Went here for a 4 yr olds birthday party. Nice place for kids as they have small bowling balls for the little ones. They had a party room and a few arcade games for older kids and some claw machines.

We recently visited Bowlero and had a fantastic time! The kids had a blast bowling and enjoying all the fun activities with their friends. The atmosphere was lively and family-friendly, making it a perfect spot for a fun outing. Highly recommend for a great time with friends and family!
This is a very nice bowling alley, but they really need better rental shoes and more bowling balls.
The shoes were all almost busted open, and the balls were old and chipped off. Also, we couldn't find any good balls that fit our finger sizes. Kinda disappointing to pay money just to find out that there are not any good balls or good shoes left...

Service is fast but faster than required. They check for more orders too often and don’t even let us enjoy our time. They’re in rush to take away dishes. Server took away our half filled plates accidentally then offered to keep it back on table.

Bowling is honestly quite alright— it’s a bit better than other places, but most of my issues come from the FOOD… oh, goodness, the food. I had a large group come here and just about everyone who ate got food poisoning. At least 5 reported barfing when they got home. Watery iced tea that tasted like nothing! Incredible!! The arcade was half-defunct and the portion sizes weren’t even that big for their price. Someone PLEASE inspect the food at this place, I beg, gosh!!! It’s not a good look for people who visit frequently.

We had fun. Staff was helpful. We were able to turn on bumper bowling ourselves in the control panel, which I thought was super cool. Only downside is there’s a Taylor Swift tour raffle and my daughter can’t stop talking about how she’s gonna win ever since 😔

Overcrowded, not enough bowling balls, so you have to bowl with huge or tiny sizes, the seating is ridiculously uncomfortable. The shoes are too worn out, the velcro hardly even sticks.
But the worst impression was the customer service.
Here’s a huge poster by the shoe stand advertising “Sundays - $7 Ceasars”.
We ordered 2 ceasars, were charged $10 each. Why? The waiter has no idea. After asking the manager, the waiter comes back with some weird explanation “it’s another version of the caesars”. Wait, what? The waiter that took the order never specified. We come on Sunday, ask for a Sunday ceaser, but oh, there’s another version?! Really?!
Then another waiter tried to help us. Then the manager showed up, and what she says: the $7 is for the alcohol-free ceaser. It doesn’t say anything about this on the poster. Do you see the words “virgin ceaser”?! I don’t.
So instead of owning their mistake, they wasted our time making up excuses. $6 refund is a tiny amount to refund for the misunderstanding , but making up “another version” is just shameful.

Love the experience! It is a beautiful, clean, and vibrant setting. We went for 2 hours and enjoyed every moment. Incredible customer service and pricing. I highly recommend everyone to come play 5-pin bowling. Best bowling place I've went to in my life.
Had a blast at Splitsville! My husband and I went for a little mid-week date night and it was fun, great drinks and super affordable. Our server, Ismail was very attentive to our needs and the staff was very welcoming. Will definitely be coming back!
Walked in at 11, they close at 12 and they accommodated us with no problem. Got drinks at the bar and enjoyed a great game with family.
From my few times going to Streetsville Bowl with my family, it was an amazing experience! I had so much fun in the clean environment, wasn't very busy when we showed up. Didn't get snacks, but I'm coming back today, so let's see how they are!
Hey so we went to the bowling alley for all you can bowl it was such a great experience the attendant helped us at the cashier she was super great her name is Khadene. We weren't planning on to play tonight we got here late without expecting to get a lane it was awful it was a packed house we were planning on leaving until she found us until that there was an open spot and she knew what we were waiting and she helped us out. So now we get to bowl win win everybody's happy let's bowl. She saved our entire night we were just about to leave.
Thank you Youssef for helping us plan a corporate event here at Splitsville. The staff is great here and they take good care of you. The food was delicious as well and was enjoyed by everyone. The server deserves recognition too for being quick and attentive. Overall a great experience.

over crowded on weekends must reserve your lanes in advance otherwise have to to wait for an hour orr so.. but good news is they have waitlist booking in which you get msg when there is a slot so you dont waste time sitting there .. you can to any otherplace while that time . place is good lanes are nicely built.

Pretty popular and generally a very busy bowling alley. The alleys are pretty inclusive with bumper support for children. The food is good. Staff is courteous. There is a dedicated parking behind the venue and ample parking nearby in case those spots are all occupied.
A great time. The staff are fabulous. Lots of beer options The only negative would be the food but but you don't go bowling for food. It was not bad just all fried and cheaply made. Also limited to no wine options.
I planned a birthday there for 15 adults and Jass was such a great help with keeping everything organized and checking on us throughout the 2 hours we were there. Grace was our waitress and also did amazing in ensuring drinks were always replenished and she also checked on us a lot for drink orders! 10/10 would plan a party here again!
Brought my kids' bowling for March break. The service was quick and friendly. The Bartender Chris is amazing. She was so accommodating and so friendly that it made it enjoyable for me and the adults.

Place needs to be upkept. Staff needs to care and be more knowledgeable about the establishment that they work for. I asked one of their staff members "so where is the mini golf put located in the building?" The kid looked at me with the most dumbfounded look at said what? Mini golf? I then said to the kid never mind. Wow. Really kid. There are signs throughout the place promoting it and I just wanted to know where it was to check it out for a possible next time activity. Does the staff even know what is in the place they work.

The bowling lanes are inconsistent. Tried with multiple size balls but the balls keep curving which makes it difficult to play. The prices are pretty high compared to other places. The lane length is also smaller than usual. Never coming back here. Would give negative stars if possible. Heavily disappointed.
The phone staff came across a little intimidating as I attempted to advance book lanes for a large group. No issues on the day and the staff on location was helpful. The place is generally packed and has quite a vibe! Food is overpriced, as you’d expect. All in all, not a bad night out. The phone team can do with a little more happiness :)

GREAT PLACE TO MEET YOUR FRIENDS! Friendly people on the other side of the counter. Unique sofa spaces separated your group from others. Tasty menu. We visited on February 10 2024, celebrating BD. Everybody had been happy and had a great time. Total 4 families with kids.
Amazing place for bowling! The infrastructure is amazing with many cool features! It’s far better than Kennedy bowl! Best feature is you can actually go through your performance records and check for improvements!

This place used to be good!But it’s going downhill fast… I wish they have zero star rating!! we came in at 945 on a Thursday night and they said they closing at 11pm and they can give us a lane for 45 minutes. We agreed since we already there. We are four people and we payed close to 70$ for 45 minutes. The lane kept lagging, system glitching and the arm kept getting stuck and taking few minutes to get back up… the time kept going.. we told the worker at the front to add a few more minutes to finish the game and she didn’t care although the place was empty only 4 lanes were on that day at that time. Workers attitude is sooo bad they need intensive customer service courses. Place was not clean, the seats had stains on them, balls are dirty, the shoes were destroyed and they will hurt your feet, see pictures how nasty these shoes to even look at imagine wearing them after God knows how many feets and usage. They need to invest in upgrading a lot of stuff in the place starting with their staff! Don’t recommend this place, you can find other places that worth giving your money too and have fun!
The place is good to spend fun time with friends. Budget friendly too. A person can only go to the playing zone if they have non slippery shoes, good part is they provide that in house in pocket friendly price. Only part is the bowling Zone is little small still not bad at all in the price.

I put a 2$ in a toy machine for my daughter, and the machine couldn't get the toy out. I went to explain the situation to a worker and he told me to wait for the manager. Two minutes later, this grumpy old lady came to us and put a cheap toy on the table very aggressively, then left.
Overall staff were very unfriendly. All the balls were damaged, and no weight displayed on them. Couldn't find any lightweight balls for my girlfriend. Our screen display was completely messed up.

Had a great experience with friends here! Staff was great. The only concern was that the bowling pins are tied to a thin string & so that sort of mechanics hinders with your game a little. But it’s still good for those of us who just play for recreation & having a good time with friends, not too serious.

Balls are heavily chipped, games get stuck without they extending times to make up for the loss in time. The prices are confusing. They don't charge you display prices on screen but handwritten prices which are 20% higher. If considering bowling one evening and this is your only option, sit back at home, watch a movie and don't go bowling.
The bowling alley is primitive and operates with a strange system that makes playing very difficult, as the bowling stones are tied to ropes at the top that do not allow you to play the game correctly... You feel that the game is only to make money and does not provide real enjoyment to the player. Disappointing

Great place for a birthday party…our family had booked the entire place for 3 hours. Very spacious for a mid size gathering and kids had an amazing time with unlimited play. I wish there were 2-4 lanes dedicated for bigger bowl. Other than that, the service was great.

This is a great place to go bowling with family and friends, they are open late night. The service is fast, and you don’t have to reserve a lane. It’s not too crowded and they also offer beverages, snacks, and candy.
Nice bowling spot with many number of lanes. The space is good and the service was friendly. Went on a Saturday afternoon and the combo with 1.5hr of bowling, pizza and drink along with free shoe rental for $107 was a worthy deal.

Losing its way. Had fun the first time we went but second time wasn't the greatest and this last time was pretty bad. Tried 3 times to put an order in. Gave up after waiting too long. Played the games with my kids but theyre too expensive at 2 dollars a game for how long they last. Finally got an order put in but it was during the time the party was eating already. Waited long enough the party was leaving and had to get ours to go.
One of the best places to hangout with friends and family. Loved the time here and the level of service, atmosphere and fun never disappoints me.

We hosted 14th birthday of my son here. Things were taken care so well from the beginning of the booking. On the event day, arrangements were good and boys had a great time. Gurpreet took care of the party very well! Including cleaning up the messes boys made(spilling the drinks many times)

We organized our daughter's birthday party here. I was in touch with Tony, who is extremely accommodating and friendly. The party room was huge though to accommodate about 20 kids along with parents. Bowling was fun too as this place offers smaller size bowling balls, perfect for kids aged about 5-6 years. We ordered food here and it was very tasty and Tony was generous enough to inform us when we were ordering way too much food than needed. He allowed us to stay longer than the stipulated time it being a weekday and also allowed us to start our party late as guests didn't come on time. Overall a great place and a great host

Had a corporate event with 40+ people. Not only did Retro Fun House accommodate all requests, the food/service/set up was amazing. Perfect place to hold a corporate event and or team building. This was the first time for us to come to this location and bowl and I will say it was a good and fun experience for us there is enough free parking and is also surrounded by other businesses on site, the staff are friendly and helpful I did not try the food there cause it was very basic food to eat at a bowling alley so I cannot commit on that, you can rent out the space for a party or get-together it is a small space and can get really packed inside and crowded, it is good to bring kids to this location to which I recommend for kids also there is a couple of arcade games to play there and a pool table as well so go try it out for a family day outting.

Such a fun experience! We had a large group and had reserved via email which made the process effortless! They even emailed us the menu to browse and the option to order before we arrived! When we got there it was a very welcoming vibe and the server was excellent! The food, ah the food was delicious! My bf and I split the McLovin It pizza! Top notch!! 💯 Bowling was an absolute blast and great prices for a fun night out! Highly recommended!

had a great time with the family there. nice place to hang out. price is fairly decent. good thing is that it’s five pins and the balls are small so anyone can enjoy. even though the establishment is, the lanes and the place itself is pretty clean and the people there takes good care of the place. would recommed others to visit
We visited as guests to a party. My kid had an awesome time, the staff was wonderful, and the place was very clean! We will definitely be returning again as a family :)!!

Last weekend, the GGSS held a graduate student event at the Saturday night Rock'n'Bowl. The place was lovely, the game was fun, the price was right, and the staff was fabulous. We particularly wanted to thank Susan who was SO patient, professional, and kind when dealing with our large group. Susan, you are our hero!! Will definitely be recommending this as a repeat event :)

Terrible experience, called to book. Spoke with Veronica, she said no booking needed. Showed up they said 2 hour wait unless you booked prior to attending. Then the older lady at the cash told me to move along because she has "real customers" behind us. I honestly would not recommend this place.
Been going there for years! Mom used to coach youth bowling. Now I return years later to have fun and relive memories. Good lanes, friendly staff, and amazing food!!! Their mozza sticks are the best I've ever had, in my opinion!
