The staff is super helpful not only with the every day business things and with the slightly more complicated requests - like changing ski boots after you realized at the first use that they don't fit perfectly -, but they also do their best to help with special situations. It seems that they really can find a solution for any problems!

I love this place. The selection is awesome. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Super tump was delivered very quickly.
Very high quality product.
Staff was very helpful and friendly, my measurements were on point and they even gave me store coupons! Return process very simple and efficient too. Will definitely return next season.

Tom was great, tech had good advice on my old skis - not ready for trash yet! But will need some creative troubleshooting.
Great place for season downhill rentals while you figure.your.gear.out. Quick and down to earth service.

The place is huge, I knew exactly what I wanted and asked the staff and they were super chill and found a me a new boot bag that was on sale, I dont think I wouldve found it myself as the place is pretty cluttered and chaotic.
If you come for browsing or for many things I would plan a long visit.
As a snowboard park rider, they had alot of sick board brands for a little cheaper id say but not a vast difference, end of season sales are more where id look for experienced park riders but all in all they had some cool boards.
Staff was chill, they didnt pressure at all and were all friendly
Youll find what you need at the price you want, but be prepared to search for it

We walked in to look at winter jackets. Morgan came and let us know the sales and said she was available to help us with anything we needed. She was a big help finding sizes and styles we were interested in. Thanks for all your help, Morgan! We left very satisfied with the service and shopping experience.

After my old faithful water bladder had been chewed to shreds by an ornery gang of badgers it finally came time to purchase a new one. But yikes, so many choices!!! I started to think that I’d NEVER make up my mind, until I went to Wilderness Supply and sales associate Annick helped me cut through all the hooplah.

My new Seattle Sports 8-litre ‘Big Mouth’ really does the job without any fuss. Easy to fill, carries well and packs down to almost nothing (when empty). Perfect volume for two-people camping. Also, fetching design and attractive colours makes this item a real conversation starter at the campground. Thanks Annick and Wilderness Supply for hooking me up with this terrific value!
Great Place to rent your equipment for kayak, Paddleboarding and others. They also have courses, I took the kayak 1 and it was so much fun. I learned a lot and had the best time at the water. There are lockers and bathrooms and coffee shops steps within. Great way to spend your time and money to explore deep cove.
I came in for some technique ideas, plus help reading conditions for safety. My guide was very helpful with both. We did a bit of work on shore, then headed out for a very nice paddle, with lots of tips along the way. He also gave me plenty of resources to work with on my own in the future.

Popped into Killarney Outfitters because we saw the ice cream sign. They had 8 different flavors of ice cream and 3 options to enjoy your ice cream (waffle cone, regular cone, or cup). We tried the chocolate and french vanilla in a waffle cone and cotton candy and vanilla in a cup. The chocolate ice cream by far was our favorite. It was authentic and delicious! The staff is also super nice.
Had the most beautiful day, especially helped by the good weather! We had such clear views of the mountains and even saw three seals and some jellyfish. The boat is very stable but takes some getting used to if you haven’t tried kayaking before. Once you get comfortable with the slight rock of the boat, you will be able to go faster. My partner and I found this to be a special bonding experience as we chose to go out in a double boat. Highly recommend kayaking at Deep Cove.
Great location for kayaking. Unfortunately they were so popular that we had to reserve a place in line and wait 3 hours. Friendly customer service though.
There weren't any good places to beach, since the few public locations they marked on the map were extremely rocky with no sand.
The main highlight was the seals. Not too far out from the dock we were able to see a whole pack of seals laying out on logs in the sun. They were very cute, and some of them even followed us out into the water, popping up every now and then.
Maligne lake is my favourite spot in the Rockies. I have been coming here since a child. My husband and I came here for a little getaway right after our wedding 10 years ago and have been back with our eldest son. This was our first time back as a family of four we have our six year old and 3 year old who are little and we were refused a canoe. Yes it does state this on the website but we are avid canoers and no where in Alberta including Banff Canoe Club, Minnewake or Lake Louise and a variety of spot sun Ontario where we live have we ever been denied a canoe with two small kids. This was meant to be the highlight of our jasper getaway and it was beyond disappointing. Staff did not care or provide any explanation for why two little kids could not go which in our case meant no one could go as we had no
Childcare with us and I’m not a strong enough canoer to go out on my own with one of my kids. Just horrible. Sounds like a cash grab to me.

Have been using Killarney kanoes for canoe rental for several years now - it is a great location off bell lake and similarly great service.
Beautiful park for kayak lovers Or zen moments lovers. Lovely place to take a moment and breathe fresh air, walking around the lake or reading a book. Beautiful.
It was unbelievable that I was kayaking. Felt jitters at the start but Katie the instructor is calm and informative … just lovely! A seal popped now and then on our way back. Great to be one with the ocean! Beautiful Vancouver and Kitsilano from sea. The experience was AMAZZzzzzing!!!

Propriétaire Yan superbe sympathique! Prix très abordable pour des blocs de 3h et permet de vivre un moment avec ses amis et famille inoubliable et amusant! Pas besoin de réservation il y a eu aucun problème! Je recommande à 100%.
This was such a random.and spontaneous plan that I made just by myself and I swear it was the best thing I could do that Saturday. Staff is super polite friendly and helpful. There is cubby to store your duffel bag or any belonging that you don't wanna take with you. If you go mid August then take the last 630 to 830 slot and enjoy sunset 🌇 plus it was super affordable, 45 plus TX for 2 hours and then 6 bucks for renting the waterproof safe bag which I would def recommend 💯

Rented canoes here through Killarney Provincial Park - the canoes were stored in the provincial park premises, but we just had to drive here to get the keys to unlock the canoe, get paddles, and bail kit. The canoes are good quality and everything went smoothly. The store contains a large variety of camping gear. Note that a lot of it is quite expensive compared to other retailers, but it is good for convenience I suppose. Make sure to try the ice cream as well, it was pretty good!
What a fun spot! They have all your outdoor gear needs. They have a canoe filled with spices you can grab a couple for your paddling trip.
The park has some incredible river ways to be explored on a kayak, canoe or paddle board. Many islands and quite a big territory that offers plenty of exploring opportunities for entire hours. Some parts of the river have stronger currents, so be ready to sometimes ramp up your rowing. If you are not that good at rowing bring someone to back you up.
Excellent experience, Chris showed us his magic re entry skill so quickly, Philip's knowledge could be university professor, I was with 7 other students & lots of fun.
Awesome experience with Spencer and Kate, our tour guides. We spent 3 hrs kayaking around the cove, and Spencer told us some history of the area and some of the prime spots. They took us to an awesome spot for a rest and some snacks before heading back to shore. My team and I had a wonderful afternoon team building, and big thanks to Spencer and Kate as well as Deep Cove Kayaing
Great experience! My sister and I came up for a day trip to Deep Cove and signed-up for the 3hr kayaking tour. It was the best. Great your guides, staff were organised and quick, and the scenery was breathtaking!

Great spot for kayak and canoe rentals. Tons of gear available to purchase. Ted always come through with advice on routes in the area and helping plan a great trip.
Feeling disappointed to miss out on the famous lake louise and moraine we were slightly dejected on the long 4h 30 drive from Golden to Jasper. However, if you too have fallen victim to Parks Canada shuttle lottery please, no fomo. Hiring a canoe to explore Maligne Lake was one of the highlights of our holiday. Even the fact that I had booked the wrong day (boy was I popular) they managed to rustle up a canoe for us to experience the breathtaking scenery. The whole thing was magnificent and so worth the money!
Great place for nature lovers, great rental service and nice staff. There’s kayak, paddle boards, canoeing and more. The prices are affordable too. There’s tables and benches for families, and there’s a café too! Worth checking out
This moose was roaming the area around the boat house. Some staff told us that he is visiting them from time to time.
Went to rent canoes from here for Killarney Provincial Park. Came here for the key and the vests, paddles, etc. The canoes are right at the main beach of George Lake.

The store is full of camping gear and essential groceries. We loved the picnic tables and flowers outside. You may pick from their herbs outside with plastic bags provided. It was very neat.

The lady explained to us how the rental works and was really helpful. Rentals are per calendar day, and we dropped off our gear and key after hours. A man was still there and helped us buy some ice even when the store was already closed. I was truly grateful.

Overall, the rental went smoothly, and they went above and beyond for us, so they deserve 5 stars.

Killarney Outfitters, you made my visit to Killarney 10 times better. Thank you so much!
Killarney Kanoes is right by the bell lake access point for Killarney provincial park.
There is a parking lot, access to the water to load in your gear. Or if you are renting from Killarney Kanoes then another access point for your rental and load up right by the water. The Killarney Kanoes building itself you go in to check/confirm your reservation and can purchase tshirts, sweaters, last minute sunscreen, bug-spray, cold drinks etc. It is pretty basic but all you need. There are 2 porta-potty units for you to use the restroom before you take off on your adventure.
Will certainly be back & i hope you have a great trip!
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Jericho Kayak Center, and I must say, it was an unforgettable adventure. From the moment I stepped foot into the center, I was met with a warm welcome from the incredibly friendly staff. Not only were they friendly, but their knowledge and expertise in kayaking were evident from the get-go.

The courses offered at Jericho Kayak Center are nothing short of exceptional. The instructors are not only well-educated but also possess outstanding teaching skills. They take the time to explain every aspect of kayaking in great detail, making even beginners feel at ease and well-prepared for the water. Safety is clearly a top priority for the staff, and this attention to detail is reassuring, especially for those new to kayaking.

The paddle tours organized by the center are an absolute highlight. Guided by experienced instructors, these tours provide an incredible opportunity to explore the stunning Vancouver beaches from a unique perspective – the water! Paddling along the shoreline and taking in the breathtaking Vancouver skyline from the water is an experience that shouldn't be missed.

What impressed me the most about Jericho Kayak Center is their beginner-friendly approach. They make sure that novices, like myself, feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and always ready to provide guidance when needed. It's evident that they genuinely enjoy sharing their passion for kayaking with others.

The overall experience at Jericho Kayak Center left me with a sense of accomplishment and a desire to return again and again. Whether you're a seasoned paddler looking to refine your skills or a complete novice eager to explore Vancouver's waters, this place has something for everyone.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend the Jericho Kayak Center to anyone interested in kayaking in Vancouver. With its well-educated and friendly staff, excellent teaching skills, detailed courses, and beginner-friendly approach, it's the perfect destination for a safe and enjoyable kayaking adventure. Exploring Vancouver's beautiful beaches and admiring the city's skyline from the water is a truly magical experience that I will cherish for a long time. Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity!

We had a great time on our 3 hour kayak tour with Deep Cove kayak centre. You definitely don’t need to do a tour but if you’re not from the west coast and are unfamiliar with kayaking in the ocean (we are use to Lake Ontario) it was comforting to go with a tour guide. We went further out than most kayak and paddle boards and got to see some seals pop up and cool jelly fish and starfish along the rocks. It is a bit pricey but I think renting a kayak isn’t that much cheaper on its own for that duration. There are a lot of boats, yachts and jet skis and not everyone out on the water are boat smart; that’s one thing I appreciated going with Spencer our tour guide!
My daughter and two grandsons and myself did a three day two night Philip Edward Island kayaking trip last week. Killarney Mountain Outfitters did a spectacular job outfitting us with everything required and then some. The meals were excellent and the campsite recommended on West Desjardins Bay was spectacular. I highly recommend their services!
Nice lake, very good for picnic.
But parking can be tough since it's a popular spot. And can be quite crowded at times.
There's only 1 washroom! So sometimes the line can be long.
Also the boat rental is pretty expensive, so don't be surprised.

First time at deep cove. We were with a group. The leaders for our group were amazing. Some people were late. And no sweat. No stress. Highly recommend a guided adventure if you haven’t been before. Professional. Fun. Easy going. Really good group of adventure leaders they have. Would go time and time again. Thanks!
We had the best time. Adam is great guy. Very helpful and very responsive. The rates he offers is best in the area and he has a lot of options. Would definitely recommend Port Credit Adventure Rentals to everyone.
Nicest people we met in Killarney. They accomodate your needs and inquiry. The guy who handle the life vest and paddle is very Friendly and so with the lady from Brampton who works there who never left the area since March.
My friends and I signed up for the 3 hr deep cove explorer tour and it was such a phenomenal experience. Mind you, most of us had no prior kayaking experience but Fabio, our tour guide/instructor, helped us navigate the beautiful waters of Deep Cove. Oh Fabio Fabio Fabio. We could not have been more fortunate to have him by our side at all times. Halfway through the trip, he even gave us honey donuts to power us through the rest of our journey. When we got tired and couldn’t paddle anymore through the channels, he tugged us along his kayak. Fabio saved my life. Thoroughly enjoyed my adventure with him and would have stayed longer to kayak more but alas I had to return home to my WOMAN who was my true love. In another life I would have been following that European accented man with his luscious locks until the end of the world. 10/10 would come back to deep cove kayak and specifically ask for my man Fabio.

I ordered a few paddling accessories online from Wilderness Supply and the experience was awesome! Their emails kept me in the loop and the package got here quickly - faster than I expected. And their price was sharper than other Canadian paddles shops I checked.

I’ll buy from them again. Wilderness Supplies has my highest recommendation.

Best canoe rental ever (super light and maintained) and really friendly guy running the access point. Excited to come bag to this gem
I wish to acknowledge how tremendous the employee Katie was at WOW tonight. It was my first time and I was really struggling with direction. She ended up towing me and I paddled. It was not an ideal situation and she helped me learn new skills and catch up to the group. She assisted me in feeling included and valued as a customer. I definitely will recommend your business to others. Katie was outstanding!
It's a beautiful place for nature lovers.
I went there by my car but is also accessible by bus.
If you like nature then highly recommend it.
There are several options from kayak to paddle boards and boat for one to use. the water and scene there is amazing!
Don’t forget your sun care lotion and bug sprays.
The lake was frozen so all water sports were closed. The view of whole frozen lake was out of the world experience. It was so beautiful. Weather was nice since it is May. Not cold.
Still Frozen solid in mid April 2023 We could walk on the frozen lake and to the boat house. Amazing view
I booked a private tour as it fit my availability. I have quite a bit of kayaking experience, but it's been a long time since I've been on the ocean. My instructor, Hannah was awesome! She was great at answering all my questions, and the pace matched my abilities. It's a great place to visit, and to kayak. Highly recommended!
It was great renting from here, super easy. They fitted us with life jackets and paddles, and have is some directions on how to canoe to the trailhead, how to park it on the racks and then hike to silver peak. Took us about 7-8 hours 2 adults, 3 kids 9-14 return. We spent about an hour at the peak eating and enjoying the views. The drive into here from hwy 617 is a bit longer and bumpier than I'd like but well worth it. Thinking of coming back and maybe doing a short portage/backcountry camping trip to try it out.

True professionals, kind, friendly and efficient. It was our second time booking an outfitting trip, made our experience seamless and fun. We will be back for sure.
Probably the best experience with any rental I have ever had. Choosing a date and time was super easy and honestly really cheap since its renting for a whole day.

Plus, we were just told to drop off the kayaks off whenever before 8pm which was convenient as we didn't need to hassle with letting them know when we were dropping them off or to check the time to see if we were out of rental time.

The kayaks themselves were amazing, super clean and the place was super close to the waterfront.

I had a couple questions so I emailed them and got a response in literally less than 2 minutes! Answered my questions super politely and quickly. Definitely a perfect costumer service experience.

These guys deserve more than a 5 star review
I went there by my car. It is also accessible by bus.
The experience for me was awesome.
There are several choices from kayak to paddle boards and boat.
The current of water os really slow and it makes it like a lake and really enjoying.
Don’t forget to bring sun care lotion.
I think there is the most close good place for having fun in the water with your kayak or rental one ranging from $30 to $100
Fortwhyte is so great to take a little run. Just arrive before 4:30 when gates to Bison Butte close. I'm a member bit there is no cost to come in via the paths and run through.
Amazing rental service, wonderful staff. They do not do reservations, but don’t worry because they will not run out of equipment. I recommend coming early, before noon on weekends because they get busy. There’s not much parking on site but you can go to side streets. The time of rental starts when you pay so that’s how they calculate it. Overall amazing
We came here for the sunset Kayak and our guides were Alissa and Nathan. We were a couple and the rest of the people were on a company outing. It wasn't marked too well so we walked down and asked and everyone was aware of where to wait so that's nice. You go down by the kayaks and wait at the tables available.

It was really beautiful, we got to see a lot of homes of beavers and huge herons. We didn't see the full beavers out of water but they did smack the water as a sign of "stay away" even at 200m away from the beaver dams. Alissa the guide explained to use how they have restored this river to nearly bathable and all the $$ you pay for these activities goes towards preserving this beautiful river.

I wish the guides would have said this to everyone first because I love that and will come back because of this. Its very nice at sunset. You don't need any specific gear, we just paid online and came in comfortable clothes.

Beautiful river, wildlife, nice guides and well organized and clean. Bonus - your money goes to a good cause!!!!

Mike, Johnnie, and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and patient with myself and my family. They gave very helpful canoeing advice to us beginners and were able to ensure our safety as we returned from the Silver Peak trail. Renting with Killarney Kanoes was truly a highlight of the trip. The staff genuinely want all visitors to have the safest and most enjoyable trip in this park. I highly recommend their canoe rental service
- they also have extremely fair rates and excellent equipment!
I rarely leave reviews but I just wanted to say BEST rental place! They’re simply 5 stars for a reason. My family and I rented out 4 electrical scooters for our first time. We used their online website to book them and it was so easy and fast. We picked the scooters up at a house and that is where they brought out the scooters and helmets for us. Super kind, professional, and helpful. They explained how to use the scooters really well and if you need any clarification, they seem more than willing to explain again. We didn’t catch their names but we appreciate the hosts for the experience.

Great service and it was a blast. Definitely recommending this place and coming back to use their other services. 11/10!

Johnnie and Mike went above and beyond their obligations to make sure my family and I stayed safe on the canoe and the trails. They were so welcoming to us, despite the obvious city dwellers that we are. They taught us how to canoe and even checked on us on our return because it was later than expected. It really made my family's stay in Killarney so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend these folks to anyone considering canoe rentals in the provincial park.
Had an amazing experience renting a canoe from Port Credit Adventure Rentals. From booking, to pick up and drop off, the entire process was seamless and hassle free. Very easy to walk the canoe on a dolly over to the water front. I was even able to edit my pickup time to earlier and the equipment was all ready for us upon arrival. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
You got this beautiful view when your paddling through the lake, for 80 bucks you got to enjoy this for an hour.
The cruiser ship will cause some waves that tumbles you a bit but it’s actually kinda fun if you are in a safe distance.
Really friendly staff, it was surely a great experience
Adam and the team at Port Credit Adventure Rentals never fail to deliver. I’ve only had positive experiences with this company. Fast service, effective communication, and an easy to follow booking process is what I look for in a equipment rental business, and Port Credit Adventure Rentals delivers on all those. The equipment is well maintained, and the options are amazing. I’m a big fan of the tandem bike and scooters.
For anyone looking to get out there and enjoy the Ontario summer either on the water or on land, this company is the place for that.

Family of four including 2 child looking for snowboard equipment. We actually arrived an hour before the shop close but the staff Ben is very helpful ,as we worry we don’t have enough time to complete the rental.
Everyone need to measure their high ,weight and shoes sizes to find the right board and boots.Do suggest come earlier to do so because it takes time.

Great experience!Sorry to cause you guys like 20min late from closing.

Absolutely recommended ,specially beginner and families .

Damnnnn - im impressed at the service here. The girl was so knowledgeable about beginner vs advanced Nordic skis and showed me how to measure all the right sizes. They weigh you to make sure it’s the correct ski size. There’s also someone here to check your merchandise before you leave to make sure it’s good. Normally they don’t sell second hand stuff but I was able to get pre-owned Nordic ski boots that someone owned for a small discount. They have a rent to own program also, where the first year you pay 70% and then the next year to own you pay the remaining 30%. Got my Nordic ski set for around 400$ total. Love it. They also sell mitts and jackets etc

Went to do the day hike for Silver Peak. The staff was very friendly, provided with plenty of information and suggestions to make our hike comfortable. The canoes were great quality. Everything from equipment to hospitality was top-notch. Highly recommend them for anyone who is thinking of canoeing/kayaking Killarney.
We rented 2 jet skis and took our kids to Toronto island. Great customer service and equipment. Explained how the equipment worked. Pick up and drop off were easy. Thanks PC Adventures.
I've rented paddle boards, bikes and even had my own bike serviced by them. Everything has been excellent and a ton of fun, especially the paddle boards with friends. Super cool guys that run the business as well. Will definitely be coming back to rent their paddle boards again for more adventures. THANK YOU!!!

First time in the store. Lots of products to look at, great selection camping gear, water sports and of clothes too. Staff was friendly and approachable. A few cute bags as well! I've driven past here so many times but had never gone in before. Hand sanitizer at the entrance/exit. A great selection of pfd's.
Amazing experience! Will go back anytime! The brothers are super nice , kind, professional and honest! I rented a paddle board last week which they delivered it to me and picked it up later! The booking was super easy and the location is very convenient! I am so happy to have found them in port credit and can not wait to go back!!
This is one of the best places to go in Vancouver. Customer care was excellent. Very easy to book. All your valuables are stored safely and changing and bathroom facilities available. Instructors are great. They even push you off. Probably the most beautiful scenery in Vancouver to look at while on the water. Top tip, book early evening to see the sunset.
This is one of the beautiful places for the nature lovers to simply get lost in a beautiful nature very close to the hectic urban centers.. If you enjoy Kayaking or Canoeing, this place is for you...Either rent one or bring your own, and go explore many islands that surrounds you. Most of the islands have picnic tables and Washrooms, so you can basically enjoy a day out with friends or families.... Also it is very pleasant place to fish ...

We rented our Canoes from here and they were amazing. Lightweight, great condition and not too expensive either. It was also very easy to do lick-up and drop off as well!
Opens from 9 am to 6 pm during summer, too hot for any birds or Bison to be out in viewing distance. The visitor center is very poorly equipped, no drinking water!!! We were directed to the washroom taps for drinking water, so much for COVID awareness and precautions. It was a total waste of time
Excellent place to go with kids and also the restaurant inside. The bison poutine was very delicious 😋 outside the trail is very nice for runners and biking

Prices are fair, not as cheap as you’d expect but all good brands are available!
Staff can be rude at some point but that is alright!
Otherwise, I recommend that store

You love it or you hate this place... the business concept is brilliant. Sell high level winter equipment in a run down place, and go with volume volume volume...
One advice for skaters: do NOT sharpen your skates here. They can ruin your blades if you seriously into figure skating.

Service is a bit random - a lot of students with not so much experience, so it’s hit or miss.
Awesome outdoor nature recreation place to discover sustainable living in the middle of the city.

This turned out to be a good alternative vs. renting from Deep Cove which is now so busy they get booked up 8 weeks in advance. We rented two double kayaks for 4 people and Kit dropped the boats and gear off at an easy launch point from Little Cates Park just a little south of the traditional Deep Cove launch point. It was a little hard to get ahold of Northshore through the week to get things organized and confirmed. Of the 3 different phone numbers on the site only one of them seemed to work so I think the site needs some updating. The gear was of good quality but well used. If you're heading up Indian Arm and need those-to-find double kayaks with enough room for camping gear, Northshore can get you outfitted.
A good selection of really nice stuff. High quality functional products and also competitively priced. Knowledgeable staff.
We managed to get a canoe early in the morning without reserving. What a great few hours on the lake we had. The price is pretty steep, but it is very worth it. The staff were very friendly. A great thing to do on your holiday.
Very relaxing just minutes outside the city
Great place for a kayaking course.
Beautiful bike ride. The bike rentals are $10/hr or $15/2hrs. Nice bikes, they are smooth and they have a basket in the front. Nice and courteous staffs. Cafe is clean with a delicious and affordable menu.
