I don't usually take the time to post reviews, but this company was extremely unprofessional. We were booking a corporate event in June and received great communication over the first few days with Elizabeth. She confirmed our event was booked, but then ignored our emails and voicemails for almost 1.5 weeks. Finally, she wrote back, claiming she didn't get our emails (despite us leaving several voicemails as well). We then exchanged three emails that day, and she disappeared again and hasn't responded since. We reached out to Milad as well with no response.

It's understandable if something comes up and you can no longer host our event, but act responsibly and professionally. Don't just ghost people.

The TIA team is exceptional. In the last few years their expertise in SEO and SEM has significantly improved our business.
