Very bad location, they waste 30% of time before and after your massage, in one hour and no respect client 👎🏻 totally disappointed

Receptionist was rude on the phone when I booked. I asked if the appointment is with a female or a male practitioner and she said "if it was a male I would've let you know". Nicole was friendly but the massage was very intense and no questions were asked for how much pressure I like, if it's okay to use essential oils etc. I felt uncomfortable speaking up in treatment as my practitioner talked a lot from start to finish through the massage.

The receptionist looked like she hated being there. She lacks customer service and kindness. She wasn’t friendly at all. The massage was good and Agnes had a good suggestion for me.

I had an incredible experience here. Dr. Cannis is so knowledgeable and was so patient with me. I came in with pain in my right leg and she worked patiently with me to help find where the pain was. We did so many different points and even tested to see if it made an improvement. My leg is feeling so much better today. She even did some points for my adrenals and sleep and could tell that was another area of support I needed. Highly recommend, they’re so lovely and knowledgeable! Can’t wait for another appointment.

It was my first time getting acupuncture treatment for 20+ years on and off migraine and stiff neck for 1 year and back pains. I was surprised with the sensation of electric flow as the needles were placed, so I think it must be working. I feel my body less tight and looking forward to even more results as I complete the coursr of treatment. Dr. Jarry has a very pleasing personality and listens to my concerns and I trust him.

First time getting a professional massage couple weeks ago by the owner. Nice lady and did a good job. Got another massage today from a different lady. Was even better. Great place clean inside and friendly staff. If you’re looking for young attractive ladies to give you a massage. Look elsewhere

Been going here for a few years! Close to home, clean, massage therapists are great, and they direct bill.

I would give -5 stars if I could. Went in for my wife and son, doctor already had written prescription before even getting details about issue or making sure if it was the issue. He checked my son’s lungs while he was wearing winter jacket and barely spent 2 mins in total for two patients. I think cpso complaint is necessary against dr. Abounaja. They just want to see more patients for the turn over. Don’t even spend time listening to patients. Worst clinic ever.

The receptionist dont care who comes first. I came first than others and a few patients were accommodated earlier than me. I looked up to the receptionist and i saw her reaction that she forgot that i was there first. I asked about my health card and she gave it back to me. Usually when i went there, it will only take a minute and she will return my health card and said wait for my turn.
They need to teach their receptionists good customer service and also be mindful who comes first.....

this clinic used to be good, but recent years receptionists there hang up phone on purpose, or let you hold for long time without coming back

The front desk lady (Bhakti) is very rude, unprofessional, and not trained well at all on how to speak and deal with the patients.
Despite me being very respectful to her; she was very disrespectful and were shouting. I’m not sure why they hire such people from the streets.

I kindly request Dr. Abounaja to not keep such kind of people who make the clinic name go bad.

We went in on Friday, they diagnosed my 16 mths old daughter with pink eye (without an examination) and prescribed her medication that is not for under 2. They provided no instructions for dosage, frequency, or duration. Tried getting the info for a few days. Found out from a pharmacist it was the wrong medication. Tried reaching them by phone to discuss if the doctor made a mistake or had a reason for the prescription, they told me to call back after 1:30 when the doctor would be present. Since then, they've ignored every phone call attempt for all three of their phone numbers. Other issues with this place too but that's an important one to share. Another thing to note, when we went back on the Sunday (cause they neglected to do an actual exam on the Friday where they would have discovered her ear, nose, and throat infection) they told us for the baby room we would be waiting about 20 minutes to see the physician... We were there about two hours waiting. Unacceptable. And as an FYI about the review who says everyone complaining about customer service to grow up, I am pretty confident he has some connection to this clinic because he complains about customer service and waiting in his other reviews, so clearly it does actually matter.

I've come to Oriental Ensure Acupuncture Massage Clinic for the past year for my acupuncture with Cannis and massages with Emily. The service is here is always great, professional and always on time. I always leave there feeling refreshed and relief of pain. The clinic is kept clean and tidy. Thank you Cannis & Emily!!

Very very bad experience ever at this location. I had an appointment on sunday. I called them because I stucked on the road because of very bad weather. I told them the truth why I cant make it. They still asked me to pay the cancellation fee. I would like to thanks the Angela Murphy owner of the location for this bad experience. I have benn customer with them from last 2 years. If one appointment couldnt make it. Thats what we are getting back.

- 5 in my eyes. This clinic is so poorly run and unorganized. They consistently had patients that came after me been seen by the doctor before me. Then lied and said that they called my name, which they did not. LIES!! No accountability whatsoever. No system in place to keep the patients registered in an orderly fashion 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Absolutely great clinic! Im not sure whats the dr’s name, but he sounds like he is Guyanese from his accent.He solved my medical problem with 5 bloody pills that my other family Dr the past 3 years in Canada failed to resolve. The money i wasted with that Fam Dr! I see some of the entitled and negative comments about service, ITS ALL IRRELEVANT, clearly you are not sick, if u really need help with ur medical treatment u would sit and be patient till u get your dr to work his magic, go complain about waiting long and non smiling receptionists at WALMART, you are here for treatment! Not to say bad customer service is acceptable but grow up and get what u came for. The service from the girls is also very lovely btw! :)

Visiting Oakville Osteopathic Clinic was a wonderful experience for me. My experience there was excellent thanks to the staff's professionalism and depth of knowledge. They take a multimodal approach to pain relief by manipulating soft tissue, mobilising joints, and treating trigger points. Since they are so well-versed in orthopaedics and skeletal anatomy, they are able to help with chronic pain and increase mobility. Their emphasis on stress management techniques was invaluable in helping me cope with my pain on a daily basis. Prices are fair, and turnaround time is short. In need of pain management and general health improvement? I can't speak highly enough of this clinic.

I hope I could give them -5 Starts. This is the worst place to go. Doctors are not accountable at all. Staff is not cooperative. This clinic should be closed.

I can always count on the osteopathy service from this clinic for my back and right shoulder pain. My appointments are always very effective and gives me a big relieve. I will continue to use their services to improve my health.

Came for my first massage at this location and it was EXCELLENT. I had a 90-minute with Ashley and she's amazing. I mean, I honestly don't think I've ever had a better massage in all my years getting them. Very easy to chat with too. The atmosphere is very nice and the front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. Massage bed was comfortable and warm and the lighting was perfect. All in all it was a solid 10/10 for me and I will for sure be returning to see Ashley.

I had an appointment for Oakville-osteopathy located at 481 North Service Road West, Unit A4 and for some reason, I accidentally clicked on this site for directions. This site is new and for some reason, they used almost the exact domain name as Oakville-osteopathy which has been in business for years. I think this is sneaky and unprofessional! I would never use this company, for this reason, Shame on you!!!

I was able to get pain free after 4 Osteopathy treatments. Ernest really know what he needs to do and is very gentle and careful. He takes his time to explain what he is going to be doing and makes sure the patient is comfortable the entire time. He is the best Osteopath in Oakville

Ernest is the best osteopathic manual practitioner that I've ever had. He is really kind and committed, and his response time is amazing when compared to some of my other osteopaths in oakville, who sometimes take up to a week! I have a lot of medical issues, and Ernest takes care of them quickly and makes you feel like you're his closest friend, not just a patient. I would strongly suggest him to anybody searching for a caring osteopath for Osteopathy service.

I have seen other professionals for acupuncture in the past but this was the first place a practitioner discussed a plan and recommended number of sessions. I appreciated this because I feel it increased my success for long term pain relief. I completed 6 sessions. The first few sessions were quite painful. On a scale of 1 to 10, I was saying 8-10. By the end, I was saying 1-2 or no pain. Couldn’t be happier.

Came here to see Jarry for acupuncture to help with my bells palsy and he was great! I definitely saw a difference after my first session with him! I definitely recommend this clinic.
