Outstanding and beautiful clean job, the artificail grass, looks more like real grass, then my neighbor's actual real grass. Very quick install and amazing clean up job done by the crew. The kids absolutely love tolling in the new grass. Very happy I made this decision for my backyard

We have used FM Interlock on multiple occasions each time being the exact same experience - excellent! Franco, John & team have incredible attention to detail and their quality of work is very evident. They have now completed the landscaping and interlock work on our entire property and we couldn't be more pleased. We have also referred them to others with great success. In Ottawa, you need to look hard for high quality trades. This is definitely one of the best.

Ordered garden soil and caught them at the right time and was delivered 45 minutes later! Quite pricey over $600 delivered for 7 cu yards (delivery fee was $70) but the quality was amazing! Load seemed a little bit small.Hopefully I got what I paid for!! (Pray for little weeds)
Love our new backyard! We decided on synthetic grass for various reasons. When we decided take the leap, we set up a few companies to get quotes. Once my husband met Josh, he knew he was the one he wanted to work with. The team showed up and they were amazing. We enjoyed having them around for the couple of days. They worked hard and always took time to answer our questions. The job was completed and I couldn’t’t believe how clean they left everything! Our backyard is gorgeous and we are so thankful to Josh and his team. We would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

I am late putting up this review. This past summer Ken did an excellent job of repairing my failing interlock stairs. He was timely, professional and fairly priced. It’s tough to find someone who does this type of work. We were very pleased.

We had issues with water in the basement. Hanan and his team were willing to start the project to address drainage issues, but then pause to allow us to inspect the foundation to see if it needed any work. It did need work and they fixed it and re-parged it (is that a real word?!), and then completed the original project.
They left the area much better than they found it (even laying sod in the area they had to dig in, when there was only dirt and weeds there when they started.
They were professional, hard-working, easy to deal with. I would highly recommend A Green Future.

We recently had Chris and his team perform a lift and re-lay of our 13-year-old Techo-Bloc patio, and the results are excellent. The patio looks like new, and I'm confident it will stand the test of time given the thorough approach they took. This review is long overdue, and I just want to give a big shoutout to Jamal. Earlier this year, we bought a sweet 60s bungalow with a garage in the backyard. But - the new landscaping caused some major grading problems, and when spring rolled around, our garage turned into a swimming pool.
So, Jamal comes over. Spends a good couple of hours with us, breaking down the issues and offering up a solid solution. And let me tell you, the quote he gave us was not just fair but super detailed. No surprises there.

I stumped across A Green Future as I would looking for experts in drainage as our current landscaping had significant issues. After receiving a few quotes from various competitors, we selected A Green Future as they had the best scope of work for the price. From here, the team worked quickly to dismantle my old patio, dig drainage trenches, rebuild the patio/retaining wall and add composite stairs with storage. The process was very quick and high quality. They installed two French drains as well as leveled my backyard and installed patio pavers. The results were fantastic and made the space more usable. They were also very accommodating to a last-minute request I had to add a gas line to the garage, which impacted their timeline. Like any major project, unforeseen issues sometimes arise, but A Green Future has contracts that can quickly and cost-effectively resolve an issue. It was a great experience with minimal delays and cost overruns.
Ken and his team did an outstanding job of rebuilding are front steps, patio and retaining walls. They worked very carefully and diligently even in very hot weather. Great communications.
We had quote from other landscapers and they all lack details, Chris quote was the only one that was detailed and we decided to go with him to do our retaining wall and he and his crew did a fantastic & beautiful job, couldn't be happier and will definitely retain him for other mini projects that we've around our place.

My experience at Atlantic Gardens was fantastic. They were very helpful as I fumbled my way through choosing a plant for my wife. They walked me through the process of choosing a plant, re-potting the plant, and care instructions for all of the plants that I asked about. Ultimately, I ended up with a cactus and a peace Lilly.
The work Chris and his team did for us was done on time and on budget. Unfortunately the quality of his interlock work was poor and needed repair within a year and continues to degrade over time. If you’re looking for workmanship that stands the test of time I’d look elsewhere.
Although a small job on my foundation, Jeremy from FM Interlock did a very nice job very quickly and at an affordable price.

Right across the road from me, blowing leaves from a parking lot out onto city roads while it blows ALL over my lawn and the lawns way up the road. Sad company care.
We have enjoyed working alongside Green Acres for several years now. Darcy and the team have consistently provided a thorough, well communicated, and punctual service. Certainly an excellent choice for landscape maintenance.

I have been shopping at every plant nursery around Halifax and this is BY FAR the most expensive of it all. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Bought incrediball flower, they were on sale, at 30% off. Be careful, when they put plant on sale, often it is because the plant have a disease. I took great care of the plants, put fresh water every 2 days and fresh soil, it just roots away. Also it is very expensive, they sell plastic pot at double the price than anywhere else.

I called Chris at Custom Interlocking and arranged for an estimate. He came when he said he would and when he showed up he was personable and professional. We talked through the job I wanted done and I received a well put together quote outlining the products to be used as well as a clear and easy to read description of the work to be completed, including a drawing of the design.

It was such a wonderful experience dealing with the owner Chris Libbos . His professionalism, his attention to detail, his pricing, and his workmanship was something I haven't seen in a trade in years! My job was a complicated one with poor access, while at the same time crossing over into other neighbors yards in addition to very difficult weather conditions. The job took a little longer than expected but no corners were cut to finish it. His concern for my neighbors and his employees was impressive. The neighbors always commented that his job site was always immaculate at the end of each day. I would highly recommend his company and would gladly speak to anyone considering using his services.

Frank and his team interlocked our front walk 15 years ago and we recently had them back to do an extension and some repairs that were needed after years of frost heaving and snow removal breakage. FM interlock recently did our whole front walk way and lane way and I cannot say enough good things about them and the job they did! The team were all very professional, kind and very hardworking. They did an absolute beautiful job. We get many compliments by people walking by. Frank was awesome to work with and excellent communication from start to finish. We are beyond pleased with the team and the work!
Matt and his team installed a tile overlay system over my old concrete porch and created a new walkway leading to it. I found Matt knowledgeable, honest and reliable. He and his team were meticulous in addressing the irregularities and deterioration that come with a 1956 concrete porch. I recently modified and downsized a garden retaining wall that was put up some 20 years ago by a contractor who is no longer in business. In the end, there were a few of the stacking stones that needed to be cut. Not having the required equipment and given the small nature of the job, I reluctantly approached FM Interlock and asked if they would be willing to help. Franco promptly replied to my request with a favourable “yes”; and then arranged for John (one of his crew members) to do the work. What gentlemen! Matt and his team created an extended walkway for us alongside our laneway. Matt was quick to respond to all our questions and the job was completed within the timeframe promised. The workers were knowledgeable and efficient and while they were working they were respectful of our property and the city street. The site was kept clean at night with tools and landscaping materials secured and safety pylons positioned as needed. We are very happy with the finished product and would definitely recommend StoneArtInterlock.
We needed some good garden soil to be picked up by us in our small pickup truck. The owners were friendly and prompt and deposited the half yard we requested, handling their machinery well. We will return!

I had this company re do landscaping for my house, and fix the water drainage issue in my back yard. The leader Mr Nasar, who designed and came out the idea how to fix water drainage issue, is very professional and knowledgeable. His workers are hard working provided excellent services. They always come on time, and work late if necessary in order to catch up the progress. They would always accommodate our requests, trying to make us happy. The project was done in late 2020, this year everything looks perfect. I highly recommend this company, and Nasar, Jamal. If I would have another job, for sure will hire them again.

This company really takes the time to put a personal touch on your landscaping, we just moved in and asked for a quote. Jamal came out and did a landscape picture and quote that was reasonable. As we moved forward we saw that the price was well worth the value.
The main concerns from Green Future were drainage and functionality, which I appreciated,
They built us a beautiful retaining wall, paving stone walking path and sod and landscape rock. They stayed true to their quote other than one little problem area which was fixed at a reasonable cost. The issue was caused by my neighbours landscapers not Green Future.

There is a fair amount of parking but sometimes gets congested as it can be a very busy spot at times. They also have covid precautions with staff masked as well as customers with directional arrows marked on the floor to help with keeping people flowing in the same direction. Also have staff at the door monitoring the number of people inside. Keep up the great work! 👍👍

Beautiful herbs and tomato plants (items that we got today) but this garden center offers so many other options. Some prices are unbeatable where others seem a bit high but over all highly recommended to pop in for a visit. Bet you leave with at least one thing :)
We are absolutely pleased with the work that matt has provided for us, not only does our backyard look amazing. He was very professional, accurate with his quote.( didnt change pricing like other contractors would sometime do), great attention to detail, always answered all our questions. Even went up and beyond our expectations by removing our staircase to do the job properly at no extra charge. We highly recommend stone art and will be using his services in the future.

Last summer, the crew did an excellent job in my backyard. They were able to complete the job very efficiently and did not waste anytime. Franco is extremely helpful and was always available on my time.
Don't even think going with them. Zero customer service and will not be around for long. The owner doesn't care about after service and has no quality how to deal with customers.
I was there for the first time on May 25, 2019. Their prices are reasonable, friendly service and a good selection of plants.

I love this place! It's very large for a family operation. Lots of selection. Prices are very reasonable. Annuals, Herbs, Perennials, Shrubs, Trees and accessories. They are friendly and helpful.

Nothing but chasing these people around for service and then when they finally answered, they came weekly instead of the requested bi-weekly and then told me they did not want to cut my grass bi-weekly. Probably because $120 a month for our lawn was not worth their time, they wanted $240 a month.
Then I asked about payment and they said they bill you at the end of season. Well I asked them to stop cutting our lawn weekly and stop cutting it period at the beginning of September. I waited until October 31 for my invoice. Since they always made me wait and ignore customer requests, I waited until November 13 to mail my payment. It is now December 27 and the cheque still has not been cashed. Phoned them today to ask WTH is going on, and no surprise to me, no answer.
If you want to deal with disorganization, this is the place for you. If not, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Great service. Prompt and arrived when he said he would which is often unusual in the landscaping industry. Competent work, and he even answered some questions I had about keeping rabbits away from my plants. I will be phoning Green Acres in September for our fall clean up.
Disrespectful and arrogant customer service. I would not recommend dealing with this company which is a shame as they have great material. The customer service alone and the way they treat customers turned me away from this company.
