I recently had my ultrasound by Mirna S. She is the best health technician I ever had. She even delayed her lunch so that can did the ultrasound for. Came here to get a routine injection that I've gotten here twice before. This time, I had a reaction to it. Dizzy, weak, hot, rash, shivering, itchy, I could hardly breathe and was in a panic. The dr assured me this was a NORMAL reaction. Checked my blood pressure, said it was normal. Asked if I wanted to go to the hospital but said they might not take me.

Went to the hospital, paramedics told me in the ambulance I had a severe allergic reaction. My blood pressure was really low and I was put on fluids and kept overnight. Was recommended by the paramedics to avoid this doctor in the future.

Im really sad, the receptionist, dr and assistant are all generally really kind, however I can't recommend a place that almost sent me home after I had a life threatening reaction.

I understand that the doctor had no way to know that I would have such a reaction, however, him telling me it's normal and that i can probably just go home is really scary. If I listened to his advice I may not have made it. Please be wary coming here for more than just basic issues.

I recently visited the X-Ray and Diagnostic clinic as I was recommended this clinic by many of my friends and family. The clinic is also only a 5 minute drive from my house, I love the convenience! It was my first time visiting this clinic and when I was greeted by the staff at the front desk, everyone was super nice and friendly.

I did my dating ultrasound and did not need an appointment, I just walked in. I only waited about 15 minutes! My ultrasound technician was awesome! She made me feel very comfortable and while she was doing the ultrasound, she turned the screen to face me and she was explaining everything that was on the screen.

The ultrasound was thorough and quick! She even allowed my husband to come into the room at the end of the ultrasound and she explained everything again; where the yolk sac is, the baby’s heart beat, the baby’s measurements, etc.

I had such a great experience here and I will be coming back. Now I know why many of my friends and family recommended this place to me. I will definitely recommend this clinic to anyone to have an ultrasound or diagnostic services.

This place is awesome. Had to do a repeat US here for a follow up OB dating US I had done elsewhere last week. Front desk staff are polite and respectful with smiles on their faces. Efficient and time-bounded. My ultrasound tech was Ban and she was very thorough, transparent and detailed. She made me feel less anxious about my experience today. This walk in clinic is wonderful. Receptionist was so kind and understanding, as well as the doctor and pharmacy staff. Everyone in this clinic is very calm and kind, and explain everything to you in detail. will definitely be returning for any future issues! definitely recommend

This is hands down the best walk in ultrasound and x ray lab in Mississauga. I travel 15 kms to get my ultrasounds done here as opposed to a lab 5 minutes away from my house.

The staff take their job serious and ensure they do not miss anything.

I hope the owner of the lab consider doing some renovations as the office looks a little out dated and could use re designing.

To many clinics in Mississauga with an appointment and had to wait longer then I waited at this diagnostic center. Farrah was polite kind and respectful. She was very compassionate and treated me very nicely. I would definitely go there again if I have to do any sort of diagnostic work.

Walk-in for most tests. They are fast and efficient. Wait time depends on the place traffic so allow yourself extra time (I find it better than other places where even if you book weeks in advance they may cancel on you the day before). I did ultrasound twice. Took 1:30 hour first time and 1:00 hour second time from walking in to leaving out the door. Two different technicians in each visit and I had no issues with either. Test Report takes 3 days to get to the ordering physicians. In all, it is the best option if you want test done same week. Some tests however must be scheduled ahead. The receptionist on the phone asks about the test and then advise if walk-in or by appointment.

I did my first trimester screening here. Technician Samia is a great lady. She gives u very informative talk and let u feel not worried. She is also really kind. Me and my husband really appreciated her service and will continue come here for future tests. The ladies in the front desk are also very nice and friendly. Thank you guys for your great service

I’ve been to this clinic 3 times before, and I’ve been satisfied with every visit! The receptionist is kind, while the doctor takes time to listen to your issue. It’s the best clinic I’ve ever visited!

I called and got an appointment instead of just going into the clinic as an unannounced walk-in. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time but still had to wait 50 minutes until seeing the doctor.
The doctor himself was very nice and knowledgeable but the wait time was too much for someone who had an appointment.
The pharmacist there is really nice too!

the wait was long, but it was worth it. the receptionist and both the doctors i saw were respectful and professional. seeking medical care is nerve wracking as a trans person because i never know if i will be taken seriously or if i will be addressed with the correct name and pronouns but the staff here obviously make an effort to make all patients feel comfortable and welcome. long wait times aren’t their fault so i didn’t mind, and i would rather wait a long time to see a doctor that i know will actually take care of me.
