I’ve been in twice to this store. I went back in today for another of their comfy nightdresses (that pale blue one is my favourite).
The first time I went in was for bras. I’m an awkward size as medication puts my weight up and down. I got a couple of bras on one of their sale events and they definitely make me feel better. They are in my opinion a bra that makes you look a whole lot better than I was. They are not a slouch round the house bra but I wanted these for more formal wear.
I haven’t tried their underpants yet and I’d like to try the PJ bottoms but I didn’t have time to try them on today as I was in a rush. The lady that served me the last couple of times is very helpful and I am sorry I dropped all the hangers earlier on. It was just one of those days for me.

I had such an amazing experience with Lex at the Mapleview location ! She was super attentive and helped me find soooo many pieces. I even heard her speak with other clients in the store as well ,more retail stores need someone like Lex ! Customer service ok point lex

If I remove these ink things that you guys decided to leave on because I need the outfit I just got for work and the ink ruins them, I’ll be expecting a full refund, as it’s literally your job to remove them when purchased. Learn to actually do your job or don’t work the easiest retail job ever.- actually I’ll be back tomorrow morning for a full refund as it’s an inconvenience to drive all that way for a mistake you guys made, when I don’t even live in the area, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere with people who actually care about the job they do.

I love supporting local businesses that have nice things to look at or to buy. I've bought a few items from this boutique, including bathing suits, PJs, and dresses. Since items are higher end so expect to spend more money, but the sale items can be heavily discounted if your size is still available. Sometimes it's only the owner at the boutique so just have a look around yourself and don't be too demanding. Let's support local businesses!

I am so impressed. I went for my first time and the sales girl sized me right away and I didn’t even have to go look around the store she brought me a few different ones to try on to assess which styles I liked and then she asked me what colours so we could narrow it down further. The quality and comfort of these bras seem exceptional and the customer service was the cherry on top. I’m really impressed and excited to wear my new bras !!

Went to this store , lady helping us was extremely nice but turban guy working in this store was terrible !!! Literally that guy was sending other to check and keep an eye on us that we are not doing unhappening in store !!!! Seriously how you can judge people like this and this is horrible he must needs some manners how to treat people in store !!!

This review is in regard to the St.Laurent shopping centre, Ottawa Ontario.
On December 26th, it had been a very overwhelming/busy day at the shopping centre (as to be expected). I decided to shop at Spencer to treat myself, after coming to a conclusion on the product I wanted to purchase I went to the cash.
The cashier appeared to be new, very respectful, and kept calm on a busy day. Unfortunately, a problem raised when I paid and the manager was called.
As the manager was assisting the cashier, they had said something in regards to the card; it was not working correctly.
As the manager was looking at the cash, they had said “the cards not working, is it a gift card?” I thought she was addressing me, so I replied, “it is a master Visa card.” The manager looked at me with a very rude expression and aggressively said “I’m not talking to you,” she rolled her eyes and continued to talk with the cashier.
Personally, I found this very disrespectful as she spoke to me as if I was a child. She did not apologize for the tone she carried, and or body language. Before I left I had asked for the managers name “Roxanne” I believe.
Overall, I understand this is a very stressful time for everyone. But, this does not excuse the manager to mistreat a returning customer. From here on, I will make people aware of what had occurred and recommend them to purchase products from another store.

No wait to get in 5* star service and the most friendly staff. We came in frustrated Christmas eve eve after the most ridiculous service at another store and were treated like first class despite being dressed like bums. We were offered help without feeling like we were followed around and felt like staff were genuinely enjoying their job. This is how to run a store. I've already recommended to my coworkers.

Love the selection and styles available, but would recommend not requesting items to be ordered if they don't have it in stock. Ordered an Xmas sweater MID NOVEMBER! For the black Friday special as Christmas gift, was advised it would be about a week for the item to arrive. Went to the store a week later as I had not recieved a call and was advised it would be a arriving soon, but the other location must have forgotten to send it. On December 6th I called the head office, as you can't call the store directly and advised of the situation. Was transferred to the store where I inquired about the order, specifying what sweater it was, and details of the order and clarified it was an Xmas gift and I was concerned it would not arrive in time. I was advised that again that it was 'the other stores fault', and they would rush the order. Finally get a call the week of the 11th that the sweater had arrived, only to find out it was the wrong sweater... The attendant apologized for the mix up but assured us that the sweater would arrive before Xmas. It is now Dec 22nd, and the sweater has not arrived, and shows as 'Sold out' online. Upon going into the store they apologized (again) and we've had to compromise with selecting another sweater so that we would have a gift for the recipients. Horrible ordering practices and promises not kept. If it's not in the store, don't bother looking to get the item, just find something else.
would not give me a bag other than a reusable one for $1.50 ? Would not give me a gift box unless I paid for that . A quick purchase and they took 5 minutes trying to get my email so they could send me things.
Will never go there again as they try to upsell you on little things that used to be free.

I had an encounter with a red/purple hair clerk , i simply asked her a question about the gifts and gags they had & she proceeded to racially profile me & tell me to leave the store if i wasn’t going to buy anything & that the things in the store are self explanatory, i believe her name was roxanne or roxxi, i never had racial discrimination in my 10 years in Canada , i’m very traumatized by this event

I went in to browse to see what they had in my size. I have shopped there before. I noticed all of the bras were really really large cup size (G-H). So I asked what bras they would have in my size and I gave her 2 sizes that I have worn in the past. The salesperson told me they’re European sizes, which I said I understood as I’ve shopped there before. I said i just wanted to browse but she then started trying to push me into a bra fitting and when I said I knew my approximate size, she got huffy. Like seriously… I am the customer! I asked which of the bras that were on the display came in my size and she didn’t even give me a straight answer. If I knew which bras were in my size then maybe I would have gone for the fitting but I just walked out annoyed. Never going back to that location. It’s too bad though because they are the only ones who have my size.

Ginger sales associate kept following us around the store making us feel uncomfortable. I felt like I couldn’t even look at a bag without her making a comment
I was here on Monday (July 17th) looking for some bras. The associate that sized me and helped me find the right fit was super friendly and helpful. I didn't catch her name, but she had dark brown hair in a braided bun.

Went to the Limeridge location (before it closed down?) out of desperation for new bras that fit me as I’m pregnant. Was talked into buying bras that didn’t fit me well and had very little lining, so your bits do show through tops, which I was not comfortable with. Of course I didn’t realize this until a couple wears in. It also washes TERRIBLY. I washed the bra a couple times, twice by hand and the others in a mesh bag in the washer and always air dry. It has a lot of pilling and looks very worn like I’ve had them for a few years, meanwhile I purchased them maybe 4 months ago? Luckily I didn’t wear the other bra and kept the tags on so I could return. Was talked into trying more bras on even after addressing my concern about coverage and ended up saying I do not want to exchange anything just a refund. Again, just wanted to reiterate that the quality of these bras are not great at all and a purchase I definitely regret to this day.

Beautiful store, helpful staff. I’ve made a few purchases here and each has been a pleasant experience.

The lineup to enter the store disappoints me every single time. Smaller luxury stores have much quicker moving lines, because they have more SA’s working.

I have never seen a more disrespectful and unprofessional manager in all my years coming to this mall. On several occassion I have witnessed the manager at this store, I believe her name is Noelia, mistreating the poor workers at this location as well as making snarky, passive-aggressive comments to customers. It is appalling that a company of this level hires people like her, lacking all decency and etiquette. I have been here on multiple occassions over the past year and it baffles me to see that she is still employed here despite her complete lack of competency.

This was my first time buying at Aerie and I will definitely come back
I went to this location today and was helped by Justina. She was so sweet, patient and made it her personal mission to make sure I walked out with new and comfortable bras. I have been frustrated lately about finding a comfy bras and determining my size. Justina made me feel supported and heard regarding my concerns and continued to provide suggestions and guidance throughout the whole time I was in the store. Such amazing customer service!

Went into this location yesterday, overall a fine experience. While nobody asked if we needed help (which I’m okay with), as I was walking out of the store, a lady who seemed to have some authority was telling one of the associates that whenever people are in the “pleasure” section, the associates must “hover” to ensure people are not stealing. This was unnerving to hear as a customer, whether I was shopping in the “pleasure” section or not. I would not want anybody hovering over me. This coaching method is far from okay and clearly some re-evaluation needs to be done.

Wonderful recent experience shopping at Bocana. Carol was extremely knowledgable and friendly and made my bra fitting appointment both informative and FUN! Bocana offers an incredibly vast, beautiful selection of intimates, as well as quality clothing lines. A unique shopping experience in the heart of Burlington. Can't wait to go back to shop again!
Rude cashier. I went to return an item this morning. Woman says I will need your email to do a return. I was unimpressed because no one at any store or anywhere has ever asked that. then she proceeded to say " I need to see the last 4 numbers of your card. I said I used apply pay and the number may not match as thats how that process works. She wasn't happy with that and said ok well for next time you need to pull up someway to see that through apply pay. Like really its a $20 bucks return and so much hassle? I had the receipt and tags on and had bought it just the day before... I was planning to look around and see if I would make a purchase. But because of her awful attitude I left the store immediately

I love the items the store sells and the staff are great.

My issue is with the manager. There have been a few times I’ve had to return items I purchased online and the manager has been very combative and has an attitude problem. She is lacking the people skills a management position needs.

Again, my experiences with the rest of the staff have been positive. I wish there was another location that was closer because I really dread dealing with this manager.

J'ai jamais rien porté d'aussi inconfotable! Les cerceaux sont ultra rigides. Les bretelles sont trop courtes et l'ajustement normal est impossible. En plus, les élastiques ne sont pas assez extensibles. Les brassières à bas prix chez LaSenza ou La vie en rose sont, étonnamment, de meilleure facture.

En 25 ans, je ne m'étais jamais fait avoir avec l'achat de brassières. Visiblement, le but des propriétaires de la bannière Lilianne est de faire un maximum de profit au détriment du confort quotidien des femmes. Je ne retournerai jamais acheter là. En plus, la vendeuse m'a menti en prétendant que c'était des modèles super confortables!

Super décevant. J'ai jeté 160$ à la poubelle, mais j'ai appris ma leçon.

Waited over 30 minutes in cold to get in the store, with my pregnant wife. A group of 5 people left the store and security person allowed only 2 people to get in the store stating they are allowing only groups of people in. Having said that i asked for the manager and requested to allow me and my pregnant wife in the store since the store was not that busy and it was quite cold and the manager of the store replied that unfortunately she cant help out regardless if we are dealing with pregnant woman waiting outside or not, since they only allow groups. Quite horrendous service no care for their customers my family and i no longer will be shopping in this store and from this brand.

I was having a great shopping experience at Ardene's until the supervisor/manager (the one with tattoos) on the floor abruptly interrupts the cashier's lovely customer service approach. Seeing there were no other customers on cash, and it was a slow morning, the lovely cashier (Asian female) kindly took it upon herself to help me search for a product in another location. I even waited on the side to let her serve the customer behind me. While waiting, the supervisor or whoever rudely cuts through to tell her to stop helping me. She even went as far to say, "You call them, but not as employee." Huh? Of course I am not an employee. Made no sense. A good manager will usually instruct their employees to assist customers, not refrain from helping them. Or you wait till the customers gone before you instruct them on something that is restraining. Whoever is reading this, I say, the person on cash deserves to be promoted as manager with the amazing people skills she has. She was so gracious, caring and respectful. Her words were so polite. She was so humble. The only reason why I gave this rating an added star and continued with the sale is because of her service (traits her own supervisor can learn from). Hope someone acknowledges her efforts, because with a manager like that I highly doubt good working employees get recognized for their positive work. Shame, shame. Beware potential job applicants applying to Ardenes.

Carol has an extensive collection of designer wear and lingerie. She has those impossible-to-find pieces and she is super helpful and attentive. Best Boutique in Burlington!
Their sale section is disorganized and most stuff are regular price.
Nice store, friendly helpful employees. The square footage of the store is quite small and there are a lot of product tables and stands, making it not really that accessible for people with wheelchairs or strollers. Felt very crowded with no other shoppers in the store. Product selection was good, pricing was decent.
For being the only Prada in Canada they should be expected to have a highest degree of excellence in all manners. While their store was clean and well kept, it felt like a mirror maze. We encountered a less than enthusiastic employee who seemed condescending regarding our inference about a price reduction on a damaged good. They didn’t offer a discount and the same employee showed little empathy.

Sorry, let me evaluate your store. Boxes in aisles. No product on shelves. Unfriendly staff. No greeting upon arrival or departure. Staff could clearly see we were looking for something specific but no one cared to ask if we needed help. This location used to be fantastic but has gone down hill considerably.

Thank you for such a wonderful La Vie En Rose in Mapleview mall in Burlington. Peyton was the beautiful young lady that helped me tremendously. It was so nice to actually deal with someone that knew what they were talking about, knew the products well and was very pleasant. The variety and quality is excellent here. 5/5 for that! However, the service here is not so great. Overheard the associate rudely complaining about a customer. Maintain some respect for the customers here. Be humble and nice. It’s the least you can do in a company that is capable of quality. Invest in a better staff here.

The staff wasn’t very welcoming and I don’t think anyone offered help me the entire time I was there. Girls in the fitting room to “help” were swearing and just talking about going to university. That’s all fine, but they were throwing out f bombs and stuff. Not very professional. They were talking about McMaster university. Great way to represent your future university lol.

I can’t say enough about how amazing the service is at this Location and the quality of this product. Angie and Trinity who work there are extremely knowledgeable about getting you properly fitted! just so extremely patient, friendly and kind . Because of the amazing service I will always come to this store . My last bra from this store lasted me 12 years.

Just wanna say I had a great experience here yesterday, the associate helped me get the right fit and find styles that I love. Made me feel comfortable and stress free shopping. The price of bras shocked me a little but they were on sale, and they honestly are worth it they fit better and look great.

Such a fantastic experience! Liz was such an amazing help! I have always struggled to find the right size bra and after telling her what was wrong she grabbed me a different size bra and it was a perfect fit! We had an amazing bra fitting experience today with Holly at this Aerie! It was my moms first time shopping at Aerie, the store was packed, but we were treated like we were the only people in the store. With kindness, generosity and her knowledge of the products, Holly was able to help us find exactly what we needed with a positive attitude and energy. Rude and inhuman manager alert!

The Manager, Anver (or Amber, I don't remember her name) who apparently runs this store lacks basic courtesy and is absolutely insensitive towards the customers.

I entered the store on Boxing day along with my wife and a ton of bags. I was exhausted and I was desperately looking for a place to sit. I found some space near the mannequin stand and within seconds the store manager rudely asked me to get up from there. I admitted my mistake and I made it a point to provide a feedback (at the time of checking out) to arrange for seating for its customers. To my surprise I learned that there was some seating available in the store. What bothered me was that I was just rudely asked to get up without being directed towards the seats(especially when they were vacant). So I left a message for the manager to reach out to me later as she was on a break. The store manager called me up just to tell me that it's not her responsibility to arrange for my seating in a rude tone again!

Is this how you treat your customers?
Forget about customers, is that how you treat a fellow human being?

I am disappointed with the level of customer service. Your employees, especially the store manager needs sensitivity training!

Nevertheless, you have lost a customer forever and I'm going to humbly request everyone to keep away from a brand that treats its customers like this!

I would like to say Thank You to the staff at La Vie En Rose, Mapleview Mall location. While I realize this is the Christmas season and stores are busy with shoppers, as I entered the store there was a young lady by the name of Payton who greeted me and asked if I needed help? With some hesitation I said, "Yes please"... I need help with finding a bra that actually fits and feels comfortable. I had told her that someone recommended the "Memory Foam" bra and I was willing to give it a try. I explained my current bra situation and without hesitation she directed me to not only the Memory Foam bra but as well a few other options that may fit my needs. It took about 30 minutes to find the right fit and comfort but without this young lady's help, I would once again be struggling to find the perfect bra for me. Thank you Payton ..you were awesome!
Then Payton asked if I knew about the Rose of Hope charity donation initiative? After hearing that the La Vie En Rose "Rose of Hope Charity" helps women who have survived or are dealing with Breast Cancer, I knew that I needed to help. So today, I dropped into the Charity box over 25 bras, and I feel great! Knowing I am ... "Paying it Forward".

Prada box stained my Louis Vuitton neverfull mm bag! I threw out the boxes as soon as I saw this but decided to return one of the three items I bought from prada. There was almost an issue with the return! Luckily they approved but now I’m stuck w stained purse. Upsetting for a company that is considered luxury has colour from there boxes rub off. (Yorkdale location).

Customer service needs a bit of a tune up. Didn't even get in the door. I called to book an appointment and the phone was answered with a simple "hello". I thought I had the wrong number because what business answers the phone like that? The vibe was that I was being an annoyance by simply asking some questions to ensure my daughter's first fitting would go well. I decided to look elsewhere. Instead we found a lovely shop in Oakville who were more than happy to have me spend my money there.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've had two great experiences in the Burlington location. First visit I had the great help from Sarah, who clearly knows her products.
And I returned today to have more great customer service from Angie. She showed me some some nice peices to add to my previous purchases...and add a new style for me. All in all a great experience and I've told my friends and strangers to check it out!

I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible customer service. This store does not respect mask exemptions or understand how the current mask mandates work. They discriminated against my daughter a few weeks ago when she was refused service and embarrassed in front of people by a certain employee. We returned today and when I politely confronted the same employee about the situation she was rude, accused my daughter of lying about her experience, completely played it down and wouldn't even discuss it with us. I was only in there because I had a gift card. When there was $20 left on the card after our purchase, I asked the employee to 'pay it forward' to the next customer as I did not ever plan to return. Instead of gifting the next customer in line, as I asked, she threw the card in the trash when she thought I had left. I was shocked and disgusted. I then returned to the store, confronted the manager and asked for my gift card back. She sheepishly fished it out of the garbage and handed it back to me. I never received a 'sorry' or any sense that the manager cared whatsoever that her employee had just disrespected my young daughter, myself, and stole my money, essentially. Absolutely terrible. I will be writing head office.

This store is like a jackpot. They offer really good deals on quality products. The customer service was great. It was a great experience.
I went into the Bocanca Boutique Pop Up shop at the Milton outlets over the weekend with no intentions of really buying any bras, as I already have a big enough collection. Carol took the time to properly fit me for the bras. I didn't realize I was wearing the wrong size cup and band all along! And Carol also had some wonderful tips and techniques for wearing bras and having them fit well. I personally love her 'swoop and scoop' tip! I left the store with three new, gorgeous, and properly fitting bras. Will definitely visit again.

Overall this is a great store with a wide variety merchandise whether it be for gifts or for personal purchases they have quite the selection ranging from sex toys, hats, tshirts, piercings, sunglasses, underwear board games, comiccon memorabilia and much more! I was really impressed with the customer service- the staff were very friendly and very helpful in identifying my needs and helping me find what I want. I would definitely recommend a visit. You're sure to find something that you like whether you planned to buy something or not.

Such comfy clothes in a wide variety of sizes and colors. My only complaint is that their online stock checker isn't always accurate but the staff was sympathetic and helped me order the pants I was looking for on their site. I got what I was looking for and am totally in love with my new pants.

I have never had such an amazing bra fitting experience as I did at Bocana! The ladies who work here are amazing, knowledgable and so lovely. Justine and Carol went above and beyond to help me find a variety of well-fitting, comfortable and sexy bras! I have never found such a selection of pretty bras at other stores and whatever options I did have were very drab and boring.

I had such an awesome experience shopping here from start to finish and was blown away by the amazing customer service. The sales associates at Bocana are true experts and were calm, patient and professional whilst listening to my needs and wants. I have always dreaded bra shopping until I walked into Bocana. I highly recommend this store to everyone!

Shopping at Bocana had to be the best customer service experience I had ever received. For the first time in my life, I actually have a bra that fits me! I'm very petite around the band and stores never carry my size so it was wonderful to have a store that was able to show me different styles in bras that fit me. Both Carol and Justine worked vigiously together to find me some bathing suits and matching lingerie sets. I am so pleased with the service I received from both lovely ladies! I definitely plan on shopping more at this store since the service is so personalized and intimate!
Great selection of things to buy. It's all over the place. The staff is great. A welcome addition to the mall for sure. There are some risqué stuff there too so be careful if you bring kids to the store.

A properly fitted bra truly changes everything. I had a very overdue visit to this beautiful store last week and lets just say my cup is full - pun intended :) Carol and her associates are true professionals. I had a wonderful experience today at Change in Burlington. I was greeted and taken care of right away. Tiffany did a great job and I wouldn't have known that she was fairly new to her job. She had great suggestions and honesty which I really like. I even got my 84 year old mother in to try a new bra and she said she never had anyone ever help her before. We left the store with 5 new bras and so excited to wear my 4 new ones and mom loves her new one. Yes they cost more but I am worth it and it feels good having the right fit.
