Came to get some answers to my questions about the gym and the lovely Jasmine was very knowledgeable about the business. Seems like a friendly small town “everyone knows everyone” kinda gym. Can’t wait to get started.

Amazing gym. They have everything you need to be Mr Olympia. It's hella busy but tbh I can't blame em: for the price (~75 dollars a semester for grad students) it's an insane deal. You could get very buff here.

I had an amazing experience at the Four Seasons Spa in Toronto for Thanksgiving weekend. The spa itself is luxurious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to unwind. I had a massage with Greg, who was absolutely fantastic—he was professional, attentive, and made sure the whole experience was relaxing and tailored to my needs. The location is perfect, offering a serene escape right in the city. Highly recommend Four Seasons Spa and will definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Had a lovely spa day at the Four Seasons. Spent some time by the heated pool before my service. Had a relaxing facial with a wonderful face massage from Kathy. Then relaxed with a chamomile tea in the lounging area. The amenities are beautiful. There are
crystals in the treatment rooms as well as in the water decanter. The robs are soft and fluffy. They have truly thought of everything. Highly recommend.

The amenities are first class.

Literally the best gym. All the help and love has been nothing shy of amazing. The text of hey haven’t seen you in a while got me right back to it. Thankful for a place I can come and grow towards my health goals.

Just signed up at the Tillsonburg location! The staff have been great and up front with information about fees and policies. Looking forward to being able to come by any time I need with 24hr access. Going for a coaching deal too, seems like a great location
Love this gym! I have been a member for almost a year now and have had only good experiences. I also signed up for personal training as I needed the help & the accountability! The last month I have been working with Ashley, and I have nothing but amazing things to say! She is so great, and makes sure that my workouts will not only get me to my goals, but also that I am enjoying them too. She cheers me on, which is amazing motivation in the gym, and is already helping me celebrate the small accomplishments. Thank you Ashley!
Have been coming here for several years and noticing that it is getting more and more crowded no matter the time of day. Lane swim seems to have lineups frequently. Weight room is seems to be operating at high capacity as well. Cleanliness of facilities is not where it used to be.

Hahaha I don't want to rate it 5 stars because then maybe it will start filling up but this is a great gym. Other than maybe 3 machines it has everything you could need, people are friendly, space is quite clean and the gymgoers are mostly solid folk. Its got a sauna, showers, 4 racks and 1 squat rack (2 would be perfect) but there are plenty of choices and options and its rarely busy during off peak hours
I recently visited [River Grove Swimming Pool ] for a fun swim and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The changing rooms had a strong smell of urine, and it was clear that some people were urinating there. The washrooms were also extremely dirty and unkempt, making the entire visit very unpleasant. Considering I paid $15 for entry, I expected much better hygiene and maintenance. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this facility and cannot recommend it to others.

I had a personal trainer, Ashley, she was awesome. Ashley was friendly, knowledgeable and soooo patient. I would highly recommend her to help you achieve your fitness goals!

The gym is a clean space with everything you need to have a good workout. The app is amazing with personalized workout plans and more. The staff was very helpful showing me around and helping me sign up for my membership. Anytime Fitness Tilsonburg is great!
Excellent facility. Clean and well run. Timings are fixed and the schedules are available online. For visitors like me please be aware that not all children can use the winding slide. Your child must be wearing a green band ( which indicates that you have passed the swim test) in order for your child to use it.
The slide in the deep end also requires for the guardian to be present in the water in order for the child to use the child with a life vest if needed.

It’s a grungy gym. You go in to work out. Nothing more really. It’s not pretty for Instagram photos or whatever influencers do these days at the gym. Only thing I have against it is that a lot of the equipment is run down or broken and doesn’t seem to ever get fixed or maintained properly. Many machines are missing pins etc. however it has everything you’d need in a gym. Also wish it didn’t close so early in the evening but at least they open fairly early so that’s a bonus.
Overall, it's an okay gym. Though I can see why others may dislike it. There is a very wide selection of machines. Many I had not seen before, including this four arm machine (photo attached). Otherwise, the place was fairly dirty and neglected, and the machines were dated.
I love GoodLife and this location is great. The only thing I have to say is they for some reason do not offer tanning at this location. The beds work but they just don’t offer it. Otherwise would rate this 5 stars if they started offering tanning again.
I have been a member for a good while at this gym. The 24/7 concept really works for me and equipment is more than enough for my needs. If anyone is reading this few lines,and don't have a membership at all I can honestly say this is an excellent place to get involved. It will make no difference what your age group is you will have a friendly environment. This is provided by the staff specifically Jasmyne. Now we have a very clean and safe environment. We have incentive post training tips, you will feel involved. I can recommend this gym to anyone ,who is thinking about joining for the first time, or trying out a different place.
Great location to get a solid workout. The plate Loaded machine selection is fantastic. The dumbbells go up to 120 lbs which was great for me. Staff is very friendly and helped me get acquainted with the gym.
My favourite spa in Toronto. They have all the amenities and staff are friendly. There are small bites and tea at the lounge.
This place is an absolute dump. I've used four different Crunch locations, and this is far and away the worst. The locker rooms have water pooling all over the floor. The machines are old and in extreme disrepair. There seemed to be only ONE employee on duty, and she spent the whole time I was there chatting with her friend at the front desk. Zero staff on the top floor with the equipment. The staff are not replacing the sanitizer and paper towels, so no one is wiping the machines down, and they're all covered in rotting sweat. Two teenagers started a fistfight in the locker room as I was leaving. And to top it all off, some sales guy started trying to sell me workout supplements the second I left the gym.
This place is an embarrassment to the entire Crunch chain, and I strongly recommend the company do literally anything to address this. Super disgusted by my experience.

This gym is okay if your sole intention is to get fit. The gym maintenance and men’s washroom is horrible. There are three urinals, one leaks onto the floor, the other one is “out of service” with no intention on fixing it. There’s always a puddle of urine under the urinals. The showers are absolutely disgusting. There’s a new sign that says no hot water and I don’t think they intend to resolve that issue like they did with that urinal. There aren’t any 15lb dumbbells anymore. There was a fitness studio space that is no longer available anymore because apparently the church nearby owns the property of crunch fitness and now uses it for storage. The staff members are nice. Don’t waste your money and only get the $10 plan if you can stomach all of their inadequacies.

Been going every 7 weeks or so for the oxygen 3-in-1 facial. Absolutely love Julia & Sophia for aestheticians, great relaxing experience
I’m familiar with big university gyms and the gyms in town but I’ve always preferred and look forward to going to Anytime. Warm hellos and smiles from the staff makes you feel welcome and not to mention the respectable gym goers which reinforce that feeling. The gym may be tiny but it is definitely mighty as novice and experienced lifters go alike. The dumbbells are always in order and you don’t feel like you’re gonna get some undiscovered bacteria as the gym is always impeccably seemingly perennially clean. 10/10 would recommend

Have to give it some rating so its 1 star. The place barely has any proper maintenance and charge a ridiculous price for cancellation of the membership. They advertise free cancellation at any point but try to do their best to scam you into giving them money once you realize how bad the gym really is. If you re considering it please dont and save your money.
It can be so difficult to make it to the gym, especially in the early morning before work but Jake at the front desk is amazing! The other day I stumbled in and he was so welcoming and encouraging, he even encouraged me on my way out and made me look forward to coming back. They may think their job isn't that important but small gestures like that really make a difference in servicing the guests. Thanks Jake!!

I never see any staff maintaining the gym. Members hardly clean up after themselves which I think is reflected by the standards of management. You can't even find matching dumbbells in the dumbbell section cause one person will bring dumbbells to the other side of the gym and just leave it there after they're done. Need more stations set up for wipes/spray to clean the machines. Why are there only a few bottles in the middle of the gym? It'd be much more sanitary and convenient for everyone if there were just multiple cleaning stations at each side of the gym.
Washrooms are also gross. Floors always have some leak or puddling. You can hardly take a piss without stepping in some.
Overall it just doesn't seem like management cares enough about the place. I used to go to world gym (now called powerhouse) for 10$/month and it is 1000% much more with it. Cleaner and more maintenance.

This arena has a really great (comfortable) temperature for spectators. The view at the end is awkward, but other than that is unimpeded. The facility is meticulously clean - especially the washrooms.
I normally love goodlife but this is not a very good location. I normally go in Toronto area which has much much better facilities. At this location, the treadmills are not good. One of them was skipping, the other was bouncing when I ran, then one actually started to shock me. I could feel the electrical current through my body and my hair standing up. I was very concerned about the dangers associated with that as it was clear to me the machine was not functioning; I alerted staff who briefly looked at it and did not rope it off. The mats and equipment were also dirty. Pictures attached. Would not recommend joining.
SOME of the staff were helpful towards me today when my bag was stolen in the locker room and my car keys wallet and ID were all taken. What bothers me most is the fact that this facility has had a car stolen from this place last Thursday same instance..many other cars stolen by a 14 year old boy and there isn't a single warning notice or information about this to keep people aware and it keeps happening! Where is the prevention action taken by the city or the facility to keep its members and users safe from theft??? I'm so upset that this person has my address and the key to my vehicle. It's just a headache to replace the cards etc but they know where I live and can come take my car whenever.

My husband and I waited in line for 10 minutes to purchase memberships. We were the only people in line and when it was our turn, the staff member Anna, put up the register CLOSED sign and left (presumably to go for lunch as it was 11:40)
Thankfully staff member Karen W. offered to help us even though she wasn’t responsible for registration.

Came here to watch my husband play hockey. The facilities were well set up. There were seats alongside the ice rink. There is also a viewing area with seating for spectators to watch through a window.
This is my favourite rec centre in the city. It has ample parking, both regular and accessible. It's always clean and so many people use it that has to be hard. I never have a bad experience here. I love their pool, likely the best in the city. Wave pool, lazy river, diving pools, sauna, hot tub... ample amenities at this location. The staff are always friendly and understanding as well.
Good place to go for casual people like myself. Gym is not perfect, but it's better than the ones I've been so far. They have enough equipment that I hardly need to wait to use something, even on peak hours. Changing room need some loving though, I advise wearing flipflops or something. Never been in the pools but steam room is nice. What sold me is the fact that if I want to cancel my membership it's hassle free.

Such a beautiful spa. I’ll definitely be back! I feel like they don’t overbook people which is nice because often I had the whole pool or sitting area to myself so it was ultimate relaxing. I also went on a weekday which could have been why. Everything from the music to the ambience was so relaxing. I did the lime and macadamia 90 minute scrub and wrap and my god was it absolute heaven. The staff are amazing. The facilities are so clean. For anyone that’s going with the opposite gender, the pool and hot tub area in these pics are shared which is nice. The steam rooms are in the changing rooms. Can’t wait to go back!!!
Drove 2hrs to visit steamy p00. It was a wonderful experience, for the most part. The steamy p00 as described was indeed very steamy, and there was a fair amount of p00, which pleased me. However, due to not having a great memory, I left my sunroof open. When I returned, there was also steamy p00 in my vehicle. During the process of wiping it up off my center console and seats, I suffered some pretty bad steam burns from the p00, and the smell lingered for the drive home. Hands down, I would return, but make sure all my windows are closed. The staff were pleasant. Expectations of the steamy p00 on my windshield were surpassed. Highly recommend making the trip to get steamy p00 on your windshield!
They offer top-notch wellness programs with highly skilled instructors. The swimming pools are fun, and the indoor courts are perfect for various sports. Ample parking makes it convenient, and the kids' park and walking trail are a bonus!
I've always been slightly intimidated by dance classes.. but UV was amazing in making me feel welcome and totally comfortable. I had my intake with Christine, she was so kind to take the time to review my skill level with me so that I would be placed in the correct level for classes. In as little as 5 classes I learned SO much and it made a huge difference in my fitness, each class is so impactful and 10/10 worth it!
Terrible customer service - they seem lost. Their website advertises several personal trainers, but only when you buy a pack of 10 sessions, you realize there is only one trainer that is working. Their booking system online is from the 80s - you will want to stab your own eyes out by the time you can actually buy a membership and book a seasion. Finally, there is no phone number, you have to send them an email so troubleshootimg issues and asking questions takes days...awful.
Our everyday spot now, especially for our infant who spends time in the play room and the kiddie pool. Massive facility, staff is mostly good barring a few grumpy people. Facilities are good, can be maintained a bit better. Changing rooms at the pool need cleaning more often, kids tend to pee in there and it's nasty sometimes ! Also, when you get out of the pool, there is a cold draft of air , making it extremely uncomfortable, wish someone could fix it. These are the only reasons I am giving this a 4/5.

I started with 1 hour deep tissue massage and I loved it!!! My RMT, Marius, was excellent, welcoming and very professional.
The facilities are amazing, I specially loved the steam room, it was super super hot!! OMG and the bathrobes were so cozy, especially all warmed up after the massage!
I relaxed on their beds, their lounge areas as well as by the pool.
All the staff was extremely welcoming and super friendly, I had such a wonderful time at this spa.

My kids go to swimming classes at this community Center. We must have by now tried 5 community Center for swimming classes. All places are good. However this one is amazing.
The pool is quite big and best part is the filtration at this pool. This would be among very first one to do it. The building is new and faculty is nice.
There are other fitness facilities at the community Center but it is not big one.
There is nice trail in the backside. So if your kids are taking lesson.. spend sometime outside.

Updated and clean community centre. Squash courts, pools, gym space and lots of rooms to use and great access to fields and trails outside. Friendly helpful staff. Katie was helpful and knowledgeable and proud of the Mississauga facilities. Not as busy as places like Erin Meadows. Sadly, the only thing it's missing is a library. Parking is sufficient.
Outdoor arena is free. Bring your own skating. Nice trails and a few separate rink areas for hockey

Decent facilities. Good staff. Gets very crowded during peak hours. I don't know why half of the fitness center is cardio machines. During peak hours, it's common to see people waiting in line for equipment while 3 people are running on the treadmills. It will probably make more sense during the winter though.

I did reply back after mentioned to check with my cc company (SEPT 12) when it was not my cc or my fault at all it did not go through and it turned out to be your studio app that caused the issue . There was very little apology for the difficulty of this.

I'm not even sure where to begin. McGill raised the price during the summer and cut down the hours. The administrative staff always makes mistakes about the fitness pass and locker assignment. You will have to run around like a headless chicken to fix it because nobody knows anything. The gym is crowded and the hours are ridiculous. Also, a lot of unprofessional staff. The booking system is from 1990 so it hardly works. The change rooms are moldy and filthy. I moved on to another gym and never wanted to look back.
I’ve been going to UV since beginning of Jan, and I haven’t looked back since. I am forever grateful for this studio, the teachers are very skilled, kind and supportive. It’s a safe space for everyone and there’s absolutely no judgment. I recommend this studio to everyone, and I can’t stop talking about it. Give it a try!
Arena is well maintained and has nice ice. Only has 2 showers in the rooms however which is brutal for a team of 14+ guys. The rooms are nice and updated with scanners instead of keys. Easy access to the ice. Is far away to drive if you don't live northside though
It's a beautiful studio, and they offer so many different types of classes. The instructors are all patient and kind, and it is a great, judgement free atmosphere to learn and have fun. At the same time, the instructors are all knowledgeable and helpful. I'm pretty excited to learn more each class!
I went with my kids to the pool today and I was amazed by this place. It has a normal large pool, a kids pool with slides and a hot water jacuzzi Spa pool. It looked clean, everything good. Dressing rooms good, and the only consideration if any is that almost all lockers were full and this space was too small. The shower and dryers also were limited. I am giving 4 stars, but I think that 4.5 is fair.
Nice facilty but they didn't clean the ice before our game. We came back for a hockey practice and the ice was much better. The change rooms were clean. Seems to be a fairly well run facility aside from our first experience.
After taking an introductory package I quickly decided that their environment is amazing, the instructors are top-notch and the person on the phone who does the admin went above and beyond to make me feel like my business was valued and appreciated. I’ve since become a member and I love this workout! They break everything down and really give you instruction on what you should be doing! Highly recommended to anyone!

One hour workout window with 100 people capacity that is always full. You need to pre-register at least one day prior and most of the timespans are already full. You have to wait for each equipment to be free esp the squat area which is always crowded. You cannot give people space and you keep hearing wear your masks while talking or walking! Isn’t it better to reduce the capacity instead?
The stuff also do their workout there.
The ventilation is also very poor.

LOVE UV! I thought I'd come and try a class just for fun, but ended up finding an amazing community of supportive people and an amazing new hobby. They have a variety of classes that cater to a variety of interests and goals, and can't wait until in person classes are a thing again. In the meantime, the virtual classes are great. Would 10/10 recommend!

After taking 6 beginner classes here I think I can leave a review. I highly recommend this studio to everyone. Great location (feel super safe compared to some other studios... ), great instructors (really cares about each individual), reasonable class contents for beginners, and great environment. I feel so lucky that I found this place.
Was at a friend's birthday party earlier this year. Considering using it for a future event
I had my 50th birthday at the MSRC and it was wonderful. the set up of the room n size was wonderful. kirchen was clean n had updated appliances n great counter space
I have been to several pole studios in the city, and UV is my favourite! It is a very tight-knit community of friendly students and staff. The intimate class sizes make it easier to get instructor-feedback and to make friends. While some other studios have either technical classes or erotic choreography classes, I love that UV has lots of both! Plus frequent showcases for students of all levels to gain performance experience :)

Very clean, fresh Gym. Wonderful environment been going for almost 2 years now. Respectful staff and clientele will let you be in your own world and do your thing without being bothered. You can ask for advice whenever. People across all ages come here. They pick their staff very well from the young ones to the senior ones and you will be well regarded and treated no matter who you are.

great gym with nice and friendly staff that are happy to help if needed. Try going the morning or after 6-7 if you don't like when there is too much people ( 4-5 o clock is really a time to avoid since it's packed at that moment ). Another good point is that with some type of subscription you can pick you can get access to some course , the pool and other things like that in the same building
Good track experience Post pandemic experience at times terrible. Track is not supervised so children are on the track during some games. This is very dangerous when trying to run. The fitness center is very hot. Despite being told the AC was working in June this was difficult to believe at 22 C. Now it is at 24 to 27 C. The music is brain blasting. Some students are obviously training for a degree as disc jockey. Despite mentioning this to the supervisor, I was told the students get excited. Weights are left lying around so it is easy to trip. Very difficult to do training under these conditions.

This gym is the perfect example of why it's important for a gym to be managed by someone who works out, or at least has an understanding of it. GM is always nit picking when people are just trying to train. Coming up to people mid set telling them they have to deadlift on a platform, even when there isn't one available. Constantly nagging people about their footwear, even when they are wearing shoes that are litteraly for power lifting. Telling people what plates can go on what bars. All this while the gym never has enough cable attachments, have to search the whole gym just to find a set of D handles. Half the cardio equipment out of order, paying for tanning and a 24 hour gym when they offer neither.
If you want a gym that you can tell cares about your training do not come to this goodlife. I live 30 seconds from this gym and more often then not I'm driving 15 minutes to go to the chemong goodlife because they actually care about people having a good workout.

Great summer camp facilities. I feel that my children are lucky to have access to such a high quality professional complex. Kudos
