Vêtements pas beaux et chaussures de mauvaises qualités c était mieux avant et maintenant commerce à remettre

Ze hebben veel in het assortiment niet veel verschillende maten. De maat 35 vinden voor vrouwen is zeer moeilijk hier.
Ondanks ze veel in de winkel hebben is het niet mijn smaak.
De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Very bad workers , they don’t listen client , sell you something that is not appropriate and then they decline to change it .

If you have other options, you'd be better off shopping *absolutely anywhere else*. The kind of experience I've had with them has left me surprised that they are still in business (and honestly a little hopeful that they close down soon so as to not cheat other customers).

I say this for two reasons:
Firstly, if you purchase anything, you're locked in forever. From the minute the payment leaves your hand, your money becomes theirs.
Secondly, if you even *think* about returning a product, prepare for a public altercation with an adamant cashier and an outright rude manager who could care less about your consumer rights and more about keeping their money despite faults in the product.

The story behind this:
I purchased a pair of waterproof shoes at this location because it's the Belgian rainy season. Everything confirmed that this shoe was waterproof, from the Sports Direct website, the shoe name, the shoebox, the store shelves, and even the employee who took the shoebox from the stockroom. Lo and behold, while walking in the streets that are so often damp with the rain, my socks became wet -- the day after purchase.
Any logical person would reason that the "waterproof" marked shoes were not functioning properly, hence a defective product. Naturally, I went back to the store to return the shoes because the Sports Direct website says that orders placed in person will be "fully refunded" in the event of faulty products.
I was greeted by a cashier who saw my return and said, without even hearing my explanation, that the store categorically refuses to give refunds. Being a naive consumer who believes that businesses will actually uphold ethical standards, I was confused and explained to her that the waterproofing did not hold up and that the website policy is that faulty purchases will be returned and fully refunded. She insisted that "we are an offline store" and the policies don't apply.
She then proceeded to argue with me that the best they can do is exchange the product for store credit (which is utterly useless because I no longer trust the labeling on their products). I told her so, and she proceeded to call the manager, calling me (to my face) a "difficult" customer. The manager refused to come discuss in person, and instead was called up on the phone.
The manager was annoyed on the phone, and was talking at about a yelling volume while insisting that the shoes are not actually supposed to be waterproof... he also said "for the last time, I will tell you that you cannot receive a refund" and proceeded to pass judgement on how I made a poor decision by choosing to get shoes from a more reliable store. I explained to him how the waterproof marking was either misleading or the product was defective, and he responded that they're essentially doing me a favor by letting me change out the shoes and that the product was in no way supposed to actually keep water out even if you're walking in a drizzle.
I'm at a loss here -- when was common sense lost along the way?

I've been in many stores to buy shoes in many different countries, and not a single one has had customer service that fails to acknowledge their error, is abrasive, and makes you feel that your choices have been mistakes.
Save yourself from having to go through the same experience, and steer clear.

Never ever buy from this horrible place, worst quality, horrible service .. they sold me a used shoes and I discovered that when I came back home and they didn’t accept to take it back!!

I like it so much...first time shopping and I bought four items...a lot of sale items at reasonable prices...🤣😂

There is an extremely rude and hostile employee with a long beard who works at this location. Other employees were polite and friendly to me regarding the same issue but he spoke loud and aggressively, accusing me of trying to cheat them when I brought back some clothing that even he said they had complaints about before. Instead of trying to listen to me speak and listening to the flaws in his arguments that I was pointing out, he would just talk over me and accuse me of lying.

I contacted the manager of this store and not only did he not apologize for his employee’s behavior but he said he would not accept the faulty product back because he can’t resell it. I told him about eu consumer protection laws and he proceeded to misrepresent the laws, saying they only apply to new and unused products. This is entirely false and clearly explained on Europa.eu. His actions are not only unethical but illegal. I recommend people do their business with other stores who abide by laws and treat customers with respect.

Local sport store with very friendly and proffesional staff. I recommend this place to people, who mean it seriously with in-line skating. The service and advisory at this place is exceptional.

The sale signs were in the window, the sale signs were on the shoe boxes. I choose a pair of shoes with 50 per cent off. Go to the counter, to be told the sale starts tomorrow, if I want a discount I need to buy 2 items!! False advertising, nowhere was that stated in the shop

Shop is empty, the two employees on the noon shift (~12:30), preferred to talk with each other rather than showing a prospective client a few choices. So, I take my 200 eur and go give it to a bigger shop in La Brouckére or online. Cheers !

One of the best shops of this village, diffrent choices you will have here! Not much for men but still I could find something as a Christmas gift in this shOp! Just a bit busy and rayons need to be organised often! As there are lots of people visiting here. I will definitely visit it again.

Pretty decent selection of the regular stuff from a few brands. The store is very cluttered which makes it a bit hard to find things. Some staff members are very helpful others not so much. Only one guy working the register with a long queue and no intention to open a second from the girl hanging cloths just next to it...

Michael Kors Outlet in Maasmechelen Village shopping center. Very big mk shop. Most focus on bags and shoes. Up to 50% reduction from list price butt still expensive or what else did you expect. Big free parking in front of the Maasmechelen village shopping center.

Schöne Sachen, packen aber grundsätzlich ein Teil falsch ein damit ein Umtausch notwendig wird bei dem dann meist noch ein zusätzlicher Verkauf startfindet

Sportservice BVBA is the place to be for all your ski loving goods. The people that own the shop really know everything of skiing. They really have a great service. They also lend out ski's and snowboards for your skiing pleasure.

Nice place, worthy deals

Their products quality is really poor. But they don't charge you a lot either. I always feel there a bit messy. For low_middle class family it is the best place for sports products comparing Decathlon.

In and out in 5 minutes, just grabbed what I needed as it should be.

We went to the store wanting to buy sleeping bags for the Graspop festival and we felt really welcomed. The store manager is a kind man and even let us charge our phones, while he helped us know about belgium culture and recommended us good restaurants in the area. They also serve breakfast with due notice. I really recommend this shop.

Black Friday, big store, lot of people, the shop have only one fitting room free, but i have to wait a long time until the fitting room becomes free. Because other fitting rooms occupied by boxes en rubbish.

The cashier was very rude. I bought a waistcoat and chose not to buy the washing foam she recommended. Her reaction looks like she felt it was ridiculous not to buy and kept asking me why not. In the end when she packed my item, I asked 'Can I have a bag for it please？' and then she responded as if she was offended and said 'I am busy'! I simply cannot believe a cashier would speak to a customer like that..

Very good quality for low price

Huge sports shop with lots of different articles for different categories of sports. You'll find what you need but remember the quality they offer (non-branded) is less than average. The brands are good. When you choose trainer's from their range they'll get them for you to try them on. If they don't fit they'll get you another pair, no problem.

Stayed at the B&B for several days. The larger apartment is very suitable for longer stays and the owner is very helpful. Up to now I came back twice.

It is an outlet store. The system the staff runs is kind of chaotic and confusing. But look around and you get great deals.

Stayed there for the Graspop festival. Very nice rooms with almost 5-star hotel new equipment. The breakfast was great, pretty big variety of food, and the owner Michel asked what do I want him to add to the breakfast. My room had a balcony with chairs and table with a nice view of the town. I also was impressed that Michel kept the room for me although I couldn't make the bank transfer in advance. Comparing to the prices of hotels in that area it is cheaper and as I wrote - the room is equipped with stuff even better than some hotels.
