They did an amazing job with my puffer jacket. It had some pretty nasty black oil stains on a light coloured coat and they managed to remove them all. The coat looks like new! Thank you and well done.

je vous déconseille fortement cette place, il te font signé une décharge pour les manteaux, déjà la sa pars mal.. le vieux monsieur étais super arrogant, il etais pas trop rassurant quand je suis aller le porter il mavais lair de ne pas trop savoir comment laver des manteaux et comme de fait, il on brisé ma fourrure en dissant que cétais de l'usure normale mon manteau étais en très bonne état! quand tu paie tes manteaux 500 à 1000$, une chance je leurs avais pas laisser mon rudsak!

Nailed the Brief: Deven & Co. did a great job fleshing out a vision for my wedding suit, which I'm so excited to wear next month. Deven left no stone unturned and helped me avoid a couple of "design traps" that I could have easily fallen into. Overall, a great experience and now I need to find a good excuse to go back to get another suit made!

Where to start… the service I received from my first visit to my last was awesome. I created a custom wedding suit with Simon. Simon was incredible from start to finish. I visited a few times for fittings and creation, he not only helped me create a perfect look but was so helpful with Information about the suit, bow ties and a good many other things. Everyone else I interacted with seemed just as personable and helpful, but I worked primarily with Simon and can’t say enough about how happy I am with what he has done for me. Great shop, amazing suit, thank you so much!

Went to the store for a pair of running shoes which were on sale. Unfortunately, they did not have my size. The lady checked on her computer and said, "Sir, we can deliver your size to your home and it could take 7-10 days. I said great, after ONLY 2 days they were at my door. THANKS SIMONS for the great service.

Had a great experience with Deven Ye getting a suit for my wedding. Deven put no pressure nor did he try to upsell, he gave sound advice, and was very professional - clearly knows what he is doing and really gave the impression that he has your best interests at heart. Would recommend without hesitation!

UPDATE: Unfortunately, we've had numerous issues since we ordered the tux. Not only was the tux late by a few weeks due to "fabric shortages" (the father and brother of the groom ordered the same fabric for their suits at the Quebec City and Ottawa Surmesur locations and had no problems with theirs coming on-time), but also the shirt was ordered in the wrong colour. It wasn't off-white like we had ordered; it was yellow. Since we're located in the northeast US, we've had to make additional trips back to Canada to deal with this, which we were not expecting, especially so close to the wedding. This has been a major source of stress for us, and we are very disappointed. I left 2 stars because they did try to rush our order. We now rescind our recommendation.

We had a fantastic custom wedding tuxedo appointment with Deven. We were very impressed with his knowledge about what’s currently trending/what is more traditional and his expert opinion, and he was super attentive to our needs and concerns. He was patient and made sure to answer all the questions we had (and we had many) even though we went over our scheduled time. We never felt rushed and we left our appointment feeling like we had created the perfect tux for our wedding. Would highly recommend this location in particular for your custom suit/tux!

I took my wedding dress to Hannamars for laundering and preservation. My dress was carefully cleaned and boxed. There was white tissue paper surrounding it as well. It was affordable, fast and done with a great deal of care and attention to detail. I especially appreciate that they used the smallest box that made sense for my dress as it is now super easy to store. Communication was fast, friendly and efficient. Drop off and pick up was easy. It was even ready about a week earlier than expected. I could not be happier with the service and care that I received.

Highly recommend! Deven Ye and Christopher Exorphe helped me pick out a wonderful suit for a wedding. Christopher went out of his way to make last-minute adjustments himself, and they came out perfect. Great quality material and even greater staff.

I hate that more than 70% of people work from morning till 4,5 pm and you guys close at 6pm 3 days a week. Ok we come on the weekend! Oh sorry you are closing at 5 and we should come at 10am like an office to enjoy shopping????

I really liked this Simon's, and may be the largest Simon's I've ever seen. Absolutely great selection for once for men! I had fun trying on stuff that was actually fresh but not tacky. I would highly recommend if you're looking to spice up your wardrobe.
Only thing is I wish the pricing was a tad lower for some of their shirts. I think the pants and other stuff is reasonable though.

Highly recommended! I got my wedding suit assisted by Mauclair who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout and helped me choose a great design. Everyone at the store was great to work with and I would happily use their services again!

Professional and polite.

Returning an online here was super easy. Customer service was super polite and friendly. It made me want to come in store rather than do my returns through the post office. I really enjoyed going into this simons specifically, because the staff is so nice and welcoming.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Hanna was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have an extensive collection of options, and cater to all sizes, something I did not experience at the other boutique I went to. I told her what I was looking for and she had several options for me to choose from. Overall an amazing experience and would recommend this boutique to everyone! (Also a big fan that it's owned and operated by a local sister duo!)

I wanted to review sooner but totally forgot so here i am, Hannamars is amazing! i bought my dress at kleinfelds but needed help with alterations after Kleinfelds messed it up and i needed the entire front/chest area altered to give my chest a shape. She was absolutely amazing! Ofcourse my dress gave a good challenge but she gave it her all and i'm so happy with the results :) She's so kind and professional. I can't comment on purchasing a dress but i highly recommend Hannamars for alterations. Price is very fair as well

Hannamars is an great bridal store! The two sisters who own/run it, Hanna and Mary, are very friendly and knowledgeable. All their dresses are beautiful and of great quality. Hanna, and Mary do all the alterations themselves, so you have total confidence in your entire wedding dress process. And their dressing room is the biggest and most comfortable you'll ever find. Hannamars is definitely worth a visit!

This place was the perfect place for wedding dress shopping. My best friend had caved in under pressure and bought a wedding dress previously at a different store, and came to realize she didn't love it anymore. Hannamars not only had attentive and knowledgeable people helping us, but it was small and intimate so it felt much easier to make decisions and not get overwhelmed. My best friend found her perfect wedding dress, it makes her look like a fairytale princess. And I may have found my own for my wedding dress in the future!

I would recommend Hannamars to any bride that is looking to customize and have a dress that is perfect. Thank you Ladies, you were so helpful and patient.
