Arrived with group of 10. Place was half full at best. They told us they could not accommodate the group. We said, ok, can we break into 2 groups? They said no at first (because we arrived together?). It was surreal. Eventually they "got it" - we had to say "pretend you never saw us come in, now, pretend 2 different groups of 5 showed up at different times...". Lol. They still warned us that service would be very slow because they were so busy (again, half full maybe, empty tables everywhere!). So, we left. Yikes.
We haven't been to this restaurant for a long time and tonight my wife and i decided to go for dinner. We got at the restaurant the hostess took us to a table that wasn't cleaned . My wife ordered the chicken mushroom Parmesan and I ordered chicken tacos. When the server brought our meals the chicken mushroom Parmesan looked liked a microwave pasta dinner you buy at Walmart and my tacos were warm not hot. The good thing they did was they took the pasta Dinner of our bill . We will never go back
The place is nice, service excellent, and the staff super friendly. Pizza and pasta is just regular. We ordered pepperoni and Boston special pizza, and is just regular, nothing special on the flavour. We also ordered fetuccini Alfredo, and same just regular. The price is aprox. 15 to 20 per person. Nice thing is they have a menu for kids, there is a lot of parking available, the place is big, so no need to wait for a table.
Disappointed, but at this point not surprised with the lack of knowledge the employees here seem to have about their services. Boston Pizza has never been a great experience for me or my kids, but this one goes above and beyond in terms of a poorly run restaurant. Waited about 45 minutes for a table for just my son and I. We love the pasta so we thought it was worth it, only to get the wrong one which was also ice cold. Not the first time my family has had a similar experience here. Please hire more staff, this is so disappointing especially for a restaurant close to numerous high schools & universities. Ridiculous, the management is clearly incompetent. Not coming back.

Good deals but the service is very off. The server is polite but the service is very slow for a place that is not understaffed; which I noticed with customers around me sitting waiting a long time for the bill so they can pay and leave. I came on a pasta Tuesday and I think they screwed up my order by giving me the Hungry Carnivore when I believe I ordered Smoky Mountain Spaghetti & Meatballs. The food was good but feels odd eating what I didn't ordered (guess it doesn't matter because it all costs the same on Pasta Tuesday).

Landed in Toronto, and this was only 1 km away from our hotel. The food and service was great start to finish. Hot, fresh, and tasty, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good food at a reasonable price.
Had dinner on the patio last Friday (2023-10-20). The food was great, but even more impressive is the place felt like a well-oiled machine! We said we needed to be in and out in about an hour, and they absolutely worked with that time budget. We also had a few different staff check in throughout the meal, but in a good way.

Hello, This review is from an agitated customer. I was here last week with a few friends served by Avery, a nice girl, but she has no idea how to waitress. We waited for service, and then our drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive. Our food orders came before our drinks. We were understanding about how slow the service was. We figured it was a bad night, so we decided to give it another try tonight, but it was the same thing with a different waitress. All we did was wait for the slowest service. By the time we got our drinks and food, it was too late our experience was ruined....again.
To management, this is unacceptable. Why do you think offering your paying customers such poor service is acceptable? I read the reviews and this is an ongoing complaint, but yet it continues. The head office needs to step in and correct the poor management here and train the workers here better before they destroy your business further. Also, I noticed the waitresses had their hair down, which I found off-putting for serving food, and the tables were sticky ( so not wiped cleaned very well).
I will continue to eat a Boston Pizza but not at this location.

Imagine a place where pizza dreams go to die, a culinary carnival of chaos that dares to call itself "Boston Pizza." My recent adventure into this pizza purgatory was an experience I'll never forget, for all the wrong reasons.
Upon entering the establishment, I couldn't help but notice the decor, which can only be described as an identity crisis. Is it trying to be a sports bar, a family restaurant, or a shrine to overcooked mozzarella? I felt like I'd been transported to a parallel universe where neon signs, sports memorabilia, and faux wood panels were considered a harmonious combination.
Now, let's discuss the service. It was as if the servers were auditioning for a slapstick comedy show. While the music was great and it wasn't too packed at least when we were there, the service was terrible. They won't give you tap water unless you look drunk and will be pretty rude about it unless you buy bottled water, which I'm pretty sure is illegal in Canada, so just look out of it and then they will give you tap water. But also the washrooms are terrible, it smelled like urine even at the beginning of the night and there is only one functioning sink (even though there are three sinks, looks like they took out the hardware at the other two and just put pots there) and so when someone threw up in the only sink, even though there was someone standing there giving towels and soap they didn't clean it up or do anything, not even help the person who looked really out of it and no one could wash their hands. I get that they probably have to deal with this stuff a lot but jeez. I'm glad we got in with free cover because this place definitely isn't worth spending money to get into. Looking at other reviews glad we didn't buy any drinks here and definitely agree that most of the bartenders who work here are super rude. I would come again with free cover if the music is good but definitely bringing hand sanitizer and making sure to drink lots of water beforehand.
We are regulars at the Barrhaven location for post hockey bevies and grub. Service is always excellent and food decent and consistent.
Beer selection is less than impressive to me but, as it says in my bio, I’m a craft beer snob. If mass-produced suds are your thing, it’s a good spot. Team pitchers are a really good value.
Overall, it’s one of the better choices for our group.

Angela was our server tonight and I was more than impressed with her service. She was personable and made our visit very enjoyable. Recommended drinks and apps to share and everything was delicious. Can’t wait to be served by her again! <3
Best part of this visit was the company I had, lovely generous friends that invited me for dinner. The server was kind, but slow, Restaurant was not in the least bit busy. Nor was it understaffed.
My vegan friend ordered what she could from the few choices , and what she got was very poorly done. My beef dip was dry, and came out cold, probably the worst one I’ve ever had.
Server did not do a quality check so there was no opportunity to reorder. Honestly is this day and age when eating out is a very special treat for most people, one should at expect a decent meal for that price!

We have been to this location many times, but tonight was our most enjoyed visit. We were served by MJ who gave us the best customer service we've ever experienced anywhere. It is amazing servers like MJ that go above and beyond that make customers feel welcomed and appreciated. The food is great as always and served in a timely manner. Thank you to Boston Pizza for the amazing deal on the kids cards. We will be back as this is out "GO to" place now! Thanks for making our night so awesome!

The melt I ordered was a greasy but what should I expect ordering a cheeseburger between a grilled cheese. The kids cheeseburger was an absolute delight. It was simple and tasty. The fries are nice and crispy. I would pass on the onion rings

Such a cool place, very unique design, a friendly gentleman at the reception, all their equipments are in good condition so are their tables.
I don't write review but I was so impressed with this place, I just had too. Me and my family went here for dinner yesterday for the special event. MJ was our server. Her customer service was exceptional, friendly, and efficient. She is professional while making us feel at home. She was amazing with the kids and they talked for hours after about how much they love her :). We will be back in the future and we hope MJ can be our server again. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. All around fantastic place, I highly recommend.

Honestly probably the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. My daughter and I both got served soggy spaghetti that was basically mush, I can’t believe they even plated it, I wish I could have made the kitchen come out and take a bite of it. When I sent back both my daughter and my entire plate of untouched pasta I wasn’t even offered a discount or to have the meals removed from the bill but instead told that the kitchen staff are overwhelmed. The chicken wings were also super over priced $27 for 16 wings and most of them were so small they looked like they were from a pigeon or something. We asked for them to be crispy and apparently that doesn’t mean breaded? They looked and tasted baked to me but the server said that’s what the crispy wings are and only the boneless ones are breaded. Awful experience, will definitely not be back
First of all, they dont have a food menu. Second, what a poor drinks menu. Third, the female bartenders are very very rude and unprofessional, they try to give you incorrect change, and when you try to reason they scream like as if they were crazy. Well i got my change eitherway. The club is so small and admits more people than it can accomodate. NEST is just a fixed place to entertain international student. I have never seen such a pathetic club and staff in India too.
They forgot our table everytime. We finished our appetizers and were waiting for our dinners. The waitress asked if we just wanted our bill. I said maybe after we get our dinners. Then numerous times asking for a refill on my pop. I could understand if they were busy, but maybe 10% of the tables had people.

It was great! I had the BBQ bacon burger with fries, and my dad had the crispy chicken ranch sandwich with sweet potato totes. My burger was delicious, and the fries were surprisingly light and tasty. My dad loved his sandwich, and the totes were good. Staff was very polite and gave great service. If you like dill pickles, then you will love their house made ones. They are amazing! The only thing to consider is the bathroom is up a flight of stairs so if someone has mobility issues it is something to be aware of.

Food wss very good but supper pricey. Service was not as hot but you are there for the party anyway. Atmosphere and music were is general top notch but vocal sound from the microphones could use some tweaking as it was very hard on the ears. My eardrums are still buzzing even a day after.
Waited at least a half an hour. Probably closer to 45 minutes for cold appetizers to come out with no food in sight. Ended up walking out and I'm never going back to this place again. I have 9 years experience in the food service industry and this was absolutely ridiculous
Party of seven during the height of the air show. We forgot to bring a lock for our two bikes. The staff were SO accommodating even though we had a BIG ask to sit close to our property. Food and service was fantastic. See you again!

We got 4 adult meals for under $65 In Toronto at night time. I couldn't believe it. And the waitresses and waiters were so nice and so accommodating. Can't say enough good things about this place. It was my mom's turn to pay and she only left an 18% tip. I went up to the waitress and gave her an extra 10% She was that great and that kind. I was very pleased with this and it's a great addition to Canada. I wish they would expand more throat, Canada. If we could get one in Atlantic, Canada, that would be amazing.

We go here quite often as a group. A few of us always get wings, a few other dishes, beer. Today everything was off, wings soggy, waitress too busy talking to guys at bar to check on table, food was blah. We are regulars and today the food and service were bad.

Now I'm mad I didnt say something, the menus were taken away so I couldnt go back and check it out. I should have taken a picture. To say our time was lovely is an understatement and it’s all thanks to our lovely server, Alicia. She went above, beyond, and over the moon to make sure we had a good time. She was extremely accommodating and made us feel so welcome. She kept her cheery attitude even though it was after a long day. Without her we couldn’t have had indulged in bugs and cheese. It was the perfect comfort food after a VERY long day. We will be returning, for the food and the service!

Losing its way. Had fun the first time we went but second time wasn't the greatest and this last time was pretty bad. Tried 3 times to put an order in. Gave up after waiting too long. Played the games with my kids but theyre too expensive at 2 dollars a game for how long they last. Finally got an order put in but it was during the time the party was eating already. Waited long enough the party was leaving and had to get ours to go.
The food tasted beyond amazing . The presentation was top notch as well . We had a good server as well . Will def be back again !!!!
Music was good . But they are very inconsistent with pricing . I read the sign of price for shots which read 8$. I got 2 shots from one guy & he charged me 23$. He said u had to pay a minimum of 20$ on the machine so I was just like okay whatever. Then I bought 2 shots from a girl and said I had to buy 4 shots at once. She must of had to tip herself because she said we had to pay 66$.. that’s 16.50$ a shot. For crown which is crazy! I told her I’m not paying that ridiculous price and she said If you don’t pay for it then I’m calling security. So we ended up spending over 100$ for only a handful of shots. Horrible place to go
I live in Vancouver and have been to a few of the locations over there. But when I usually visit this location if I come to Toronto. I had a bad experience the first time with a waitress who was not very nice. But this last time our server was a whole lot better. A good happy hour beer selection, and appetizers are pretty awesome. A fun atmosphere busy usually with a wide range of Patrons having fun!
the staff are so very nice and understanding. especially Tessa, she deserves a raise for the superb customer service that she provided. she went above and beyond when caring for our table and we will definitely be coming back to this location
Went for dinner… the atmosphere is ok with live music but very loud and smoky. Food is so-so, including the service. For drinks, not much of a selection… and pricey as well. The live music, which included one belly dancer was just so-so.

I had always wanted to try this place as it seemed like a fun spot for a night out. It has a nice atmosphere. The food was OK nothing really special typical bar food. The burger was good. The fried chicken burger was not that great. Both portions were relatively small for the price. The reason for the 1 star rating is the service. The servers were clueless and we had to ask for stuff multiple times and we didn't get them until we were done with the food. They sat down and chatted with customers when doing the bill and couldn't care less about the service. Eventually during payment the tip percentage was locked into the preset and couldn't put any lower than the machines default which considering the horrible service felt like a straight up SCAM!!
On our way home from Montreal to Michigan had to stop somewhere for the night. Found a place in Cobourg, ON and saw this nice place to eat. WOW, what a gem. The food, service, and prices were great. Really hit the spot after the drive. You must go ther if you're in the area.

Went to have some drinks and play some billiards with my girlfriend. There weren't any tables available so the owner asked for my number to call when a table was available. Before we could take a seat to wait and order some drinks we were told to wait outside on the street which I thought was strange considering there were seats right in front of us at the empty snooker table. We went down the street to grab some food while we waited for a table and he never even bothered to call back. Don't waste your time here, terrible service and the drink selection and food looked terrible. Great way to lose some local customers and there are much better options for drinks and billiards around this area. Would give 0 stars if I could.
A very busy birthday party and I get it the waitress tried her best however the kitchen staff failed hard! Just follow the tickets coming in!!! Extra Alfredo sauce means exactly that!!! Others at our table waited too long after everyone was eating for a simple pasta dish. Then another lady asked for cheesecake and almost everyone was ready to leave and she still didn't have it. Seriously, get it together Boston Pizza...for the amount of money that single group spent they deserved far better!!!

The second incident is food safety she’s cleaning all tables organizing everything and we were yelling order or asking questions to her. She never introduced herself and told she’ll be taking care of us with serving.
She never washed her hands after using chemicals to clean the table or sweeping the floor.
It felt like being brown group of people it felt racist.
She was cleaning and sweeping 🧹 under our table like she was rushing things, while we just started.
We didn’t had food since morning and planned that on our way back to Toronto, we can have good dinner at Boston pizza, because of her service and her attitude we ended up just ordering one appetizer and beer.
She didn’t add ice in our coke.
I can’t stop complaining it was such a worst experience.

My daughter's salad was served with extra protein (dead Moth)that wasn't listed in the menu.
Enjoyed lunch and cocktails on the patio with friends. Food was great, cocktails hit the spot. Good service. The Hot Mess Fries are a must-have. Also pictured below, the Beet Hummus, Calabrian Caesar Salad, Blackened Chicken Curry Bowl and Pinche Beef Tacos. Great spot for a casual meal!

We went here before a concert at Budweiser stage. It was super busy and we had to wait in line but ended up getting a nice spot on the patio. The staff was really friendly and the food was tasty. Great atmosphere recognize it will be busy on a Friday night. We will be back!
Tried the BBQ Bacon burger with a side of tater tots and it was superb. But with that being said, unless you're a fan of the Wahlburg family or the TV series, there are other burger joints nearby which are just as good but cheaper.
Had a corporate event with 40+ people. Not only did Retro Fun House accommodate all requests, the food/service/set up was amazing. Perfect place to hold a corporate event and or team building. Great food, service, and atmosphere! A great experience every time we go to Boston Pizza! The chicken pecan salad is my favourite dish, and the salted caramel panookie is an absolutely delicious dessert, I highly recommend both!
The BBQ Bacon Burger (Donnie Wahlberg's) favourite was by far our favourite burger here! Loved! We both agreed wholeheartedly! It wasn't too spicy, which was my initial concern. The sweet potato tots were excellent! My hubby was over the moon for their onion rings and said they spoiled all other onion rings for him from now on. He loved that they weren't so greasy. Thank you Wahlburgers!

I had the most amazing dining experience at this bar. Everything about it was perfect, earning it a well-deserved 5/5 rating. The relaxed atmosphere, combined with outstanding food and drinks, created an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, every aspect of the visit exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for an exceptional dining experience, this place is an absolute must-visit.
Boston pizza is not a place I have very high expectations for. Chains are usually known to serve white mediocre food. but WOW! I was impressed. Went with a group of 6, our server Jack was great, very accommodating and checked in with us just enough - not too little and not too often. He was nice and easy to talk to. As for the food? Delicious. I ordered The Hungry Carnivore pasta, it was tough to finish (because the portion sizes are so great), but amazing nonetheless. Everyone else also enjoyed their food, no complaints. Great job BP.

One of the worst clubs I’ve been to, nothing special and the washroom looks like it has never been cleaned once. You must spend over $50 to use a credit card or else they only accept cash. They do have an ATM to pull out cash if you need but it has a $5 surcharge to use. The one time I did use my card, the bartender pulled it from my hand and gave herself a 25% tip. Wont be going back

The food is great and good amount, the music is cool, different for a person that doesn't have a middle East background.
But service is not that great. There is a lot going on so they were a little dispersed. And please don't ask for water, they charge $2.50 for a plastic bottle water, Rather ask for a soda, if you don't drink alcohol.

Walked past and wanted to try it, since they aren't in Alberta. Loved the family feel of the restaurant! I hate having to scan a QR code to look at a menu, which the waitress gave us paper ones( she saw us struggling to download the menu). the burgers were average, nothing fancy and are quite expensive(there's no sides that come with the burgers)...son ordered the Mac n cheese but it was penne and a little runny. The waitress was really nice.
My sister celebrated her birthday here last night. The food was okay, nothing special. The service was pretty good minus the fact that we had to continuously look for and call on our server for whatever, rather than being checked on during our visit. The vibe is awesome; especially the layout, lighting and music (especially dj). Despite all of this, I still gave this place 1 because I ABSOLUTELY lost my hearing as a result of being there last night. I left having a massive headache and RINGING in my ears. I took an advil before going to sleep, and still woke up this morning to a huge headache, RINGING in my ears, and extremely hurt ears (like the inner ear is in pain).

Shawn and the team are just amazing.. making my son's 13th birthday spectacular.. they went above and beyond; All the screens had his name, they got buckets of drinks out and all the scacks the kids love.. their pool tables look like no other place we have been too.. check out the other pictures..fooseball, ping pong, clean washrooms and what all kids want WIFI... WE WILL BE BACK!!
Here's a very familiar pizza restaurant. Nothing special about all of the places. One thing I want to point out there is that the temperature of the food is kind of not warm. Maybe some menus had to wait for other menus to serve all menus at once. Everything else is probably as you would expect. Unfortunately, I couldn't take pictures of all the menus because everyone was hungry.

The fish and chicken tacos come with excellent portions and lots of flavour. You likely won't need a side with them.
I ordered a chicken roti The size was good the taste was OK but it was 98% potato Maybe a chicken wings worth of chicken in the whole roti. Should be sold as potato Roti. Pictures of roti at different stages of eating it. Not worth $16.00 for a few curry potatoes.

And you can clearly see in the different stages of the roti pictures there was not 6 oz of chicken. As an owner you should just take ownership of what happened yesterday we all have bad days. Very beautiful tables, great designs inside. Only thing is the limited amount of space. Also can get busy, can't occupy many people. But overall best pool spot to go to in the Finch Area
This place has the best decor and had upgraded from their predecessor! The price is fair as well for only $20/hour (Cash)
We attended the children’s New Year’s party. Staff were warm and welcoming. Fast, friendly, and attentive. Our waitress Kirby was smiley and quick. Kids activities were given and kids invited to walk around and gather together when the “countdown” for new years happened at noon. The general manager rounded them up and took the lead allowing the parents to take a step back for a few minutes. Very impressive, Very fun, and impressive. The food was great too. Clean washrooms. Great family spot. Will return when in the area again.

Food is always delicious and meets our expectations. When we order, it comes quickly. We feel like family because we frequent our St. Thomas Ontario location. The menu has a variety of healthy options. This is important to us. This review is making me crave my favourite wrap and ceaser salad! Tell them Stephanie Brown sent you!
Came here at 11 PM on Sunday after my long flight. We met Robin, an awesome bartender here. He gave us a warm welcome. He has good knowledge about all alcohol. When I said I wanted a read wine with light sweet flavor. He suggested and poured me a glass of red wine. It was exactly what I like. Highly recommend!
Cool spot. Came in early on chill Sunday to check it out. Will definitely need to come again at later time. But I enjoyed listening to the music.

Such a fun experience! We had a large group and had reserved via email which made the process effortless! They even emailed us the menu to browse and the option to order before we arrived! When we got there it was a very welcoming vibe and the server was excellent! The food, ah the food was delicious! My bf and I split the McLovin It pizza! Top notch!! 💯 Bowling was an absolute blast and great prices for a fun night out! Highly recommended!

Had my usual honey garlic boneless bites and tried sweet potato fries for something different. They were ok but I probably wouldn't get them again. Steak was cooked right, we usually eat at chuck's for the steak but it's been really bad where we go. 9/10 on the steak here it was done right. Girlfriend tried the salted caramel martini, 6/10 said it was almost straight vodka. Tried some hot mustard boneless bites 4/10 not mustard at all more like straight black pepper. Service was great as usual. We were going to a lot of different places but now Boston Pizza seems to be our go to spot, it just doesn't disappoint like all the other places that seem to be falling apart.
The money you paid, is worth it.

It was fairly busy, but there was plenty of staff so wait times were way too long. 5 plus minutes to be approached by a server, no drink order, water or anything for 10 plus minutes after that. It shouldn't take an hour and a half to have a burger, tacos and pasta. Server made maybe 3 appearances to the table the entire time and had incorrect/limited knowledge of the menu and what was available. Food was ok, nothing special to mention though.
On top of the considerable entry fee the club had a brilliant policy of no card payments under $50. Don't worry though, there is an ATM! You'll just have to wait 10 minutes in a queue. The drinks were nothing to write home about. Prepare to pay $5 for having your coat hanged too.
With regard to the dance floor, the club is just too crowded. The music is alright but generally the same thing; your typical club disco. What doesn't help are the pointless sofas and chairs placed in the middle of the room, as if they intentionally tried to make less space.

Great sound system. Nice lights. Friendly staff. On a good day, the air conditioning is perfect. Ample space for dancing and big enough bar that you're not waiting for drinks. Frequently has 4am last calls. Music is usually house techno. Age is 19-35 I'd say. Always a good time for me here.
It all comes back to the basics. Serve customers the best-tasting food at a good value in a clean, comfortable restaurant, and they'll keep coming back.

Our group goes there once a week on wednesdays. The food is very good and the beer is cheep. (12.61$/pitcher 60 Oz, Coors light.). Service by Nicole is excellent. If you have a chance GO.

When at this restaurant a few weeks ago for my friend baby's shower.
They have a wonderful brunch, the best French toast with real maple syrup, and chocolate fondue Mummmm!!! Very clean restaurant and an amazing and friendly service, Private room to accommodate our large group. I will come back for sure!

I went on a Saturday night for my boyfriends birthday dinner and we had a wonderful time! The atmosphere was relaxed and fun, we had great service, the waiters and owner are super personable and very friendly and the food was amazing!! I would recommend this place to anyone for any occasion. 2 thumbs up!!
I came here for a birthday with 20 people but service was alright but slow. The food was not very good. Supposedly a known chef but food is overly salty (soup, cannelloni, etc.) And it was not cook properly, pasta were hard, vegetable were still raw. But the price was high. 30$ per persons with taxes for a meal and a soup or salad. Very dissapointing.
