Eerste keer geweest. Echt heerlijk gegeten. Vriendelijk personeel, je voelde je direct welkom. Mooi interieur, de prijzen voor de gerechten zijn zeker waard voor wat je krijgt. Ik kom zeker en vast terug

We stopped here for fresh mussels and beer it was really good! The view of the grand palace is a bonus
Gereserveerd om 18:15u. Na meer dan een uur gewacht te hebben op de voorgerechtjes even geïnformeerd... bleek iets fout gelopen te zijn met onze bestelling... wachten .... wachten... ook op het hoofdgerecht... ondertussen was het al voorbij 20:40 u.... flesje wijn aangeboden gekregen, ook een koffie. Voor het dessert hebben we gepast. Wat een gezellige avond moest worden met vrienden werd verpest door het lange wachten en de ergernis daaraan... jammer, echt jammer !

Do not eat here. Service was absolutely terrible waiter said the F word and the other waiter picked his nose, got the order completely wrong. We left after the starter and just paid for our drinks. Never again
Right on the Markt so don't expect it to be cheap. We had the Continental breakfast which was a very English version featuring two eggs sausage bacon baked beans a lovely soft roll brown bread and butter orange just and a flask of coffee which delivers 3 cups each. 15.50euros each but very nice.
17.80€ for 2 coffee and 2 small sparkling water.

Skill, passion, and enthusiasm come through at full strength in the flavors at Bistro Bruut. Each dish highlighted the flavors of the excellent local ingredients and then accentuated that in ways that brought out more. Likewise, the wine pairing, based in biodynamic wines, worked to perfection enhancing flavors. And also same, chef and sommelier share their passion with every diner making for a truly memorable experience. Bistro Bruut sits in the top ranks of meals we’ve ever had.
An unbelievable restaurant in Bruges. Beautiful food, lovely personal touches from the owner, and a great sommelier who explained the really interesting wine pairing. It was a lovely experience. We have been to a number of Michelin starred restaurants in he UK such as L’Enclume and Moor Hall, but Bruut was amazing, and one of the best meals we have had, so informal and relaxed, but so interesting. Very highly recommended
The most amazing food experience I have had in a very long time. I’ve been to Acquerello in SF and this might top the experience there. The chef is funny, the server very knowledge in multiple languages. The wine pairing were great and the food was some of the best I’ve ever had I would highly recommend and go back again when in Bruges.

Been away for years. Took my mum, whose local, out to lunch here. It was everything I miss about Belgian cuisine. Hearty but elegant, simple but decadent, good portions and all the time in the world to enjoy a proper meal with loved ones.
Simply one of the best places for fine dining in Bruges. Stunning location on one of the finest canals. Let Bruno take you on an amazing journey of textures and flavours…you will not regret it!
Don't waste your money. They bring you the waffle and you have to serve it and only two Nutella portions, and we paid 26.20 eur for two waffles and one water. Also at the end the staff was very rude and unpleasant because we added these pictures.
The food was good, but the service was not. The waiter placed our spaghetti dish directly on top of the toast on the plate, and he seemed not noticing it…
Great choice for food with high quality of ingredients! In the third time we have visited the bistro, they offered us (for free), extra portion of stew! The best stew in Brugge! We definitely recommend this restaurant!!

Fantastic restaurant. The staff is very friendly, 2 men (brothers by chance) and 2 women, they work great together and are service-oriented.
We ordered the lobster and it was delicious.
Excellent presentation and taste. Compliments to the kitchen too. Nice atmosphere within the restaurant. Very happy to have dined here. Definitely will come back when I'm in Brugge.

Lovely food, generous portions and great ambience. Wheelchair accessible, level throughout. Relaxed atmosphere, staff very friendly and welcoming. Large carpark on the campus opposite, within a few minutes walking distance.
Lekker gegeten maar het miste nog een special touch om 5 sterren te krijgen. De proties waren ook voldoende om zowel voorgecht hoofdgerecht en dessert te eten.
De bediening was echt top daar een dikke 5 sterren voor. Wa moesten soms wel wat wachten maar we waren met een grote groep (12p) en alles kwam samen en warm aan.

We went with a group of 8 friends and had a lovely evening! the food is great. You maybe pay a bit more, but the quality you get in return is worth it. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere is very nice as well
We managed to get a last minute reservation for 5 people on a busy evening which was nice. The restaurant is bigger than you expect it to be. The food and drinks are tasty and well presented. However the service could be better, the forgot 1 main course and 1 tea.

Great food, surprising combo’s, nice atmosphere.
We stumbled upon this restaurant tonight and let me tell you, we are so glad we did! Hands down the best spaghetti my husband and I have ever had! The lasagna was also delicious. We had a beautiful view of the the belfry while we ate. My 2 daughters also enjoyed their meal. The wait staff was excellent and mage our dining experience very enjoyable.

The decor of the place is totally incompatible, mixed styles. Service...fail, reeks of cigarettes. They go out in a whole group, smoke outside and after returning they serve guests, just the smell of cigarettes. disgusting. Menu card - not readable at all, did not understand. The dishes were okay but overpriced....no taste and disappointment.

Bistro Bruut had such a creative and inspiring menu. Our waiter and chef were fantastic and brought such a sense of personality to the place. The decor and setting were fantastic and really added to the experience, we would gladly recommend to anyone! The only thing I noticed was that toilets are down some quite steep stairs so if you have any mobility restrictions this might not be the most accessible place.
A la carte eten, geen menu mogelijk maar wel suggesties beschikbaar. Goede wijnkaart met duidelijke uitleg. We kozen voor drie gerechten (zie foto's): open ravioli met scampi en prei; hert met zoete aardappelpuree, boerenkool en kroketten en tot slot millefeuille met kers, peer en ijs. Allemaal eten van hoge kwaliteit. Gekozen wijn ook excellent. Bediening vriendelijk, snel en professioneel. Interieur modern en mooi afgewerkt.

A 5 course tasting menu for only 39 euros? YES PLEASE! The food is absolutely PHENOMENAL. Every dish was exceptional...perfectly cooked, well balanced in the seasoning and an absolute explosion of flavour in every bite. The menu changes every few months and if I lived in the area, I'd be dining here every time the menu changed. They are very open and flexible to dietary restrictions and allergies (no advance notice required). I was lucky and was able to be seated with a party of 2 without a reservation but I would highly recommend making reservations as the venue is popular. Service is outstanding, cocktails are delicious, portion sizes are great. You have to dine here.

Super expensive for poor quality served. Carbonara I ordered had nothing to do with Carbonara taste, Pasta Arabiata came with a sauce of a light orange color. The pizza was super small for 18 euros.

Bien pour dépanner mais les frites sont de mauvaise qualité (très fines) et trop cuites. L'établissement ne paie pas de mine et est douteux au niveau de la propreté.

Innovative and fantastic flavors (imagine wasabi and yogurt in dessert) in a beautiful setting. Service could be more polished (servers were a tad intrusive), but overall, a wonderful meal.

OK for a cheap brasserie, too much for a main dish that costs 32 euros and was just a souce covering and killing the taste of all the good quality fish that was in my dish. Very old fashion style.

A very nice Flemish restaurant. The Flemish beef stew was absolutely perfect with big chunks of tender meat and an addictive sweet tasting soup. Fish soup was also a solid choice. The shrimp croquette were a bit too fried on the outside. Overall a great dining experience.

The location is absolutely breathtaking and offers a 360° view over the surrounding area. The food is refined and the service is absolutely flawless. One of my favorite restaurants.
De un, cet "établissement" est dégeulasse, c'est salle sa pue, c'est vieux et minable. Dans les toilettes c'est la même histoire. Le personnel est désagréable et on dirait qu'on les forcent de faire ce travaille. La glace que j'ai acheté pour 2,50!! était impossible à consommer. Dégeulasse! Et dite-moi si j'ai tort mais un hamburger pour 3,80 ça ne peux quand même pas être un morceau de viande hamburger sec sur un petit peu de crudité dans un morceau de baguette sec avec BEAUCOUP de sauce. Et 3 euro pour des frites puantes l'huile cramée, je trouve que c'est un peu trop.. Je n'ai rien pu manger dans cet endroit. 0 étoiles, c'est horrible. Je suis repartie en pleurnichent.
si j'avais pu mettre une note négative je l'aurais fait. Tout d'abord, Le restaurant à l'air sale (et je pense qu'il l'est) ensuite je comprenais rien à ce que disait la personne qui prenait les commandes, ça avait l'air de le souler de faire son boulot. ensuite, j'y suis allé avec une amie et j'ai payée 3,80€ alors que mon amie a payé 4,80€ allez chercher l'erreur. Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout l’accueil est lamentable la nourriture, ce sont des choses réchauffées (crêpes achetées genre chez carrefour et réchauffées au micro-ondes et pareil pour les gaufres) et l’hygiène laisse a desirer.
Ils sont incroyablement désagréables et ils m'ont fait payer plus cher que le prix affiché !! Et la qualité des plats ne relève pas le niveau puisque ce n'est juste que des plats déjà fait et juste réchauffés qui n'ont pas beaucoup de goût. De plus, aucun professionnalisme et service client horrible, ils se disputent devant toi et se confondent dans les commandes.
The food is delicious. We took the "happyness" menu, and every of the ten course were great. Service was excellent, nothing to complain about. Even the toilets were clean and maintained.

Troisièmement, l'accueil et la gestion du restaurant était médiocre. On nous a demandé après avoir payé tout nos aliments de repayer un aliment soi-disant oublié...
Conclusion :
Je vous déconseille fortement d'aller manger à cet endroit pour l'accueil, la gestion du restaurant, pour la qualité de la nourriture et pour le prix assez élevé et les portions vraiment petites.

Moi j’ai bien aimé ce restau où j’ai pu me restaurer pour pas cher. De bonnes frites fraîches. Les toilettes étaient gratuites pour moi. Je recommande.
Bel endroit, quelques tables pour y manger sur place, personnel sympa, niveau qualité prix très bon.

Sortie en famille avec 5 enfants, pas mal de conso assez chères comme 3€50 le ice tea, 1€ par personne pour accéder aux toilettes. De plus, j'ai perdu mon téléphone portable avec ma carte bleue dans l'etui au pied des caisses, je suis repartie 1/2h après avoir réalisé. Le serveur m'a menti en espérant déverrouiller mon téléphone. Pendant ce temps je fais opposition sur ma carte. J'y retourne persuader de l'avoir perdu là-bas. Ma belle sœur les informe que le téléphone a été géolocalisé chez eux (bleuf) et ils me remettent enfin mon téléphone couvert de gras et de chocolat, avec 5 tentatives de déverrouillage. Menteur ! Voleur ! C'est minable pour des commerçants.
