Who won’t love a Winners? It’s welcoming- something for the whole family :)
I was looking for something in particular this afternoon, as soon I walked in the store I was greeted by Annie. She is very nice and helped me find the perfect bra for an evening dress.
She is honest about the way it fits you and was quite pleasant. I will definitely go back to your store with that kind of employee. Thank you.

I had a great experience at Winners during my recent visit. The store was well-organized, and it was incredibly easy to find what I was looking for. The aisles were neat, clearly labeled, and everything seemed to be in its proper place. There were plenty of signs guiding me to the right sections, which made my shopping trip smooth and efficient.
The staff were approachable. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free shopping experience!

I saw on the customer reviews and same happen to me. Their is lady who might dont want to work or might be having bad day at the work is came from the back telling me to not the touch the clothing i got suprised by her behaviour. I told her that i want to talk their manager she told she is in the front you can go an talk to her i am not going to call her for you and then she making absured remarks on me while she is talking to her collogue.
I dont know how seriousely they take these reviews but i am sure they have lost few of their clients. I dont know how they do their recuritment which bring bad name to the brand.

Very rude store sssociates always does racist comments. The manager is not at all concerned with the customer's concerns. It's one of the worst Winner's store. Will stop going to any Winners just because the experience with this store.
Woman working today (august 5th, around 11am) at the fitting rooms is rude and unprofessional. Tried to see what my husband was trying on and she yelled at me to not get close to the men's section...the other ladies waiting for their husbands were also shocked at how she's "running" the fitting rooms we were all told to stay outside and for our partners to come all the way outside to show us what they're trying on. None of the men felt comfortable doing that. So we all left without actually seeing what our partners were trying on..left the store without buying anything because of that..
Je suis entrée dans le magasin acheter des culottes. J'avais un breuvage dans mes mains. La madame (Karen) à la caisse m'a accueilli d'un air très bête comme si je la dérangeais et ma dit d'un ton sec que je n'ai pas le droit d'entrer dans son magasin avec un breuvage parce qu'elle est allergique aux fraises. Avec son air bête de même j'aurais vraiment du laisser mes bobettes contaminés de fraises devant elle et aller à la senza juste de l'autre coté. Le service à la clientèle fait dure en maudit. We buy 5 wallet but they count 4 wallet and they try gonna do take 20 dollar More from us yes peoples can do mistakes but he need the do his job
I had a good shopping experience at this location, especially with the help of Elena cashing me out. She was very nice, knowledgeable & folded my clothes perfectly.
So helpful. Store was neat and so great to shop in, I appreciate the good lighting. The staff was so friendly and approachable. I was completely at a loss when I went in and it was nice to be greeted so kindly.
I was hoping for more selection of higher end brands. It's basically just a Winners store.
The staff at the cashier is so unprofessional. She offered to wrap my new suit in a TRASH BAG!!! Yes !!!! She didn’t even try to hand over the suit and looking at me waiting for me to pick it up. Is this happening in Canada? What’s becoming of us?

Room for improvement: womens tops/tshirts could be located on a single spot, right now it’s very scattered and style is not that different.
Absolutely unacceptable: cashier who could not say HI back to my smiling 3year old child, amd proceeded to ignore him while he was reaching out to give her his item and kept it held it in the air out for her to take, which she did not-TWICE.
Who doesn’t say hi back to a happy child, does not even smile back and then consistently ignores him as a customer giving item to scan??

They offer a wide selection of items. I was assisted by one lovely young lady (wish I remembered her name) and I felt supported snd not judged at all. The other staff kept staring at me and not offering assistance

Wow!!! Before I comment on the fabulous clothes, it’s important that I mention the customer service & intent by Anam. She guided my daughter so well and was so accommodating with finding the right fit for her clothes. And Sara at the fitting rooms’ section was just as good & courteous. Absolutely class service. They both are great for the brand.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this store. The staff couldn't communicate in English, making it impossible to get any help or assistance. It was a complete waste of time, and I left feeling extremely disappointed.
Need to retrain your staff. Terrible manner, horrible customer service
Normally I only buy bras from La Senza but lately the selection has been bad, also the one at this mall has terrible customer service. So instead I crossed the hall and went here instead, bought 3 great bras similarly priced but the quality feels so much better. I'll be coming back.
This is the only place I can buy bras!! I've tried at different places but none of them fit properly. I have to drive 45 minutes to get here everytime I want a new bra! Best bra shop ever
My friend found lots of good stuff for herself. The sales were good but most of the Aerie stores have similar sales. So if you plan on making the trip just for the sales I guess it’s be worth it.

One of the better Winners store. Good selection of children cloths. ( more for the girls) lots of people in the store but check out was fast. Will return.
Always loved the.comfort and style however if your going to pay good money for the bra u want to make sure it fits i had the worker mesure me 130$ for a bra and she meadured me to small soo dissapointed

NO WIFI. My go to winners! They have a nice selection! But the discounts aren’t enough for me usually. Wish it was a bit more! Nice selection of stuff though!
I confirm, Very VERY bad customer service. The store is great but going there will ruin your experience!
Marshalls is Marshall's... This store is clean and well laid out. Most of the staff is friendly, but, if you can avoid a cashier named Hanna I would. She won't even acknowledge you exist. No hello, no smile, no goodbye, not even the price of your purchase. We will be back, but never to that cashier.

This Marshalls is nice! It's very clean and well kept. There's lots of staff working the floor to help answer any of your questions. There are lots of sections for everyone and great prices. Check it out.
Diversified selection for adequate prices. This place is pretty nice. Only problem is some of the clothes may have been on the hanger for a while so check for deformation in the clothes before you buy. Also the final stitching of the clothing may not be the best. Check for loose threads. You might be buying into some clothes that won't last long.
