Drs here are amazing. He took me as a patient last minute when I needed help.

No worries. Dr. Niel does not practice medicine. She is a rubber stamp.

Dorothee Chopamba, the social worker, is a bulldog. Her English is broken. She tried to intimidate me and lied to me. She abuses her authority and declares people incapacitated. She wanted to do it to me, but I recorded the meeting with her, and her unprofessional attempt failed.
Record all appointments with her because she is a low-life creature. (: (: (: ha ha ha

People that have complained about not getting the medication they need are trying to get opiates/pain killers. They go from clinic to clinic and will have the same story for most of the clinics they go too

Then they leave a 1 star review in hopes that it will do something. They are so angry they didnt get thier fix.

They will give you meds if you really need it.
Theres a complaint on here from a paul woggs. Hes complaied about multiple health centers and hospitals for not recieving his refils on time or at all. Its classic pain killer addict behaviour. Do not trust those reviews, its junkies just trying to manipulate the system.

The staff that works directly with the patients are excellent. However, the administration is gut-wrenching to work with. They use archaic approaches where if you dont check all the boxes then they are unable to assist. If you want any assistance be prepared to advocate hard for your love one.

I had a very positive experience with JM Nutrition. Everyone was very professional, friendly, timely, informative and considerate. I had the pleasure to work with Megan and she was more than amazing. The meeting was held as scheduled with no delays. She was very helpful, friendly, nice, knowledgeable and informative. She continuously checked in to make sure I was on the same page and didn't miss anything. Her review was very thorough and asked the right questions to understand my situation to help recommend the best solutions and dietary requirements. The responsiveness of everyone I dealt with was beyond expectations. Dealing with Julie for the settlement part was also a breeze and such a positive experience. Everyone was nice and very accommodating. If you are seeking dietary or nutritional guidance then I highly recommend giving them the opportunity to help you.

I was looking for a sports nutrition dietitian in Toronto and found this service. The nutrition counselling sessions were very helpful and helped me tweak my meal plan and the foods I was eating to help me build muscle. I ended up getting some great advice and practical tips that I can easily apply to my daily routines and all my athletic activities. I highly recommend the sports nutritionist here!

Lyndsay is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She has been absolutely great at providing me with a customized meal plan for myself and walking me through it, and also answering any questions that I have. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with JM Nutrition. Julie was always prompt with her email replies when coordinating and booking my appts. Kristen was also knowledgable and incredibly helpful. I was sent a meal plan within a few days of my appt based on my restrictions, likes and dislikes. Highly recommend!

I am very grateful that SCHC, Markham, accepted me as their new patient recenlty. Both Dr. Vimalesan and Dr. Gopha are warm, patient, and professional. I appreciate that Dr. V is willing to send me for different tests to ensure my health is being taken care of holistically. I also like how Dr. G patiently explained my conditions as well as the medications to me today. I can see their eagerness and diligence in taking care of me. Finally, after 20 years, I feel so cared for. The staff at the front desk, as well as the nurses, are helpful. I highly recommend them!

I love this place. I can use the app to request my refills. They actually answer the phone, and the prescriptions are always ready when I go to pick them up. Much better experience than the big pharmacy down the road.

I had an amazing experience with JM Nutrition. From the get-go, Julie was very helpful in finding the right nutritionist and plan for me. I talked with Tiffany Thai, and she was absolutely lovely. Patient with all my questions and clear with all her explanations, I really feel like I learned something. Nicest of all was that she never once shamed me for some of my terrible eating habits and really worked with me to figure out a meal plan that I would actually like and stick to. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. They answer their phones and the pharmacist is readily available to address questions. Very different from my last experience with another pharmacy around the corner.

i haven’t had an appointment since the one i missed two months ago and not once have they checked up on me yet they can call for weeks from a blocked caller id because the health card number expire, when answered they won’t give you a name or number or anything to prove that they’re who they say they are, all they claim is that they’ve been trying to contact for weeks yet i’ve received no voicemails and if they’ve been blocking their number the whole time then that’s their problem for acting like a spam caller because i had auto rejected all incoming calls from blocked numbers.

not once did the only clinic i’ve been going to attempt to directly contact me, i called the clinic after this harasser hung up on me and they had no idea about any of this. how is it that i was just contacted by scarborough centre for healthy communities and you have no record or anything to show for it in your system? then the receptionist rudely starts talking down to me talking about she’s got work acting like she doesn’t care that i literally just woke up and had to deal with this harassment “we have work” to quote her, “you are an adult” is the response i got when i asked why only i was contacted and my mom was not since both our numbers are on file. in this case my age is irrelevant, even the fact that the numbers belong to different people is irrelevant if the first number can’t be reached then try contacting the second number that’s the whole point of having multiple numbers, but i guess the employees that work here are either incompetent or overworked since they couldn’t realize that themselves. i will be going here once more to recover any personal notes i left with my nurse then i will never come back.

I love this pharmacy so much. They answer their phones! My prescriptions are refilled so quickly. They always wear masks unlike most other pharmacies that I've seen. They are kind and helpful and I have recommended them to all my friends and family.

Absolutely amazing facilities and best part is the after care! Not only myself but my family has been shown amazing times by the after care staff. They facilitate meetings and treats like Jays games, Dinners, and Camping! It has been instrumental in my recovery! Highly recommended

My family and I have been coming here since shortly after they opened. Suzy and the gang are great. Always friendly, professional and quick to fill our prescriptions. They also give great advice on non-prescription products.

This is easily our favourite pharmacy in Guelph.
It is nice to be able to support a family run business.

As an aside, I do take issue with the last couple of 1 star ratings. If you have a problem, talk to the people at the pharmacy. They are the ones that can help. At the very least, leave an actual review. There is NOTHING more USELESS than a 1 star rating with no review.

An excellent pharmacy in every way. The store itself is clean and well laid out and the staff are kind and happy to take the time to discuss your concerns. The pharmacist took extra time with me to recommend certain supplements and ensure my needs were met.

I am beyond disappointed with the services of this community health centre. I have been attending this community centre for a few years and have not received the level of care that I would expect in a country like Canada.

The physicians have zero compassion and give you attitude if you have any questions or request a second opinion, the social worker completely abandoned me after 2 sessions and said she would follow up in a week, I never heard back from her - it's been 6 months. Instead of discussing my issues she told me to "go meditate" with no instruction or direction. The dietitian completely disregards her appointments and doesn't call when she books you in for an appointment - it's happened three times already.

This is a great place if you're a newcomer to Canada and you have zero expectations for health care and want the bare minimum effort with no apologies for wasting your time. As someone that works in healthcare I am truly appalled by this community health centre as it seems they forgot what the meaning of "client-centered" is. I wouldn't have been as judgmental if it was only one health care professional, but it appears to be a trend across the whole organization. Look elsewhere.

Doctors are never there had to miss 2 days of work because they cancelled the day of both times i booked an appointment. Doctors are never there. Receptionist lie to people. Only good thing about this place is the attactive receptionist. Thats all. Other then that might as well go to walk in clinic. At least they wont cancel on u a hour before...

My family and I are extremely happy with the outstanding care we receive from this Clinic. Dr Aaron Low has to be the most wonderful doctor everyone would dream of having . His patience, tolerance, understanding and care make you feel well just talking to him. His staff! Wow! the most loving accommodating, friendly and helpful. I have to mention Mary Tess and Shushan, great job. I wish there were more people like these in this world. Thank you all and God bless you.

The nurses at this clinical are amazing! Friendly,courteous and extremely helpful. Dr.Low is one of the nicest,most helpful doctors around. I've never had a bad experience and would recommend them to everyone.

Great customer service! Didn’t have to wait for too long. Receptionist are nice and very welcoming. Dr. Lau seems a bit rough ( just the way he speaks) but he took my concerns seriously and addressed them professionally which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Worst Walk in clinic in Toronto. They want you to get an appointment and when you call in for an appointment they don't have any available. Defeats the whole purpose of a walk in clinic. I went there to get a blood test for school which I had to submit before Friday. So even after 1 week of the test results out i am not able to get an appointment just to print my test results ( the result don't matter, I just have to submit the document).
Not to mention the arrogance the receptions have (except the lady with the colored hair). The two Asian ladies think that they are paying patients to come to their clinic.
If any one looking for a walk in clinic, think twice before going here. There are a number of walk ins in that area

I have been a volunteer with this organization for about 3 months. The staff work hard and have a genuine interest in the well-being of the community members they serve. More importantly, I see how the programs greatly benefit the clients, whether they are coming in for medical consultations or emotional support. If you want to feel good about yourself, volunteer with this organization. You'll be paid with lots of smiles and thank you's.
