This parking lot does not care about your car. Multiple times my car has been damaged and they don't want to help at all. They also double charge my parking pass all the time and give me a hassle to give me the refund back.
Let me save you the MONTH long process it took for me to get monthly parking information out of these incompetents... its $180+HST / month for the daily monthly commuter parking pass.

This place is a money grubbing joke. Just go to hwy 407 and take the subway from there. no time restrictions and you're not giving your $ to these people...

Parking pour débarquement avec votre canoë et sentiers très très beaux sur et autour des rochers . Endroits peuplés d'animaux et j'ai pu remarquer des anciennes peintures rupestres sur le granite. Il y avait des castors peu farouche et pas agressif non plus que j'ai observé dans une superbe cascade .. attention ce n'est pas des sentier pour les enfants et n'y aller pas en courant! Il y a eu plusieurs chutes sur les rochers. Ne pas faire çà en sandale non plus! Apportez vous du produit répulsif a moustiques et prenez votre temps pour grimper car le rock en bord de mer où d'eau çà glisse , c'est lissé et je n'est pas passé par les endroits abrupte.
I live this area, just the parking lot opening hours are confusing to me. It says the parking lot is closed 8pm-6am. At 6.30am is the parking lot still closed and unfortunately it is impossible to park around if you don’t have a parking permit.
It doesn’t look like any other trail I’ve seen so far: rocky, chaotic, not really a trail - a wild tiny mountain or hill on steroids. Lookouts are great, the place itself is so peaceful and not crowded at all - perfect for meditation, thinking and enjoying nature.

In the name of smart VMC it's like making empty of people 's wallet. Building have less parking space and forced to park at smart center which it too costly. For street 10 min parking you will be gifted by parking ticket.

Looking to rent an apartment at 898 portage pkwy. apparently the builders didn’t think to add parking. now the only way to park is at smart centre for 300$ a month! 😂 in Vaughan! Downtown cost 200$ a month because of limited space but in Vaughan there is so much land..

Overpriced. If you're going in to the city for the evening you can park freely in nearby businesses outside of office hours. If you're commuting you can save money and go to 407.

Park here to access the numerous hiking & popular biking trails on Fromme Mtn. It's a mid size lot that DO fill up quickly on busy weekends. A bike wash station nearby.
It’s amazing that this lot exists and major props to the NSMBA for campaigning. The main beef I have is why the draconian closing times? It’s not like people are going to hold a rave there?!

Got a ticket here, despite a very clear paid permit. The ticket wasn’t high enough to warrant fighting it, so we paid.
Amazing range of MTB trails here for riders of all skill levels up to the legendary North Shore crazy rides. Parking is busy on warm weekends. Be prepared to wait.
Lots of space for parking except on the busiest days, an enclosed place to go to the washroom, a bike wash, and a great trail map all make for a good trailhead.

Pricing is just absurd. Monthly is $250, that's twice as much compared to some spots in downtown Toronto. I had to choose this because the "indoor" lot is $300....
They own all the lots around the area giving you no option but to use their parking. Because of that, they jack up the prices. Even the daily rates have gone up almost doubling earlier costs.

Nice place to look at the falls.. but avoid during rains, it’s becomes slippery

Sadly there is so much broken glass and garbage everywhere now that I can't recommend this anymore. Having pets or kids here is just too dangerous.

Cutting down parking lots and cramming more cars in VERY dangerously every morning. Parking here is like the lottery! Makes 0 sense to have very little amount of parking at TERMINAL station of LINE 1!!
Not to mention the prices are going up in September, cheaper to take the go instead of the subway then... but of course Parking situations in Vaughan for commuters make 0 sense everywhere. GREAT incentive for the younger generations of Vaughan to take public transit to the downtown core, this is horrendous!
