Unfortunately the educational assessment was a complete waste of time and money, done by an inexperienced provisional therapist. Had further testing done elsewhere at an additional cost. Much more in-depth, more specific questions asked. Unfortunately once some of the testing is “done” it can’t be repeated in a set time making a 2nd opinion more difficult and more time consuming. So be careful where you get it done. Many things were missed and there was a huge discrepancy in diagnosis. 1st appointment easy to book, follow up appointments more difficult. Positive, nice ppl nice office.
I am very satisfied with my experience at Brant Mental Health Solutions. My son and I both use the counselling services. We are both comfortable with our respective counsellors and have seen positive results.
The first point of contact is the receptionist and the girls I have had the pleasure of dealing with are beyond amazing! Everyone who comes in is greeted with a smile by name. It makes it feel personal and welcoming.
I would highly recommend BMHS to anyone who is looking for a place to get the help they need.
Brant Mental Health Solutions has been amazing. They have a wide range of services which have been very helpful for me. I do tell my friends and family about BMHS. Everyone I have encountered have been warm and welcoming.
Alicia is awesome. She has helped right from my intial visit. Highly recommend sitting and talking with her.
I've been a client here for a year now. After many decades of looking for help and dealing with sub-par therapists and their businesses, I was very happy to discover Brant Mental Health Solutions. Amy and her staff go above and beyond to help you and make you feel welcome.

Everyone is so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, personable, and just fun to be around!

I would recommend them to anybody going through any kind of mental health issues.

Another reviewer mentioned "oppressive", and I'm not sure that they are talking about the correct place, as I've said they go above and beyond to make sure you have all the help you need to succeed!
This is an oppressive organization and the entire staff reflects the lack of diversity and lack of knowledge that comes with that diversity. As a trans and neurodivergent person I do not believe this is a safe place for people from marginalized communities.
All of my interactions with this clinic have been extremely positive.

I am currently seeing Alicia. She’s very compassionate and is warm and lovely to talk with.

We have also attended a couples workshop here which was great also.

Highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs therapy for themselves, their family or their children.
Not easy to deal with mental health related to work stress. And not easy to find someone we can trust. But Jordon Iorio has been of great help. He is very knowledgeable and his approach is very effective. He has worked in collaboration with my family doctor and thank to his support I was to feel better in only few months. I can't thank him and his team enough for their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend his services.
Kira is wonderful. Knows about all types of mental health with kids. Would highly recommend her.
The fact that you guys are staying open for in person appointments is amazing! I and I'm sure many of your patients really appreciate it! A big thank you to all the staff!
Amazing. Our doctor sent us here and said it was the best in the city. Very happy we came here.
Christina is amazing, very happy with all my sessions thus far and well worth your money. I somehow can cry during my session but leave feelings whole hearted and more knowledgeable about how to handle hard situations and better control my emotions. I'm excited to see what 2019 brings with the help and tools I now have to move in a positive direction. The scheduling is fairly flexible and she was willing to see how see could change around her personal schedule if we couldn't get in which was also a nice gesture. In the last 3 months I have learned how to not let negative people or negative things that happen effect how your will positively move forward, and not let the situations allow you to have negative thoughts or feelings, which I think a lot more people should know about. Even if you are not struggling I would encourage you (especially if you have benefits) to allow yourself to go to a session or sessions just to see things in another perspective and allow yourself to be positive.
We have been taking our sons to the North location for four years. It started as an evaluation and has turned into ongoing visits. I am very happy with the Psychologists and staff. I would not hesitate to recommend Family Psychology Place to any friends or family.
We've had 2 assessments done at the Southland location. Other people I know have as well. We went to a new Psych place and they took a look at the assessment and said they didn't finish it. Where is the rest of his diagnosis? Apparently, when you get a diagnosis of one thing there is always another part of it. Would have helped my son out so much if we'd known that. Also they told us about $3000 but they kept adding on. Closer to $4000 by time they finished. Going to Moroz now they are awesome!
I took my youngest daughter for consultation to this place. The psychologist named Sarah took an hour to note down the details of the problem that my daughter was having. It was the first session and no diagnostic test was carried out. However, I was surprised to see her come up with a hefty amount that would cost us to get her treated. I checked with my family doctor and he told me to keep away as no one could predict the cost of any medical treatment prior to confirmed diagnosis.
