The staff is super helpful not only with the every day business things and with the slightly more complicated requests - like changing ski boots after you realized at the first use that they don't fit perfectly -, but they also do their best to help with special situations. It seems that they really can find a solution for any problems!

We didnt stay at the hotel, just visited the resort to ski. We hadn't been skiing in around 15 years so were quite apprehensive. We went for the 4 hour ski pass and hired all of the equipment which was quite an easy process. We stuck to the 'Yodel' slope and we really enjoyed our day. Great views over the surrounding areas from the top of the mountain. The canteen was a nice surprise with lots of fresh food and reasonably priced
We enrolled our kids for their first ski lessons this past weekend and the experience was nothing short of wonderful. The instructors (Ethan and Alessia) were friendly and attentive beyond our expectations. Overall, the experience was excellent.
Put my 4 yr old into ski school every Saturday. He was super excited. But the teachers and staff were absolutely trash. Completely unorganized. Completely unqualified. They literally ruined this season for him. Could barely get any English words out for a class entirely full of English kids. I cannot stress harder that this school should be avoided at all cost.
We booked a King Bed room. Instead we had a queen mattress on a rails in a stinky room and no customer service whatsoever. We felt cheated and nobody ever contacted back or reimbursed for wrong room. All they can do is just take your money online. The hill had super old chairs and had only 1/3 of open runs in February. The only good thing about this place is that the few short runs that are open are groomed and without ice.

Last time I went there was 20 years ago. The chairlifts today are even slower than I remember them being, none of them have seen an upgrade. There were no line attendants at any of the lifts and people being people, getting into groups of 4 proved to be an incredibly demanding task. Just like people that have been in a drive-through line for 15 minutes and pull up to the speaker only to realise they have no idea what anyone in their car wants to order, nobody at this hill seemed to understand basic lift etiquette. North side doesn't even have a single's line set up. Nothing about this mountain is worth 100$ for a day on the slopes.

The only thing that gets them a star is the 30$ Thursdays. Instead of complaining their lifts are empty during the week, every mountain should offer this kind of deal. I would never pay 100$ to ski here.

Had the joy to work with Paul and team during our time in Vancouver this past summer for a private bike tour. If you have the opportunity to book with Into The Wild - you're in the best of hands. Top notch service and an unforgettable experience!!

Recently, we went on a ski trip to Manning Park, provided by Into the Wild, as a group of over 30 university students. It was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Our tour guide, Paul, with his easy-going and friendly disposition, instantly put everyone at ease. He was also very easy to talk to, and any last-minute changes were not a problem at all. Despite the size of our group, Paul effortlessly managed to create a warm and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring that each participant felt valued and looked after throughout the journey. Whether it was providing guidance on the slopes or offering assistance with equipment, Paul was always there to help. Highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a top-notch travel adventure! Our ski trip was an unforgettable adventure filled with laughter, camaraderie, and a cherished memories for all of us. Thank you Paul :)

Our GAA Club organized a club ski trip through Paul and his service was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped onto the bus en route to Sun Peaks to the moment we landed home back in Vancouver, it was brilliant. If anyone is looking to organize a trip, Paul is your best option.

Our football team recently had the pleasure of going on a weekend ski/snowboard tour to Sun Peaks, led by the exceptional guide, Paul, from "Into the Wild." The entire experience was nothing short of incredible, and I feel compelled to share my positive experience with others.

From the outset, Paul showcased an unparalleled level of knowledge and professionalism throughout the tour. His expertise in guiding us through the ski tour, along with his attention to detail, made the entire trip seamless and enjoyable.

What truly sets "Into the Wild" apart is not just their ability to check all the boxes on paper for their professional competence, but the personal touches and geniune passion that they bring to the experience. It's evident that they go above and beyond to ensure every participant has an amazing time.

If you're seeking an adventure with a touch of excellence, knowledge, and passion, look no further than Into the Wild. They've truly set the bar high, and I can't recommend them enough.

Thank you Into the Wild for an unforgettable weekend!

Fun ski hill, has 2 snow park sections, 4 lifts and the main summit and versant nord.
There was alot of people parking everywhere, I showed up before noon and had to park down the street at the 2nd parking lot, which was ok as they had a shuttle service to bring you there and back.
The chalet was extra crowded and super packed.
The mountain is not very tall but pretty wide so the slopes have quite the variety, go on the versant nord for more challenging runs.
The ticket for 4h cost me 71$ which is expensive
Staff was very helpful and friendly, my measurements were on point and they even gave me store coupons! Return process very simple and efficient too. Will definitely return next season.

Tom was great, tech had good advice on my old skis - not ready for trash yet! But will need some creative troubleshooting.
Great place for season downhill rentals while you figure.your.gear.out. Quick and down to earth service.

They improved their facilities but almost all their racks are not enabled for ski locks!! So you go eat lunch worried about your skis😕 Other than that and the fact that they still use individually wrapped throwaways plastic cutlery it’s a nice place to ski.

The place is huge, I knew exactly what I wanted and asked the staff and they were super chill and found a me a new boot bag that was on sale, I dont think I wouldve found it myself as the place is pretty cluttered and chaotic.
If you come for browsing or for many things I would plan a long visit.
As a snowboard park rider, they had alot of sick board brands for a little cheaper id say but not a vast difference, end of season sales are more where id look for experienced park riders but all in all they had some cool boards.
Staff was chill, they didnt pressure at all and were all friendly
Youll find what you need at the price you want, but be prepared to search for it

Ri and Rusty provided exceptional and honest service. You can easily tell that they care about customers getting the right equipment based on their riding style mixed with colour/quality. We bought two snowboards and two sets of bindings from them. They easily spent over an hour with us on 2 separate days Highly recommend this shop!

The staff are professional and very helpful.
They gave me a very thorough introduction to the products. It was also very considerate for the staff to help me out with trying the boots on.
Another staff also offered us help to search for the right size of the googles. They were very helpful and thoughtful !
We really enjoyed the service from the staff!

I booked a campground for Sunday night When I got there after 5 minutes all the files and bugs attacked us, so we didn't stay one night and called them for a refund but they said it's not our problem no refund!!

We were in jasper and we’re trying to book whistlers camp ground and made a mistake. When we called the camp ground the guy on the phone snapped at me no refunds. Didn’t care to even hear the mistake that was made. They are happy to steal your money. Terrible company. Thieves!

My wife & I visited B.C from Ireland for 3 weeks in July’23. Paul, from ‘IntotheWild’ arranged a bespoke 5 day, self-guided, bike-packing trip on Vancouver Island, followed by a road trip (via rental car) through the Rockies to Calgary. This was a bucket list holiday and no stone was left unturned to ensure we had a fantastic trip. He supplied us top of the range Norco gravel bikes, bike bags & essential kit for the Vancouver Island trip. We kept these gravel bikes to the end of the road trip. The overall planning, expert advice (& encouragement), daily bike routings, variety of accommodation (Hotels, B&B’s, Hiker Huts etc.), recommendations for eateries & bars, hikes & trail rides were faultless. Throughout, Paul stayed in touch, ensuring all was well and we had a blast ! Paul’s enthusiasm and shared excitement for our adventure was infectious and this trip (and Paul) will live long in our memory. Gearoid & Mary

Great employees that are knowledgeable about skiing and snowboarding gear. They actually care about how much you’ll enjoy the gear you buy as well as giving you alternate options depending on what you’re looking into. Bought a pair of ski boots and am very happy with how they fit and the service I received while shopping there.
A great Family ski destination. Both my kids learned to ski here; the instructors were patient, thorough and inspired confidence in my kids and their abilities. Lift attendants are great - anticipating when to slow down the chairs, stopping at a moment’s notice if needed, and helping people through the “gates”.

My name is Cara and I am 10 years old. My family and I went on a wonderful adventure with Paul from Into the wild. We had an absolute blast. I loved every moment of it, especially hiking through Lynn Canyon Park and the bike ride over Lions gate bridge into Stanley Park. What really made this day amazing was that Paul was so kind and nice to me. He encouraged me when it got tough. Kept us all smiling throughout the day. And we learned a lot about the history and culture of Vancouver. Such a fun experience highly recommend into the wild for a family fun adventure. I will never forget this Amazing day.

“Happy Days!” That’s the expression you will hear from Paul time and time again! And it’s true. I just came back from doing my 4th cycling trip with Paul and I can’t wait to plan my next adventure with him. You will likely never meet a nicer fellow. Must be that Irish charm! So professional, fantastic bikes, fantastic tunes in the vehicle, always the best restaurants and treats you so well. Always gives you options and always makes every adventure so fun. I highly recommend planning any type of adventure with Paul, whether it be one of his cycling trips or any other adventure he offers. And I’m not just writing this review because he promised me a custom Into the Wild jersey!!! Thanks Paul for everything!!

Just got back from a 5 day bike trip thru the Okanagan Valley. 250km over 5 days and I'm not a cyclist. We cycled on mountains, tunnels, thru wineries oh my!There were 9 of us in total plus Paul, the tour operator. We ranged in age from our mid 40's to mid 60's. I loved this trip. The people were great. The atmosphere was great. Paul was a great leader. Generous. Easy to get along with. We had alot of laughs. My wife and I are planning to do another trip with Paul next year! Maybe Victoria Island!

I needed new ski boots and was treated like family. From start to finish, my experience with this business was top notch. Management and staff were extremely knowledgeable and cared about the responsibility they have ensuring skiers hit the slopes safely. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks guys!
20 bucks entrance and rentals available on site. It's a great spot for snow shoeing and cross-country skiing. A lot of trails are available. There is a cafe on the site with a shop to buy an extra pair of gloves or clothes if you need any. Less crowded than other places, a great spot. Cheers to the nice and friendly staff as well.
Thank you, Whistler Olympic Park and your staff, for an excellent biathlon day trip. The students enjoyed every moment, and the professionalism and safety measures impressed the teachers. Your hard work and dedication provided a memorable experience, and we highly recommend your services.

If you are looking for a new pair of ski boots or skis, here's a great place to shop. Service is excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. They carry Nordica, Lange, Tecnica, Roxa. They help you adjust the boots to binding for free. My husband bought skis for my kids and boots for himself.

I was up there for the 2022 XC Nationals ski races and it was the best time of my life. The staff is really nice and the food is good the restrooms are clean and the trails are super fun the signage is super clear, there are maps on almost every trail. The race trails were marked super well to, with an official on all the crossings and major hills and turns, they also had ski patrol out by all the bridges crossing over the brooks. The biathlon range is super nice and for me being a biathlete it was really cool to be on an Olympic biathlon range. So overall this is by far the best ski park that i have ever raced in.

Friendly and affordable!!

Family of four including 2 child looking for snowboard equipment. We actually arrived an hour before the shop close but the staff Ben is very helpful ,as we worry we don’t have enough time to complete the rental.
Everyone need to measure their high ,weight and shoes sizes to find the right board and boots.Do suggest come earlier to do so because it takes time.

Great experience!Sorry to cause you guys like 20min late from closing.

Absolutely recommended ,specially beginner and families .

Damnnnn - im impressed at the service here. The girl was so knowledgeable about beginner vs advanced Nordic skis and showed me how to measure all the right sizes. They weigh you to make sure it’s the correct ski size. There’s also someone here to check your merchandise before you leave to make sure it’s good. Normally they don’t sell second hand stuff but I was able to get pre-owned Nordic ski boots that someone owned for a small discount. They have a rent to own program also, where the first year you pay 70% and then the next year to own you pay the remaining 30%. Got my Nordic ski set for around 400$ total. Love it. They also sell mitts and jackets etc
Pretty awesome seeing various venues used for the 2010 Winter Olympics. Exciting and great memories for Canadians. We spent one full day in the area snowshoeing recently. Very easy to navigate to the entrance and huge parking lot. You pay for the day. The roads were well plowed despite the recent snowfalls. We did Stadium Explorer and Wetland Wanderer with our snowshoes. This totalled about 6 kms and some good elevation gains. Pretty excellent snowshoeing with great vistas and being alone within the forest. Volunteers keep the trails in good shape and we were alone quite often. You can obtain a trail map which is super helpful in navigating. Also, the centre can provide answers, food and drink.

Really busy at all times! But huge variety of products for skiing, cross country skiing snd skating!
Prices are fair, not as cheap as you’d expect but all good brands are available!
Staff can be rude at some point but that is alright!
Otherwise, I recommend that store

You love it or you hate this place... the business concept is brilliant. Sell high level winter equipment in a run down place, and go with volume volume volume...
One advice for skaters: do NOT sharpen your skates here. They can ruin your blades if you seriously into figure skating.

Service is a bit random - a lot of students with not so much experience, so it’s hit or miss.
A friend and I went cross country skiing here and had a fantastic time. The trails were clearly marked and well groomed. There are lots of trails for all skill levels and some where dogs are allowed. The day lodge is comfortable with rentals, a small shop and excellent food in the cafeteria!
