Had a toilet replaced, as well as replacing the main stack in the basement which was very old, cracked and leaking. The pipes to the toilet, bathtub and sink were poorly set up as well. Eric and Nick did all of this work efficiently and effectively. Both of these men were courteous, friendly and respectful. They did the work, removed all the old pipes and toilet, and cleaned up the area. I am very pleased and feel much more secure about the safety of the plumbing now. Good work, Eric and Nick!

Highly recommend. Service desk listened to my needs carefully and although they were booked, took initiative to ask the owner if he can help me. They then offered a next-day service! for sink, faucet, dishwasher, & fridge hookup. They beat the price of the competitor. My call for help was answered promptly by the owner . After I explained that my problem was at the water meter he proposed a solution that didn't involve the expense of having the city turn the water off.
Service: they arrived on time, calling ten minutes in advance to advise me.
Efficient Repairs: Sebastian the licensed plumber who installed a new ball valve, was well prepared and knew what he was doing. His work, especially the soldering, was top-notch.
Fair Pricing: Sebastian gave me a quote when he arrived. I considered it to be very reasonable and appreciated his up-front transparency.
Polite and Helpful: Sebastian was polite, answered all my questions and made sure that he left the work area clean.
This was my first call to the Irish Plumber, but they will be my go-to in the future, with a special request for Sebastian.

The Irish Plumber has gone above and beyond my expectations. I have had to call them twice for major emergency plumbing work, and both times they were quick, responsive, and thorough in their job. They kept me informed about all the work they were doing, answered my questions patiently, and were respectful of my needs - hooking up the shower first after replacing all the above-ground drainage so I could have a much-needed shower. I would not hesitate to recommend them for work that you need done.

My first experience with this Company was in 2022 when they unclogged a bath tub drain and installed a new faucet for my bathroom sink. The service response was timely, Gary was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and clean! In 2023, I relied on this Company again to uninstall and then reinstall the water line when I replaced the refrigerator and, again, it was a very positive, similar experience! Most recently, I again contacted this Company to address a drainage issue and was pleased with the continuity of timeliness, professionalism, effort and cleanliness that Eric displayed. Environmental Plumbing did a great job ensuring customer satisfaction. Our plumber Miguel arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and provided a very reasonable quote for our sink/ faucet plumbing install. The install was completed in a very timely, clean, and quiet manner. No leaks, no stress, and the work looks great! He even went above and beyond to explain the functionality of the setup parts and included a de-clogging port as a bonus. We were very impressed and are happy to continue business with Environmental Plumbing in the future.

I have had three positive visits from John the Plumber in the past few months. I had the pleasure of having Cameron help me install new faucets and plumbing in my bathroom and kitchen. Cameron was very courteous and knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing, and performed quality work. When my condo corporation's plumber came in at the same time, he began insulting Cameron for no reason, but Cameron kept his cool and maintained his professionalism in the face of another plumber who was acting extremely unprofessionally. We had contracted the company to do plumbing job of 3 new laundry rooms. Their initial work failed at the City's inspection. The plumber from the company didn't know Ontario Building Codes well enough to pass the city’s inspection.

They came back to fix the problems but caused significant damage to my property. During the work, they made unprofessional cuttings, not just carelessly cutting drywalls and wood frames, but also cutting live electrical wire, the electrical cable the connects the furnace to the thermostat, and air duct.

When I mentioned those issues to them, they argued back to me that those issues were unavoidable. From my understanding, they were basically arguing that it was impossible for them not to cut off live electrical wires, etc.

The cutting of live electrical cable has affected the electricity in the basement and in the mechanical room. The cutting of the furnace cable to the thermostat caused the furnace to stop working. The ruthless cutting of drywall will cause hefty costs to repair them.

The tenants complained the next morning that there was no heating supply for their unit, and they were left in the cold overnight right in the middle of winter. The tenants asked me to find a hotel for them. I hired a HVAC contractor to exam the issue and found the cause was due to the cutting of the thermostat cable.

My GC (general contractor) had them drain a clogged floor drain, they tried and told my GC that they must trench the floor to locate the clogging and replace the sewer pipe. The cost is close to 3K. They just want to rip you off.

I didn't go with it. Later, I used a vacuum to suck the clogging staff out of the sewer pipe, then the sewer pipe drained well. How couldn’t a licensed plumber fix the problem, while a homeowner can easily fix the problem?

There are some other issues of the contractor: careless testing caused damage to tenants’ personal items; debris and sand were washed into the sink of the laundry room, which may cause blockage in the sewer pipe in the future; displaced fire distinguisher displaced by the plumber, wasn’t replaced back to its original location; wires and cables in the mechanical room displaced by the plumber, weren’t replaced back to their original locations; damage to floor vent cover.

Fantastic service!! Tomas and Leandro were friendly, professional and did an outstanding job installing a sink and faucet into a outdated and somewhat dilapidated kitchen counter space. They even upgraded the pipe system under the sink to make it very user-friendly.

I needed a trench dug around the front of my property in preparation for an electrical upgrade. It was a difficult job as there is a gas line (undisclosed location) close to where the digging needed to be done. Pat did an amazing job looking at all options and deciding on the safest route - manually digging sensitive areas rather than using the excavator. This required thoughtful engineering and an experts eye at mapping out the dig. He explained everything as he went along and even removed a large prickly shrub for me! Amazing job done, prompt and professional services at a very reasonable price!
