Came quickly to do the job which was great. HOWEVER, zero follow through on customer service. Will take your money and not come back. We got a new well pump with this company which was not installed correctly. They didn’t want to come back to finish the job.

Love that they have a lot of variety in the store, but the quality is bad, every single fish I bought from this store rather had a defect, or died after a few months.
Every single miniature ranchu I got from here (and I bought them altogether) came down with swim bladder disease!

Great experience. Moe has helped us with a well/water inspection as well as a new pressure tank and UV filter.

If you never want to worry about your water again.....call Canadian Water Inspection Services. Moe is extremely knowledgeable about water and put my mind at ease immediately. We had a UV System installed and he explained everything to us without ever making me feel like it was about the sale. We felt that they just wanted to give us good advice on how to keep our family safe.
His technician Mark, came to do the installation and respected our home and left everything clean with very clear instructions.

Mo is prompt, responsive, and up front. We were having concerns around potential bacteria in our water supply so Mo came out that day and took a sample. He called us the minute he got results to give us peace of mind. Ultimately I decided to go back to him to supply and install a UV light system. He was quick and direct and Mark out technical was on time and quick with the install. I'd highly recommend Canadian Water Inspection Services to anyone.

The first time we met Moe was in late 2012 when he performed a well inspection for us on our house purchase. Since that time we have used his company to replace the iron filter system in 2020, and the water softener in 2021. He and his technicians have been great, and very knowledgeable which we have really appreciated over the years. He has provided water system advice over the years even when it was not tied to selling us anything. Great company and people.

Terrible customer service, I do not recommend. The last time I had placed an order the driver came on the wrong day, and left my bottles outside my apartment door when I was not home. This was most disappointing because I had bottles to return and no where to store all these bottles. Yesterday I put an order in, and was told the driver would come today but I was told they could not confirm a time or time of day. I waited since first thing this morning and it was now 3pm, so I called to see if the driver was still coming. They told me on the phone that he will either be coming today or tomorrow, I said if he’s not here today to go ahead and cancel the order! Finally a delivery person came just a few minutes ago, but when he got off the elevator told me that he forgot his mask for covid. So he dropped them off but was not wearing a mask. I’m disappointed.

Outstanding work done by Moe and Mark. On very short notice Moe was able to come to Kanata and inspect our well water. He ran many tests and even helped fix equipment that wasn't his. Mark installed our equipment a week later and thoroughly went over all details with me - great tasting water now for my family thanks to amazing service

This place is the best for customer service and fresh water! I absolutely love love love it! Anytime i go to fill my water bottles for the house i usually always have my small daughter with me, and refuse to leave her in the car unattended and its such a hasel to bring her in and fill the bottles etc. They gentlemen that work there are beyond helpful. They always clean, fill and put the bottles of water in my car for me so my im not in a predicament with leaving my daughter in the car or bringing her in. My family loves the water to, will not drink anything else!

We bought all the fish for my son's community tank here. Great prices, and so far have had great luck with the quality of the fish. We've been here a few times and one staff member was so helpful in choosing the fish combinations that would suit our tank. The arrowanas here are beautiful as well. No tax if you pay cash.

This place is the BEST store ever.
The water tastes phenomena! I really appreciate drinking pure, clean, healthy water. I can really taste the difference between the Reverse Osmosis water I get at the Water Mart store vs.the water from my kitchen sink.
The guys in the store are very INFORMATIVE and very HELPFUL! They are always a pleasure to deal with. BEST OF THE BEST water guys. Thank you all!

Go somewhere else. Their customer service is terrible. Returned a truck, the guy picked a roll of tape up and sunglasses and exclaimed the truck was dirty and late. We brought it by the time the contract stated, but they had another customer who wanted the truck. Instead of telling the customer the truck is not available until 10am, they claimed it would be there by 8:30… an hour and a half before drop off time. They said they sent an email last night about an earlier drop off, but of course we didn't get an email. We've been getting uhaul emails, so I know it's not just a case of the wrong email being given. They said they sent us a text, we showed them the text, which said 10am- our drop off time. The guy at the desk was very condescending, rude, and doesn't belong in retail. Understandably, we were pretty angry and fed up with the string of lies and disrespect this guy had for us. If you want any semblence of respect, go somewhere else. Look at all the one star reviews and decide if this place is worth your time and sanity. To top things off, the guy(Brady-probably gave us a fake name) told us to leave, physically escorted my father out. Terrible, inexcusable, almost criminal behavior that doesn't belong in my city.

Was try to buy couple plants for my fish tank, but doesn’t know much on how to maintain it. Ask the owner there and he told me some tips and told me that their store is on its 5th anniversary, most of the items are 10-30% off. I bought the plant, soil plus some maintenance supplies and now I have a nice aquarium at home.

I give Water Mart 5 star rating not because of their exceptional customer service, but because of their entertainment value. They are world class jokers and I believe that more people should go see them. If you go in with low expectations, they might give you what you are after. It might take a few visits, but the entertainment will be priceless. Besides do you know another place that gives a “dumb @$$” discount?
Last June I went to Water Mart to get replacement filters for my reverse osmosis system and I presented the owners manual. When I finally got around to installing the filters in mid October, I found out that I was given the wrong ones.
I went back on a Saturday to exchange them. The guy behind the counter informed me that he could not do anything for me and that I would have to talk to his boss, because one filter was opened and too much time had passed anyway. I asked if he could call his boss, but he said “Not on the weekend, he will have my head”. He said that he would leave a note and that I should come back on Monday and talk to his boss directly.
On Monday I went back at lunch. I took the new filters and the original ones. To my surprise, his boss was not in, but the guy behind the counter turned out to be his brother. His brother also informed me that he cannot do anything without the approval of his boss and also refused to call him. There was no mention of the note his brother promised to leave last Saturday. “Come back at 6pm. My boss will be here then.” he said. “Leave your name and phone number. I will make a note for my boss and when he gets in between 5:30 and 6:00 will give you a call”.
I left the new and original filters, so his boss can make a decision while I wasn’t there. I offered to leave the receipt too, but he said “No, keep it, because if I loose it, I don’t want it to be on me”.
I did not get a call between 5:30 and 6pm that night. So I drove to Water Mart. I got there at 5:50pm. (They close at 6pm). The lights were off. To my surprise, his boss was not in, but the guy behind the counter turned out to be the same brother that I saw at lunch time. His boss had come and gone without giving me a call. He informed me that his boss would do a refund, “but he cannot do anything without the receipt”. A copy of the same receipt, that I had offered him earlier in the day, was made. “This is on a credit card, so my boss can do it over the phone. He will call you at 8:30am tomorrow and he will give you a refund”. “Great”, I said.
“Can I get new filters for my system, then?” To my surprise he said: “Sorry, we are closed! My computer is backing up and I can’t do anything for you! I can’t even look up the filters you need!”. “But it is not even 6pm yet and you have my old filters, so you don’t have to look them up” I protested. “Sorry, my boss threw them in the garbage, because they were garbage and there is nothing I can do for you now”. He produced an empty garbage can from the back room as evidence. “You are not making my life easy, are you?” I said before I left.
On the following day, 8:30am. came and went, but I never got the call to get my refund. For some reason, this time I was not surprised. I went there at 5:40pm. hoping that they had not closed early again. The two brothers were in the back room in my view talking. “... and I told him that I cannot give him a refund for the opened one” said the older brother while handling the one of the filters I had returned. “He is a dumb @$$” said the younger, moments before they both noticed my presence. “Very nice, thank you” I replied realizing they were talking about me. This was a great alternative fish store especially when you compare it to big Al's. They don't have a big of a selection as big Al's however they do have a great selection of arowana and some larger fish. They do have decent prices on plants and have a large selection of tanks. The table are clean , they have decent selection of fish , and the fish look healthy.
They also have a decent amount of rocks and wood.
Staff is decent , they arnt rude however they are not entirely fluent in English but passable so be aware of that.

U-Haul service is awful and completely unhelpful. Placed my reservation weeks in advance and was specifically told I could return the truck the next day before noon. When I get there to pick up the truck, first they told me they didn't have my reservation and then found it and told me I had to have it back before 8AM, which meant changing my entire move schedule. No explanation whatsoever for that. During the move, I used 3 blankets that got dirty and wet and placed them not quite folded perfectly onto the folded ones... for which they charged me $30, the equivalent to the actual truck rental. When I called back I was told "My dear, UHaul doesn't pay its employees to go into the truck and fold blankets". Which is a bald-faced lie since the blankets have to be folded very accurately to fit back in the truck bag, not to mention they need to be cleaned. Then I was told "It's not our policy, my dear, it's UHaul's policy". But they sure as hell profit off of it, don't they? Then my cc charge was $60 higher than the invoice they provided me so I contacted them and was told I needed to call UHaul directly and gave me the website after some fumbling... when I asked for the actual contact number, I was told I'd have to find it myself on the website. Completely and utterly useless and terrible customer service. I have to rent a truck several more times this year but never again with these people, I'd rather pay anyone else more to have a pleasant customer experience.

They were great, delivery was always on time. Until we had construction in the area and they first said they would stop servicing the area until construction was resolved. After two weeks, I went to fill up the water for our business.
