I don't write a tonne of reviews, but I wanted to make a point to recognize Jan, the resident Thai massage therapist at Soma Soul and Wellness. Jan is simply extraordinary. His skill and expertise are unparalleled in my experience. While communication was a bit of challenge due to English not being his first language (it didn't bother me, or affect the treatment), his skill more than makes up for it. I’ve had Thai massages all over the world, and Jan’s was the best experience I've had.
I booked a massage for my Girlfriend and I mid July. On the website I still can't find that insurance is not accepted. As much as it's my duty to ask, I did not. It states on their website .. and I quote "Here at Good Time Wellness, we have a team of professional massage therapists ready at your service. Under years of training and practice, our
store provides you with the best and most approved massage therapists" end quote.
As much as I enjoyed the massage, this is very faulty information. Massage Therapists are licensed, all of them. There's no way around it. It's awesome that your team has holistic licenses but don't lie about it.

With using a calculator, the receptionist tallied up both massage prices including my $20 tip for each Masseuse AND THEN taxed me on the whole amount to figure out the final balance. You don't tax tip amounts.

Tried to book after sandy left. They can't accommodate months in advance now! Tried the receptionist sounded exhausted trying to find a new date for me and my husband. So we will find a new spot for our massages. Not good for business
This place is amazing and the fact that it's always booked is insane to me. It's clean. The staff are nice. The thai massage is amazing!
I highly recommend this place if you have muscle aches or flexibility issues and are looking for a strong massage. Excellent staff all around who can advise you.
Physiotherapy treatment with Luv Manchanda went very well. He is a very kind and knowledgeable, and does a great job. Additionally, the location is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend Serenity Massage and Wellness to anyone who is looking for physio or massage.
I went here for the first time and honestly it's the best massage I've ever got in my life. I love the intense pressure. She did different massage movements. If your not a fan of intense massage then this is not for u. I would recommend this place to anyone, it's def worth the money, you won't be disappointed.
I asked for an appointment short notice because I was so stiff and the owner personally accommodated me! Nicole was so sweet :) she did my massage and I felt soooo relaxed afterwards 10/10 experience definitely bringing other people here

I can’t say enough good things about Soma and Soul! I was welcomed by the most wonderful person, Emily. She immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. I saw Naturopathic Dr. Choi and from the moment I sat down in her office she made me feel at ease and we had the best initial consultation to really get to know me and what my needs are. From there, I was recommended to see RMT Kate and again she immediately made me feel comfortable and assured me I was in a safe nonjudgmental space. Grateful for their care and attention to detail!
I had been going to this location for about 2 years now and had always had AMAZING experiences until recently. I had the most horrible experience with Wendy/Yi Wang in March and after asked to speak to a manager but was advised by receptionist Simran that the only way to do so would be through email asking for manager Bernice to contact me. I sent the email over a month ago and have not received a response.
I have been seeing Nicole at Serenity for many years now and she is the best massage therapist I have ever seen. Always professional, beautiful clinic, and the massages are very therapeutic and as deep as I need. I highly recommend Serenity.
I recently experienced physiotherapy at Serenity Massage and Wellness Center, Streetsville, Mississauga. I met my therapist Luv Manchanda and I found him very knowledgeable about human body pressure points, which quickly induces relaxation. He has good experience in dry needling, acupuncture and cupping therapy. Grateful to Luv and team! Highly recommend for anyone who is dealing with chronic pain and old injuries. Kudos😊

Then some time using washroom
Then some more time changing
And the massage began 15-20 mins after the appointment time
So we got like 40 mins of massage and were charged for one hour
We paid about $280 for 40 mins massage
And gave 15% tip

Had my massage with a senior RMT, I guess it is partially my ego’s fault for not telling him that he pushed too hard at various points on my cervical spine (he reminded me at the end that this was only “medium” force—I think his max force would be lethal). I found the pillow uncomfortable as with the force he pushed down, there was no room to breathe. I’m fairly certain that it was obvious that I was gasping for air between pushes. I now have a shooting pain in my neck that I will likely need to get imaging for. For the price paid, I was hoping to leave more relaxed than injured.
Fantastic first Thai spa experience!! I came here with my fiancé for a couples massage and we were blown away. We loved the private sauna session as well as the 90 minute massage and stretch by Len and Laura 😍 we have never been stretched like this before! This will not be the last time we’ll be back.
Not for the weak. First time getting a Thai massage. I've had plenty of intense and heavy pressure massages before and this one definitely tops it. Will be back because it's my preference. My husband gets more massages than me and he thought it was too intense for him haha.
This was my first time trying Thai massage. I have suffered with headaches and stiffness in my back and neck for the past month and could not find relief. I booked a 90 minute massage with Jun and couldnt be happier with my experience! She is amazing and I am now a true believer in the benefits of Thai massage. The spa itself is very clean and the staff welcoming. If you are contemplating booking a massage, do not hesitate! I highly recommend!!!

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The spa itself had a serene ambiance and provided excellent service. However, I was disappointed with the massage as I had expected a 90-minute Thai full body massage that included a back massage, but it focused mainly on stretching and leg massage. While the overall experience was pleasant, the lack of attention to the back left me slightly unsatisfied.
Absolute best massages here ! Love the couple massages. The Thai massage is authentic and they really know what thier doing ! Free ginger tea in the waiting area. Slippers and front foyer can be better managed though !

I recently had a fantastic experience with a Thai massage therapist (on) who really knows her stuff! She is incredibly skilled in deep tissue massages and her strength is impressive. On Li is a highly experienced and skilled practitioner. She knows how to read me and I ask for no mercy with a strong massage. Of more than 30-40 people I’ve probably received massages from she is the one that I am so fortunate to “get what I want” digging in and hitting all the knots and pains. I’ve really “met my match”.
Her technique is amazing and she will even walk on the back. I’ve gone for 2 x 2 hour sessions and 1 hr session so far and while I first didn’t think I needed 2 hours, now I know why in order to have the time on every single part of the body and not rush through all the areas.
Whomever is looking for a Thai massage which involves actively stretching you, you won’t be disappointed. Really glad I met her!

My experience and results with Jesseny at Soma and Sound have been an absolute gift! Her understanding and execution to release pain and repair my shoulder is unreal! I also must ad that the ease of making appointment's and the over all customer care is next to none.
Unique and comprehensive massage experience! The Thai massage technique was new to me but I loved it. I felt incredible afterwards, I will definitely be going back. Warm and welcoming atmosphere, friendly and professional staff.

My go to place for a massage. The place is clean and comfy. There’s a sauna and two showers available. The ladies are super friendly and accommodating. Never once had a problem with any of them. Prices are fair.
I have been coming here regularly for more than a year now. I always go for the 90-minutes full body. They also have foot reflexology which is my other favourite. Such a wonderful place with reasonable price, clean facilities and spacious massage rooms. Everyone here is extremely friendly and will accommodate anything you request. Chloe, Wendy, May and Yan are all amazing masseuse. They know where needs to be worked on from the first minute. You’ll leave here fully relaxed and find yourself wanting to come back again and again!
5 Star all the way!!! I’ve made it my priority to come here once a week either for a full 1hr massage or the 45 minute reflexology with 15 min back massage. The staff are all talented and knowledgeable. The facilities are clean. An absolutely gem! My husband and I have even come her for reflexology before dinner for a date night. You’ll feeling like you are walking on clouds.
I went during my lunch break for a full body massage with my friends. my shoulder and neck always felt uncomfortable after working at the computer all day but after this massage my whole body was relaxed and i feel amazing. it was a wonderful experience and i immediately make another appointment after. it is also super clean there which is a plus. that was the best massage i ever had.

I’m not a person who writes many reviews but I have been a customer at Zenstones for a number of years and it is by far the best holistic wellness place I have ever visited. The staff are incredibly professional and focus on accommodating me the client. Whatever my needs might be at the time. The rooms are clean the showers are spotless, the attendants are courteous and caring, and the service is second to none. If you are looking for a place where you will feel completely rejuvenated when you’re done, I recommend that you come to Zenstones.

I went here yesterday for a massage. The receptionist (the one with the glasses) took it upon herself to give me the massage. She assured me that she's an RMT. I had the most atrocious massage ever. I had to pause midway and ask if she's actually a masseuse. She said she's not and does acupuncture. I'm all sore and in pain now from the massage. Never again visiting here and you'd be better advised to stay away from here as well.
We came here for a couple’s massage and enjoyed the experience thoroughly. The staff was so welcoming and the vibe of the place is so relaxing. Right from the smell to the music and the aesthetic, every thing was on point. We loved the massage. It was well done and all our concerns were addressed. Definitely coming back again!!
What a gem I've discovered. Everything about this clinic feels peaceful, empowering, and positive. Jesseny is incredible at her work, she relieved some complex jaw pain I'd been experiencing and also helped resolve many other chronic issues that other practitioners have had a hard time with. I'll be booking my husband in to see her soon and would highly recommend Jesseny and this clinic to anyone! The staff at the front desk are also incredibly pleasant and helpful. Thank you all!

Since Good Time opened it has become my go-to massage place in North York. All the staff are super nice and well trained, with one push on my back they know exactly what my pain points are. I always come out of the massage feeling much relieved and ready for a good night of sleep!

Mary Choi has literally changed my life. She is an amazing and patient practitioner who is knowledgeable and kind. As part of her Metabolic Balance Program, I lost over 50 lbs in period of 7 months and have never felt better and healthier. My health issues disappeared and my confidence reappeared with her guidance and program. Mary is now balancing my hormones as I continue to see her on an on-going basis. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Mary and her team (specifically Emily) to anyone who wants positive health changes in their life. I am eternally grateful for the help and will be a patient forever!
