You should put your drivers through a training program again. Whoever is driving truck 7 just ran us off the dvp. No signal, didn’t look in the mirror just absolutely cut us off with no cares in the world and absolutely ignored our blaring constant horn. There’s 4 guys in the truck who all have families. Maybe the service is good but the drivers aren’t.

They make wait so much in office. Nobody knows anything here what is going on, especially a guy working in the back named Ashu I guess. He does not know anything what is going on and moreover he was rude.
TERRIBLE costumer service, cashier was great, but the seafood guy was aggressive with me and my friends mom. He refused to help us pick a crab and started yelling at us when we kindly asked to purchase two. Even the cashier agreed that he was aggressive. Boooooo.
Nice place to shop, fish,chicken,fruits & vegetables. Prices are affordable & competitive.

Your delivery driver is wreckless, and impatient. One of the worst I've seen in years.
I watched him for blocks, weaving from lane to lane, tailgating and speeding, and honking at anyone he thought was in his way.

Good selection of fruits, vegetables, meats and spices, but is not always fresh nor does it taste good. Nice that they still don't charge for bags and open almost everyday, including holidays.
Fairly good supermarket but not well organized. Very confusing cashier lineups. Not enough cashiers to manage long lineups of customers on a weekend.

This supermarket has all the things you want if you're a non vegetarian. From fresh supplies to the frozen ones, you just name it. Good variety of fruits and vegetables are there as well. It is a big place and never too crowdy. It also has other grocery items like housewares and kitchenware. Chinese and Japanese cuisine items are also here. Prices are good as compared to other stores.

Empire has been a wonderful wholesale company to work with. Their products have always been great and consistent, pricing competitive , customer service is wonderful and Pella is one of the best sales reps in the industry. My go to supplier for all greek products, couldn't recommend them enough.
Fantastic supplier. We have done business with them for many years and the customer service is always the best. Prices are much better than other suppliers and they are always super helpful and able to meet us when we are embarking on new projects or menus.

I've been working with Empire Foods for about a year now since we opened. Gotta say they really come through. For a small operation sometimes it's tough to get good pricing but these guys really are competitive. Kosta is my sales rep. Really great guy. He never complains about my last minute additions and answers at all times of the day. Great working with them. Highly recommended.

Amazing company to work with! They provide excellent customer service in a timely manner. The sales manager has gone far above expectations. He is always reliable and contacts me directly if I need anything. They have a variety of products with competitive prices. I highly recommend!
I can't say enough great things about Empire Foods. Their prices are very competitive but what separates them from the rest is their exceptional customer service. They go out of their way to help their customers, especially Chris. I've called Chris in a time of need and he went out of his way to help me get the product I needed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend working with Empire Foods.
Typical Chinese Supermarket but most of the Asian goods are available. Fresh vegetables and fruits are available economically. If you are looking for different types of Fish, this is the place to go. Downside is you won't be able to get any help since nobody speaks English, you are on your own.
Decent prices, horrible conditions inside. So many insects and bugs flying around. Some of their fresh produce is riddled with diseases and fungus, decaying away, not to mention the bugs.
Inside smells horrendous. The only reason I would go back is because of their prices. Otherwise I would never step foot back inside.
I would recommend Foody World at Kennedy Commons if you’re looking for better conditions and food in general.
