We brought a group of 25 adults from a local Day Program to the iMax and Science Centre for an afternoon. The communication prior to the visit was fantastic - they responded quickly to emails, and with helpful information.

Once we arrived, each of the staff were kind and helpful. Thank you for a memorable, positive experience!

Lovely community gem! Very informative with hands on displays for young explorers and seasoned history buffs. Easy access, lots of parking. Check out their website for coming events. Lots to do for all ages.
Not worth the cost of admission. Many exhibits are broken or outdated and most of it seems like it is aimed towards toddler age kids. The IMAX was showing Taylor Swift's concert. It feels like it is a cash grab more than it is in the interest of teaching kids science. I wouldn't recommend it. Just take your kids to Ruckers instead.
A very lovely, nice, and innovative place to visit with the entire family. The Imax 3D cinema space show and the various science innovations on exhibitions are really nice. The ticketing and check-in process was very smooth and seamless.
I took my nephew here for his birthday and I truly have nothing good to say about this place We paid over $60 for only 4 people, two adults and two children. Upon entering, we were very disappointed to find that the building itself is very run down. To add, MULTIPLE of the VERY FEW exhibits were either not working correctly or broken entirely - not to mention pretty out dated. While using the bathroom we found that it was dirty and the trash was over flowing. When paying so much for so little it’s a very disappointing experience.

Excellent flavour of town history!
Definitely needs some updating. Way too many exhibits didn't work. There seemed like less for our almost 8 year old granddaughter to do and see from when we took her dad when he was a kid. We went on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. It cost too much in my opinion. $45.51 for 2 adults and a child. It didn't take her that long go through and see everything. There was a couple things we could do with her but not really that interesting to probably anyone over 10. I can't see us ever returning.

We went to the children’s museum today. It was rather busy with free admission. My daughter being 10 said it was a little beneath her but she said it was enjoyable. Not sure if Museum is the right word to describe this place as it felt more like a play area.
Bestest birthday experience! Huge smiles n' so much laughter. They had the kids having fun n' learning cool things.

This is a wonderful place for kids to explore and play. It is also very popular and crowded sometimes, but well worth the experience. The water table was my kids' favourite!

It was pretty cool. With regards to accessibility it was ok, however my son is a wheelchair user and we attended with a smaller mobility aid... had we brought his wheelchair (manual & child size - he is 6) it would have been very tight in the train and hard to navigate. Many other areas were decently accessible, some areas not at all, I'd say about 50% was accessible for a wheelchair user.

This was a nice little side trip. The kids really had lots of fun. There were some neat exhibits, though the playground was just a little too high for a 4 year old to make use of.
We went through it pretty quickly though. I think we milked it out and only got around 2 hours of activity before the kids got bored. There's lots of open space, and perhaps they could pack a little more into it.
Generally worth the time as a side trip, but maybe not the primary activity for a day.
Children's museum is limited to activities, free parking with admission, staff very friendly, specific to under age 10

This was a really fun, unplanned stop for us! My three year old just loved the facility, especially the real train which has been modified to be a child friendly play area! We ended up with a couple of hours to spare, and I'm so glad we ended up here. We could have spent more time there for sure. I really appreciated all of the reading nooks set around the play areas to encourage rest and reading.

On a Friday that we visited the museum was a hustle and bustle of young visitors from schools. Our kiddos were able to try out various areas of fun! Great cool place to visit on a warm day.

Was fun for a spring break outing. My 8 year old daughter wants to go back but her twin brother had fun but was bored near the end.
Love that you can leave and go enjoy some food at the forks then re-enter.
Overall we all had fun!
We love the science center! As a family of 6 (with kids ranging from 3-10) it's hard to find things to do that are both affordable and fun for all the kids. The science center definitely ticks all the boxes! It's only $100 for the year for my family (which means we only have to go twice for it to more than pay for itself) My kids love the science shows (especially the space one we recently saw!), The bubbles are always a hit and they love creating their own stories with the stop motion machines! They could spend hours checking out the snakes, turtles and other creatures, they love the mission to Mars video games and the pulley chairs. No matter how many times we go, it is always hours of fun!

A cute little museum located on Fallowfield and Stittsville Main Street intersection. The museum showcases history of the Goulbourn community, has staff dressed in the historic era. They also have few goats in the back where kids can play and have fun.
Attended their annual Christmas craft sale. This sale is one of my favorites as Goulbourn goes the extra mile to create a nostalgic setting complete with wood fire, staff dressed in period costumes, and area crafters.

This is a museum with staff and volunteers that truly care about being a part of the community, teaching with various methods and being vibrant. They're amazing, from wearing beautiful costumes to having goats during Christmas sales and vegetable gardens in the summer. It's a place you keep wanting to return to.

I've never actually been "inside" the museum but it is one of my favourite places to take pictures! They put out the most beautiful seasonal displays on their property that result in pure photo magic! 📸
Nice place, good for kids but not very interactive for adults without kids. Seems like a great place for your kid birthday party or just if you’re looking for a weekend activity. After you can go for a walk around the lake as well. You can find free parking lot at the place.they just under construction and have new stations which were great

Great new exhibit of a general store. Interactive for kids. Monthly craft activities are a great way to spend the afternoon.
