Numerous times my order is either missing something or items are "sold out" after i made my order. I use mobile checkout to save time and multiple times I have been waiting 10 minutes or more for my orders to be complete or just to be told that an item I ordered is soldout. Also my order has been given to other people multiple times which then caused me to waste more time. I go to this location during work so time is a big factor.

I had a lovely experience here to start the new year. My friend and I went for some crepes right as they opened, and the space filled up quickly as it is a small space. The young blonde lady doing all the cooking/serving was super nice, welcoming and friendly. I appreciate her attentive and excellent service even though it was quite busy! The crepes were delicious (La Canadienne and Parisienne, both great choices) and the tea served in good-sized mugs 🙂 Nice, cozy atmosphere. Will definitely visit again. Happy new year!

Really tried to give this place a chance but couldn't make it work. One of the guys who work there is very rude. Not to mention they're overpriced. I payed $11 for a poutine and not only were the fries disgusting but it was just cheese. Absolutely no gravy (a tiny bit at the very bottom and that's it). Horrible horrible horrible.

Terrible experience, the baristas seemed like they did not want to be there. We ordered some cookies with our drinks and they were rock hard. They did not bother to even ask us if we wanted them warmed. Avoid at all costs. There are so many other better cafes around town.
Loved it! Second time back and it was better than the first! Huge pancakes, fantastic eggs and toast, great fresh fruits and amazing quick service. We sat down and were eating in less than 10 minutes! Will come back for a 3rd, 4th, 5th time soon!

The store had such a pretty, vintage and Parisian-vibe. I loved the aesthetics of it so much, didn’t want to leave. I got the Nutella crepe with banana slices which was yummy and filling! I tried my friend’s Charly with strawberry crepe and preferred it to mine, it was really nice. I’ll definitely revisit soon!!
The place is super cozy and our server, Carrie was absolutely delightful. Definitely coming back for the sweet potato soup <3

I made a random stop to grab coffee on my way home and was so happy I did. The coffee was wonderful and the cappuccino was AMAZING. I also got the everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and it was so fresh and tasty. Was totally surprised as it was a cafe in a medical building. Not to mention how cute and peaceful it was. I definitely will be back ....I forgot to mention this adorable little boy took my order 😊

There is this girl name Maria who is always so disrespectful and confused for no reason. We are regular customers always grab coffee literally everyday. I don’t really understand what is the math and science in understanding the instructions. She needs to learn manners and politeness.she is too dumb to understand the simple words like rewards . I literally said I don’t wanna redeem these points today and would prefer to pay for this coffee and then a kind gentleman offered a gift card literally for everyone in line and asked me not to pay but still she wanted to charge us. Very disappointed with the way she treated us and that also for the second time.

I am a regular at this tim hortons for my morning coffee and let me tell you that the service is disappointing every time. There is one employee in particular, Maria. She is so disrespectful and treats the customers with an attitude. Today, a gentleman wanted to pay with his gift card for everyone in line. She started telling us how we had to pay while she had the gift card in her hand. It was really embarrassing for me and my friend that she singled us out. Everybody was looking at us like we didnt want to pay when in reality we were ready to pay. Overall it was very embarrassing for us and we felt like we were being targeted for no reason. Unfortunately we wont be coming to this location anymore, solely because the server makes us feel very disrespected.

Super busy store that does a good job of keeping up with the traffic. They handle mobile orders fairly quickly so you can skip the line, too. Tim’s is usually very inconsistent, but this location hasn’t done me wrong yet.

Perfect place if you’re looking for a cozy cafe. I ordered one savoury crepe (La Canadienne) and one sweet crepe (St. Martin) and they were equally delicious. The food came out fast and was devoured just as quickly. Would definitely recommend!

First time at the Little Brick. It is definitely a bit off the beaten path and is a small eatery. Went with a friend for lunch so we could chat a bit so weren't looking for any place too loud. I was pleasantly surprised. The place is small but there are comfortable places to sit. It is a more still type ambiance so no feeling of rush. Our server was very friendly and accommodating and the food was very good. Place was very clean and inviting. Will definitely return.

Amazing food. We always stop here when in Vic from up Island. We even make special early morning trips just to come spend $100+ on their baked goods before they sell out. Always consistently good. Western Scrambler is a must try, yum!

Certainly, hereEnjoyed a good Americano coffee at this spot. The service was commendable and customer-friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, it's important to note they only accept US dollars for orders exceeding $10, which might inconvenience some patrons. Overall, a decent experience for a cup of coffee with friendly service, yet the payment policy could be more flexible for convenience.

Drinks are wonderful, snacks available but nothing blowing me out of the waters. Atmosphere is wonderful, and with couches, armchairs, and outdoor seating. Very welcoming for both solo and group gatherings. It is connected to Boulders, so towards the evening, you will get a bit more of the "ah it's a gym after all" olfactory experience, but for the most part, the vibes make up for it, and if you're there for bouldering too, then even better!

Service speed sometimes depends on how busy the bouldering side gets, but staff are always 10/10 with kindness, attentiveness, and care.

I generally have a poor experience at Tim Hortons, but being served by Anamika really changed my day. It was starting to rain outside, so I made the decision to head inside the mall. When I was placing my order, Anamika noticed that I was upset and respectfully asked about my well-being. I was having a terrible day. It was a small action that made a big difference. She also recommended me a great drink and I couldn't be more thankful. Definitely the best service I have ever encountered at Tim Hortons.
Everything was perfect! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great and the service was really nice. I would come back again anytime soon! I’m so happy that it’s all vegan. Highly recommended!

One of my favourite cafes in the midtown. Staffs are funny and really friendly! The pastries are very fresh and delicious. I really like their coffee syrup, it just tastes different compared to the ones I tried at other cafes. I recommend their mango danish, raspberry croissant, chocolate almond croissant, and quiches.

God this place is full of pretentious hipsters. I went an hour out of my way to get some London fog cookies for my husband for Christmas one year, called ahead and everything. Was promised they'd be ready, all that. I get there and the staff acts like it's a burden to even be asked about them, the two who are "helping" me keep doing the "body check" thing where they size someone up physically because you clearly aren't one of "their" type of people, and then say they don't have a clue what I'm talking about. I had to SUGGEST they ask someone else because I had spoken to someone on the phone and placed the request in advance. They finally deign to ask someone and that individual was a lot kinder and more helpful. Immediately said "Oh I remember so and so talking about that. Let me check the back."

The cookies were okay and I do appreciate they were placed in a bakers box. That was cute. The coffee is awful though. I come from a coffee fueled culture and have experienced some bad coffee and some great coffee. This one isn't the worst I've had but what they charge for their "large" is a joke when the coffee doesn't even taste good. That's not as much fun to deal with when you're trying to be frugal, shop local in order to be socially and eco conscious, and just support the community around you.

This place is a gem. Stumbled upon the place once by accident and this has become my favourite spot for coffee. Their americano is so good and creamy. Its consistent every single time.

The only thing that I am not happy about is their timings. They close too soon 😁

Poor service . Disrespecting customers. Learn how to do a better customer service. Employees talking about customers with each other and making comments in front of customer. There is a white guy with spectacles his name starts with L and he is one of the worst employee ever hired by tim hortons. They should teach him how to behave wisely otherwise your location is worst location to visit for a daily coffee. Very poor service . I hope this review reaches the management of the place soon.
It's a neat little place for some coffee and convo, with an outdoor/sports apparel store in the back. I think the atmosphere would be better if there wasn't the outdoor goods, if only because it would provide room for some more seating.

As for the service and food, couldn't be better. I like that my hot chocolate even got a "latte swirl" treatment. And the peanut butter cookie was just about perfect.

They have some cozy couches to sit on. I initially sat at a high table (because the two lower tables were taken), but didn't like my head being inches from the heater vent. So, I moved to the couches in the corner, before my cousin arrived. We were comfortable there in the corner, and had a good view of the whole place from that vantage point. Again, the small outdoor/sports goods in the other side of the place just seemed cold and weird to me. But maybe they make a lot of money with that store, so, who am I to say how they do things?

This place is a bona fide gem. Their coffee is consistently outstanding (we come here whenever we’re visiting Edmonton), and their baked goods are to die for.

On top of that, these are just genuinely nice people. Their service is on point every time, and their prices are more than fair.

If you find yourself in downtown Edmonton give the Starbucks and Blenz of the world a hard pass and treat yourself to some fabulous coffee.

Highly redommended.

Beautiful Cafe in an original historic Brick Building. Lots of atmosphere and vibe. There are different rooms that each have their own feel plus a nice cozy patio 😊
Miss Violetta...oh Miss Violetta, she is sooo Adorable🫠, our humbled waitress who donated her very own collection of Bone China tea cups from the UK to Creme Dela Creme. Tobe served with such kindness made my breaky so much more special. I visited this establishment about 15 yrs ago and they are still here serving the most hearthy breakfast you'll have in your life. Try it 😋.

Nestled in the heart of Edmonton's river valley, Little Brick is a cozy and visually stunning café that offers a unique and welcoming ambiance. With a delightful combination of rustic charm and modern aesthetics, this café is a true hidden gem that captures the essence of a perfect hangout spot.

Upon stepping inside, I was immediately captivated by the enchanting atmosphere that Little Brick exudes. The eclectic furnishings, exposed brick walls, and warm lighting create an inviting and comforting environment that makes you want to settle in and savor the moment. The outside patio is equally enchanting and a wonderful hangout place for those with furry friends.

One of the highlights of my visit to Little Brick was their delectable bagel and London fog. The bagel was freshly baked, boasting a perfectly chewy texture and a golden, slightly crispy crust. It was topped with a generous amount of flavorful cream cheese, satisfying every bite. The London fog, a classic British beverage, was expertly crafted with a harmonious blend of velvety steamed milk, aromatic Earl Grey tea, and a hint of vanilla, creating a comforting and soothing experience.

While the food and drink at Little Brick were undeniably delightful, one minor disappointment was the limited availability of pastries. I arrived a few hours after opening, only to find that all of the pastries had already sold out. It would have been wonderful to have a wider selection to pair with my beverages. However, this does demonstrate the popularity of their pastries, indicating their quality and desirability.

Very unique, fun, and upbeat atmosphere. With a rock climbing gym connected to it, it's like no cafè you've ever seen before! It's definitely worth checking out.
Also, it's a great place to visit with friends, play board games, study, sketch, or meet for a first date. 😉
I highly recommend trying the chocolate brownie and the peanut butter cookies.
They are so soft and fresh, they just melt in your mouth. It's real baking that tastes even better than you can imagine.

For the hype, I expected more. Good coffee , but service was super pretentious and condescending. Priced a little higher than other places - I could justify this if it was a better experience. Sadly, I feel like this is a classic case of a business that starts to believe its own hype and then stops trying. I didn't think they were that special- chic upscale coffee place yes, but those are everywhere. Very empty in the morning rush, which is telling.
A wonderful little vegan café serving delicious all-day breakfast, burgers, and desserts, in a laid-back atmosphere. The pancakes and fried chickun that I had for brunch today were incredible! My husband also thoroughly enjoyed the Fire Burger he ordered. We will be back!

It was the best place in Edmonton for the eggs Benny. Unfortunately it's not anymore. Last couple of orders the eggs were overcooked, almost hard-boiled. So sad... But coffee is still good and the staff are friendly. It's a nice and cozy dog-friendly place, I really enjoy being here. Hope they can make that amazing yolk-running eggs again!

I visited a charming and bustling coffee shop during lunchtime, and I must say, the experience was delightful. Despite being busy, the service was top-notch, and the staff managed to attend to everyone efficiently. The atmosphere was lively, with the place buzzing with people enjoying their drinks and conversations.

I decided to try their mocha, and I was pleasantly surprised. Instead of an overpowering chocolate taste, the mocha had a subtle hint of chocolate, which added a unique twist to the flavor. It was a pleasant departure from the usual chocolate-heavy mochas I've had elsewhere.

My friend and I were really looking forward to trying this place out after seeing the good reviews and cute interior. The food was decent, but what really set this place apart was the awful service. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

After the server seated us, he just left us be and we had to ask him for water and for menus about 10 minutes in. While we got the water, he never ended up giving us any menus and we had to pull it up on our phones to order. This would've been fine if it was contactless menus but they were given to other tables without them having to ask for them.

After taking the time to think about what to order, we waited for the server to come by, except he never did. We then had to ask if we could order while he was behind the counter and it took at least another 5 minutes before he slowly made his way over to our table, which was situated just in front of the counter where he was. I would've even been fine if he took our orders with the counter between us, rather than just nodding and then not coming over. When he did, he just stood there waiting for us to let him know what we wanted. I ordered the tuna melt while my friend ordered the Caroline crepe.

Right off the bat I was told that there wasn't any sesame seed bagels and they only had poppy seed. No big deal, not my preference but it wasn't a make or break kind of deal so I switched it on over. A few minutes later I heard another employee mention they were out of ice cream. Our server then came back and flatly relayed that verbatim before asking if my friend would like whipped cream instead. Not even a simple, "sorry we ran out of ice cream", he simply just said "we don't have any ice cream. Does whipped cream work" with the flattest tone I've ever heard.

When the food was ready, the server just plopped it down onto the table and walked away. I was absolutely astounded by the complete lack of care given. Even a simple, "enjoy" would've sufficed. Not impressed at all.
Very cute place with great variety of fresh bakery! I honestly do not know any other nice coffee shop in our area with selection like this. I am drinking a lot of cappuccinos and can definitely say that they have a good one! Recommend for breakfast and brunch.

L'amour Cafe and Pastry is like stepping into a cozy French bakery right in the heart of the Mount Pleasant neighborhood. It's a hidden gem that often goes unnoticed but deserves so much more love and attention.

The owners of this charming cafe are a friendly couple who have a great eye for quality. As soon as you walk in, you can feel the French vibes with the chic furniture and the sunlight streaming through the big windows.

The highlight of L'amour Cafe and Pastry is undoubtedly the impressive display of pastries. Muffins, doughnuts, and an array of croissants (including vanilla, almond, and pain au chocolat, etc.) are beautifully showcased at the window. It's clear that great care is taken in crafting each item.

Some details that showcases their commitment to quality is their Belgian hot chocolate. They use real chocolate, which they even showed me. Any connoisseur of Belgian chocolate knows that it is made from high-quality cocoa beans, and this attention to detail shines through in their hot chocolate. They also use the BALMUDA bread toaster...if you know..you know.

To my surprise, they also offer OATLY oat milk, a brand I had previously encountered only in the Netherlands. OATLY is known as the biggest oat milk company in the world, and it's crazy how to find it in such an obscure place in Toronto.

In addition to their pastry and hot beverage offerings, L'amour Cafe and Pastry boasts an impressive selection of Italian sodas in various flavors, from classic choices like lychee to more unique options like melon. The variety is sure to satisfy any craving.

Considering the current economic climate, it is truly refreshing to find a cafe that offers such affordable prices without compromising on portion sizes or quality. Their iced lattes, priced around 5-6 dollars, are equivalent to the size of a venti cup at Starbucks. It's an exceptional value that is difficult to find elsewhere.

For anyone who loves pastries or cute cafes, I highly recommend you checking it out. Trust me, this place is worth a visit.

I and my wife went to this place on 17th June around 3 to 3.15 pm. We ordered for 2 bagels and 2 steep tea. The staff were very impolite. There were 3 lady staff. They were talking among themselves in their own language loudly, without caring the customers. Their saliva would have fallen on the food, when they were talking loudly. We were upset.
Moreover, the bagel was very oily. My wife got stomach upset after eating the food.
We were totally disappointed with the customer service and food.
I walked by the window looking for lunch at 2pm and didn't notice food just saw delicious looking pastry. I walked back and came inside to ask and saw a delicious looking sandwich. I don't normally order sandwich at restaurants but the bread was fresh made and all the ingredients were amazing!
I would recommend this place to Everyone!
The Cappuccino was amazing as well.
Really worst diner I've seenin 10+ years.
Only good thing is staff is friendly. Ordered salad. Not fresh and dressing is so salty. Portion is of side size but for the full price. For breakfast sausages for $7.50. Sausage quality is really low.
Unfortunately I didn't have much choice after my order arrived due to time constraints to select other venue.
You cannot serve your customers food of that quality.
Cozy little spot to grab some breakfast. Prices are fair for what you get, and staff is friendly. Place seems pretty popular, as it was pretty full when I arrived. All in all, if you’re looking for some eats in the area I would definitely check it out.

They don’t know how to make a cappuccino or flat white and they have no mugs “for here”. Pastry are tasty but they don’t bake them themselves, lots of items from forno cultura. The atmosphere and music is nice but coffee is terrible. Was $19 for 2 coffees & 2 pastries. I won’t be back again.

Lovely little cafe on Mt. Pleasant. Lots of pastries to choose from but I wish they would label their products instead of having the customer ask what flavor it is. They have croissants, danishes, donuts filled with cream. I got the pistachio croissant and mango passionfruit cream donut. I would come back to try more.

🤩 so delicious! Peaceful surroundings in the middle of the city. They have tent and patio seating, as well as inside the building.

Cappuccino was great and the earl grey tea in the London fog was definitely a star. We had the breakfast sandwich with potatoes and pulled pork sandwich. Everything was delicious and home style. The buns were soft and flaky, paired really well with the fillings. 5/5 stars experience!

Would love coming to this local spot but not after my recent visit.... I understand there was an owner change in the last year or so but wow...
I ordered the greek chicken salad it was 17.95... there was hardly ANY chicken, was mostly lettuce... For $18 you'd think there would be a decent amount but no.. waste of money. Also my mother ordered the creme sandwich which was 13.95; on the menu it states the sandwich is alone and to add side hash is 5.50 and add side salad is 10.50!!!!! I had to read that 10 times!
When it came to pay the bill my total after taxes was 45.!!! Sorry but my chicken salad, sandwich with side hash is 37.40 BEFORE TAX and after tax is 42.... So where was the additional charge and why? Rip off. won't come back anymore which sucks cause I would come here ALL THE TIME!

Total hidden gem of a breakfast place with the usual menu items. However their hash browns were amazing, if you prefer this style of hash browns to the regular home fries this is the place for you. Very busy during brunch hours on a Saturday. However waitress was very cheerful and experienced, acknowledged us even while we were waiting outside. Great low key place for a hearty breakfast after a night out.
This place is what I would call a first class breakfast spot. Has the feel of a family run spot, warm, inviting and welcoming.

Breakfast portion are generous and the food is delicious. Freshly squeezed juice, top ups on coffee and slices of peameal bacon that are 1/4” think resembling mini pork chops.

Iconic cities like New York, Chicago and New Orleans have many such places that have been around for decades. Classic diners or breakfast joints. Toronto does not have many. This is one place that I would classify as that. Great food. Reasonable prices. Great service and completely unpretentious. Well worth a visit. You won’t be disappointed.
Fern consistently delivers 10/10 for friendliness, cleanliness, food variety, punctuality, and flavour. I have NEVER been disappointed in anything I've ordered. Within my first couple visits years ago, they remembered my name - which is so homey, and definitely adds to the experience!
It's always difficult to decide what to order - so my husband and I always choose 2 separate hot meals (so we can taste both), and 2-4 pastries 😁
The portions are HUGE, and easily 2 meals - so the pastries (also huge) are always saved for later.
I usually bring my stroller inside while dining in, and the seating has ample room to accommodate, so we don't have to go sit outside or in the car to enjoy a hot meal.
A friend of mine is gluten free, and said she's had no problem with Fern substituting items in order to accommodate her preferences.
My omnivore friends don't believe me when I tell them that yes, everything you're eating is definitely 100% vegan.
Thanks so much for always being a welcoming environment, and for such delicious food! It's so lovely to go somewhere and know without a doubt you're not accidentally being served non-vegan food.
Thank you!!
Nice cozy and clean french style cafe here in Yorkville Ave in Toronto.
Delicious Chocolate Almond Croissant, Omelettes and Latte.
We enjoyed our choice and selection.
The only note I can give is that I understand it is a small owned family cafe and when they get busy they will be delayed in their services, so you need to be patient sometimes.

Amazing food, even more amazing service. The bagel was especially nice. They accommodated our many requests and substitutions without hesitation. The only issue is that they don't have too many tables so expect a wait if you want to dine in.

Amazing place!!! Coffee is consistently high quality and the staff are so friendly! Interior design is also on point... Try and get the comfy chairs :P

I gave 3 stars for food because the options are very limited. This is a coffee pit stop, not a lunch spot.

Worst shawarma I’ve ever tasted at an establishment. The rice was bland and watery, the sauce was more sour than flavorful. The fruit that came with the full English breakfast platter was clearly not fresh. The bacon had an odd cardboard box look, and tasted weird. Overall unsatisfactory, only good thing we had was the white chocolate macadamia cookie. I will probably have to grab some tims after this as the meal was very subpar.

I write this review for Tim Hortons near Walmart Square one, They took my order by mistake yesterday but I was fine with that. Today, when I wanted to receive the new order, I received more than my order, what they did gave me a very good and positive feeling, I thank them.

One of the best vegan spots in town! Delicious food, amazing baked goods, lovely people working there, all around a good time. I’ve brought so many people here lately, vegan & non vegan, & every single person was so impressed & returned to get more! Fair prices, good portion sizes & lots to choose from! Check them out for sure!

I've order butter chicken wrap twice and both times it's been wrong. You have a 50/50 chance of getting it right and still no go.

I’m not even a huge coffee person but the iced latte was one of the best caffeinated drinks I’ve ever had!! The Montreal style bagel was also to die for, love the freshness - honestly can’t go back to a regular bagel

I haven’t been in this coffee shop since the start of the pandemic due to Work From Home orders. This week we returned to the office and I was so happy they didn’t close down. I always frequented this coffee shop - great coffee and friendly staff. Very intimate and rustic setting.

First time here and was amazed! The staff greeted us so kindly and recommended some amazing treats! We had vanilla iced lattes, soft serve ice creams with fresh brewed espresso on top, and to die for chocolate croissants. We went back in to get chocolate peanut butter rice crispy swirls. Everything was delicious! I will absolutely be coming back again and again!

Staff are friendly and nice. The place is always clean and the food is great.
Fantastic Service from the staff at Tria. Food was great and priced much better than other breakfast restaurants. I definitely enjoyed my time here and I'm sure you will too.

Wonderful place to meet with a friend, or to read a book or work on a laptop. I've conducted many business meetings here because of its central yet quiet location & casual, comfortable vibe.

The beer list is extensive! Always changing & up to date with new products.

And I can imagine a beer really hits the spot after completing a session at the adjacent climbing gym.

I love the vibe.

Service was quick and friendly. The design and layout is crisp and inviting. My coffee was just the right sweetness and had some wonderful latte art. They sell beans.

The honey latte is the perfect sweetness as it comes. The cornbread muffin is so most and sweet and just a touch spicy. A great pair with the honey latte

Get the authentic Halloumi bagel. Good for two people.
Tastes absolutely amazing.
Traditional homemade bagel sandwich. I also got the croissant which is legit as well. Nice layers and buttery as it should be.

Very good coffee and tea. Tired 4 kinds of muffins so far: Ginger pear, blueberry, the morning glory and cranberry cornbread. The blueberry muffin and the morning glory are soooo good! Moist but not too sweet. Definitely worth $3 for one. Ginger pear is ok.

2021/July/27, 5:55 all I asked her was if the steeped tea is fresh, and she acted rude. When I see there is nobody in store and steeped tea is fresh for only 20 minutes, I got ask! It is not big deal.

Standard, ok food. Nothing special in terms of savory food. Donuts are good but not great, although the timbits are awesome as usual and very well priced. A relatively unique item too, as doughnut holes are not sold in many donut shops

I call it hot and brown. The coffee here is gross. It used to be once in a while you would get a burnt or wrong order, not anymore. It is hot and brown every time. If you order two different orders most of the time you get the same ugly carafe and dirty water. The bagels are not toasted, they come out burned when you ask for double toasted (so that it isn't raw bread loaded with half melted butter and an inch of slimey cream cheese). I don't blame the workers - it is obviously some changes coming from Corporate.
It was such an institution that I have to remind myself not to do it.
On the other hand the loaded chili wedges are seriously good. They do that well.

Ordered their beyond meat wrap & they had left it sitting in a warmer so long it had lost every piece of moisture!! Rock fricking hard. This thing must have been sitting over two hours at least, it was completely inedible. Your odds of having a good food experience here are about 30% at best. It's never a great experience here. They should close it & put in something actually edible

This location never has what you want to order and most of the time what you do order is incorrect by the time you get it. The traffic in this location in the morning is nearly impossible as workers block the parking spaces by parking in the lanes even between gas pumps.
I love Tim Hortons however I would never recommend this location to anyone.
