I recently had the pleasure of dining at Little Naija, and it was an experience worth sharing. Specializing in authentic Nigerian cuisine, Little Naija provides a vibrant and flavorful journey through the rich culinary traditions of Nigeria.

The food was exceptional. I tried the Jollof Rice with Grilled Chicken and the Egusi Soup with Pounded Yam. The Jollof Rice was perfectly cooked, with a delightful balance of spices, and the grilled chicken was juicy and well-seasoned. The Egusi Soup was rich and hearty, with a depth of flavor that was truly satisfying. Each dish was presented beautifully, reflecting the care and authenticity that went into its preparation.

The service at Little Naija was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was pleasant from start to finish. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout our meal.

I highly recommend Little Naija to anyone looking to explore authentic Nigerian cuisine. Whether you're familiar with the flavors of Nigeria or new to them, this restaurant offers a delicious and memorable dining experience. I look forward to returning and trying more of their diverse menu offerings.

Incredibly delicious and authentic Ethiopian food with friendly staff. Cozy atmosphere with mood lighting for the late night and live music too! 100/10 would recommend. We got the vegan platter for one and meat platter for one (plenty for 2 people). Our hearts and stomachs feel nourished.

Nice westaf food, they also said it’s halal.
Was amazed by the food and atmosphere here! Never had Ethiopian food before but now I'll be visiting here regularly. Glad I decided to try out this place, definitely recommend everyone to visit.

Staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is lovely and the music is very relaxing.
Great food and amazing live music on the weekend. Cosy design with Excellent customer service!
Beautiful decor, lovely music. Amazing flavours and always the fresh smell of coffee. Blue Nile is the perfect place for a dinner and beer with friends. Ethiopean food is underrated. If you haven't already tried it, this is the place to start.
The worst place to get food. The food looks like what was prepared 7days ago( ofada rice),was warm and served. It tasted bitter. Honestly if there was a zero(0) ratings I wound have grade them zero. A whole Puff puff was so hard filled with oil. It is a zero all round for me. Seriously little Naija Restaurant is never a place to get food.
As a Uber eats driver, I went in for the pick up the woman in there seemed to the customer service person asked me to wait for 5 mins, when I want back after 5 mins she was in the kitchen, I called her, rang the bell but no response for the next 15 mins, the woman did not even come outside. When she came outside she did not have the order and asked to wait for longer. Pathetic service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there for anything.
I ordered Egusi soup, Eba and peppered kpomo. The Eba was stale and cold, I couldn't bite through the kpomo, the Egusi was quite watery with bone in place of meat, I couldn't eat anything I ordered. I definitely did not get my money's worth.

Over 1/2 the food I looked at, dozens of items, expired, most expired years ago. I pointed this out to an employee who just smiled & said "I know". Be careful people ~gross.

The worst customer service experience I've had. The woman working there at the time took an EXTREMELY LONG TIME and seemed very confused. I think that if someone like that should be working as customer service or if she is should have proper supervision and guidance. After the long wait the food was 6/10 I've had better Nigerian food. I won't ever be coming back here.
Great place to get all ur African groceries...and good nigerian meals
I ordered meatpie and fishpie. I did not expect perfection but that was the worst pastry i ever ate. Stay away from their pastries. Its disgusting
The owner and the host were incredibly amazing people. Food was testing delicious and was custom catered

The wait time seems to vary based on who’s working there so be mindful of that. The price also doesnt make sense when all you mostly get is rice.

Half the order was wrong but maybe due to miscommunication. But also it took awhile to get white rice and plantain. I was told usually the service is better so I increased my rating.
Their services are good
Very lovely supermarket for your African shopping in St Catharines!

If you are looking for a place to have tasty Nigerian dishes, African Village is the place to be. It has an array of stomach filling 'soups' and 'swallows'. My favorite 🤩 is their pounded yam and egusi soup. Trust me for someone in faraway Canada. This is probably the best I’ve had in like forever.
They have respectful staff who are always ready to serve. Highly recommended!
I love this store

I came into Canada and got confused in a mall looking for sugar and no one cared. The next day I saw Ebeano Store online and immediately a friend came to visit me, I told him I am on my way to Ebeano Canada and he was excited to hear that Ebeano is close by. We got there and it was home away from home. Almost every good thing you want from Nigeria is there and at very good prices. And very friendly staff. That's my only shopping place for anything I need that they have going forward. 360 Ontario, St. Catharine Canada.

Ebeano Supermarket is a wonderful place to shop! My family and I always have such a positive experience when shopping here. The staff is fantastic and friendly, the products are of great quality, and there's a little piece of home in there for us!

The food at Ebeano Kitchen never disappoints! You can always count on it being top notch, flavorful and delectable. If you haven't visited it yet, you're missing out!
I love shopping here. There is a wide variety of products and the staff are always friendly. I have not had any issue with the products purchased here. I go here all the time and I would recommend to everyone.

Fantastic little whole in the wall West-African food. I live in the neighbourhood and try to support as many local businesses as possible and this one never disappoints! They always serve large portions that are reasonably priced and always tastes fresh & delicious (you can really taste the spices and the wood charcoal cook!) The kitchen staff is always warm and friendly - locals and tourists need to try this little gem in the Outaouais region!

Avoid at all cost. Worst restaurant ever- they need to be ashamed of themselves. It is wickedness to make people pay for a terrible meal that looks that way - See picture below. This is capable of making one come down with some terminal health issues.

NB: Before buying a takeout make sure to inspect thoroughly before leaving. We trusted the fact that we would have something good and didn’t check what we paid for until we arrived home.

Chicken was burnt (see picture), suya burnt, partially cooked and tasteless jollof rice and pepper soup full of bones. Everything purchased at this restaurant was a disaster. Never again.

I have been a long-time customer, ordering through Uber Eats and in-person. But I am so disappointed that every time I order a whole chicken, there is an issue. Most times, I don't get a whole chicken. Sometimes, I get a whole chicken. The food is good, so I kept giving them chances, but I am done. I really hope they will address this problem.

Two times I just got the lamb with two sides. It's like 19 dollars. Anyway if you're lazy and want to be filled that is a good option. 300 g of lamb with a generous serving of fried plantain with rice.

I ordered the Nigerian Jollof rice with fried fish, along with a quarter grilled chicken. The rice tasted very good and the fish was even better, with the 'skin' of the fish being crispy. However the portion size of the fish was a bit small.

The quarter grilled chicken was "well done", meaning it wasn't super moist but it still wasn't hard to chew or eat. It tasted good but the fish was even better.

Food was somewhat expensive but that's to be expected by traditional food that's cooked from scratch. Main concern would be the wait time for the food to be made. I would suggest to call in an order about 30-45 minutes before arriving to eat, or to bring some entertainment to keep oneself busy while waiting.
Family decided to try something new, saw the reviews and came in. Made reservations although they indicated wasn't necessary. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, giving us advice and information about the different menu items. Food was amazing, great experience and the coffee...WOW!! Loved it. Definitely a must if you're a coffee drinker. We'll go back to try other things, really enjoyed it.
Worst customer service.
Taking a lot of time to give the order and nobody cares that u are standing outside and waiting.
Well prepared and delicious Nigerian meals...I felt at home too... The suya and afang soup are to die for... I'll highly recommend

Drove 35 minutes just to arrive at a closed establishment whose phone number listed is out of service. Extremely annoying given gas isn't cheap and my time wasted. At least update your hours and number so people don't waste their time.

Incredible food.
After a long day driving throughout the city, this was such a great end to the day.
Everything we ordered tasted Incredible, but the jollof steals the cake.
We wished we ordered more actually.
It was quite amazing and the lady Bibi was so gracious.
We will be back when next we are in town
Worst restaurant in Winnipeg. Probably gives an idea how Africa looks like , i had a chance to use the washroom and i felt like i stepped into a very dirty hell. I don't know who orders from this restaurant , probably some cheap people.
Ordered via Uber , food was well packed . Delivery was on time. I have been looking for a Nigeria shawarma for a while and I was excited to try this one.

The taste was in point !! Size is great for the price and the sauce was good. I will definitely be trying more of their food .

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal i ordered from La fromentine. Tried fish tilapia with attike and goat meat with jolof rice. This was my first time with the restaurant . The fish is served whole and grilled so that the still-moist meat slips easily from the bony skeleton. Loved the food . Kudos to chef. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Definitely a lifetime customer!
Great food and selections with fantastic customer service. Highly recommended

I come here with my Ethiopian friend when she comes to visit. This place is so cozy. Ethiopian cuisine with a bar like atmosphere in the front. The service is amazing and the food... omg so phenomenal. I've been to Ethiopian restaurants in many other cities but this is by far the best food and the best vibe. I find other places intimidating because there usually isn't any physical menu and you have to order in Amharic (Ethiopian dialect) but Blue Nile menus is so easy to navigate with explanations in english.

Honestly, I don't really like to order african meal but not until a friend recommended Bidazeld Catering to me and I ordered their Gizzdodo and Native Jollof rice with assorted meat. Wowwww the meal was well spiced, colorful, tasty, and neatly packaged. I could tell that lots of energy and love was put into making the meal and for someone like me, food presentation matters a lot. Surprisingly, they do follow up and my meal also came with extra goodies. So to Bidazeld catering, thank you and you will be seeing more of me.

Ok so I've ordered from a lot of other African stores (becausse I'm a foodie and like to see which is best) but I kid you not, this has to be one of the best places I've ordered for. The meals are fresh, AFFORDABLE, and tasty. One thing I also really love about the store is their consistency....no matter how many times I order from them, the food tastes the same. I 100/10 recommend !
I've never had such amazing food! The Egusi was great. loved every bite of it!
Ordered egusi soup. Food not only overpriced but terrible. Remarkably terrible. Tastes frozen

I ordered egusi soup. I wanted to love it. It was bland and the chicken was dry. It seemed like it was previously cooked and frozen. Still on the search for the best egusi soup. Seem like nice people though.

This is by far my favourite restaurant ever! We travel about an hour and a half to eat here once a week or so! The service is excellent and the food is even better. I would recommend this place to anyone I know.
A hidden gem in the city.

Good place to relax with friends with the cozy atmosphere and vibe of the venue. Has bar/ restaurant mix in the design giving the spot a unique feel.

The food is amazing with a nice selection of African barbecue, potion size is a bit small in comparison to the price paid but nonetheless quite tasty.

Location is far from downtown so you’d need a car and good luck finding parking as the plaza is quite busy.
Intricately delicious pastries!! Nothing like it anywhere in Winnipeg!

I bought Eko Delight bread from Menu Beyond Borders and absolutely loved it!! It's quite soft and moist and almost has a sweet flavor. It makes all the large-brand-name bread from the regular grocery stores seem bland and tasteless. Also the crust is not tough and chewy like other breads....so is the best for sandwiches. I actually sometimes eat it plain with no butter as a quick snack with coffee. It can be found in small ethnic grocery stores around town.

The pizza at this place is fantastic, I mean name what you want and you will have it done, the sky is the limit. The friendly staff, especially John, will lift up your spirit right away. Most important about this place is that they have the best variety of food. I become addicted with their wings after my first try, it was a blast. My highest compliments to all who work there and I give it my highest recommendation.
