Best Baby swimming schools in Canada

I have absolutely no trust in this franchise anymore. I had to eventually get out here to share my experience with them. I was registered for their VALHALLA location and was registered for pre payment for the upcoming month classes. However, the business closed with little notice and nobody responded for refund even after multiples follow up. Then we get an email notifying that the same location business was taken over by new owners. I thought finally somebody can make things right for me so that I can continue my classes with them again. However, the response I get them from is so unprofessional on their part. They do not want to take the responsibility of the previous owners class refunds but are more than happy to contact their clients for re-enrollment. They did offer me 2 makeup classes for the entire month payment that I made. And they expect us to go back to them happily after all this mess. I do not recommend them as there is no transparency and provide no notifications whatsoever with any big changes. And they hardly try anything to make up for their mistakes, ultimately customers are the one who have to face the brunt of it. Luckily, I did not register my kids as I wanted to see their service firsthand. I as a customer see BRITISH SWIM as one entity!!! Period!!

Swimming here was a great experience! Mr.Hajir took his time explaining how things should be done. It was also pretty fun and I enjoyed training with them.

I come here occasionally during the weekend to bring my 3 year-old daughter for a casual swim. The entrance fee is reasonable , as the facility (e.g. toilet and changing room) and the swimming pools are clean and well-maintained.

Have been going through a few swimming schools for my son and finally settled down in WD SWIM. Good and professional coaches as they have their own ways to get the student adapt to their style of coaching. Highly recommended.

My son has been learning for 2 years, he still loves to go WD for swimming. From being afraid of water at the beginning, he now enjoys it very much. The teachers are kind and professional and the environment is clean. Highly recommend!

My granddaughter had her first lesson at WD and thoroughly enjoyed it. Her coach was very attentive to all the children. Having moved from another swim school, I believe we have made a good choice.

Their instructors teach very well. kids love the lesson. Nice staff very good facilities, perfect environment.
My kids have a blast. It's an easy decision to sign up year after year.

I am very happy to meet such a responsible coach. He will swim around the students to prevent them from having special problems or accidents.
My child reported some problems to me. Although they seemed to the child to be simple and minor problems, such problems were directly criticized by the coach in the most severe manner. I understand the coach because I am impressed by his meticulous attention to safety.

it was a fantastic experience. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, creating a hygienic environment. The pool itself was spacious and had a variety of lanes for different swimming speeds.

Toronto Swim school is a really amazing place to learn to swim and get licences. I got my swim instructors licence here. The pool is very clean. Coach Mehrdad is very helpful and knowledgeable

If you are looking for a good pool with clean and well-maintained facilities, and super friendly and professional staff, I recommend this place. They have lifeguard classes too. And I'm taking my classes over here and so far I had amazing experiences with them.

I was nervous about getting my lifeguard license, but Toronto Swim School made the process easy and enjoyable. The instructors were friendly and supportive, and they gave us plenty of opportunities to practice our skills. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone looking to become a lifeguard.

I highly recommend this program. Especially people who are just beginning to swim. Well trained instructors and the admin Judith is very cooperative and helpful.

My son was terrified of the water before starting his private lessons with British Swim School. After just three lessons with his incredible instructors and Judith, he is actually having fun in the water and is so much more comfortable. During his last lesson he actually exclaimed that he loves swimming now! I would highly recommend this school!!!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Amazing experience @ the BSS Valhalla. Individualized coaching. When my kids and I started(yes they offer adult lessons too) we were so scared and by the second lesson, we were back floating and staying under water. I will recommend them any time. My daughter went to White dolphin swimming school on March 2019. She was level 1 before she got to the school. After 9 months she has reached the level 5. She has grown 8 cm tall at the past one year. She is healthier now, no more badly coughing, arms and legs are stronger. The teachers are very responsible and nice. 6 locations in North York, very close to my home.
