Een aantal maanden geleden loopschoenen gekocht bij de Running store. Na een tijdje begon ik toch last te krijgen aan mijn knie. Ik dacht eerst een blessure. Uiteindelijk teruggegaan naar de winkel, het zooltje werd aangepast en het probleem was opgelost.

Zeer klantvriendelijk; wordt veel tijd gespendeerd aan gepersonaliseerde hulp bieden.

Ik en mijn dochter werden goed verder geholpen. Ondanks drukte in de winkel organiseerde verkoper goed de taakindeling. Ikzelf sukkel nog met een blessure en ook hierin dacht men mee naar oplossingen om de spieren onderaan mijn voet terug soepeler te kunnen maken. Wij zijn teveden over de service, advies en de aangeboden producten.

Zeer professioneel ontvangen bij de aankoop van nieuwe wandelschoenen. Medewerker heeft meer dan voldoende tijd genomen om de juiste schoenen te kunnen kiezen.

Zeer goed geholpen door de medewerker met het optimaliseren van mijn reeds bekende loopschoenen. Ook een accessoire gekocht aan een scherpere prijs dan bij die grote Franse winkelketen

Op donderdag 25 april bestelde ik online loopschoenen die in promotie stonden. De levering was twee dagen later voorzien en dit kwam goed uit met mijn volgende loopwedstrijd. Helaas kreeg ik dezelfde dag bericht van de zaakvoerder dat er iets was foutgelopen. Ze hadden mijn schoenmaat voor dat promo model niet meer in voorraad.
In plaats van mijn order te annuleren is men pro-actief op zoek gegaan om een gepaste oplossing te bieden.
Ik was zeer tevreden van hun voorstel en onmiddellijk akkoord, bijgevolg is de levering ook nog eens binnen de vooropgestelde termijn.
Ook online kan je dus service bieden !

Nog steeds top service in een aangename en relaxte sfeer, hier pak ik graag de trein voor om met een paar nieuwe schoenen terug te starten.

Het is op het eerste zicht een winkel(tje)... maar dit is misleidend! Een groots aanbod voor jong en oud in alle maten en gewichten, the know how van de uitbaters, het geduld met de klant, de persoonlijke aanpak en de mooie koopjes van topkwaliteit tonen onmiskenbaar grootheid!! Wat de super koopjes betreft... ik kreeg een korting van zo maar even -85 euro! Dat is pas scoren. Met de klantenkaarten is er zelfs voetballerskorting! Alleen maar positieve reclame voor Nick Sport, nen 'echte' voetballer of nen topamateur, maakt niet uit, hier bedienen ze zelfs mijn 'in het park' spelende voetballertje alsof hij net de gouden schoen heeft gewonnen. Love it!!

2 weken geleden binnengestapt, voor loopschoenen. Er is enorm veel tijd genomen voor mij en een hele goede begeleiding naar het vinden van de ideale schoenen voor mij, ook hebben ze de tijd genomen mijn zolen aan te passen naar mijn loopstijl. Ik kan nu na 2 weken zeggen dat ik geen last/pijn meer ervaar zoals ik voorheen wel ervaarde. Dikke merci voor de Topservice ondertussen zijn er al enkele klanten naar mijn aanbeveling gevolgd!

Aan alle ramptoeristen, de uitverkoop startte al op 3 januari, dus alle goeie spullen zijn al lang weg

Nog nooit meegemaakt…dartpijlen kado gekregen met kerst van de fun. Bij het uitpakken zie ik dat deze al kapot zijn. Dus ik terug naar de winkel, de jongedame achter de kassa ging iemand oproepen. eerst al 10 minuten moeten wachten eer deze persoon kwam en toen mijn uitleg gedaan, ging hij weer weg voor 5 minuten en kwam hij terug en zei hij: meneer gij zijt aant zeveren! Waarop ik gewoon antwoord: pardon? En hij antwoord: ge moet niet zo liegen, leugenaar…nadat meneer heel belachelijk ligt te roepen door de winkel voor aandacht zeg ik tegen hem: doe maar even rustig of ge moogt straks om 18u30 terug komen en dan zullen we dat op de parking oplossen? Ik weet niet of dit nog normaal is! Ik had die dag wel pijlen nodig dus had me andere meegenomen naar de kassa bij de jongedame waarop hij roept: komt gij maar hier jongske. Dus ik naar die kassa, neemt hij mijn pijlen vast en gooit ze over de kassa…waarop ik zeg: pas op, seffens zijn ze weer kapot. Waarop hij antwoord: kom straks om 18u30 maar terug, dan maak ik u kapot…toen ik naar buiten liep kwam hij mee en nam hij nog foto’s van mijn auto waarop ik vraag waarom hij dat doet zegt hij: dat ik hoop dat ik u zo nog eens tegenkom. Uiteindelijk mijn verhaal gedaan aan de klantendienst aan de telefoon(dit was een heel vriendelijke vrouw) die zei dat ik alles op mail moest zetten dat ze dan de dartpijlen ter waarde van €40 wel zullen vergoeden. Na meer dan 2 weken krijg ik een mail terug met een bon van 10% korting…als dit niet schandalig is dan weet ik het niet, en zo te zien aan de recensies van deze winkel in Genk ben ik niet de enige…

Vandaag eerste keer langsgeweest en tevreden huiswaarts gekeerd. Namen de tijd om heel wat paar te proberen om dan uiteindelijk toch weer tot de eerste te komen. Geholpen door een super vriendelijke en bekwame dame 👌

If you have other options, you'd be better off shopping *absolutely anywhere else*. The kind of experience I've had with them has left me surprised that they are still in business (and honestly a little hopeful that they close down soon so as to not cheat other customers).

I say this for two reasons:
Firstly, if you purchase anything, you're locked in forever. From the minute the payment leaves your hand, your money becomes theirs.
Secondly, if you even *think* about returning a product, prepare for a public altercation with an adamant cashier and an outright rude manager who could care less about your consumer rights and more about keeping their money despite faults in the product.

The story behind this:
I purchased a pair of waterproof shoes at this location because it's the Belgian rainy season. Everything confirmed that this shoe was waterproof, from the Sports Direct website, the shoe name, the shoebox, the store shelves, and even the employee who took the shoebox from the stockroom. Lo and behold, while walking in the streets that are so often damp with the rain, my socks became wet -- the day after purchase.
Any logical person would reason that the "waterproof" marked shoes were not functioning properly, hence a defective product. Naturally, I went back to the store to return the shoes because the Sports Direct website says that orders placed in person will be "fully refunded" in the event of faulty products.
I was greeted by a cashier who saw my return and said, without even hearing my explanation, that the store categorically refuses to give refunds. Being a naive consumer who believes that businesses will actually uphold ethical standards, I was confused and explained to her that the waterproofing did not hold up and that the website policy is that faulty purchases will be returned and fully refunded. She insisted that "we are an offline store" and the policies don't apply.
She then proceeded to argue with me that the best they can do is exchange the product for store credit (which is utterly useless because I no longer trust the labeling on their products). I told her so, and she proceeded to call the manager, calling me (to my face) a "difficult" customer. The manager refused to come discuss in person, and instead was called up on the phone.
The manager was annoyed on the phone, and was talking at about a yelling volume while insisting that the shoes are not actually supposed to be waterproof... he also said "for the last time, I will tell you that you cannot receive a refund" and proceeded to pass judgement on how I made a poor decision by choosing to get shoes from a more reliable store. I explained to him how the waterproof marking was either misleading or the product was defective, and he responded that they're essentially doing me a favor by letting me change out the shoes and that the product was in no way supposed to actually keep water out even if you're walking in a drizzle.
I'm at a loss here -- when was common sense lost along the way?

I've been in many stores to buy shoes in many different countries, and not a single one has had customer service that fails to acknowledge their error, is abrasive, and makes you feel that your choices have been mistakes.
Save yourself from having to go through the same experience, and steer clear.

There is a nice service provided! Mostly recommend to visit once you need proper advise and really good choices!
I bought for me and my son 9 years old. He was complaining for discomfort and foot pain.
When we made our cross 6 km in new shoes was more comfortable.
Price is not really high than in Internet, I compared it to the same in shop.

Top service, zeer vriendelijk en ruime keuze!

Zeer onvriendelijke verkoper. Staat precies tegen zijn zin in de winkel. Weinig hulp bij het kiezen van loopschoenen. Komen we nooit meer.

Euh, wat hebben ze met de inrichting gedaan? Vond het vroeger fijn om hier af en toe te winkelen maar nu is het een onoverzichtelijk doolhof…een mini Ikea. Wat een blunder.

Gisterochtend een online bestelling gedaan en betaald.
Na mijn werk stop ik aan de fun in Genk om mijn bestelde artikelen op te halen.
Ik liep via de winkel (die behoorlijk stonk)naar de kassa en keek nog even als de artikelen die ik besteld had in de winkel stonden, yes dit was zo.
Tot mijn grote verbazing kreeg ik mijn bestelling niet mee.
Volgens de bazin/gerante was er geen bestelling binnen gekomen. Na het opzoeken van mijn bestelnr was dit wel het geval. De medewerkerster wou de goederen gaan halen en ze meegeven.
Volgens de gerante/ bazin was dit niet mogelijk. De bestelling was volgens hun niet volledig betaald, naar het betaalbewijs dat ik had wou ze niet eens kijken.
De gerante/bazin gaf aan dat ik de bestelling opnieuw diende te betalen.
Die dacht even dat ik gek geworden was zeker???
De bestelling heb ik niet mee gekregen alsook geen terugbetaling. Dat moest ik maar aan de klantendienst vragen.😡
Klantendienst telefonisch niet bereikbaar, mail is verstuurd met de betaalbewijzen.

Bij Fun Genk kan je beter wegblijven, zeer ONVRIENDELIJK is die gerante/bazin ze verdiend geen euro!!!

Over mijn recentste aankoop in de Running Store in Herentals ben ik zeer tevreden, mijn Shokz openfit black voldoet meer dan verwacht, het geluid is verbeterd op de lage tonen
Ook het draagcomfort is aangenamer omdat het nu 2 afzonderlijke oortjes zijn, dus hierin ook verbeterd
Ze zijn handig om mee te nemen, met een extra pluspunt in de sterke batterij, dus extra veel luisterplezier, bovendien zijn ze ideaal om ermee te sporten, je blijft bewust van je omgeving

Never ever buy from this horrible place, worst quality, horrible service .. they sold me a used shoes and I discovered that when I came back home and they didn’t accept to take it back!!

There is an extremely rude and hostile employee with a long beard who works at this location. Other employees were polite and friendly to me regarding the same issue but he spoke loud and aggressively, accusing me of trying to cheat them when I brought back some clothing that even he said they had complaints about before. Instead of trying to listen to me speak and listening to the flaws in his arguments that I was pointing out, he would just talk over me and accuse me of lying.

I contacted the manager of this store and not only did he not apologize for his employee’s behavior but he said he would not accept the faulty product back because he can’t resell it. I told him about eu consumer protection laws and he proceeded to misrepresent the laws, saying they only apply to new and unused products. This is entirely false and clearly explained on Europa.eu. His actions are not only unethical but illegal. I recommend people do their business with other stores who abide by laws and treat customers with respect.

What to say ... Ik kom hier ondertussen ook al een 8 jaar en loop al die tijd al blessurevrij. Beste advies over welke schoen bij u past en met veel kennis over alle zaken. Topzaak en top eigenaar ! 😎💪

Hele goede schaatsen kennis en top slijp van de schaatsen! Voor goed advies moet je bij David zijn!

Wij waren met het gedacht dat we terug buiten gingen gaan met een glimlach een een goede wandel schoen. Maar daarvan hebben ze ons niet voort geholpen hebben wel degelijk 25 staan wachten. Er was wel een mvr die ons heeft gezegd dat er iemand in verlof was. Dat kunnen we begrijpen maar de mnr daar in tegen stond liever te babbelen dan wel degelijk iemand voort te helpen of we hier nog gaan terug komen geen idee?

Ze zijn zeer ONVRIENDELIJK aan de kassa, klantvriendelijk is een dikke nul, zeer aan de lage verwachtingen voldoet. Dat ze zelfs beweren dat sommige delen in een plastiek altijd verpakt is maar dat toch niet is zoals beschreven op de product onderdelen, doet mij zeer twijfelen of ze tweedehands artikelen verkopen. Prima geholpen door podoloog Dries en het verkoopteam. Ik was ervan overtuigd dat ik steunzolen nodig had, maar niets was minder waar. Een degelijke schoen en een kleine aanpassing aan de binnenzolen (zonder meerkost) zouden voldoende moeten zijn. Daaraan merk je hoe betrouwbaar ze zijn. Ze hadden me even goed zolen kunnen aansmeren want ik ken er toch niks van uiteindelijk. Benieuwd hoe ze gaan voelen. Maar qua service zeker weten al tevreden!

Gisteren 04/01/23 om 15u schaatsen willen kopen in Skateworld Leuven aan de ijsbaan. Verkoper kon ons niet helpen daar hij eerst 10 paar schaatsen moest slijpen. Twee uur later om 17u waren we terug. Shop was op slot maar openeningsuren op de website gaven aan dat de shop open was tot 18u. In het schaatsmagazijn was licht en was iemand aanwezig maar aan het gamen (autoracen). Gebeld naar het gsm-nummer op de website (telefoon David?) en kreeg antwoord dat dadelijk iemand ging komen naar de shop. Na 10 minuten wachten nog steeds niemand, nog 2 maal gebeld maar voicemail. Iemand van de ijsbaan ging binnen in het magazijn om te kijken met de gamer of die beschikbaar was, maar blijkbaar waren wij niet interesssant genoeg om geholpen te worden. Povere klantenservice.

Pretty decent selection of the regular stuff from a few brands. The store is very cluttered which makes it a bit hard to find things. Some staff members are very helpful others not so much. Only one guy working the register with a long queue and no intention to open a second from the girl hanging cloths just next to it...

I cannot rate the store twice, but I would have given 5 stars again. Always accurate and professional. So much recommended!

Highly recommended, I wouldn't go anywhere else for running shoes! Don't doubt, the service is worth it. The owners are super friendly and they really listen to your needs, it doesn't matter of you are there for walking/working, volleybal or running, I'm absolutely convinced you will leave satisfied.

It was time for new running shoes. Heard from multiple people to visit runners lab. Not that easy to find at the end of an industrial area. (love google maps). But friendly welcome. They have 4 running tracks with measurement plates inside. After measuring your feet, they give shoe advise and your are able to try different brands on the running track and so able to compare different shoes. Afterwards they sightly modify it to fit even better.

The staff is very nice, sadly it"s quite expensive! Just a simple skirt costs €42!

Just wow ! I was looking for some good running shoes 👟 for a half marathon and took an appointment. Super professional guy took my measurements, scanned my running profile and areas where my feet needed correction, then recommenced several options and recorded again to see the improvement. I was very impressed by the professionalism and service, machines are also top notch. I then went for some apparel and also had a great experience with a lady. They have plenty options for warm, cold temperatures, lots of different fabrics too. I was really glad not to order online for once as this was really worth the visit. The measurements were free. Great job 👏

There simply isn't a better running store in Leuven. In fact, you'd be hard-pressed to find a running store with better expertise at all.

I’m used to buy my running shoes in this shop, it’s been years now and first time I had a problem with a pair of Altra running shoes I came to the shop to look for help, shoe replacement or at least a discount on a pair of other running shoes but instead all I get is the salesman saying that I should try running on the shoes again …. Very disappointed and frustrated. I mentioned to the salesman that the shoe were uncomfortable and causing lots of pain and all I get is “Try them on again???” No, I’m not ok with that, and yes SHAME ON RUNNERS LAB who lost a loyal customer, might not mean anything for the company but it is a new detractor on the list.

These people know their stuff! They take their time, scan your feet and running profile, get the right footwear, and let you see and feel what's right for you. Got rid of my old shoes after running in my new ones just one time. Would recommend and will keep recommending!

Definitely worth it to buy at least one pair of running shoes here, as you will be informed onto what is a good running shoe and what is important in taking care of your body when running often.
It was incredibly interesting to buy my running shoes from this shop, I learned things I never had before and would love to have known earlier.
Mario (the shop owner) did a solid assessment of my running form (on a running station) with two pairs of my old running shoes and the problem was concurred.
This was followed by a detailed explanation as to why the problem occured and how it could be solved. Three pair of running shoes were tried on and running form was assessed, the shop owner decided what shoes provided the best support for my body and I bought them (it even were the cheapest of all three pairs).
Will definitely come back !

Overpriced shoes. The staff seems helpful but it also seems not willing to help me. They have treadmills equipped with cameras for you to try your shoes and analyze your step. I would say it's a good place to try your shoes, but buy them somewhere else like Amazon where you gonna find a lot better prices.

Kleine voetbal speciaalzaak in het hartje van Kontich, wij bestellen er steeds al onze teamoutfits en accessoires en zijn er zeer tevreden over. Zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke uitbaters. Om de hoek is een grote parking, dus ja kan er vlotjes even binnen springen om het een en 't ander te kopen. Ruime openingsuren ook een pluspunt.

It’s not just about buying a pair of shoes but the holistic approach to it matters to Bert and his establishment. Expect like a first class customer service and treatment on your feet, meaning, your feet analyzed, run on a treadmill with a camera and have the most helpful recommendation before you buy anything. I am so happy that I bought from him and he really helped my overpronation by recommending a fairly priced item for my needs. Well recommended. I think I’ll buy more shoes from him again.

Big store, a whole a lot products to choose from. At the other hand - it is not so cheap as it could be and always be sure to know the price - it happens, that the price at the shelf is lower that the one in the payment system.

There are so many people working here but so few are ready to stand behind the cash desk. Good example of hiring more people than they actually need. Most of them just keep counting clothes on the same rack. what is that all about?

It is an outlet store. The system the staff runs is kind of chaotic and confusing. But look around and you get great deals.

Used them when starting to run more extensively. Previous statement is correct. Analysis by friendly, but untrained "specialist". they do not keep your data which is stupid. Every time when you buy new shoes they make you come to the store again. Also communicating with them is painful. Very low skilled staff and unfriendly. Not a customer centric place! I found better analysis with trained centers like mobility centers of hospitals and for your shoes you're better off in an AS Adventure or so.

In short, do not go there!! The brand sounds appealing but they do not deliver upon that promise.
