little restaurant. Food and customer service was 10/10. Parking is easy to find out the back of the restaurant or sometimes the front. It’s within walking distance of Thomastown station. Staff was friendly & our food also came within a reasonable time. 10/10 highly recommend for delicious Indian food.
What a gem, tried first time their lamb rogan josh, kofta, chilli paneer, kadhai paneer. Everything was up to mark. Hardworking small team, looking forward to try more items of their menu.

Nice place to have Indian food in Victoria Park. Staff was very polite and helpful. Service was good. Food was really tasty however the main course menu options could be expanded. Samosas were really tasty, however little overpriced as compared to other Indian restaurants but was worth it. Bombay Bhel was really tasty. Atmosphere was good, they have both indoor & outdoor seatings.

Simply Indian never fails to impress us with their food. Ample portions, pleasant environment and extremely efficient staff, especially Sharan who is always nearby and attentive to each and every customer. She makes the entire vibe much more pleasant. 😌

The best indian restaurant in the west side - near Pacific Werribee. We go every week for our dinner. The quality of the food especially chicken dum biriyani, bada, idly, dosa Mumbai style and masala style are our favs. The portion is very generous. The service and ambiance is awesome, really hats off to the staffs for maintaining this high standard of quality. Please keep this up and serving awesome food!!!

Ordered food from Desizz today, the phone response time was good, I booked delivery through Doordash and the delivery guys were excellent and on time, food was well packaged and wrapped up, I was particularly excited about the phirni or rabdi which arrived in a glass jar but I feel that affects pricing drastically suggestion to owners please keep costs low through affordable packaging boxes and containers, customers shouldn't have to bear the brunt of this, rabdi was exceptional but was it worth the price, maybe not, I loved the Gobi Manchurian better than the chilli paneer, but overall portion sizes were good, food delivered on time and without tampering, thank you guys will revisit again 😀

I felt plastic was overused. Street dude parking might be hard to find around.

One of the best Indian cuisine I have tasted in Melbourne. The quality and quantity of the dishes is excellent every time we’ve been here. The ambience too is simple but elegant. The original taste of paneer ( cottage cheese) is what my wife and I love the most! Keep up the good work!
Quite authentic and traditional place to visit. Been served food by Preeti last night. Amazing customer service. Loved the food and place vibes. Nice place to visit around.
The food is great but multiple times I have come when there’s no other customers and have been served after waiting for 40 minutes to an hour. The food was also not hot so there should be no reason to wait so long. Please work better on customer service and punctuality. Also have been noticed few times that there is favouritism between male and female customers. Males get served much quicker than females by female staff.
This compels me not to go Singh’s anymore and even recommend anyone.

A great place for authentic, delicious and variety of Indian food. It's a family run business and the owners are always present in the service area and kitchen making sure the food quality is right and service is quick. Its a good place with tasty food. We ordered samsosa chat but came to know that it was off the menu. We requested the chef if we coukd make 1 for us and he did!! Super thanks for going an extra mile for us. The samosa chat was delicious.

Authentic Food and excellent customer service. Price is very reasonable and everything is made with quality fresh ingredients. Since moved to west, Singh Sweets is our favourite spot to have brunch on every weekend. Will highly recommend to everyone to try out the variety food they make with great taste.

I ordered chole bhature from baba sweets.very bad quality of food. Bhature was uncooked and very thick from sides. It was not eatable. It was very bad experience. Plz check your quality before delivery because it is unhealthy for customers due to uncooked food.
Almost every food is good, but as if today 3/04/23 we ordered papdi chaat which is 12$ and we get only 6 pieces, which is ridiculous. This is not a fine dine restaurant its a food truck and the quantity and service doesn't justify the price at all. Owner should really look into this as customers will soon stop coming frequently
I purchased 1/2KG Jelapi and other 2 items. However, I found 70% Jelapi was broken and even not fresh. Before purchasing anything from this shop, please check it properly.
We had an Amazing experience in melbourne with Amritsari Chole and Kulcha. It just made me feel time travelled back to Punjab, India! Made me feel back home and I just felt so nostalgic about it. Felt like punjab was in Melbourne! Truly Desi! I tried the Amritsari chole on a friend's recommendation and truly relished it! Bang on! I would rate it a 10/10!
I have been wanting to come to this place for ages. We came today for lunch. The girl who was serving us was so attentive to every table. She was so good at managing the restaurant while being alone. The food was fantastic aswell. The breads were some of the best in Perth. We thoroughly enjoyed everything and we will definitely come back. Thanks so much.
These people are serving sweets decades older and i ordered 2 paranthas, whose stuffing was also look dry and older. Also ordered rasmalai which they themselves found out to be rotten so they offered Gulab jamun instead and guess what guys these gulaab jamun were as hard as rock. Also waiter served while talking on phone.
Would recommend Gobi Manchurian and So so hot Tandoori! The Garlic Naan (tried it with Butter Chicken) and papadums are also good.

Amazing food and service here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they helped us choose our dishes and checked up on us during our meal. The food tasted really great, especially the butter chicken which was creamy and the chaat was very crunchy and fresh.
Went for dinner with friends and family. The cocktails that they had were absolutely awesome and the food was amazing. Most of all would like to compliment the staff. They were very forthcoming with the options of what to get and also what they like. The food came out in a timely manner and they made sure our drinks were never empty. The decor and ambiance harks back to old school Mumbai. Brilliant addition to the Perth dining scene.

Decent place with decent food. Curry & naan were good though the curry had a very tangy taste. Biryani was also too spicy. I might change this review next time I visit this place but I’ll recommend that just mention to make biryani medium if you can’t have spicy as our was way too spicy & we had to leave it. Masala chaas didn’t come till we ordered our extra naan which isn’t acceptable to be frank but I’d let it go since the quality of food was really good. I’d also say that probably it would be good idea if we are able to order extras while we are sitting at our table rather than going to the counter while eating to order extra naan. This should be changed.

A must visit restaurant in Wentworthville. The food is exceptional and tasty. The choices for both Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian are excellent. The staff are very friendly and food was served in a timely manner.
Do note that when you order Kulcha, you get two portions with gravy. I went with my family and we felt the portion of food served is very generous and most dishes can serve for two people.

Over crowded while I visited during the weekend. Require to wait for a table and seating during peak hours. The indoor dining area is so congested that you can't really move out without disturbing other customers.

The food is good and so is the service. I feel very attentive, also put dried flowers and coriander on food. tasty and looks nice

The lunch specials are awesome and well priced. $15 for rice, naan, curry of your choice and chefs special curry. Delicious and a great portion. Lots of vegetarian options.
