I came to this card store with a buddy who is a regular here for some Pokémon cards. I was impressed with the huge selection and the prices were very reasonable. The owner allowed my friend and I to open the boxes and packs we bought inside the store which was super kind! Still shocked I pulled Raging Bolt SAR from Temporal Forces from this store ahaha. Thanks for everything Andy! I’ll be back in the future. :)
Greatest customer service I’ve ever had. If you need a card store to go too, Andy is your guy. Very knowledgeable on sports, Pokémon, magic, whatever you need. Always leave with a smile on your face
This place is a nostalgic gateway to my childhood. The owner is so knowledgeable and kind. Even if it's busy he will make sure youre not left without service or help. Just bought a PlayStation VR for an extremely decent price cheaper than FB marketplace. I'm glad I stopped by. This will definitely be my go to place for used games moving forward.
Fantastic store with a great selection of sports cards. We love going to Andy’s, he’s very personable and his prices are very competitive compared to the rest of the city. Always a great experience and would highly recommend 👍🏻
Pretty disappointing experience with this company. Ordered an in stock item online and chose in store pickup. They don't actually have them in stock at the store, they have to come from the warehouse, so it wasn't available for pickup when I visited the store. I asked the guy in the store's when I could get it and he told me I needed to call customer service. It took me 10 calls to reach customer service and was given a time to pickup (same day after 5:30). I went to the store and the employee told me to come back in 10/15 minutes, when I returned I was told that it wasn't included in their daily shipment and I had to call customer service again. After another handful of calls I we told that the customer service girl would hand pick the order to ensure it was included and I could get it the following day. It was there the next day but 3 visits to the store to pickup an online order is inappropriate, this type of experience is exactly why traditional retail stores are dying. 2 stars are for how kind the customer service girl was, but the company/process itself deserves 0 stars. In store employees seem to have 0 visibility or knowledge, I was told that next time I should just wait for an email instead of going when I was told to. Cheap prices on some items but not worth the effort.
Great online shopping selection, and the best prices especially app exclusive deals. One of the only places that doesnt DRASTICALLY overprice there pokemon/ other card sets. Packages arrived undamaged and on time. Will continue to buy all my collectibles through hobbiesville app until a local shop has the decency to not overcharge/scam there customers
My experience was terrible! Got a book for a present and I paid for express Fedex 1-2 day shipping hoping to get it ontime. But only in the confirmation email does it say that they have 1-3 business days processing time. Regardless of the Fedex shipping (which in every online store actually means 1-2 day shipping and take priority if a client paid for it), they took all 3 days to process/send it AND just before the weekend (Fedex is not working on weekends), so it came only in 4 more days.
All in all, the $12 Fedex 1-2 days shipping to Montreal turned into 7 days. From Wednesday, May 8 6:40am to Tuesday, May 14 1:42pm
No help, consideration, or any attempt to send it earlier from the customer service. In response to my emails, all they did is send me a link to a burried policy where it says about processing time.

shoutout the staff and especially Nate for always assisting me whenever I come through. I’ve bought and sold many games, consoles, and trading cards here. Fair prices, many different products in good condition, can come here and leave with something you may not be thinking you needed/wanted.
Hobbiesville is the best place to order cards online in Canada in my opinion. One day I hope to visit their actual store if I am in the area. Had some issues with one of my orders and Regan was helpful in fixing this issue for me. I appreciate their business and recommend anybody to shop up here.
Andy is such a great guy, always willing to chat and super helpful. Would recommend his shop any day, also has some of the best prices.
Every pick up has gone smoothly and I tend to stick around a bit and get convinced to buy other random merch.. they have a good stock of random memorabilia and are knowledgeable about their inventory. 5 stars from me!

I would recommend! They were very helpful in figuring out which box sizes would be best for shipping cards. They also gave my son a free Pikachu card which was really nice of them!
This store is amazing to come to. I grew up in the ps2/ps3 era, and this is like stepping into a Time Machine, going back to the past of video games. I find this store way better than GameStop, although it’s geared mostly towards older nostalgic titles. The owner and employees are cool, and my friends and I always have a great time, enjoying ourselves here.
I will definitely return, whenever I want to purchase some older game titles. I recommend this store to anybody who’s looking for some older games to play. I personally find past games, to be more fun than newer games in my opinion.

Mere steps inside the door, you're swept up in nostalgia. Absolutely amazing selection of games for pretty much any console you can think of, as well as peripherals (cords, controllers, etc.), and the systems themselves! The prices are absolutely reasonable, and the staff are super friendly, treating you like an old friend even if it's your first time in the store. So happy to have a place like this to shop at :)

Singles are a bit steeper priced than other locations but great options in store for other packs.
Hope, Regan and quiet guy in hoodie are very helpful. Product variety is great and store is easy to navigate. Lots of items available and never any issues with online orders. I like the point system online but can you give out more coupons with orders, like scratch tickets for discounts or buy one get one %10 off. Products always sealed and in good shape and online orders are always packaged and shipped with sweet sweet love and care.
I recently had an nice experience there, the staff are always super friendly and welcoming! They have a lot of cool things to browse through like their walls of spray paints for graffiti art and a wide range of blind boxes, retro trading cards/toys, and collectible figurines from popular designers. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area or looking for a gift who are into those things!

A wide selection of paint supplies, awesome store merch, and fun board games - you’ll leave wanting everything! Incredible place to buy all types of paint products and has a wide arrangement of unique items. Worth a visit if you come to Toronto.
1 star for charging $100 more for a Lorcana booster box. Also, 1 star for offering nothing for alternate art Pokémon cards or cards worth a significant amount.
Great store with lots of toy collectibles and trading cards. Other side of the store has spray paints/markers for street art. Staffs are friendly and welcoming.
I highly recommend this local hobby shop if you are into collecting cards or wanting to start. Andy is one of the nicest guys and very knowledgeable. I took my kids here and they were so excited just being there. We bought some Pokemon packs. Definitely better to purchase here than any other big retailer.

Great little place, hard to find but don't give up. It's inside the building you wouldn't think it's in.
The best card shop around! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about all the games that they sell! Also playing there for local tournaments is a blast!
The staff is really friendly and the atmosphere, in general, is fairly relaxed. Prices have always been quite reasonable.
I have placed orders for TCG products, hit the showers, and had the order fulfilled and ready for pick up by the time I'm out.

I've made a purchase of a single card at this branch on January 2nd and was not very satisfied with the condition that the card arrived in. The card was described as NM but appeared more LP. It did not look NM at all. The card has a noticeable bend on the top right corner of the card and looks very dirty with specks hardened onto the card on both sides. I've reached out to their customer support on their website to no avail and emailed them a couple days after with no response as well.

Great local game store. I went to their One Piece card game event in September. Was a fun time. Their local players were really helpful and more than happy to give pointers and answer questions. Also got to chat with the owner who is also a super friendly guy (and big One Piece fan!). I’ve also been a couple times since to get sleeves and whatnot. Always a good experience.
These fine lads have finally started pricing competitively to other shops in the city, so I am updating my review to reflect the new experience! I like how they have a large range of single cards for purchase out on display in the counter, as it gives me an opportunity to window shop some cards that might otherwise go under my radar while the staff gather my orders for pickup! I do wish they had a greater selection of inventory available, as they do have some sets that other stores carry that this one just doesn't have any stock for, and restocks of older stuff doesn't seem to happen too often compared to other stores. The search function on the website is kind of useless, as when searching for stuff, it throws in a lot of results that are highly irrelevant to the search, and often searching for a specific product, you won't find it in the search results but will get 100s of irrelevant results instead. Not a huge dealbreaker, but it does make it harder to place an order.

I ordered a booster box, and a dark sylveon v box. This is my first time ordering from hobbiesville so I didn't know what to expect, I choose the standered shipping. it was around 10 dollars and my package came within a week or so. So not a long wait and I thought it was going to be longer. Overall everything seemed legit and real. Not any fake cards or anything and everything came protected in bubble wrap. It came pretty early in the morning around 9am. I'm glad and happy ordering from hobbiesville and will order from them in the future as well, thank you hobbiesville for taking care of my package and making things easy. I got some great pulls as well

I went in with my 2yo on their second day open. The store was very organized and there was tons of selection from trading cards to pop culture t-shirts, statues, comics, and manga. The staff were very friendly and eager to assist. If they do not have the item you're looking for, they're willing to order it in. They also have tables reserved for tabletop games, so anyone is welcome to go in and play something. Definitely a place I will be returning to!

There’s cards and packs at affordable costs and higher end costs so the range is good. A lot of hockey options, some MTG, some Pokémon, and a good variety of card supplies also. Andy the owner is very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Geno's game is awesome for the magic the gathering singles availability and price. I have had always enjoyed my conversation with Ben. Great place to find what you are looking for your next MTG EDH deck.

Great selection of games and game related swag. Excellent prices and good trade in value on games. If you like Magic the Gathering and Pokemon, they have plenty of selection there as well. Highly recommended.
What a cool place. Had the opportunity to see DJ Koko perform on a Saturday. He came in town from Tokyo to perform for two nights.

Awesome and unique pop-culture art & collectibles that you'd need to seriously hunt for at Comic Cons and online. Really great staff and super chilled out atmosphere. Make sure to stop by any chance you get!
