I've only had great experiences with New West City Dentist! All the staff are so inviting!
I've had nothing but professional and friendly experiences here. the hygienists, doctors and receptionist are always willing to help as best they can with any last minute questions or appointments that I've inquired about.

It was a wonderful atmosphere. Really fun for little kids to relax and wait. And also distractions during examinations. The staff is really kind and help build little ones confidence no matter how new or routine the dentist is. Our experience was great. I will give here 7/5 stars. The place is very neat with lots of visual entertainment hanging about.

I am so happy I found this clinic, they don’t see you as the $$$$ of your insurance and they are not trying to offer you all the unnecessary services. I was so happy with Dr. Sarah approach and how she thinks building my daughter’s confidence in visiting a dentist is our priority. Based on this Dr. Sarah came up with a treatment plan to both provide treatment but also make my daughter less anxious. My daughter also mentioned that it was the best clinic out of three we have been to which is a big win for me. Thank you, Dr. Sarah and ABC Pediatric Dentistry staff.
Moved to New West recently and need to find a new dentist, chose this clinic due to the review and I’m glad I did. Delia did a great job cleaning my teeth and she’s super nice and knowledgeable. Dr Lee is very nice and personable. Front desk staff are super nice and knew what they were doing, esp about the claim process. Every step has been taken care of very nicely.
This is the perfect place to take your child of any age. I have brought my 18 month old and 3.5 year old here and the staff were amazing. They were great to meet the kids where they were at, gave practical recommendations, and were so friendly with my wild kids! Highly recommend!
Monica is very gentle when cleaning my teeth. I didn’t feel anything sensitive at all. Dr Kim is professional in explaining my teeth problem and giving recommendations. All the staff including the receptionists are very nice.
Dr Sarah and her staff are THE BEST.
My daughter has had fairly major procedures done twice, and both times the care has been outstanding. Dr Sarah is so gentle and has the best manner with her little patients. I have recommended her to many people and will continue to recommend her. She is amazing!

Dr. Kosnovitch is one of the best dentists I’ve been to. He explains every detail/procedure/move and tries his best to save teeth. He is very professional, good sense of humour, detailed and good knowledge of his profession. I would definitely recommend him as a dentist to anyone needing a good dentist.
Having been with this dental clinic for the last 4 years, I really cannot give any higher praise for everything about this clinic. Every staff member (from front desk, to the dental assistants to the dentists themselves) seems like there were specifically hired with personality as the biggest non negotiable - everyone is friendly and helpful. Whilst I'm not particularly apprehensive of having work done on their teeth, Dr. Sandeep has a wonderful bedside manner and I can't imagine that anyone feels anything than comfortable and part of the family when getting services with him. I am more than grateful that my kids are having such a positive experience with visiting the dentist whilst they are in their formative years.

Had to unexpectedly have my front crowns replaced after a handful of years, causing me huge stress due to the cost and potential pain factor. The receptionist, Rae, worked hard to coordinate my coverage and Dr. Lee worked hard to ensure full coverage, both giving me great peace of mind. Despite sitting in the chair for over 2+ hours my old crowns were successfully removed smoothly and the whole thing was pain-free. Dr. Lee was patient and explained every step of the way. He recommended a slightly different shape and length for my new crowns and I'm so glad he did. I now have more confidence with my smile and they fit perfectly. My new night guard was fitted quickly and is far more comfortable than my previous ones. The team at this office seem to genuinely care and all cheered me on during the procedure and offered hugely encouraging words once over. If you are looking for a top quality dentist, with a top team, look no further.
This place is the most well run and organized medical facility I have ever been to. I have been with them for about 5 years, and they never fail to respond to requests quickly and efficiently. The girls at the front desk are fantastic. I have seen numerous hygienists over the years and they have all been personable, gentle, and efficient. My dentist is great. Can not recommend them enough!
I love coming to New Westminster City Dentist to see Nicole! Ever since I was little she has made going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. She is not only great at her job but she is so friendly and personable and also takes the time to explain what she’s doing while cleaning my teeth. My family and I have been going to see Nicole at New Westminster City Dentist for many years (previously Dr. Quek). Nicole our hygienist is amazing. Our family is always looking forward to our appointments with Nicole. We always feel that we are well taking care off. The new receptionist was very accommodating and friendly. Met Dr. Kim for the first time today with brief check of my dental care.He was gentle and lovely.
Great experience! Super friendly staff! Wonderfully knowledgeable dental hygienist and Dr. Sara was so great. The only thing that was unexpected is that it took us 2 hours beginning to end (for a welcome visit for my 18mo old and an intro to oral hygiene visit for my 4 year old). There was lots of waiting around but that’s the nature of dealing with unpredictable kiddos in dental visits I’m sure. Not a big deal as my 4 year old was highly entertained with the movie playing and waiting room screens but my little guy was pretty over it by the end. Had I known I probably would have brought snacks for them :)! But the clinic itself is wonderful! Highly recommend!!

still sweaty palms and nervous everytime I go and cancel my appointment a couple times because I panic but no more she has such a calming demeanour and makes you feel at ease, they are all

I was quite nervous prior to having my wisdom tooth removed and filling but Dr. Mahsa made sure the freezing was gentle and working well for me.
There was a slight 2 second pinching sensation but after that I did not have any pain.
The ambiance was cozy and warm (so much so that I even fell asleep in the chair oops ).

From start to finish it is consistently a positive experience for us. The kindest and most helpful staff. The assistants and dentist always take great care of us and then we go out to the front and it’s the same level of love and care from the girls at the front. It’s so appreciated!

Very friendly staffs i really enjoyed my first visit. The reception ladies were great and come across as very welcoming. Dr. Lee and staff were easy going. Ironically i did not feel tense as i have been in the past.

Wow, super impressed. Took my toddler for her first dental cleaning and they were SO good at making it all comfortable and easy. When we left, she told me “that was really fun!”
We are extremely grateful for Dr.Adam and all the staff that have helped our kids. I brought in kids who were afraid and nervous and left with kids who were happy and confident. We live in fort mcmurray and will happily travel down south for all their appointments in the future.

Great experience from the whole team! Our daughter couldn’t stop talking about Jessy and Dr. Adam and their super cool dental chair. Amazing first dental experience for both our kiddos. Can’t wait to see them again :)

Lovely team and great service. They worked with me on my son's plan to make sure it fit into our benefits budget for the year, and made my 7 year old very comfortable with a somewhat scary procedure (root canal, cap and fillings). Thank you Dr. Adam Sanjay and team for being awesome 👌 👏

For the third time, I had another great experience with Dr. Mehsa and I can say that besides being very professional, she is also very kind and friendly. Their treatment team is also very kind and persistent, especially Ellin. I strongly recommend them for dental work.
This dental clinic is AMAZING. They're so kind and caring and patient. I wish this existed when I was a kid. Instead I got stuck with dentists from the 60s working on my teeth in the 80s and it has left me with some extreme trauma. My kid will never have to experience that. He comes home with a happy, healthy smile, and looks forward to his next visit.

Dr. Merkley is fantastic. I’ve had a few invasive procedures and she and her team are always thorough, caring, and professional. Wasn’t charged for a follow-up on a worrisome extraction. I always feel I’m in good hands here!
Were with my daughter (3 years old) for the first time in this pediatric dentistry and were simply under an incredibly positive impression! The staff are simply the best! Starting from the administration and ending with all the doctors! A bonus for us personally was that the doctor spoke and understood Spanish. Which was not just an unexpected pleasure for me, but also greatly facilitated the examination of my daughter's teeth 😁 Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I have been seeing Dr. Onchi for the past 3 years and I have nothing but praise for his service and work. He has a really kind and gentle assistant who helps to calm down my nerves every time. I enjoy the screen on the ceiling which allows me to escape the messy business happening in my mouth :-). Anyway, the practice is clean, the receptionists are always professional and responsive with me and Dr. Onchi knows his stuff. I am happy with the service at West Van Family Dental and highly recommend it.

For years, I've had dental phobias caused by unprofessional dentists. I would panic to go get checked. He's so gentle that it helped me overcome my anxieties. I have 100% trust in his work. Amazing experience. Such a friendly environment and staff are so patient, kind and you can tell they know how to work specifically with kids. I grew up with MAJOR dental anxiety ever since I can remember and I was so scared to project that onto my 2yo. But she left happy cared for and even wanted to go back in after we had left to read more of the many books in the waiting room. HIGHLY recommend.
Dr.Sandeep is the best dentist I had ever experienced. He has the best skills, is honest and thoughtful. I find being honest is a big thing in dentist. He wouldn't treat anything that's unnecessary. He also takes his time to explain everything he does. The receptionists are also really professional and kind. I have never seem them not smiling.

I never write reviews, but I wanted to make sure it was known that Hazeldean Dental has taken incredibly good care of me. I hadn't been to the dentist is quite a while and was nervous about the costs and not understanding what needed to be done to get my oral health in check. The receptionists are so knowledgeable and walked me through each step of the process of setting up my insurance and direct billing. Dr. Merkley is incredible with ensuring I felt comfortable with the work being done. The dental hygienists are just as great, and are happy to talk me through the appointment and explain what they are doing as they do it. I really recommend this office. I'm so happy to find a dental office that makes me feel welcomed and taken care of.
The dentists at Hazeldean Dental Group are nothing short of sincere and professional. I came to their clinic about 2 years ago after a poor experience at my previous dental office (of 15 years) in Nepean. After a thorough new patient exam and new x-rays, the proposed treatment for the tooth trauma I suffered in an accident began immediately. Both Dr. Kosnevitch and Dr. Merkley along with their respective assistants put my mind at ease and got to work. What I appreciate the most about this clinic is that they don’t sugarcoat difficult news and explain things thoroughly. They are also up front about possible treatments and always give me more than one option to consider after providing all information. Their office is inviting and everyone at the front reception knows your name. When they have appointment cancellations they actually call their other patients and offer earlier appointments. I highly recommend this Hazeldean Dental Group especially for anyone who is looking for an excellent family-like feel with reliable, consistent advice in a calm and organized office.
Just had my first visit but it was one of the best first visits I could have asked for! I normally have very bad dental anxiety so I let the dentist know. The dentist was super understanding and patient and took an interest in how to support me to have a positive dental experience. Was also a very easy cleaning, probably the least painful cleaning I have ever had. I am super impressed and relieved that the dentist helped me to feel comfortable. He took his time, listened and heard, and was also very personable and funny. I will definitely go back.

I've only been coming to Sapperton Dental for about a year now but it is hands down the best dental clinic I've ever been to in my life. The reception staff are always friendly and have a strong grasp on keeping all the patient records organized. I highly recommend Dr. Sandeep to anyone not only because of his friendly and calming demeanor but also his technical skills. He did all the teeth cleaning himself instead of a dental hygienist which I did not have any issue with because it gives the dentist more opportunity to get to know the patient and I have to say I now have a smile that I never knew I could've achieved. Dr. Sandeep also has an ability to make you want to come back to him and show off your progress because he seems to get more satisfaction from it then the patients which is a quality that is rare to find in a dentist.
I am very happy at Hazeldean Dental. I have never had such a thorough examination - gums, teeth, cancer of the mouth, etc. Painless cleaning is lovely. They are not pushy when suggesting things that need to be done - since my insurance coverage has its limitation. I am a happy customer!
This place is rude and does not like english speeking people. If you are english and you ask them a question they will hang up on you and then not answer your call.
