Great place to rent a bike for your time in Ottawa. The owner, Harry, was always very nice and helpful, as was his associate, Sasha. Their location is also really unique and interesting. If you need a bike in Ottawa, look no further. They offer great value and service.

This place is fantastic. No need to rent from anyone else. They have a vast array of bike options and accessories including self guided bike routes.

We recently had the pleasure of taking a guided bicycle tour with RentABike in Ottawa, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Our tour guide, Art, was nothing short of amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and humble, making the tour enjoyable and informative for everyone in our group.

Art led us through the heart of Ottawa, showing us key landmarks such as Rideau Hall, the office and residence of the Governor General, the Prime Minister’s residence, various embassies and ambassadors' residences, and so much more. His insights into each location added a rich historical context that we would have otherwise missed.

The scenic views of the city, including Rideau Falls and the Ottawa River, were breathtaking. One of the highlights was a refreshing swim in the Ottawa River after a few hours of biking. The facilities at the swimming spot were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a perfect way to relax and cool off.

All the staff at RentABike went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. They helped us check out our bikes, provided a place to change clothes if needed, kept our belongings safe until we returned, and even gave us free water bottles. They were all so enthusiastic, adventurous, and friendly, making them a joy to interact with.

This was hands down the best bicycle guided tour we have ever had. We highly recommend RentABike in Ottawa, especially if you can have Art as your guide. He truly made the experience special and memorable.

5/5 stars without any hesitation. My wife (girlfriend at the time) and I first visited RentABike over 20 years ago in Aug 2003, when fresh out of university and visiting my hometown, we decided to ride up to the Champlain Lookout in Gatineau Park. Harry was there at the time to help us get set up on nice high end road bikes - we had such a blast, we came back a second time and rented a tandem for some fun times along the Ottawa Parkway. Fast forward to July 2024; now married with young kids and visiting my mom in Kanata for a few weeks, we needed bikes for a long term rental to allow the kids to attend a Pedalheads camp (and to let us get out and explore the great road !) When I learned that RentABike was still around, there was no hesitation on who we would rent our bikes from, even with the trek downtown from Kanata. To my surprise, Harry was still there! The RentABike staff were amazing in dialing in the fit for our rental bikes, ensuring a perfect fit for our boys on their mountain bikes, and the gravel bikes my wife and I were given were superb. The bikes were all well maintained and performed as expected on the road and on the trails; the long term rental proceeded without a hitch. All in all, I can't thank everyone at RentABike enough for the excellent service, experience, and memories they've made possible for my family - and that's over a 20 year gap! I can only hope that RentABike will still be there for us when we next visit Ottawa. Thanks again!

My husband and I rented carbon fiber bikes to go up to the Champlain lookout in Gatineau. The staff were friendly and adjusted our seat posts. They had helmets on site. Really convenient location!
Fabulous tour with Jeremy. Beautiful scenery and a superb guide. Best way to see the City and highly recommended
Good service and nothing to complain 👍 We rented bikes for a couple of hours to bike through Stanley Park and some other parts of Vancouver. Bikes were in good shape. We appreciated the helmets and baskets provided. The map of Vancouver is helpful as it shows biking paths.
Jackson was a great tour guide for our five hour Grand Tour of Vancouver. We had a party of 4 (adults and teenagers). Bike tours are a great way to get a lay of the land and this tour company does a great job mixing the highlights of the city with historical information. There were plenty of stops along the way so the biking was not strenuous. If you have anyone in your party with back or neck issues, I would recommend renting an E-bike. I would recommend this tour for old and young.
We had a fabulous half day trip with Mariela. It rained but didn’t spoil the fun. Great condition bikes, excellent helmets and other equipment including a helpful rain poncho. All the staff were friendly and fun. Great value and fantastic memories, Thanks 😎😎

Great experience renting from English Bay Bike Rentals. They adjusted the bikes for us, and we were on our way. My seat was a little uncomfortable, so we went back, and they swapped out a more comfortable seat for me! I like that you can rent for 24 hours, and if you brought the bike back early, they charged you accordingly. ALL the staff were super nice and accommodating. I would DEFINITELY rent from here again. I would DEFINITELY recommend them.
This place is fantastic. Location was so convenient. Rental prices are very reasonable compared to almost every other place I've ever rented (mostly in the US and Europe). Staff was very pleasant. Bike was great. They even credited me when I brought the bike in one day earlier than the rental agreement. As if biking in Vancouver couldn''t be any more amazing, these guys were part of that experience.
I had some a great experience from start to finish! I'm from Alberta so I had called in advance and everyone was so knowledgeable and kind. Pick up was super easy and stress free. I had no issues with my bike at all, and completed a 100km ride with it
and quality was great. I will 100% be using them again in the future!
Great bike shop. Opened at 9am, was there at 9:07am. They had me on my booked bike @ 9:17am. Really close to Stanley Park and other scenic routes.
Easy place to rent a bike with helpful staff. They showed us how to easily and safely navigate Stanley park on bike. We kept it for 6 hours and used the provided locks so we could park the bikes and walk around in multiple spots. Bikes were in decent shape, no complaints at all.

My son and I had an amazing experience with LB! It was our first time ever surfing (well making the attempt, lol) and although I was super nervous to get out on the water, LB reassured us and made it a great afternoon in the waves! He also shared with us a secret menu at one of the local restaurants, we had the Dirty Harry and Barry White which were super tasty! I highly recommend Swell for lessons!!

As a large school group our experience at Swell was exceptional. They were very accommodating and were able to provide a super fun experience for our students. We would whole heartly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get a top quality surfing lesson. Special shoutout to Aaron and Robbie !
This tour was extremely fun and relaxing. The tour around Stanley Park was my favorite part. The views were absolutely breathtaking! The ride distance seemed long, but it was such an easy ride that it was hard to believe we had gone that far. Highly recommended! Also, our tour guide Jeremy was very knowledgeable and energetic.

Excellent service ! Easy to rent. We had visions of going out for the whole day but did the canal to the lake and back and that was enough. They equip you with a lock and you pay when you return so you don’t need to fuss about your time. Seats are a little hard so be prepared. If you are not a regular cyclist maybe they offer a more comfortable seat option. I didn’t ask.
We took the Stanley Island bike tour today and it was amazing. First, the equipment was top notch. Jeremy, our tour guide, was knowledgeable and fun. We went to many stops in the city, not just Stanley Park.

Do not worry about the distance. We handled it fine, with much of it downhill. I recommend this for anyone who wants to explore Vancouver!
We rented 2 bikes here for a few hours, pricing is very affordable and about 50% cheaper than the Roger’s ones and bikes are just as good and cleaner. Second time coming here in the past few years, highly recommend will use again in future. Thanks

My brother and I had a great time ripping those Pacific waves, with our instructor Ali. He made sure we were comfortable, since it was a drizzly day. He is very knowledgeable and doesn’t hesitate to share and give tips and tricks. He made sure every penny you spent was worth it. Kudos Ali and Swell!!
This is a review for The Grand Tour offered by Cycle City Tours.

Embarking on this bike tour was an absolute blast! Not only did we zip through all the must-see landmarks and attractions, but we also got to explore hidden gems that even locals overlook. Cruising through the heart of Stanley Park was an unforgettable highlight for me. Greg's storytelling skills had us in stitches the whole way through – he's a real master of wit and charm. His wealth of knowledge about Vancouver's history is impressive; I've never been on a bike tour that was so informative and entertaining! Huge thanks for an incredible experience!

I had THE best time! I had never surfed before, so was a little worried. But felt comfortable and safe straight away. Kitted up with everything I needed with a friendly team then we met Albie the instructor at the beach who was absolutely awesome.
I'm not a natural surfer so was happy to just keep trying and had such a fun time along the way; I did manage to stand a couple of times- falling in isn't scary and you are well looked after. What a beautiful beach too! I would highly recommend even if you've never tried before, SO much fun and amazing to be in the water in a new way in safe hands with the instructor! 😊

Recently, we went on a ski trip to Manning Park, provided by Into the Wild, as a group of over 30 university students. It was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Our tour guide, Paul, with his easy-going and friendly disposition, instantly put everyone at ease. He was also very easy to talk to, and any last-minute changes were not a problem at all. Despite the size of our group, Paul effortlessly managed to create a warm and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring that each participant felt valued and looked after throughout the journey. Whether it was providing guidance on the slopes or offering assistance with equipment, Paul was always there to help. Highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a top-notch travel adventure! Our ski trip was an unforgettable adventure filled with laughter, camaraderie, and a cherished memories for all of us. Thank you Paul :)

Our football team recently had the pleasure of going on a weekend ski/snowboard tour to Sun Peaks, led by the exceptional guide, Paul, from "Into the Wild." The entire experience was nothing short of incredible, and I feel compelled to share my positive experience with others.

From the outset, Paul showcased an unparalleled level of knowledge and professionalism throughout the tour. His expertise in guiding us through the ski tour, along with his attention to detail, made the entire trip seamless and enjoyable.

What truly sets "Into the Wild" apart is not just their ability to check all the boxes on paper for their professional competence, but the personal touches and geniune passion that they bring to the experience. It's evident that they go above and beyond to ensure every participant has an amazing time.

If you're seeking an adventure with a touch of excellence, knowledge, and passion, look no further than Into the Wild. They've truly set the bar high, and I can't recommend them enough.

Thank you Into the Wild for an unforgettable weekend!

Such an awesome surfing experience! I'm a complete beginner and I was scared expecting the water to be freezing cold, but the wetsuits really do keep you warm in the water. Felt like wearing a superhero suit. Our instructor Ali was super cool. He guided us, starting with an acknowledgment of tribal land, safety & mindfulness tips for the ocean, and then taught us the "banana-cobra-chicken wing" technique for surfing waves. Very fun lesson.

Then we got to get in the water and surf the next hour and half, which involved steady waves, plenty camera worthy wipe outs, low tides & high spirits. Ali was always there to give personalized tips, and by the end I successfully rode a few waves! Surfing in Tofino was definitely the highlight of my family's New Years Canada trip. I promise you'll have a blast no matter what level of surfer you are.

Thank you Ali & Swell Tofino!

This summer I had the great fortune of having Mike the Bike’s shop recommended to me by a good friend so I went to check it out. I had 2 old beater bikes that I hadn’t been using nor taking care of so I wanted a professional opinion on what they were worth. As it turned out not much! I was very happy when Mike offered me a $60- credit towards parts and that purposing was his specialty! Mike has a great little shop near Kensington Mkt off a lane way on the south west corner of Dundas & Spadina. Super friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable and is able to fix things on the spot!
Rented two cruiser bikes to explore Stanley Park and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing all the information we needed. The bikes offered a comfortable ride, and our experience was exceptionally smooth. I'd definitely choose to rent bikes from them again if I find myself in downtown. Thanks for the seamless experience!

I'm thrilled to have this fantastic bike store in my neighborhood! The local charm, combined with a great selection of bikes and accessories, makes it my go-to spot. The staff is not only friendly but also genuinely passionate about biking, offering valuable insights and personalized recommendations. Whether you're a casual rider or a serious cyclist, this store has something for everyone. Grateful to have such a gem nearby!
Stopped in to Wheel Excitement today for some CO2 cartridges. The owner came out after the purchase to chat and take a look at our bikes. I told him that I felt the the handlebars were not quite in the right place. He gave some great advice and then went back in to show us the part that could be used to solve the problem. We purchased it on the spot and as he wasn’t very busy at the moment he installed the new part quickly and efficiently.
He was friendly and easy going as well as really knowing his stuff when it comes to anything bicycle.
My ride home was much more comfortable thanks to him.
He now has us as customers for life.
I can’t recommend this place more whole-heartedly!

Super friendly, quick and reasonably priced. You can tell Mike cares for his work as I took my bike for a Flat repair on the rear and when handing back the bike, both the tyre pressure were checked. This is my go to place now.

It's taken me ages to write a quick review, but I was treated very well and the shop owner who did my bike repair was aces this summer. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my front wheel/fender and it looked like it would have to be taken apart. The owner diagnosed in less than two minutes, was able to fix on the spot and away I rode! The shop is tucked away and I hadn't realized it was there on Lakeshore right against the Martin Goodman Trail, but apparently he's been there for many years, and he is obviously very experienced.

Trail building here is “chefs kiss” I mean they route the trails through beautiful scenic spots and the flow is incredible. Between the two summits you’re sure to have a good time. I think I prefer the maelstrom side, personally. Nothing quite like slab city anywhere else that I know of. And I was on an ebike so the climbs were actually enjoyable. Already planning next year trip
I had a great time on their Grand Bike Tour lasting 5 hours and about 20 km. The electric bike I got was very well maintained, easy to use, and made the ride as smooth and easy as I wanted because of its various settings, and I had never used one before. The tour guide, Lana, was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and fun. As an attorney, I was very pleased to see how conscientious Lana was about safety, starting with the reasonable size of the group and always telling us what was next both to ride and see on the trail. As a tourist, I was pleased by how much we got to see and learn. Lana was great and the tour was a great choice.
Absolutely LOVED my time at these trails on my trip to Quebec this October. I loved the variety of trails and features. The slab trails are incredible! Worth the fee.

Mike is great! Have brought two of my bicycles to him and they were both done quickly, with good communication on price and pick up times, and with friendly service. Really affordable and would always bring my bike's for repair here!
First, BOTH FORKS broke on my bike after I had a general service three days ago. Then they gave me another replacement bike, which I didn’t ride and which stands in my garage on the -5th floor along with my car under 24-hour security and camera surveillance, we even have a parking lot that opens with a key... but when I brought it give the bike back, you found damage on the battery... on the plastic part, on the battery that YOU gave me a week ago and on which I rode only 10 km without removing it from the bike. And for these damages, which I didn’t even see, I was charged $356. I have already told more than 10 of my friends to never use your bikes and they will just change the bank when they come to give the bikes to you. So you won’t find anything to write off money from them for. It's easier to buy a car than to have your bike serviced! It's horrible.
It was an amazing tour! We did the Downtown Tour in the morning (Jeff) and the Island tour in the evening (Diana). Both were very nice and told us a lot about the verious highlights and historic backgrounds. It is a perfect tour to start your visit of Toronto; so you have a good overview of the sights. The ride with the bicycle is quite easy to manage - everything is flat anyway.

I had a terrible experience with Zoomo Company today. The staff, all of whom are Indian, acted unprofessionally, making insensitive comments and saying nonsense things. They charged me a hefty $150 for what they claimed was damage to the battery's power button, but it was just a minor issue with the rubber button which got trapped inside while pressing the button. On top of that, they charged on an extra $30 for not having an appointment, even though there were none available. In the end, I had to pay total fine of $203, including tax. This company running scam scheme especially when they targeted me as I was returning the bike. My many friends have faced similar situations, he had to pay whole 350 for minor battery cracks, which were likely due to poor battery quality. The battery worked perfectly fine. I strongly advise against renting from them, especially considering they've increased their monthly rent fee from $247 t o $288. It's probably better to buy a bike or through an installment plan.

Guy that works here is bitter. I needed a drop of oil for a baby stroller. He provides service for bikes on one side of the business. so I asked for service which I would pay for and he had an open bottle in front of my eyes. First he says 25 dollars for me to take the whole wheel off and then he wanted to sell me the whole bottle of oil for 15 bucks plus tax. This guy lies and is a real piece of work. Just needed a drop and was willing to pay and he coulda made money. Wouldn’t recommend this place

Again i come today and they say, they don’t have time to repair my bycycle. And my bycycle only have front wheel flat. I think, it took 15-10 minutes to repair. But same thing same words, they don’t have time.
Thank you for a great experience! We are not frequent cyclists but the pace of this tour was perfect for our family and our host made the sightseeing really interesting. Well timed stops (restrooms were signposted) and informative stories meant we weren’t fatigued and got to see parts of the city we may have missed on foot. Our friendly and knowledgeable host took photos of us at key landmarks (even lying on the ground to take in the height of the CN Tower!) Highly recommended as a way to get your bearings in Toronto and you don’t have to be super fit :)
Katie was a fantastic tour guide! We received thorough biking instructions before setting out on a wonderful sight seeing bike ride. Picture taking was a plus and she knew all the best spots for photos!
Had an absolutely fantastic time! Caitlin, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Exploring the city streets and the island was a unique and memorable experience. Even my 3-year-old niece had a blast in the child seat. The morning weather was ideal, and the reduced traffic made the ride even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour!

Great bike shop!!! I was out for a ride in Toronto and ended up destroying my crank set. They took car of me and helped me out when the other shops around could not! Very friendly staff!! To the kid who gave me those pedals and crank and the man in the back. Thank you both VERY much.
I really loved this tour. It was so nice to get out of the city and the crowds for the morning. The biking was easy and Mariana was lovely. I did the 8:30 tour and we had the islands to ourselves. And the views of Toronto across the water were spectacular.
If you want to explore Stanley Park but not confident with doing so on your own (especially if it’s your first visit) then join an organised cycling tour that’s lead by a guide. Or just hire a bike for a 1/2 day or full day and then go explore on your own!
Vancouver has so many dedicated bike lanes that cycling in the city area is very safe and super easy.
After doing the tour I felt confident enough to cycle around the city by myself, and definitely wanted to go back to Stanley Park and explore some more.

Disappointing experience : Arrogant attitude

I recently visited Mike`s shop in hopes of getting my bike fixed, but unfortunately, the experience left me thoroughly disappointed
He was very arrogant. People going to him for help should know HE LACKS PATIENCE.

Mike`s dismissive attitude was unexpected and frankly unwarranted. I expected better communication and a willingness to listen.

My wife & I visited B.C from Ireland for 3 weeks in July’23. Paul, from ‘IntotheWild’ arranged a bespoke 5 day, self-guided, bike-packing trip on Vancouver Island, followed by a road trip (via rental car) through the Rockies to Calgary. This was a bucket list holiday and no stone was left unturned to ensure we had a fantastic trip. He supplied us top of the range Norco gravel bikes, bike bags & essential kit for the Vancouver Island trip. We kept these gravel bikes to the end of the road trip. The overall planning, expert advice (& encouragement), daily bike routings, variety of accommodation (Hotels, B&B’s, Hiker Huts etc.), recommendations for eateries & bars, hikes & trail rides were faultless. Throughout, Paul stayed in touch, ensuring all was well and we had a blast ! Paul’s enthusiasm and shared excitement for our adventure was infectious and this trip (and Paul) will live long in our memory. Gearoid & Mary

This place is for real. The bike trails are well built and next level. If the trails is marked black, they mean it! I ride all over VT and these trails are a step up which is saying something!

I loved every moment of it, especially hiking through Lynn Canyon Park and the bike ride over Lions gate bridge into Stanley Park. What really made this day amazing was that Paul was so kind and nice to me. He encouraged me when it got tough. Kept us all smiling throughout the day. I can't speak highly enough of these guys, they're very honest and ready to help even on minor adjustments I need on my bike. I'll definitely be coming here for all tune ups and repairs for sure. And also, they have great quality bikes for rental too.
We had a fantastic morning with Kaitlyn as our guide, who took some excellent photos of us as a family cycling together. The islands were a beautiful tranquil contrast to the busy city. It's a lovely way to spend a morning which both adults and kids (13&10) enjoyed

Amazing place to go mountain biking, they now have trails for everyone to try depending on your skill level.
A must try is the « Ralph ». It’s an easy trail but once your done the easy climb it’s fast and flowy rolling down with lots of burns. Super fun!
The « Maelstrom » is another fun fast descending trail but more for intermediate skilled riders but also super fun!
The brand new cabin now hosts a restaurant & outdoor patio for food and beers. There’s also a souvenir shop and a pro-shop to have your bike fixed up and buy gear.
Amazing 🤩

Mike was awesome! A friend recommended him and I could not be happier with his kind and quick service. I needed a tune up and was so lucky that Mike had the time and could turn it around fast. His pricing is great and he's a super nice guy!
I was looking for a decent racing bike in Toronto, which is not easy… after visiting a lot of renting shops I was referred to wheel excitement. The shop had 2 racing bikes luckily one in my size. The owner was really helpful in setting up the bike and helping me with a tool kit. I got a Felt bike which was really pleasant for a longer ride (around 100 miles). You should remember to bring your own pedels and shoes if you want clip ins. Helmets are available. I recommend the shop, although not many racing bikes available, the place offers good hybrid bikes as well, enabling you to get around easily in and around Toronto, helpful and very friendly!

Best bicycle shop in downtown Toronto. Fast service. They always seem to have what you need. They carry my all time favourite bicycle tires, the Made in Japan, Pasela Panaracer #panaracer. Perfect for old commuter Chrome-Molybdenum Bianchi bikes.

“Happy Days!” That’s the expression you will hear from Paul time and time again! And it’s true. I just came back from doing my 4th cycling trip with Paul and I can’t wait to plan my next adventure with him. You will likely never meet a nicer fellow. Must be that Irish charm! So professional, fantastic bikes, fantastic tunes in the vehicle, always the best restaurants and treats you so well. Always gives you options and always makes every adventure so fun. I highly recommend planning any type of adventure with Paul, whether it be one of his cycling trips or any other adventure he offers. And I’m not just writing this review because he promised me a custom Into the Wild jersey!!! Thanks Paul for everything!!

We came to Tofino to get a great surf lesson, and Swell definitely delivered. As a group of beginners we were guided by amazing instructors. We had a good introduction first on the shore, to get familiar with the moves and board and then they guided us to the shallow water. Instructors were helping us with tips and we all managed to ride the waves. We had a lot of fun and we definitely recommend Swell, if you want to rent a surf or get a lesson. We are coming back for more in the summer!
A very informative and friendly tour. The island tour is such a wonderful contrast to Toronto city - ferry ride, beach, greenery, very easy cycling and no cars- delightful! And our guide Mariana, was superb. A great way to see an aspect of Toronto life that is uniquely different…. Including the nude bathing!

Just got back from a 5 day bike trip thru the Okanagan Valley. 250km over 5 days and I'm not a cyclist. We cycled on mountains, tunnels, thru wineries oh my!There were 9 of us in total plus Paul, the tour operator. We ranged in age from our mid 40's to mid 60's. I loved this trip. The people were great. The atmosphere was great. Paul was a great leader. Generous. Easy to get along with. We had alot of laughs. My wife and I are planning to do another trip with Paul next year! Maybe Victoria Island!

I’ve had two great experiences at Dream Cyclery. First they were able to replace one of my tires for me, were super friendly and easy to talk to.

And then today I brought in my bike to have the back tire re-attached because someone had tried to steal it but then left it behind. They were able to fix it right away and free of charge. And they were again extremely friendly and easy to talk to!
I come here every summer from Alberta, and it never disappoints. Beautifully designed bike park with an amazing variety of trails (XC, Enduro, jump lines, flowy trails, techy, etc.). This year I explored the SDM sector. The climbing trails are well built. I strongly recommend Super G and Basse Super G. I easily secured a rental and a day pass online. The rental staff were friendly and helpful. Last year I rode the Maelstrom sector. Slab City is a definite must and Klondike was a great climbing trail. Lots of parking available and the attached restaurant is lovely!

Initially, came in looking for a bike for my 6 year old daughter. Staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us size a bike for my daughter. As I wasn’t planning on purchasing a bike so quickly, I didn’t bring a physical credit card (all I have is an Apple Wallet). As a result, they placed a hold for the bike.

We were able to purchase the bike later in the afternoon. They added the pedals and tuned it to ensure the bike was ready for my daughter. I also requested they add a kickstand and that wasn’t a problem.

I also brought my bike in for a tune up.

Overall, wife and I are happy and my daughter really likes her new bike.

Fantastic experience.

Rented a higher end road bike and all I had to bring was my kit and shoes. Everything else was provided for a reasonable price.

Answered emailed questions quickly and bike was ready when I arrived. Bike was in great condition and Harry himself helped me out.

A ton of signed bike paths leading to some classic Gatineau road rides. Will be back.

Brought in my girlfriends bike to get both brakes and brake wires replaced and they were able to do it same day. They were really friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything they did and the cost associated very well.
This was a last minute booking 3 hrs prior to the start of the tour. I was lucky they had availability. I would highly recommend this tour especially if you love cycling! Ryan made us all feel completely safe and relaxed and went at a nice steady pace. Loved the ferry ride over to the Islands but especially cycling round and learning the history too... oh and some amazing sunset views. Thanks for the photos Ryan and for a great tour!

Good people good service, I am very amazed with the quality of service I have received from Shivam.🫶

Due to my office timing, I visited the store 10:00. He also quickly guild me and finish it with in limited time. Overall Toronto team is good and doing commendable job. 👍💙

I have issue with zoomo policy and customer support so i am reducing a start from my rating. It took 1 week to get in touch but they were not able provide promotions code to my subscription. I spend almost 5 hours with email or call centre still no luck, so I retuned the bike, with losing hope. 💔

Hi my name is Anuj and I got this bike last year Aug. Me and my brother both opted for their services, in the beginning they provided amazing services (Chirag he was good) but gradually over the period of time things changed drastically as they were more focused on bringing in new customers and forgot about the old ones. Though there were many bike providers in Toronto like movin but I continued using Zoomo hoping for best services. The major problem with them is repair services which you cannot book online and moreover if you visit them they will not entertain you anymore. Giving this lame excuse that you do not have an appointment. Can you imagine riding a bike without brakes and when you ask them to repair they simply ask to book an appointment. For which you will get it for almost a month, how can they expect me to ride a bike without brakes. Either they provide alternative bikes so that you can continue doing your daily tasks. They want us to loose days because their services are slow.
There are many options in Toronto check carefully when you guys are planning to get bike. Me and brother both had Zoomo bike, I returned mine and my brother will do the same by the end of the month
What a beautiful experience.
I got a gift 🎁 certificate from my daughter for Christmas and together with my little granddaughter and my daughter we went snowshoeing.
It was one amazingly wintery day. Weather was perfect and even the trails were so pretty. Totally recommend for the whole family if you enjoy outdoors.
Was recommended that place by tourist information at Union Station for bike rentals over 8 hrs. The bikes are in good condition and pretty light (had to carry then in stairs so I can tell), some of them come with a front basket.
I would definitely recommend that shop for bike rentals on 24 hrs/48 hrs. I got charged $42.50 with a $150 guarantee the day I picked it up.

What a beautiful place and after several days of rain the trails were I. Great shape. Hint … bring your climbing legs 😰 or rent an e bike. I just rode the Maelstrom section. Took the main climbing trail to Slab City then climbed Kondike to Haute Maelstrom to Maelstrom and back to the chalet for an awesome burger!!

Mike set me up with a great road bike rental during my holiday to Toronto… at a great price too!!

He even took the time to swap the front wheel to a quick release for me so I could fit it in my car. He also was very knowledgeable about paths and bike routes in the area.

Would highly recommend for any rentals in the city!

I'm so glad I chose Mike The Bike over other rental options in Toronto. Mike helped me choose a bike and made sure it was comfortable before I departed. While it might not have been the most beautiful ride, it more than made up for its modest appearance in quality, practicality, and affordability. I'll definitely return on my next visit!

I've interacted with the staff electronically and in person before buying my bike from here a while ago. The staff and owner have always been helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to reach. Recently I encountered a flat tire and they fixed my bike overnight. I'm really happy with the ongoing great service and I definitely recommend this place to buy from a nice selection of bikes, gear, and helpful staff for other bike services. Thank you!
