I found the dental assistant very unorganized and the polish/cleaning was very quick and I feel like I didn't get a good clean, the new dentist was professional and nice.

Been looking for a dentist and landed in this place upon a friend’s recommendation

I loved being treated at Dr Mandeep Singh Chatha. I'm sensitive to any dentistry and here I felt smooth at all visits. Doctor is very gentle and delicate. The treatment and tooth cleaning were provided quite quickly and with minimum of pain during the procedure and what is even more important - no pain after it. Minimum sensibility for my teeth. Thank you doctor!

Dr. Kosnovitch is one of the best dentists I’ve been to. He explains every detail/procedure/move and tries his best to save teeth. He is very professional, good sense of humour, detailed and good knowledge of his profession. I would definitely recommend him as a dentist to anyone needing a good dentist.

Having been with this dental clinic for the last 4 years, I really cannot give any higher praise for everything about this clinic. Every staff member (from front desk, to the dental assistants to the dentists themselves) seems like there were specifically hired with personality as the biggest non negotiable - everyone is friendly and helpful. Whilst I'm not particularly apprehensive of having work done on their teeth, Dr. Sandeep has a wonderful bedside manner and I can't imagine that anyone feels anything than comfortable and part of the family when getting services with him. I am more than grateful that my kids are having such a positive experience with visiting the dentist whilst they are in their formative years.

At this clinic, the dentist takes lead on everything from cleaning to the actual dentistry work, so you get a really good rapport with them, and they understand everything going on in your mouth (my previous clinic would have an hour with a new cleaning tech every time and typically 5 minute session as the dentist popped by).

I wish they offered more services other than dentistry so I could figure out a way to support their business with even more money - they'd deserve it.

I would just use Heritage square Dental Clinic. They are much professional and easier to deal with the book. They dont pick their clientele after a vist because you hsve in anxiety and they still got my own business and then I call again to get another tooth removed they booked me and then the next day phone and cancel and say that they can't have me because they don't want me as a client because they sent me somewhere to get put under and I didn't go cuz I didn't want to get put under I just have anxiety with the dentist they got my business and now I deciding not to and book it and then cancel it after I made all the arrangements for the pickup and to go there and get it with the numbing cream and needle I find that very unprofessional and I would not use them I would "cancel" them.

This place is the most well run and organized medical facility I have ever been to. I have been with them for about 5 years, and they never fail to respond to requests quickly and efficiently. The girls at the front desk are fantastic. I have seen numerous hygienists over the years and they have all been personable, gentle, and efficient. My dentist is great. Can not recommend them enough!

Dr Sachdeva is the best dentist ever, I had childhood trauma from a
dentist in NS but she is so gentle, I am
still sweaty palms and nervous everytime I go and cancel my appointment a couple times because I panic but no more she has such a calming demeanour and makes you feel at ease, they are all
awesome there my daughter had her wisdom teeth out from them and said she didn't feel a thing.they are 5 star for sure.

I recommend Heritage square dental for your dental treatments. Dr. Chatha has been my doctor for 2+ years, recently moved to this location, he always gives best advice and treatment for keeping food chewing machines(pearly whites) in good shape for long time. He is very professional and has high standards.

Amanda gave an expert cleaning today. She was sensitive to my needs and receptive to scaling without water to avoid any discomfort I have with sensitivities to cold water.
The Dentists and staff are all kind and professional, and they sorted out my issue in one visit. The environment is fresh and really has a welcoming personal touch.

My family and I have been using this dental clinic for as long as it’s been open. Recently taken over by Dr. Chatha and we are extremely satisfied with his professionalism and work ethics. My husband and I have been dealing with this clinic for over 35 years . Recently was taken over by Dr Chatha. We are extremely impressed by his professionalism and excellent work. And his staffs are exceptional. We recommend him without any hesitation to anyone who is looking for an excellent dentist.

I highly recommend Heritage Square Dental Clinic. The attention to detail by Dr. Chatha is above and beyond anything i’ve experienced by a dentist. He is very meticulous and makes sure you are completely 1000% satisfied by the work he does. Smiles matter and i’ve been on the long journey to perfect mine, and I couldn’t be happier!!! The whole office team is excellent and friendly and their care shines through. I’ll definitely be a life-long patient.

Went for the first time to figure out my gum puffed up. I took cleaning and check up and they charged 800. They took at least 10 x -rays for individual plus 360 degree x- ray again it feels like they want to double charge for it.

I have visited several dentist before but it is way too much even I have my insurance. Not going back ever.

Update. The office says it isn't over charged, it is regular for new patient even I got my check up done at my previous dentist 7 months ago 🤣

So if you want to be a new patient there, you should think they will charge around 800$ for your first visit. Hope this review is helping someone to save their money.

Dr. Merkley is fantastic. I’ve had a few invasive procedures and she and her team are always thorough, caring, and professional. Wasn’t charged for a follow-up on a worrisome extraction. I always feel I’m in good hands here!

When it comes to going to the dentist, this was the best I've ever experienced. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Ultimately, they let you decide what needs to be done, why it is being recommended, and how to proceed. The desk staff is excellent at coordinating payments and benefits, and they send reminders (via text) for upcoming appointments. Great job!

Dr Nav, Emily, Rachel, Leah and Brenda were all great right from the beginning! Lovely staff team, very friendly and professional. Modern and clean office which is awesome. Just moved here from out of province and I would definitely recommend these guys to friends/family looking for a new dental clinic.

Dr.Sandeep is the best dentist I had ever experienced. He has the best skills, is honest and thoughtful. I find being honest is a big thing in dentist. He wouldn't treat anything that's unnecessary. He also takes his time to explain everything he does. The receptionists are also really professional and kind. I have never seem them not smiling.

I never write reviews, but I wanted to make sure it was known that Hazeldean Dental has taken incredibly good care of me. I hadn't been to the dentist is quite a while and was nervous about the costs and not understanding what needed to be done to get my oral health in check. The receptionists are so knowledgeable and walked me through each step of the process of setting up my insurance and direct billing. Dr. Merkley is incredible with ensuring I felt comfortable with the work being done. The dental hygienists are just as great, and are happy to talk me through the appointment and explain what they are doing as they do it. I really recommend this office. I'm so happy to find a dental office that makes me feel welcomed and taken care of.

The dentists at Hazeldean Dental Group are nothing short of sincere and professional. I came to their clinic about 2 years ago after a poor experience at my previous dental office (of 15 years) in Nepean. After a thorough new patient exam and new x-rays, the proposed treatment for the tooth trauma I suffered in an accident began immediately. Both Dr. Kosnevitch and Dr. Merkley along with their respective assistants put my mind at ease and got to work. What I appreciate the most about this clinic is that they don’t sugarcoat difficult news and explain things thoroughly. They are also up front about possible treatments and always give me more than one option to consider after providing all information. Their office is inviting and everyone at the front reception knows your name. When they have appointment cancellations they actually call their other patients and offer earlier appointments. I highly recommend this Hazeldean Dental Group especially for anyone who is looking for an excellent family-like feel with reliable, consistent advice in a calm and organized office.

Just had my first visit but it was one of the best first visits I could have asked for! I normally have very bad dental anxiety so I let the dentist know. The dentist was super understanding and patient and took an interest in how to support me to have a positive dental experience. Was also a very easy cleaning, probably the least painful cleaning I have ever had. I am super impressed and relieved that the dentist helped me to feel comfortable. He took his time, listened and heard, and was also very personable and funny. I will definitely go back.

I've only been coming to Sapperton Dental for about a year now but it is hands down the best dental clinic I've ever been to in my life. The reception staff are always friendly and have a strong grasp on keeping all the patient records organized. I highly recommend Dr. Sandeep to anyone not only because of his friendly and calming demeanor but also his technical skills. He did all the teeth cleaning himself instead of a dental hygienist which I did not have any issue with because it gives the dentist more opportunity to get to know the patient and I have to say I now have a smile that I never knew I could've achieved. Dr. Sandeep also has an ability to make you want to come back to him and show off your progress because he seems to get more satisfaction from it then the patients which is a quality that is rare to find in a dentist.

I am very happy at Hazeldean Dental. I have never had such a thorough examination - gums, teeth, cancer of the mouth, etc. Painless cleaning is lovely. They are not pushy when suggesting things that need to be done - since my insurance coverage has its limitation. I am a happy customer!
