I recently visited the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Dhaka, and I must say it was quite a pleasant experience overall. The embassy is now conveniently located in the heart of the Baridhara Diplomatic enclave, right opposite the American embassy and beside the German embassy. This prime location makes it easily accessible and secure.
The embassy building itself is impressive, with modern Islamic art and a well-decorated interior. The ambience inside is calming, and it reflects the importance of the diplomatic relations between Turkey and Bangladesh.
The staff at the embassy were friendly and professional, although there was a slight delay in starting the appointment process. My appointment was scheduled for 9 AM, but it began around 9:30 AM. However, there was no rush, and the operator was amiable. They asked relevant questions, accepted payments in cash, and efficiently concluded the session.
One notable aspect is that the embassy handles various services, including birth registration, population-related matters, marriage procedures, passport and visa services, and more. This comprehensive range of services is beneficial for both Turkish citizens and Bangladeshis looking to engage with Turkey.

They are slow as a snail. They are taking 2.5 years to process a student visa and 19 months to process a family reunion visa. A lot of families are suffering because of this. They don’t care.

They’re charging too much money just to attest papers. To attest a certificate you have to make bank deposit of 3000tk at MTB.
They are the most unprofessional embassy you'd come across in your entire life. MY wife had applied for residence permit as an accompanying family, and it has been more than two months Since a request for an interview was requested by SIRI. However, none of them bothered to look into the case. In addition, whenever my wife or I tried to contact them, they simply would not listen or explain to what is going on, instead they would simply cut off the call. This is the level of professionalism you get from your so-called upholder of human rights and self-righteous. Their behavior made us feel as if we are not even human beings for them simply because we belong from a poor nation.
Spouse visa needs more than 12 months to get document submission email. World’s slowest service provider is this office.

Some Visa officers don‘t know how to behave with visa applicants and customers. They are impolite and unprofessional even if you have family members and child with you. They don‘t consider anything. I would request the Embassy to train them first how to behave professionally with customers before they go to Job desk. In most cases German people are professional & polite although they might cancel your visa laughing but the most of Bangladeshi people learn nothing from them. The Embassy represents always its respective country, so you should think of your culture and behaviour before you recruit someone who can create bad image on your culture.

If you are not interested to give any visa for young couple or people then you should not take any application from them for tourism visa. Very bad bad bad .
Its very sad that they are not doing anything Against student visa situation. They are just pretending to be deaf and playing with the life of young generation of Bangladesh.
There should have a waiting room for the appointment candidate relatives. Rather they keep them standing outside the embassy gate literally in main road. Such a dishonour and mismanagement in my opinion

I sent them more then 5/6 email about Visa Sponsorship for my family to visit me here in Berlin.They not even reply one email to me. When i directly call them they said i have to email to them. But no response at all. I already applied for Approval here in German immigration for my family to visit me. They issued approval letter for me. Which was Valid for 6 months. Already 7 months gone my approval is expired. But they didn't give appointment for Apply the visa with them in Bangladesh. If they don't want to issues visa for Bangladeshi

Embassy of Nepal in Dhaka. It is located in prime location in Gulshan. Staffs are cooperative and friendly. Premises is beautiful with flowers and beautiful garden.

I have been working since 2008 in UAE First AbuDhabi Bank(FAB) right now I’m in dhaka. I went couple of days in uae embassy (dhaka) one of the receptionist(I don’t know the name he’s slim-body without beard) his behaviour rude, he has no manner how to talk with Clint specially uae residents Clint. I hope gentle & educated person should sit over there. Thanks

I visited the Embassy on 6th September. At present their office hour is 9.00 am to 3.00 pm. I reached there at 9.15 am and waited for one and half hour. I became surprised seeing the timetable of the officials. Maximum officials attended the office after 9.00 am even some officials came to office after 10 am. For a very simple issue I had to wait for long time as related official did not come to the office in time.

I was extremely bored while waiting here. They forced us to turn off our cellphones, and talking was not allowed, not even whispering!

Most useless embassy ever! Their phone numbers don’t work and they do not respond to your emails. After calling and mailing for 5 days - without any response - I had to go there in person and hear “sorry, you have to solve everything yourself because we can’t do anything for you”... SO what’s the point of this embassy???

The location of the Embassy is good. Service is satisfactory too but they should provide a waiting lounge or some seating arrangements for the applicants & gurdians(of students).
Very disappointed with the service of UAE Embassy visa center.
Submitted my marriage certificate copies for attestation on July 17, 2019 at the center, yet there is no update or calls. I called many times but everytime I get a reply saying we will let you know when we have something in hand. Atleast they should let us know what's the matter. Didn't expect such carelessness and slow speed of work from UAE embassy.

Our country is poor country they think it. Not all people. I never expected from their decision. Im apply two times they refused my visa. They think never comeback from turkey. I have enough balance (70k usd) and good business also have good travel history and other country second home, business.

In terms of hospitality, this is the worst embassy i have ever visited in Dhaka. First of all, there is no waiting area, visitors need to keep standing on the main road outside the consulate entrance.
On the day of passport collection, though the collection time is given between 1700-1800 Hrs, they always deliver passport after 1800 hrs at a sloth manner.
The behaviour of the security guys are quite harsh towards the visitors.

Though I didn't visit this embassy but I knew one of person of Denmark who visited our village 2 years ago.His behavior was so beautiful and honest.l loved his honesty.From that day I also love this country.I think they are very honest, punctual, discipline.If I get any opportunity to visit this country I want to go.Though it is very impossible for me..
