100%truth, mixed feelings at first when I initially entered the dealership but that might be also because it’s been awhile since I’ve went for a new car. I was genuinely taken care of by Miss Carolanne Mooney, who guided me through everything and explained everything so perfectly and professionally that I felt comfortable enough to trust Acura montreal centre with my business. Hats off to her honestly she is amazing at what she does including miss Daphnee (I hope I spelled it right) whom I signed all the documents with upon picking up the car and she was great at explaining everything as well and I fully understood what was being said regarding the purchase of the vehicle.

I took the car Friday and brought it back Monday due to certain little issues I noticed while driving. At the service, Miss Noura and Mr Aby were super kind and respectful and helped me with the process of getting these things repaired on my car and gave me a courtesy car in the meantime. Their professionalism and positive energy is something I believe all businesses need to thrive. Thank you once again Acura team.

I recently visited Acura Montreal Center and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The staff was cold and unprofessional and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. Despite my repeated attempts to get assistance, I felt ignored and undervalued as a customer. This experience has left me frustrated and unlikely to return to this dealership in the future. I hope they take steps to improve their customer service.

The reason why i dont give a 5 star is there is no always courtesy car ☺️✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼 But in terms of service is 5 ⭐️ Most especially Paulo and the trainee who help me.

I had an excellent experience at Rimar volks Wagon last year I bought ID.4 2022 and I loved it so I order another vichule and I am in love of my ID.4 2023 . And I get as well very good customer service the staff is so nice and cheering and friendly. 5 Stars for them
Never again. DON’T go here! They can’t be trusted! I had a leaking sunroof so I got it looked at and was quoted an extremely high price. I basically had one plastic tube that was disconnected which was causing the leak. I was told that I should replace all 4 “tubes” because they would break soon. (Quoted $650 for the parts and 4 hours of work - an hour for each tube). After telling my boyfriend what they quoted me, he was flabbergasted and told me to immediately say no & that they were clearly ripping me off. So he then went on YouTube and found out how to fix the issue. He opened it up and saw that it was simply disconnected and put it back in its place. The other 3 tubes were fine not even blocked nor broken. It took him a total of 20 minutes to reconnect the tube in place and inspect the other sides. I’m still in shock?! Not only could they have just reconnected it for me when seeing what the issue was, but they could have also been honest and not want to charge me for stuff that isn’t broken and that takes 20 minutes and not 4 hours?! Is it because I’m a woman and they think they can get away with it?! I’m utterly disgusted & insulted and will never ever go back here ever again! On top of that I waited an hour for the shuttle service.. Unacceptable. Worst experience ever! Do me a favor and don’t waste your time or money on these scammers.
My first ever experience with this dealership was with the amazing Mathieu in the parts section for my son's VW. He was so nice and honest, it really inspired confidence to go back.

Then I had the pleasure of having a chance meeting with Adam who works in mechanics at this dealership, and who took the time to answer a complete stranger's questions and once again, made me have confidence in the garage. Seeing his beautiful car and hearing his comments on how well the car ran influenced my decision into changing cars early. When a VW mechanic says the car's a charm, I listen!

And then I met Fritz to buy my car...he was just so incredible from Day 1, really trustworthy, genuinely cares about his clients, not just the sale, and his priority is customer satisfaction. I've bought over a dozen cars in my life and this was, by far, the best car buying experience ever!

I also have to mention Dominik and Lynda, who helped finalize the transaction and the delivery, they made everything easy and smooth!

I highly recommend going to this dealership for a purchase or for servicing or if you need advice on VW parts, you will not be disappointed!

This is the first experience to me having a Volkswagen and being at Rimar Volkswagen. I highly appreciate Jean-Claude as he found me a new car in only 2 weeks. It is extremely hard to find one nowadays and only due to Jean-Claude’s efforts I have the chance to drive my vehicle. You can count on his word and I recommend you to only ask him if you need a new vehicle as he made everything easy.

Great service @ the service department. Went for a routine inspection of an ID.4 for which they had the lowest price. Had a problem with front links which were changed at the same time without rescheduling. Thank you & keep up the good work.👍

I am the first time to Rimar Volkswagen. The appointment is very easy and efficient. You can do it online or phone call. The people are friendly and patiently to reply me. The report was in detail and also gave a suggestion. The price are reasonable. I am happy for their service.
Christopher was a great sales person, he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and got us into the vehicle we wanted.
I recently purchased a Jetta GLI from Fritz at this dealership, and the whole experience was amazing. The staff is polite, welcoming, and professional. My salesman, Fritz, was excellent. He was transparent, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. Unlike other places, not once did I feel pressured to make a decision. It genuinely felt like my satisfaction was the priority.

It’s clear that Complexe Volkswagen 440 cares about their customers, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, fast and enjoyable experience!
Their customer service went from great to mediocre at best. I used to even make a detour to bring my car there for maintenance, but definitely not anymore, sad.
I recently visited Complexe 440 for scheduled 60k maintenance on my car, hoping for a smooth uneventful experience. That's what I expect, considering the cost of the service vs the work that's actually done.

However, I left extremely disappointed and frustrated. After picking up my car, I noticed a new "airbag error" message on the console--which I've never seen before--and a non-functional horn, both of which were perfectly functional prior to the visit. The inspection report even stipulates that the horn was functional!!!

Shockingly, the service department refused to take responsibility, claiming they were not accountable for issues that arise while the car is in their care. I even made them repeat that part to ensure that it wasn't a misinterpretation: if something breaks while your car is in the garage, they will not take responsibility for it. They even wanted to charge me 150$ to plug the car in the computer to see the cause of the new code!

This lack of accountability, coupled with their dismissive attitude towards resolving the problem, highlights their poor customer service and professionalism. I advise potential customers to think twice before choosing Complexe 440, as their negligence and refusal to address their mistakes reflect poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I won't mention the name of the guy who was behind the counter, but he his mentioned in other reviews. One thing for sure, I won't be going there anymore.

TL;DR: Took my car in for regular servicing, new problems arise while car is in their care (they are not denying this) and they flat out refused to fix it.

Went to see a car. Test drove it. I did not see inside the engine and so on. What made me not take the car was the deal. The price was not negotiable and the trade in offer for my car was a joke. This place is also very far. You will waste your time just going there.

Get my car serviced and repaired there over a decade. Nothing short of amazing and satisfaction. Just have done a repair recently, people in service dept are extremely kind and helpful, especially Alex and Tatiana, they provided full transparency during entire process. And Costa gave me a lift along with a fun conversation. I’d highly recommend Rimar without any hesitation, I heard some horrible stories about certain VW dealer, fortunately, my experience here is absolutely fantastic.
A true nightmare. I bought a used car in 2019 from this dealership and to this date I still remember the bad experience.
Lot of issues during the purchase, forced me to buy the car with summer tires in January after they promised that the car comes with winter tires. When I wanted to cancel the purchase they said they will charge me for the lost time on their end. Was a new resident at the time and didn't know even what's they can or can't do. Took the car anyway and 2 months later the check engine light pops up...guess what they ignored all my calls. Ended up paying 3k to fix it in another dealership.
More than 3 years later I still remember the incident. It's a shame that I didn't know my rights at the time but I hope that by sharing my experience, peeps will know what they are dealing with.
I had a very pleasant buying experience at Acura Montreal Centre. After enjoying a test drive, I was prepared to place an order and wait several months, but they were able to find a vehicle configured in the exact trim and color I wanted from another area dealer, and they managed to arrange a dealer swap to acquire that vehicle. We worked out an agreeable deal (MSRP, no dealer markup, replaced a few unwanted add-ons in exchange for desired ones), and I was given an overstated wait time of one month for the swap (which required coordinating with the truck deliveries). The car actually arrived within 2 weeks, and I'm now the happy owner of a new 2023 Integra.

The showroom is spacious, bright, and inviting—though it could benefit from a more ample lounge-like seating area—and the sales offices feel sufficiently comfortable. The staff was always professional and courteous, straightforward, and responsive to my calls and emails. I was never made to feel pressured or rushed, being played, or intentionally held "hostage" for long times, tactics that sleazy dealers employ to wear you out. They offered refreshments on all my visits, and also sent me off with a bag of goodies when I took delivery. I did have a few minor nitpicks, but none that impacted my overall satisfaction with this dealership.

Thank you to sales director Dany, finance specialists Carolanne and Jean-Francois, as well as the receptionist and the technician at delivery, whose names I didn't catch, for their friendly service. My biggest compliments and gratitude go to delivery specialist Ariane, who was exceedingly warm and welcoming, gracious, and attentive to my needs, and most of all to my outstanding sales advisor Baiel, who exemplies what all car salesmen should strive to be. He was extremely knowledgeable and approachable, truly passionate about the brand, and receptive to all my inputs. Working with him felt like a partnership rather than a one-sided proposition.

I'll definitely recommend Acura Montreal Centre to family, friends, and coworkers. Thank you again!

If you respect your time, go somewhere else.
I scheduled an appointment to see the car I was interested. Drove 1 1/2 hour to get there, arrived at 5 pm I see the car i give a deposte the told me that the car needs a inspection of SAAQ , once the inspection is done they will call me to come pick up the car. I did not receive any phone calls for 3 days so I decided to call for a follow up noone wanted to answer my call I left a message they never called me back so I called again and I was told that the car was sold.
I asked to speak to the manager, so I talked to the manager he told me that he will look at the file and will call me back. He never call back.the worst customer service I have ever experienced do yourself a favor DO NOT GO TO Mazda Boucherville
To top it off, they didn't even offer me to look at anything else on their lot. No other dealership has made me or my time feel so disrespected.

Believe the reviews when you read them. Certainly worst customer service I've experienced. Day of vehicle pickup, car not ready, salesman took 1 hour to make up an excuse. Documents not ready, inspection sheet seemed secretive and was not presented until i insisted. Car magically shows up ready 2hrs later, broken front grill and damaged bumper which was not there when i visited the vehicle. Returned vehicle for repairs that were not done before delivery, 1 week later, manager calls me to say car is ready to only arrive at the dealer and most repairs were not done! Big waste of time and zero customer consideration. Buy elsewhere if you can.
I have bought 2022 New Tiguan and it was wonderful experience!! For more than 2 months, I have visited so many dealer shops and have met so many dealers, but I can say Complexe Volkswagen 440 is the best dealer shop ever! Mathieu, Audreane, Serge, Stephane, Hugo, Marc! I really want to write down how kind they were in detail but I don't have enough English skill for it. They were super kind, whenever I had a problem they did their best to help me out. Especially, Mathieu and Audreane!! I felt they were doing their best to make me and my wife satisfied, not to sell a car. I definately recommand this dealer shop!!!
