Poutine was very bad Frase was over cooked too much Grevy. I asked them poutine was bad they didn’t respond me and they said we do like that. and wings. Also too bad owner please let check your workers

we ordered sandwich combo and both combos were cold and chicken was so oily seems like reheated or refried

One of the better chicken places that I like to order from and take home I'm not interested in staying in the restaurant but they do serve very hot chicken meaning, not so much on the spicy side if you but you can get it. Hot meaning you can barely touch the chicken until you get home. I tried to eat some of it in the car not possible, too hot. I love the crunch on the outside of the chicken

It's been many years coming at this location. But with time at every trip I have found this location not so clean. All the tables left dirty. Left over food stayed at the table and no any staff members get notice and bring efforts to clean the dinning area. Also it's too loud noise coming from the kitchen.

The worst experience I had today.. washroom has a smell and it made me feel like 🤮.. I understand if they are busy then it might be tough but it’s not busy and the tables are not cleaned. When I said the girl to just spray air freshener because we are sitting just beside the washroom. She said me I have to ask the manager.. like how it is related it’s just the air freshener.. you guys have to handle it very wisely

My friend and I placed a mobile order when it wasn’t too busy, but the service was terribly slow. They kept saying “2–3 minutes” for about 20 minutes and then gave us the wrong order. We had to wait another 20 minutes with the same “2–3 minutes” excuse, and it started getting busy during that time. They didn't even give us cups for the drinks, we had to ask.

After 40 minutes, we finally got the food, but they still got my friend’s order wrong 💀 We didn’t have time to fix it because at that point, we were already running late for something else. They weren't apologetic until the very end and never gave us realistic updates on our order.

Fantastic place for a family outing! We had such a great experience, especially thanks to Amirah at the counter. She was incredibly friendly and cooperative, making us feel right at home. Her service was outstanding, and the food arrived in just 5 minutes, which was impressively quick. Highly recommend this spot for both the atmosphere and the exceptional service!

I bought 4 pieces chicken combo the drumsticks were fresh but the chicken breast was very old ...looked like it was Fried again just to warm up. got me stomach sick.

Food quality of Popeyes has gone down so bad !! The chicken pieces were tiny and tasteless. Service was ok. The staff is loud and speaks/ yell in Gujarati with each other. Disregarding the guests and members standing at the counter.
Place is clean and big.

I had the absolute worst experience at the Popeyes on Eglinton, and I am furious! The service was beyond appalling. The floor manager, a girl in a black shirt, completely ruined our evening with her disgusting attitude. I asked her a simple question about placing an online order, and she responded with such a moody and rude demeanor. I couldn't believe how poorly a manager, of all people, could behave!

The customer service at this location is an utter disgrace. When my wife opened the packet, the chicken and fries went flying everywhere because they were so carelessly packed. Not only was the packaging atrocious, but they didn't even bother to include all the fries! And the food itself? It was overcooked and barely edible.

I am absolutely livid. This Popeyes location has no regard for its customers. I attached a picture to this review to show just how horrible the packaging was. I had a fantastic experience at the Popeyes on Kingston, but this place? Never again! I should have gone to Jollibee, which was just around the corner.

To anyone thinking about going to this Popeyes, don’t bother. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. This place is an absolute disaster.

It was worst popeyes.
I ordered 4 piece chicken and onion rings. The staff there put all things in one box which destroyed onion rings, when i asked them they said it is the only way. In other outlets they provide onion rings in different box.
And it took 35 minutes for my order to come and top of that 1 piece out of 4 was just covering no piece was there.

This is the worst branch ever! If there were 0 stars or negative ratings, I would give them a negative rating.

We bought 8 pieces of family-sized chicken to go, and when we got home, the size of the chicken pieces was unacceptable! They gave us 4 very small leg pieces. It's not worth $40.

If you want to have the same experience, then buy here. But in my experience, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Picked up mobile dinner order and brought back home. Wanted to try new wings and old favourites. Portions of wings are laughable. Nothing like the pictures and container is too large. We tried hot and Parmesan flavours and both were outrageously salty. Rice in my rice and beans was very old and dry. As if it was sitting out all day. Service was very fast and friendly though.

I order food for delivery and some showed up so i called and they said they cant send it out unless i order something else small on skip the dishes and they would send the rest of my order with that one . I said no then she hung up on me and refused to talk to me .. why should I pay for 2 delivery charges to get my complete order. I called back and The women I was speaking to was very rude and ignorant and hung up on me again
Will never recommend this place as they do not know anything about customer service and think they have the right to not send ur order and charge u twice even though you spend an average $100+ every time u order

Bought 4 orders of Tuesday special. The chicken smelled rotten. The spicy chicken especially had a very bad smell. Only took one bite and i could tell the chicken had gone bad. Ended up not eating.

We went to Great Lakes Farm for apple picking and on our way back home to London, we decided to eat first at Popeyes St. Thomas downtown. I must say, the service was really good. Special thanks to Aman who assisted us. Great service, keep up the good work! Thank you again ..

I have been to Popeyes in other locations and liked the food and the facilities. So when I was on a trip thru St Thomas I had no concerns stopping for lunch. Food was ok, I have had better. The place looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. And the smell in the washroom was awful. Washrooms were filthy.

The St Thomas staff are some of the best for service and the food is always great and you always feel you get good portions for your dollar.

This place is absolutely disgusting from the food to the store itself. Staff no glove when serving the food into the packages. Dirty not clean, floors garbage everywhere, tables food all over them and the washroom the picture say it all puke, doo doo in the garbage/toilet and floor. Metro Licencing needs to visit this place and shut it down. Staff don't care after showing them the mess and pictures. Food is horrible the poutines look like barf as you see in the picture. I can only emagine whats behind the counter and kitchen how disgusting it could be. If you love yourself you should not eat here avoid food poison.

Tastey food, but a bit planning on flavor varieties. They do fried, breaded, mildly spiced well, but that's the only flavor they have. It makes for a very heavy meal. I could see going back, but it would be a rare revisit rather than a regular choice.

I think they might benefit from a bit hotter frier to help so all the food from being quite so oily.

Edit: called the number provided, they had no idea who asked me to call or why. There apparently is a major lack of communication too. Lowered the review accordingly.

My latest experience at this Popeyes was far different from previous ones. The portion sizes are far better and the employees are much friendlier than I remember.

I ordered a mild chicken sandwich and it was fresher then I expected. Usually, white meat is overcooked and juicy at quick-eats spot. This one was cooked to perfection.

First time going to Popeye's as they don't have it in B.C, was very good... I was impressed. The gentleman working went above and beyond especially knowing it was my first time trying it.
I will be back for more. Cheers
