Super expérience pour ma part. Je suis allée avec de vieilles raquettes de tennis pour enfants sans trop savoir si on pourrait les “sauver”. Le jeune professionnel qui s’occupe des raquettes de tennis a été génial. Il a changé les grip des anciennes raquettes immédiatement sans nous pousser vers un achat de nouvelles raquettes. Une gentillesse et une patience avec les enfants super 👌🏻 il nous a aussi bien conseillé pour de chouettes raquettes adulte. Il y a un vrai savoir faire et un métier et ce n’est pas juste un vendeur. Je recommanderais sans hésiter ce magasin pour le rayon tennis/padel
De beste skiwinkel waar ik ooit ben geweest. De medewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk. De man die me verder hielp, Pelle denk ik, kende zijn materiaal door en door. Ik had een zeer specifiek probleem met mijn board en hij had het al snel door. Ik was super tevreden met de service!
De winkel is binnen nog veel mooier dan de website en de buitenkant doen vermoeden (mooie tenniscollectie, mooie collectie aan skikleding, ...) Er staat binnen ook een prachtige reeks kwalitatieve boards te koop.

Cool le principe du partenariat pour les KM de Rhode pour la récupération des tee shirt et dossards mais si la dame a la caisse/accueil du RDC pouvait être moins désagréable…
Voor de eerste keer skischoenen gekocht. Omdat ik nogal veel last heb van zere voeten tijdens het skiën, bij Staes terecht gekomen. Zeer vriendelijke bediening en deskundige uitleg. Voor mij is er maar één skiwinkel in de Kempen en dat is Staes Sport !!!
Vandaag eens gaan luisteren voor het eventueel huren van ski-latten en/of ski-botten. We kregen een zeer professionele uitleg. Alles werd met passie en kennis uitgelegd. Ook de winkel zelf was heel interessant omwille van het ruime aanbod wintersport-kleding. Wij komen zeker nog terug! 👍
Very pleasant shopping experience, handwritten "thank you note" on the receipt made my day, had to exchange the item but even that went very smooth! Customer service 10/10 ! I will shop there again for sure!

Zeer deskundige uitleg, jarenlange ervaring, topmerken. Super service. De jongens (zonen) zijn zelf gepassioneerde ski-snowboarders. En weten heel goed waar ze op moeten letten bij de aankoop van ski of snowboard materiaal.
Behulpzaam en geduldig bij het uitkiezen van snowboardschoenen. Persoonlijk advies waar je wat aan hebt.

Great store and excellent people are working here. I give 4 stars to the company as not all equipment has long durability but again - people working in particularly this store are amazing and 5 stars for them! CEO of UA should be proud of them !

Their products quality is really poor. But they don't charge you a lot either. I always feel there a bit messy. For low_middle class family it is the best place for sports products comparing Decathlon.
In and out in 5 minutes, just grabbed what I needed as it should be.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff with a passion for Under Armour. The owners have a (professional) sporting history themselves, which is a huge plus.
Everything I need for mountin hiking is there. Karrimor is the best. Normal price for good quality
Huge sports shop with lots of different articles for different categories of sports. You'll find what you need but remember the quality they offer (non-branded) is less than average. The brands are good. When you choose trainer's from their range they'll get them for you to try them on. If they don't fit they'll get you another pair, no problem.
Staff is friendly but products are extremely overpriced, better buy online.

After already paying for it, I point it out that it's 5euros more expensive than what is on the tag, cashier says, you want it or not. I was taken back because I obviously did want it, but not for 40 if the price tag says 35. In surprise state I said yeah ok and thought that if I change my mind then I can bring it back. Went back today and she refused to refund me cash (store credit only) I paid in cash.
Well if you want this kind of service and surprises go shop there, I certainly will never go back there again.
