One of the best gadget outlets in our country. The products are reliable, though a bit pricy. But it comes with 1 year warranty.
The frustrating thing is that they sell the items thats was ordered by you.
I ordered a headphone and the pickup point was in their bashundhara outlet. They gave me a call and even told me i can get the product if i arrive then or the next day. i went there the next day. But they told me they had sold my product to someone else. How frustrating ! They told me to come again next day which is quite tough for me as i live far away. I hope they can solve their pathetic mess of running a delivery/pickup service if they cant even keep their promises.

Don’t know why it is always crowded. Services they provide is not upto the mark. No free international warranty claiming service. Stuffs are arrogant. Pre-order service is horrible. Sometimes you have to wait for the product for a month though they promise to give it within some days.

Buying a phone from them is the worst decision of my life. Bought a s20 from them and it only lasted 7 days. They sold me a faulty unit. When I was buying the phone, they didn't say any single word that the device I'm buying is defective. They just wanted to hide the fact that the device is damaged. When I took the device and started to use it, within 2 days the device's touch is gone, screen flickering, battery lasting for 2/3 hours. When I took it back to them, they declined to replace the device.
Don't waste your money on them. STAY AWAY from them. I made the mistake, don't make the same mistake as I did.

Very slow at processing orders. I've ordered a product 2 days ago and 2 days later they call me to confirm the order. So I cancelled my order. Their website is totally useless; In their website if you ordered more than one product then you're forced to have on demand delivery which is costly and can't let you select express delivery which is delivered at lower delivery fee in regular time. And they charge extra for online payment and call it a "convenience fee". Can't cancel or change the order from the website either.
among the many mobile phone shops in Bashundhara this shop is the best IMO because their customer support is amazing, My relative bought an unofficial phone and they were very supportive of their customers. We asked at least 50 questions and the salesman was very patient and took his to answer all of our queries.

Their services dropped drastically, they lack coordination between their own teams. They may grew their business, but surely lost loyal customers due to their lack of service quality.

Please be mindful that if you purchase any unofficial phone from them, anticipate allocating funds for display and motherboard replacements soon. My device, along with others', lasted only 43 days.

Trust me or not, all of their unofficial phones are refurbished. i bought one, found refurbished. then i got a replacement phone that was refurbished too. their main owner is the main scammer. STRICTLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Stupid people sitting over there. I sent one MacBook as it was not getting on & they gave diagnosis report that Mother Board is damaged. They took 2000 BDT as diagnosis fee. Later on found that Macbook is absolutely fine & still running. It was simply power issue. It got open easily in recovery mode. How come without checking basic things they give wrong report and charge customer??
