Best Gift wrap stores in Canada

I liked this store. But has gone downhill the last few years. And they used to have a post office it was so handy to have it there but now they closed.

the old lady with the frizzy hair was rude , my mom was kindly asking regarding a canada post, with a rude tone she said " do you see any". Great job old lady !!! you must really hate your job don't work there 😀😀

This is a 0 star review. I won’t give this store 1 star. I won’t do business with this shop anymore and certainly won’t recommend it to anyone.

The online experience was terrible. Communication too.

Please be advised the website is not updated. So you’ll buy something that might be already sold out.

Another thing : I sent a message to know the price for shipping. Minutes after, the 44% discount on the product magically disappeared on the website. She promised she would honor the price I saw when I complained, but when I placed my order 2 days after, the product was magically sold out, at the regular price... She sold 4 glasses in one day. What a coincidence, for a 2021 product ! …

With this store, you will just be disappointed.I am and promised myself never to have to live that again.

Got home from Hallmark and added up the xmas cards I just purchased. It came to $57 and she charged me $67 she didn't leave a receipt and I paid cash. So she puts $10 in her pocket. Wonder how many times a day this happens....

I visited this store in early November to buy my annual Christmas ornaments..I was with my sister and our 12 year old daughters, (who both know how to behave In any store as they do love to shop) when we asked a few questions about certain items the older woman (who was following us around and eyeballing us as if we were going to steal,) responded in a very rude and disrespectful manner.
When at checkout the younger woman was very polite with us and anwser our questions and was helpful, for this reason I gave 2 star review.
I honestly won't return to this location as the older woman made us feel quite uncomfortable, she actually waited at the door for us to leave and although I said "have a nice day " to try and lighten the mood she just glared at me.. just an awful experience

My daughter and I had a nice experience at Hallmark on a Wednesday evening in August. We were greeted when we entered, received excellent service at the post office, and found a "pop-it" toy my daughter loves. The woman who rang our order in was very kind to both of us. I appreciate this kind of warm service!

Picked up only a few things today. Couldn’t find any school or fall theme items but they did have lots of Christmas stuff in this late August visit.

I am out-of-province and Wanda was very quick to respond to my email looking for a particular card. I had tried a number of stores in my area and they all said it wasn't available. She told me that it was current, and in fact that she had them in stock. She packaged it and sent it directly to arrive in time for the special occasion. Thank you Wanda for the awesome service!

The Charlottetown Hallmark is an absolutely amazing, community forward store that reaches out to each customer as if they're a part of their family. Every one of the staff are fabulous, sincerely wanting to help you to have the perfect Hallmark experience.

The store is stocked with an enormous selection of cards, everything from heartfelt, sentimental greetings to hilarious cards. Truly something for the whole family! They are always stocked with gifts for literally every one of every age and offer fair prices and excellent quality. You can never go wrong shopping at Charlottetown Hallmark!

At the heart of it all (with her heart of gold) is Wanda, the owner of this location. No task is too big or too small for her attention and any time a customer comes to her with their need she reaches above and beyond to assist them and let them know just how important their request is to her.

Wanda and her team went above and beyond to help me make an out-of-province surprise gift experience happen. Its a card shop! But had to go to the postal outlet. Did notice that they have a much better selection of Hallmark Keepsake Christmas ornaments this year as compared to the past few years!!!! I was anle to find a dated ornament to add to my 31 year collection!!

There time wasn't updated but also a employee out fit was very inappropriate for a place of work because the T-shirt was see through and she had no name tag.

I am compelled to write this review as a result of the way both my 3 year old son and I were treated with the utmost disrespect at this Hallmark (in the St. Laurent mall) on Monday evening, November 26, 2018. As we entered the store I told my son and steered him away from their more delicate sale items. My husband, my 6 month old, my 3 year old and I proceeded to the back of the store to the postal office. My son was bringing us these small $7 superhero plush toys and telling us their names then gently returning them to their place and then doing it over again. The sales lady always stayed in close proximity to us and her eyes never left us. My husband was telling my son to put it on his list for Santa. The sales lady from Hallmark ask me "are you going to buy that?" I responded politely "not right now" as my husband had told me he would buy it for him for Christmas but he did not want him to know. The sales lady said to me "you have to put it back right now."
I was astounded that she spoke to me like I was a child and more than that my son had not done anything wrong or had done anything to damage their products. I was immediately turned off and a sure sale was lost as my son cried and she could not care less.
My husband addressed her after about her inferior customer service. To add insult to injury she lied to my husband and said my son had put the plush toy in his mouth (untrue) to cover up her evil, racist behaviour. The service in here is not friendly or kid friendly. This store should not carry children's toys if they despise well mannered children. The way she spoke to me was so condescending, most blatantly racist, hostile and was the most abhorrent service I have ever encountered.

Clean and well organized store with an excellent selection of cards and gifts. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking.
