We got a couple of dishes here for lunch time during a weekday. The place was busy, and probably due to that staff was in hectic mode.
The food was alright but my pad thai heavy on salt. I needed lots of water...

Have returned.

An oldie but a goodie. $15+ for a salad, pretty expensive ngl but they've been extremely consistent over the last 5 years in terms of portions and quality.

Go-to is a Caesar. Good mix of chicken and bacon. On the heavier side for salads but definitely filling.

Takes AMEX.

Quality has gone downhill over the years and prices have gone up. Portions are still decent but the pad Thai chicken I got today had undercooked noodles that were hard, and sauce was lukewarm. Probably was not fried long enough on the wok. I asked for medium spicy and I didn't see any chili flakes, it was mild at best.

iQ is good but this location is not. Customer service is not great. They increased the prices and stingy on cheese for salad - $20 wasn't really worth it.

Some of the the best Bowls 🥣 of food I've eaten in a while, About 4-times better than Chipotle!!
Tastes very different, and not in a good way. Don't know what happened to this franchise but across the board, it is no longer reliable. The sauces tastes completely wrong and there is no 'wok hey' flavour imparted from the wok. Sad...

Salad days is an amazing lunch find! Really great healthy lunch spot. Prices are decent @ $12 a large and $7 a small. They have a bunch of types of salads, and you can also build your own (everything also comes as a wrap). The location is just down the stairs inside the Bay-Adelaide center (pretty easy to find).

Highly recommend! They have lots of healthy options, you can mix and match toppings and dressings, lots of vegetarian and halal options, and the avocado tomatillo dressing is sooooo good! Been going here at least once a week for over a year now. It is kind of expensive, but no more than any other restaurant in this food court. I don’t recommend any of the desserts though, I’ve had them all and they are not great.
You guys need to check the location of your restaurant!! It is either closed permanently. Nothing is there. Only starbucks. It is ruining your reputation if there was any lol
I don't know why this place has a low rating. I was there for the second time today. Ordered the fried rice with shrimp. It was amazing again🤤.

The salads were fresh and yummy . Nice presentation #Salads
I went there yesterday and the food was very disappointing, My beef rice was horrible the meat had a very old flavour,
It wasn't fresh at all.
What a waste your money.
I ordered food yesterday from this location and I used to go there few years ago and used to be delicious but yesterday I was surprised and very very very disappointed my friends and I didn’t like the food at all, no flavour it tasted 0 I don’t know if the change the owner or the chef but was not pleasant at all.

This place makes amazing fresh filling salads with a variety of selections and protein all at an affordable price! It's understandable why they always have a line up at lunch but their service is quick, efficient and friendly! My friend and I both work enjoyed our salads!

FOOD IS SO BAD and its getting worse every single time I go there. No matter how many chance I give them, it is always a missed and WILL NEVER GONNA GET BETTER. There is no quality in the food. Lettuce from the salad are brown already and not fresh. Chickpeas are mushy all the time and portions are so tiny compared to other shawarma places. Meat are not cooked fresh everyday so you get a dry meat most of the time. When I saw today that there’s a new batch of meat I went there for lunch but the food was half wet like as if I am eating a porridge. $16 for a small portion of meat and rice and bad quality is ridiculous. This place will not get any better at all.

Concourse level salad shop in Bay/Adelaide area, serving several office towers. Take out only. Food is average - usually order a daily special. Price is very reasonable for the neighbourhood and one of the few lunch places open.

Salad Days is a fantastic lunch spot that offers a variety of healthy and delicious options. Located in the Bay-Adelaide Centre, it's a popular spot for office workers who are looking for a tasty and nutritious lunch.

One of the best things about Salad Days is the number of options available on the menu. You can choose from preset options or customize your own salad to suit your specific tastes. Their custom salad goes in the order of size (small or large), select greens, choose 4 ingredients, add protein (optional with a cost), and your choice of dressing. Their wall of greens and displayed list of toppings on the counter is clearly labelled for you to pick and choose from. You can add protein for an extra cost if you're looking for something more filling. Their Salad Days Special comes in a medium-sized container while the custom salad comes in a small or large option! Apart from the salads, you can also order their Today's Specials that come with protein, rice and Greek salad. Additionally, they offer wraps, Harira Soup and Spanikopita as well. We always get the custom salad to add all the healthy toppings we want and no-protein as the large custom salad is filling already!

The staff at Salad Days are always a delight. They are always friendly and efficient, which makes the lunch rush go smoothly. If you're in a hurry, it's worth using Ritual to order ahead and skip the line, as it can get quite long during peak hours. Do note, their hours of operation as it is tailored for the temporary hours and lunchtime.

Note, they do have two other locations at 2 Bloor Street West; their first location at Cumberland Terrace is temporarily closed but the location at the Hudson's Bay Centre is open with temporary hours as well that serves office workers in the area.
Went with old standby green curry. Picked spice level 5/10, which matched the heat I get from other restaurants that don't ask.
There were some more unique items on the menu as well which I'd like to check out. Was curious about the pumpkin red curry, but got told it was butternut squash?
Plenty of interesting drinks as well, though the two I ordered were a little lighter (ice/water) than I would have liked.
Nicer atmosphere than most Thai places, at least at a medium price range.

I tried a few of their dishes. The best ones are the mee krob and the chicken kare (yellow curry). The other dishes are fine, but not on top of my list. The service is excellent and I would definitely go back to order the same dishes and try others.

We asked for nothing spicy, they did not disclose that that potatoes have spices, which is something we could have moved on from even though my mother can't eat anything spicy. However, some of the potatoes were old, as well as the kabab we got. My mom is very shy, she ate what she could from the plate and said to not say anything, but I had just come and saw this so I took the plate back to them. She did not eat anything that went old or was spicy, and I told them as much. It is not the cheapest place to buy food from, and I told them that nothing should have been left over (I have 4 years experience working in a similar restaurant, I would know), but the staff were saying the dish is finished and I am asking for freebies and they were extremely rude. One also said she asked for it to be well done, my mom did not say anything like that when she ordered. We do not go out often, and this goes for anybody, when we go out to spend well earned money, we should be getting our money's worth. If you are shy like my mother, don't let people do that to you, get what you paid for or get a refund. Neither of which we got, nor did we want either by the way. I simply wanted to tell them that it is not okay to do that, and they were not very friendly about it which is why I am writing this review.

I use to love their Asian chicken salad and come every week until I have found a lady bug in my plate.

They mentioned it’s very normal, hard to clean all the cabbage and they had done their best.

I gets it is hard to be perfect sometimes, especially when it’s natural & fresh veggies. But I felt their attitude regarding this issue has not been very satisfying. 1. They’ve already accepted the fact nothing more can be done and will let the issue go, no more effort will be put in to change it, and 2. They were reluctantly offer to return the charge for the salad, I didn’t accept the return as I’ve already finished the salad. But I felt they were not really happy to offer it, not trying to make up for my experience, and not feeling bad at all. It’s more like trying to do what have to do to avoid troubles. I didn’t even hear one apology during the whole conversation.

Thus, I don’t feel very comfortable to come to this store again for the salad. Kinda afraid to have another lady bug that I didn’t find and what if I’ve ate and chew it? And also a little uncomfortable with the service.

I am so disappointed with the kind of service we received today at the store in Villa Madina. I am not sure why the management here keeps changing. During March and April the crew was very polite and the food quality was amazing as well. Today the chicken shawarma felt like half done and for sure not how a shawarma should be. Not sure if this was the reason for upset tummies.

Very disappointed and will have to reconsider ever going back to this place.

The ingredients are fine, but the sandwich construction is wildly off-base. (Like, I watched my sandwich being made and knew it was going to be bad). Confusing layout, too. I could have walked away without paying because no one was at the cash and there were no signs directing customer flow.

2.5 stars. I didn't enjoy my experience at this Mad Radish location. I went here because I've had good experiences with Mad Radish in the past (at other locations). I found that this location wasn't organized effectively and my questions weren't answered proficiently. I also don't like that this location is cashless. I don't believe excluding cash as a payment option is valid and it's disappointing that many businesses are going this route. This isn't very inclusive and it doesn't consider that not everyone has access to banking at all times. Digital methods of payment can also be unreliable at times. Overall, my experience here was disappointing and I am leaving 3 stars (really 2.5 stars) solely because the salad was okay. Still, the portion (especially the meat) is poor in comparison to the price charged.
Ordered 2 veggie bowl with basil leaves mild, i love to eat thai food once in a while but this location seemed to use more oil than other location i had this food. Except that service is good, parking is great atompshere is good. Not a huge place but it is good for a group of 4 or 6 to have a meal. I have been a regular customer with IQ Food since its first opening at First Canadian Place and a recent move to live in downtown makes me return at least 3 to 4 times weekly. The Wellington location is the best, the food here is all about the organic ingredients, no additives and the sauce is on the side. The acavado toast and the Lima are my regular orders. It is all about nutrition yet the food emits natural flavours that stimulate your appetite. There are a lot of similar places open after their success but they are of no comparison. Prices are expensive for takeout food BUT it is the freshness and ingredients source that one is paying for.
Thank you again for bringing this to Toronto for closer than 12 years.

The taste is ok. However, the portion of entire chicken salad is very small which is less than half of the bowl with many rice on the bottom. Comparing to the price of $17.5 plus tax per bowel, I think I won't revisit.
I ordered the tofu pad see ew. The portion was very generous but the taste was disappointing . Very salty, but the gross part is the bunch of burnt ingredients I got. Burned eggs, some of the tofu was burnt. It is my first visit here, so maybe it’s just my bad luck ☹️

3.5 stars Nice poke bowl, decent size, very filling! Salmon is fresh and tasty! just the purple rice is old and dry, also I wish there are choice of pickle ginger and seaweed salad, so there would be more flavour. Because other than the salmon, the veggies doesn’t really taste anything, and I didn’t get sweet onions with my order…
Judas Priest - the sweet n sour shrimp fried rice portion was absolutely tiny, with five measly shrimps and tiny debris of veggies on a few spoonful of rice. When the guy served it up, I couldn’t believe what I was seeing considering the meal cost $18 after tax. Avoid at all cost .

We had an order catered. There was an issue with the delivery. I contact the store and it was immediately taken care of. The owner also touched base with me to apologize. We got it all sorted out and the food was fresh, delicious and all around great. Great flavours and portions. Highly recommend and will be grabbing lunch here more often.
We enjoyed the food and the pleasant, friendly service from our waitress and from the owner. This was our 2nd visit to this excellent restaurant. I particularly liked the Tom Kha soup, Massam curry, and the Pad Thai. We ordered a lot of different dishes and enjoyed them all!
Finally spicy food Yahoo lol

I walked in very hungry and when the young fella asked me if I want my meal spicy I told him to make as spicy as he can indeed it was a beauty!!!Spicy just the way I like it so thank you yum yum.😁😊👍

I got the large classic bowl, with no modifications. The fish was fresh and delicious with well marbled salmon and tuna. Veggies were crisp and the house soy/marinade was perfectly balanced. Not overpowering and well seasoned. Very filling, and worth the money to me.
Paid 39 dollars and change for two chicken general Thai dishes and one spring roll. Totally not worth it at all. Like honestly fill it with veggies not just rice. I can understand limiting the protein size but 3 pieces of green pepper, 3 pieces of tomato and 3 pieces of carrots. Honestly come on! So cheap!

I love the food here! It's so savory! They'll ask you on a scale of 1-10 on how spicy you want your dishes to be, and I recommend going for 9 or 10 if you like spicy dishes. The service is also very nice.
I replied on your form same day and no one has replied to me yet. As a restaurant owner myself this was rather disappointing.
There was hardly any veggies, the sauce tasted terrible and wasn't hot/spicy. The rice was cold and stuck together you'd need a knife to cut it. The meat was precooked, dry and tough. Zero care giving during the prep.
Disappointing. The basil rice witb shrimp that my niece ordered was not as delicious as usual. The shrimp that i tasted was not cooked.
Very colorful signage outside with vibrant looking meals. My Chicken pad Thai was a box of saucy noodles with what I would guess is about three oz of chicken. Tasted more tofu than chicken. 2 stars because the Dr. Pepper was good
Ordered pad see ew for my lunch, and I was so disappointed by what I got. The beef has a smell on it, and it is not thoroughly cooked. Was not able to finish everything, even though i tried to, so as to not waste my money. But I just cant. Please fix thissssss 😣😣😣😣

I’ve been going to this place for a couple years (probably once or twice a month) and it never disappoints. I’ve tried a few other popular/well reviewed poke places, but this one’s my favorite.

The purple rice is something I always miss in other places that don’t have it, it’s delicious and the texture is perfect. The sauces are simple, but have the perfect spice and flavor to my taste (I often like to get extra). I usually go for salmon bowls (classic or Hawaii) and the fish is great. The toppings are the only thing that I think could be better - they’re good, but I wish there was a bit more variety and quantity in each bowl.

So I’d rate it a 4.5 due to its fundamentals - great rice, sauces and fish, and good approachable toppings. But if you want more variety and “adventurous” flavors, other places might be a bit better for you.

tried this please for the first time today. i got the chickpea sandwich, plantain chips and a coconut soup. the price was really overpriced for the food and portion. the sandwich was decent, it lacked flavour and was pretty dry, the plantain chips were okay as well but the shape was so small and kind of awkward to dip in the guac, pretty regular tasting, comparable to one’s from the convenience store. i liked the guac and greens mix and texture. the soup i didn’t like. the base was watery and i find the flavours didn’t blend together. overall i would try another sandwich from there maybe to give it another shot

Ordered the 3G, Red curry with breaded chicken.
With a drink, came to around $18 after tax.
~.
Gigantic portion! But so tasteless and really awful textures. I expect mall food to be a shadow of the cuisine it's trying to be but this was beyond expectation and not in a good way.
The curry had next to no flavour; needed some kind of salt or acid badly. The texture of the curry sauce was also super thick and starchy. Veggies were cooked well but the chicken was unrecognizable.
What I got was a pile of hard crunchy pellets mixed into the curry. If there was chicken in them it wasn't recognizable; I picked most of them out, they were so gross. Do not recommend.

beef smells bad!! and it ruined the entire pat thai. No green onion or bean sprout(maybe very little, but hardly noticed). Just use 3-4 pieces of good quality beef slices, please. Beef needs to be seasoned. This is the worst Pad Thai I have ever had...I would not care about the quantity. only good thing was the young guy at the front was friendly...sad for the new place. By far my favourite poke spot! I ordered the Poke Bowl with salmon and tuna, with onion crisps, tempura flakes, rice crackers, and Unami soy sauce. The portion sizes are generous and the regular fills me up!
Ordered a Thai Soup with beef.
Everything was delicious with one exception.
The Broth for the Soup. I am glad I tasted it before putting in the bowl with noodles, beef and vegetables. The broth was beyond salty. I had to boil water to water the broth down and add pepper so it was edible.

Please lay off the salt.

I don't know why restaurants in North America add so much salt to food. I guess it's the lazy person's seasoning.

The food at Mad Radish is absolutely amazing. For the price point, you get pretty full after getting 1 bowl. It's the cheapest resto in that path, and the tastiest in my opinion. We tasted their Chicken, Falafel, Beef Rokboxes at the STC location during the national shawarma day. My fav was the Chicken flavor which was tender and flavourful. Falafel was crispy, well-seasoned! If you are planning to enjoy them at the STC area make sure to reserve a spot first and also add their special sauces. The servers are prompt. Avg meal cost $10.
We got their Chicken, Falafel, Beef Rokboxes. Chicken was tender, juicy, Beef was crisped up nicely, flavourful and, Falafel was crispy, well-seasoned! All the Protein were served on a bed of Rice, topped with Pickles, Pickled Radish, and their signature Garlic Sauce, gosh it was amazing!

Ordered chicken salad under their “Salad days special menu” .

The salad ingredients were fresh and portion size was good. However, deducted two stars as it’s just salad and dressing on top, which is just good for a regular lunch but not something to crave for.
Fast and fresh. Quick polite service. The food court is quiet with lots of seating. There is a dedicated cleaner who keeps the food court neat and tidy.
This Pad Thai is super yummy, normally it’s hit and miss for me at Thai Express but this was delicious! I did delivery to my office and they gave me utensils, condiments etc but the price is just waaayyy too much. Almost $15 for Pad Thai is very overpriced but I’m sure that’s the chain set price not this exact location. I also added extra noodles and got medium spice, it’s definitely spicy haha so if you cannot tolerate spicy get none at all and I suggest to ask for it in a bowl instead of the small containers! Overall it’s super delicious but I probably won’t go here too often based on the price because this did not even include a drink or side.

Ordered a regular Hawaii bowl which comes with torched tuna with all their base toppings and some sauce. The flavours and portions are not bad but their cutting of the fish is uneven (see picture) and the torching is also uneven so some bites of fish, especially the smaller pieces, were fully cooked. The Poké Box nearby is a bit better.
My favorite lunch place in the PATH. The staff are friendly and helpful and the ritual app makes ordering easy. I love the Turkey sandwich with a side salad. Always get my order quickly and it's always made perfectly

The sandwiches and salads here are good, but I won't be going back.

The lady who was at the cash typically needs to call out the contents of the custom sandwich to the 5 - 10 people waiting for their orders, so you know when yours is ready. On Thursday, during the busy lunch rush, she pulled her mask onto her chin, held each sandwich approximately 15 cm t away from her face, and yelled out what she saw to the waiting customers. In doing so, she inadvertently spit on each sandwich. This is unhygienic, especially these days. She should know better. They need to implement a number system.

Prices have also gone up considerably.

Was visiting the city back in late April and decided on some thai food.

Papaya Salad: This one had a very weird taste and was super salty! It didnt feel like how its supposed to be. Totally was not feeling this one.

The other two snacks, some sort of chicken wings and calamari was okay. The calamari came with a peanut sauce which was odd and no lemon. I would have preferred a different dipping sauce even for this dish specifically. The thai iced tea was as expected but a tad sweeter than I like it.

I probably wouldn't visit again as I've had better thai food.
I ordered the General Thai Chicken (like I have done dozens of times before at other Thai Express locations) but this time it was served with frozen chicken nuggets in it! I was so disgusted I returned it and ask for the beef version. That also came with frozen beef nuggets. Terribly disappointing! Not real Thai! After years of buying their food, I will never do it again!
Awful experience at this Thai express.
I have visited the ones in Vancouver and Burnaby several times and I love going there, but this one is just awful.
The food quality was just cheap, tons of sauce to cover the cheap flavor and poorly prepped ingredients.
The chicken used look like Walmart chicken nuggets.
Why such a huge difference from the other restaurants?
The price was also higher, staff was slow and couldn't understand my order.
Save your money and go elsewhere, anything is better than this.
They didn’t bother to put anything inside the container, I said why these pictures on the menu has nothing to do with what you give so he said: It’s almost empty, this is kale Caesar Salad with chicken! They’ve made it clear that “this is what it is and everywhere are the same!” They mentioned I can go to Mac Donald instead. I paid $12 for something worth $3. This is clearly a rubbery.

Edit: change your google hours

One of my favorite spots for food.
Delicious assortment of stir fry, curries abs soups. Also good selection of appetizers; rice rolls, spring rolls, lettuce wraps etc. prices range from $12-17 for main dishes. Soups around around $11-15. Friendly good service.

I ♥️Hoki Poke. They offer quality fresh bowls that satisfy picky health nuts.

I've tried 5 other Poke restaurants in Toronto and consider Hoki Poke one of the BEST.

My "go to" order is their Spicy Poke Bowl. It's a super gorgeous dish with fresh salmon, spicy mayo, cucumber, edamame, green spinach leaves, sesame seeds, red cabbage, and crunchy tempura flakes, on a bed of black rice. I highly recommend adding seaweed salad and avocado. They are very generous with their portions, and medium is more than enough. Their large bowl has a deeper base with more black rice, and I am way too full to enjoy it at that point in my meal.

I would love to see this spot continue to bring in more business. They definitely deserve it.
I ordered mild spicy Pad Sew, the food was delicious, and the portion was enough for two ladies. Personals have freindly behavior. Nice packing. Highly recommend it.
THANK YOU
I love their pineapple fried rice. Craving some spicy Thai, give this place a try. I’ve tried fried rice from many locations but this one is the best and my favourite and it worth the money. I usually go to Scarborough town centre or the one at university ave downtown. Both are great locations where town centre is usually busy.
I always get the Thai fried rice here, consistently delicious and good spice level. One of the better value options in the food court.

Great value salad, I got the daily special for $7.51. There are also customized options available. Staff are friendly and flexible - I got couscous because I didn’t want rice, with no extra charge.

The service was quick. I ordered through ritual and the order was ready when I got there. However, the salad was not great. I got the Asian chicken salad and the flavour was so bland. It was lacking dreasing for sure. This was something I feel like I could have made at home.

Truthfully I planned to go to Kid Lee for dinner but it was closed. The universe directed me here and what a great thing that was! I loved the freshness and unique flavors of my bowl. There was a lemon flavoured sauce which was really the highlight of the meal. The biggest problem you'll have is deciding which delicious item to order from the menu!
I love Pad Thai ❤️ I ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai but there wasn’t a lot of shrimp 🍤 The flavour was good but too spicy 🌶 the noodles were very dry🍝 The price was too high a food court and for what I got 💰 I just got coupons in the mail I might go back and try something else.

Very OK! I had the Lima bowl but subbed out the chicken for tempeh. I appreciate they let you do the substitutions like that and don't charge extra. With the description of the bowl (pickled cabbage, "spicy" corn, avocado) i expected it to pop with flavour but it didn't do much. Portions are not huge but fair enough. If you are wanting a bowl, I would opt for Kupfert and Kim which is MUCH more favourful and portions are much bigger.
Unfortunately a very regrettable disappointing experience. I was looking forward to some good pad thai. Other locations are much better.

Portions were around a quarter less, noodle was oily and not as dry.

I really like how transparent IQ is about ingredients and calories in their food. I like how they allow you to customize any bowl and discount the price if you remove items. However, this location is seriously understaffed which creates a lot of issues. On one occasion I found chicken in my bowl. The manager was very understanding and refunded me immediately with extra credit towards another meal. But today my soup was given to me cold, without garnish and my piri piri bowl was missing cauliflower. I also waited 20 minutes past the pickup time given to me online. From now on I'll try one of their other locations.

I am not sure how big the scoops are, but my Sababa box was a joke!
I was very excited and hurried back to the office as last time they run out of bean cakes. When I opened the box, I was shocked how empty it looked, there was hardly any baby kale, literally had 4 pieces of cauliflower and hardly any chickpeas.
Very disappointed, won’t eat there again!

The portions are small. They should have a dine-in option (rather than only a take-out option) like at Brookfield place, wherethe dine-in bowls are much larger.

I don't particularly like a type arugala and wanted to switch to spinach, but was not allowed without a charge of over a dollar. Very strange

Very healthy, wholesome, tasty food with unique flavours and attention to detail. A bit pricy but you can tell the food is made with care & thought. The Banana pulp cookie is phenomenal for breakfast or for a feel good yummy snack.

I could eat their Lima bowl (sub their spicy dressing for the orange dijon vinegrette) every day for the rest of my days, but at $13.11 a pop, that's not happening. When I want to treat myself to a yummy but still healthy lunch, this is the go-to spot.
Ok for mall food. Quick. A little high on the price side. We had general thai chicken and a small soup. Soup tasted more like pho vietnamese style.
Disappointed with the service.. during a not so busy Sunday in the mall. I had to wait 10mins for my order because they misplaced the order tag so it was never made. My Chicken Pad Thai had no taste.. A really bad all-round experience for $10!!!
