PawsPlayground is fantastic! My dog absolutely loves it here and can't wait to go back every time. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every dog has a great experience. We have been going to Lupita for many years now and have always been extremely happy with the quality of care and skills she has displayed when caring for our dogs grooming needs. She is genuine, skilled & very fair in her pricing regardless of how much extra time she puts in to ensure the best end result. Our dog confirms to us he feels the same as he jumps for her when he sees her as apposed to running away! lol … Thank you Lupita for caring for our dog as if it were your own 🐾💙
My dog Alfie has been attending daycare at Paws Playground for the last several months, and I also board him here from time to time. Recently, Alfie had sustained an injured paw before his last stay. Sue and Karl were exceptional in their care, knowing exactly how to treat his injury during my absence and keeping me up to date on his progress every step of the way.
Their dedication and compassion are evident in everything they do. I always feel confident leaving Alfie in their capable hands, knowing he is receiving the best possible care. Sue and Karl are wonderful, and I would highly recommend Paws Playground to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving environment for their pet.

Sue and her team are wonderful. I checked out a couple of daycare options in the area, and I'm thankful that I found them! The facility is clean and well run, and the team is professional. My dog comes home happy and tired!
Petopia has been a great experience for both of our dogs. Outdoor play, nice indoor play area and friendly staff. The cameras are a great feature of this place so we can see how the dogs are doing when they are boarding. Being able to schedule grooming and receiving report cards to get info on how they visit was is a nice touch as well.

I can't say enough how happy I am to have found Petopia. We have a rescue dog who is extremely anxious and generally afraid of everyone and everything. It was very hard to find a daycare/boarder that was willing to take him on for boarding during our upcoming vacation this summer. After talking to Pat and following her guidance to start with daycare, we were shocked to find that our scaredy dog not only did well but he now happily hops out the car and rushes inside to be with his friends! Pat and the staff have been wonderful. They've all been very helpful and understanding of his temperment/challenges and have worked with him to get him comfortable. The socialization he's been recieving at Petopia has helped more in his every day life then we ever thought possible. We will definitely be continuing beyond our vacation. Cannot thank Pat and the staff enough.
Our puppy Lexie has had such a great time at Petopia. As a pet parent, there is nothing more we could be grateful for that to have a second home for our fur babies. We feel comfortable and at ease everytime Lexie is at Petopia especially being able to tour the place and having access to their live Webcam stream during play time. We get to see her play with other dogs in such a big outdoor and indoor option. We also love that the facility is cage free and can tailor your dog's schedule and preferences to the way they sleep and eat. Another plus is getting a report card at the end of their stay. We couldn't have been happier to have Petopia and the staff be there for our Lexie when we need it most. Whether it's for day care or overnight stay.

Our Golden Retriever Journey has been visiting Petopia for the past month and always has a blast! He loves the big open space to run around and play, and we appreciate the option to check on him periodically throughout the day on the webcams. We also noticed that since visiting Petopia, he has gained a lot of confidence socializing with other dogs too. We would absolutely recommend Petopia as a daycare!
The nicest people. So welcoming and friendly and helpful. They tell you exactly what are going to do when you get there and tell you exactly what they did when you go to get your pup. They welcomed and took great care of my little maltipoo. The take pictures after they are done and send them to you as well which is great. They did a fantastic job with her grooming.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff and care my very anxious rescue (and I) have received at Petopia. I was in need of boarding for a vacation and with Petopia was able to come up with a plan to make boarding a success. The staff were wonderful with Winston- very caring and really took the extra time to help him adjust and feel safe. And Pat was so patient, understanding and accommodating of my situation. They truly care and go above and beyond to help dogs adjust and have fun. Winston has come a long way and has adjusted well at Petopia. I will defintkey keep using their services and would recommend them. Thank you Petopia!!!
Oh my God. What a amazing place for the dog day care. We have full day care for Adonis for one full month. He is 3 Years old German Sheppard. Petopia is like home away from home. The staff is so caring for Adonis. They are taking care of our Adonis just like he is their own dog. The owner Pat is so active and supporting for making our one month package convenient for us.
Before we were so worried for Adonis's day care in Scarborough.
But since Adonis is going to Petopia, we become 100 % worriless and now we can plan for a longer family trip as Petopia also provides overnight boarding.

Love this place! We take our 2 corgis here 1-2 times a week and safe to say it is the highlights of their week! We especially love that they post stories of all the doggies throughout the day and then over 100 photos are captured from the day and shared on their fb page in addition to the photos they also post on their Instagram. Seeing these photos are also a highlight of our days as well! Attached some photos of our doggies here☺️ thanks for all the love and support you provide to our pups!

I don’t even know where to begin telling everyone how fantastic Petopia is. From day one they have exceeded any expectation we had, and frankly, I think our dog Milo considers Petopia his home away from home.

Staffs are really cared about the pets. Pets are treated like younger family members. I would highly recommend Yu Pet Hotel for short term care of pets when you are not available to take care of them.
Lisa is amazing! She communicates well and is easy to get a hold of if needed. The photo and text updates left me reassured my fur babies were in good hands. I will definitely continue to use her services.
Sent my husky to board while we were on vacation. Quite good over all experience. We got videos of our pet sent to us twice a day and a webcam link to live video in his vip room. Could be due to hot weather he did got eye infection and lost appetite during stay.
My Cat Room is an amazing and safe vacation spot for our furry felines. Sophie and Tina kept in contact with us throughout each day we were away and provided pictures, videos, and stories of our cats funny antics. This was the closest to staying at home I have found in any cat boarding situation that will make your cherished cat feel less stress and more comfortable. We will most definitely use them again and feel confident that our cats are in caring hands.
We had our little pup stay board here during our time away and it honestly felt like she was with us the whole time. Regular updates and videos of what she was doing and access to the cameras on site. She felt right at home at Yu Pet Hotel and we appreciate all the love and care the staff showed our pup during her stay. We will definitely be booking daycare and boarding here moving forward.
Sophie took wonderful care of our very shy puss. She patiently gained his trust and it was clear that he was comfortable in his new surroundings. It was reassuring to bring home a relaxed and happy cat.

We can not speak highly enough of My Cat Room! We are so glad we found them and feel comfortable leaving our boy Moscato in their care. We could tell from the email communication that Tina and Sophie were cat lovers; we got a great vibe from our initial interactions, they gave plenty of information and asked all the right questions of us. We were able to settle our little guy in on his first stay; sit with him for a bit and make sure he was comfortable. This made us feel very comfortable leaving him.

I brought my dogs here 3 times so far and the staff are always friendly and caring. They send updates and videos of my dogs as well as give me access to their cameras so I can check on my dogs anytime! I’m so happy to have found a good dog hotel for my dogs so we can go on vacation and not have to worry about them.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful. 24/7 cameras are available. My dog stayed for 7 days and he came back home with a big happy smile :)
If Cleo, Boda, my roommate and myself could rate My Cat Room higher than 5 stars, for sure we would. What an incredible service offered by two incredible women.
The kitties stayed in the West room and there was perches, climbers, shelves, scratching posts, lots of toys, places for them to hide, blankets, a sofa etc.
I received daily photos, videos and updates while the kitties were on their mini vacation. They were clearly having a wonderful time. Lots of play time and cuddles were given.

Mr. Handsome would give 10 stars if he could. From the moment we arrived at drop off to the moment we arrived home, Sophie and Tina made sure he was well cared for and entertained. From what I saw in the pictures and videos they sent while I was away, I wasn't sure he'd want to leave. I was on vacation; he went to cat camp!
My Cat Room is set up beautifully for our feline companions, with perches and climbers, scratching posts, large windows, lots of toys, places for the shy ones to hide, and people who clearly understand and adore cats. When I returned, he was so chill and had clearly bonded with his hosts.

We just love Paws Playgrounds! They take such good care of our sweet pup. He has so much fun playing at daycare and they make sure he is comfortable for overnight stays when needed. They are so organized and so caring for every dog!
We’d highly recommend My Cat Room in Ottawa. It seemed very low stress for our two cats during their two week stay, and the ladies running it kept us updated very frequently with photos. I think it felt like a safe, calm place to the cats. The cats had plenty of comfortable spots to relax, plus lots of toys, scratching posts, windows to watch birds, and so on. You can leave your cats here and know they are in good hands and will get the attention and care they deserve.
Paws Playground is the best. It’s our number one spot for doggy daycare and hotel. The team there is very friendly, accommodating and they go the extra mile! My hubby and I love checking all the photos that they post when we are away on holiday. We never have to worry when we go away as we feel confident checking our pup in.

Our dogs have been going to Paws Playground for over 8 years and I can’t thank them enough for all the love, care, and fun they’ve provided for both dogs (different ages). I have Portuguese Water Dogs, so they’re very sweet, but high energy. Paws Playground offers a safe and caring environment for my dogs to socialize with other dogs (properly), while also getting more than enough exercise - difficult for this breed! They are very attentive to each dog, ensuring the absolute best care possible, while also ensuring immediate and candid communication (so appreciated!). I also appreciate their flexibility- they’ve really helped me out many times when I needed care for my dogs. I recommend this daycare to anyone who is looking for somewhere safe, engaging and where they’ll be loved 100%.
Great dog hotel close to home! We've taken our little guy here twice for the day and once overnight for 2 nights. Couldn't be happier. We like the fact that videos are shared with us regularly in addition to having access to the cameras 24/7. Our dog doesn't like to stay anywhere but home likes to be by himself however the staff here do a great job encouraging him to play and interact with the other dogs. Thank you for providing a safe, clean and friendly place for our fur friends to stay when we need it!

Friendly and informative staff. Went there to get my pups first cut and advised me to not get a very short cut due to her developing coat. Never knew this was a thing but thankfully they told me how the process would go. Clean stations and a friendly environment. Will always go to this local grooming shop.

Just picked up my cat Katie from 2 days visit in MyCatRoom. My cat is usually a bit shy and stressed among strangers, but Tina & Sophie made everything possible for my cat to feel safe and happy. They sent many updates and photos while Katie was with them.
Another positive side of this place is the size of the room they put my cat. It's a very good size with everything in it for the cat to stay happy and active.

I've had nothing but positive experiences at Paws Playgrounds from my first foster dogs adoption day (image included) to my first adopted dogs own playdate! The staff here are incredibly helpful, professional, supportive, kind, and responsive. I can't say enough positive things about them. The outdoor play area is completely secure and has lots of space for the dogs to run around and play. I will say that my dog did get quite dirty, however, they offer baths which is an amazing plus!

If you need help caring for your pet, you are in great hands with Lisa! We run a mobile veterinary service, and Lisa cares for one of our mutual clients/patients. She's been responsible for co-ordinating much of this pet's health care (and it's not an uncomplicated case) directly with us on behalf of the owner, and she's been very competent, compassionate and responsive throughout. Highly recommended.

Lisa has been walking our Golden Retriever puppy every day for the last five months, and has been incredible. She manages to keep up with our energetic pup, gives her the care & attention she needs, and even sends us cute photos, stories, and gives us text updates!

Her paws are shaped into perfect fluffy teddy bear paws! Coco looks & smells amazing & I know she was in such loving hands! Can’t wait to keep bringing her back & seeing what styles we can achieve! Lisa walked our dog Benny and provided much love and care. She takes her job very seriously, has lots of knowledge on the care of dogs and always communicates any advice or issues she may have. One day, Benny and I ran into Lisa on a walking trail and Benny wanted to follow her on the path - a clear indication that he missed Lisa and thoroughly enjoyed his time with her! I don't want to say too many good things about Sara as I want to keep her all to myself!! She is one of the best dog sitters I have ever had and she babysits my 3 small dogs and believe me they are a handful. Although for some reason, when they are with Sara, they calm right down. She will take care of your pet as if they were her own. She is professional, prompt and gets back to you right away when trying to contact her. We go away a lot so knowing that my 3 little monkeys are in a home surrounded by love, safety and fun, I am at peace and do not worry. Thanks Sara, you're the BEST!

I went here with my 6 month old puppy because of the 5 star reviews. They really work with the dogs so that it is a stress free experience. It took 2.5 hours for my puppy to get his wash, blow and puppy cut. What an amazing job they did. Also price is amazing considering the job they do working with the dogs temperament. Thank you!
Sara has been walking my golden retriever puppy Moose since he was 9 weeks old. She has been reliable, communicative and incredibly kind to my little guy (who admittedly is quite the handful while he’s teething and learning his manners). He is so excited to see her every day and she makes sure his crate is clean, walks him, plays with him and will even accommodate hand feeding him when we request. We couldn’t have asked for a better dog walker! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sara to anyone.
My 4.5 month old cockapoo had her first grooming experience today and it was fantastic! Mochi looks adorable, smells great and feels so soft! More importantly, Lupita and Gabriel took the time to answer my questions and made both Mochi and myself feel at ease.
Mochi does not like going to the vet and is scared of other dogs so I was very worried before speaking to Lupita and Gabriel. But after speaking on the phone with them and meeting them, I was confident that Mochi would be fine in their care. And she was! She was happy and comfortable when I picked her up. She enjoyed snuggling in the doggie bed too.

Some people just have a natural ability to get along with animals, Sara is one of those people. I have never seen a dog or cat that has not taken to her right away. If you are looking for someone to take care of your pet look no further!
Sara is amazing. I've used kennels in the past and my dog would be so stressed and upset when I picked him up and he wouldn't have eaten much at all. This time my dog was happy and happy to be with Sara. She took him for long walks and reinforced training . I can definitely say that the next holiday we take we will be calling to book with her again. Thank you for taking care of our furry family member.

I was nervous taking my first vacation as a pet owner, and I was pretty skeptical that my twin cats would take to a "dog walker". But Sarah gave them their space, and within a few days she was sending me pictures of them curled up in her lap. I was able to rest easy and enjoy the rest of my vacation. Thanks a bunch!
