Great place, amazing staff, big selection of top cigars !
This is hands down the best lounge. The humidor has a respectable collection with something for everyone. The staff are super down to earth and the lounge is beautiful.
Start with the staff; it is very helpful and the service is excellent. Cugar knowledge is just enough to guide to guide you throughout their very large choice of cigars. The lounge is very nice, super comfortable, and a bit too cold (ambiance and conditioner).
Great place with good prices and very friendly staff, please beware that they only accept cash but they do have an ATM.

Nice lady best prices
Went there on a Saturday afternoon while travelling on the 30 heading home to Ottawa a few weeks ago. All we wanted to do was to purchase a few cigars to take home but the place and the people were so welcoming that we decided to stay for a cigar and a drink. The Gentleman who greeted us at the door was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to speak with. He asked what our preferences were and made some very good recommendations based on that. He suggested we tried their House Blend which we did and we were very impressed at the quality of them for such a great price, all under $15 per stick. Lauryn was our server at the bar and she was very much fun to talk with as well she was very attentive. The Gentleman who helped us select our cigars even came back to see us to ensure we were comfortable and if we needed anything which was also very amazing.
Overall I highly recommend, Great place to purchase good quality cigars, reasonably priced and with a great atmosphere and staff. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to the South Shore.

Bought two types of cigars. Both were so dry that they were un-smokable.
Had the place not been out of the way, I would’ve went back to return it.

Great quiet place to smoke a cigar and enjoy a well priced drink. Huge variety of cigars. My go to cigar lounge in and around Montreal
I would’ve given them a 0 but they wouldn’t let me. THE ABSOLUTE WORST prohibitions I have ever had the experience of being in. Zack was so disrespectful. He didn’t even great me when I walked in. There was only one other person in the store and even at that when he was done he went on his phone and disappeared for 20 minutes. Then when he got to me he had an attitude and it wasn’t welcoming at all. I had to keep going back to him to ask for help. When other clients of a different skin tone came in his attitude changed. He was way more welcoming and cheerful.he left me unattended for 45 minutes with no help and no concern for the product he was selling me and when I did purchase my grinder, it ended up being damaged. I refused to ever shop there ever again. The costumer service made me regret my choice in stores. Next time I will just take my business elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed.
Went for a quick purchase. Knowledgeable staff, great selection and professional. The cigars are kept in a controlled environment and well priced. Definitely my go to from now on.
The best cigars you'll find on the South Shore. Conveniently located next to Playground Poker, you're able to smoke and have a drink, while watching sports on TV, or chatting with friends. Food is possible by ordering from The Rail next door, to have it delivered.

I have honestly never been so disappointed in my life by the poor service offered by the young lady at the counter. Not only she was incredibly rude but didn’t care at all for the customers who were in the store. I have been a good client for years and i really hope the owner will be able to read this comment to fix the situation. I will not tolerate to be disrespected by the employee and she just lost a good opportunity to make some good sales and good references.
Honestly the best shop I’ve been too! Staff are super friendly and helpful. Most impressive collection of water pipes and bongs I’ve seen in any Prohibition!! Check this place out you will not be disappointed.

During COVID, they have checked our vaccine record and ID carefully.
The lounge is well maintained and does not have a strong nasty cigar smell.
Staff and owner are both professional and welcoming. They asked what our personal preference, and make good suggestions.
We opt for sitting down and enjoy a drink and cigar, the chairs/ sofa are comfortable and clean. We were also given free bottle water to go with our drinks.
Nice place to chill and enjoy cigar in a safe environment!

I don't know the name of the young woman who was working there this afternoon, but she was incredibly rude and didn't look like she wanted to be there. When I asked for information about the products that I wanted to buy, she was very rude and acted like she just wanted to be left alone. This happened on June 29th 2021 at around 12:15.
Wow just wow place is super cool and the service is awesome. Nice choice of cigar at good prices. I'm adopting the place for all my cigars needs.

Great staff, but prices are pretty high. My biggest complaint is about the marijuana seeds. Last year i purchased 6 packs of seeds (5 seeds per pack for 60$ a pack) less than half my seeds didnt germinate, when I had called to see if there were any guarantees like most companies have, I was told I was out of luck. And to top it off they dont have a list of their seeds on their site, you litterally have to go in store to order. Not impressed !!!
They barely have any rigs you can't even see them properly they barely have any banger and the ones they have are cheap chinese quartz. No 10mm banger. No adapters. Worst customer service except one tall guy I don't know his name but he's the only very good employee there. The other ones seemed clueless
Most items overpriced, didn't have certain things in stock. The employee was alone and the store was full, he did a great job serving us great customer service but he should've had some help on a Thursday night...
Love the store. It is nice and big. Has everything you need with Vape bongs etc.. The employees know their stuff, anyways most of them. Nothing bad to say about it.
