Excellent aroma in the store. Wes helped my sister and I pick out lovely chocolates and gave us a very good lesson on chocolate and how it’s made and the importance of buying real chocolate which is what they sell. Wes is very personable and kind, definitely seems like a valuable employee as he takes the time to educate the customers so they know the reasoning for the prices and how to identify real chocolate.
Owner was busy making chocolate when we came in. He took time to explain the process to us. Had a very awesome selection of chocolates and other treats. Will definitely go back next time we are in the area.
Wes is a great person. He knows his chocolate and I learn new things every time I come in to his store. My husband and I have been walking into his store for the past 10 years. The shop is always clean and the products always look fresh. It’s the best dessert in town!

My husband preordered chocolate covered strawberries, picked them up at the correct time and was home within 15 minutes of picking them up. The strawberries are mushy and old and watery. They look vey old. Disappointing since they’re so expensive.
I’m currently sitting in my car reading reviews and wishing I didn’t come here because I’m having the same issue a few other people have written about. The business hours online and on the door say that the shop opens at 9:00am. I have given them the benefit of the doubt thinking someone would be in to open up any minute now… but it’s been 25 minutes. Pretty ridiculous. I would seriously advise them to either update their business hours or hire someone dependable. Disappointing.
Delicious, fresh, REAL chocolate. Wes was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products he makes. I didn’t expect to learn something new but chocolate is obviously his passion and it was great talking with him. 10/10 service and goodies, will definitely be returning

Would not recommend this location. I tried to order an arrangement for delivery in Lincoln… 15 minute drive from the store and I was informed they do not deliver to that area. Besides the fact that there is a huge area that isn’t being serviced as the Burlington location only goes as far as Grimsby. The lady on the phone was so rude. After she informed me that they do not deliver to Lincoln, she just hung up on us. Didn’t even ask or give us the chance to pick up the order. This location did not receive my business, tried the Burlington locations and they were so accommodating and great customer service. Would not recommend the St. Catherine’s location
I got my wedding favours from here and they are PERFECT! There was a small issue with 2 of the bottles that arrived and they were kind enough to send me a replacement. Highly recommend :)
The arrangement is fresh and delicious but knocked off stars for the poor customer service. First of all, we didn't get notified the timeframe the delivery will be made. It's a perishable so obviously we had to be home to receive it. We didn't get that info until we called them ourselves. Second, the delivery lady had serious attitude when she couldn't find our townhome unit. She was sassy with my husband when she couldn't locate us even though my husband walked out to the street to meet her. For paying over $100 for some fruit, you'd expect better service.
My fiance and I visit Della Terra anytime we need a re-fill on our olive oil and balsamic vinegar or when we want to add a new flavor to one of our recipes.
Tina and Gabriella have the best selection in the Niagara Region and always make us feel taken care of.
We have the option to try any of the flavors (seriously they allow you to try everything) and share great recommendations to pair with their products.
I highly recommend that you visit Della Terra as they're an incredible local business and a fun place to shop!

Wes Atkinson (store manager) is SO knowledgeable about chocolate and is so clearly passionate and there for the love of food. It was like walking in some sort of tasty museum, learning fun facts as he told us enthusiastically all the things he knows. Truly proud of him! Love to meet people like that. Great experience. Made our chocolate strawberries taste so much better this way. Wish Wes made youtube shorts or something! Would love to learn more. 👍
I worked with Tina and her team on my wedding favours, and it was an awesome experience. Tina proactively called and took the time to ask about and understand my wedding theme/colours and custom designed a label within a few days. I picked them up, and Tina even helped us get them to the car and loaded. The favours were very cute and professionally put together, and very popular with the guests. Would highly recommend for any custom event or occasion gifts!

Ordered a bereavement bouquet online for same day delivery. Unfortunately this store was incapable of completing my order and informed me that delivery would be scheduled for the following day (Wednesday).
This was not acceptable for my order because the person the bouquet was for would be burring his brother (hence the condolences gift) on that day and would not be home to accept the bouquet.
In order to avoid any further mistakes I took it upon myself to go to the store in person to request the delivery be done on Thursday instead of Wednesday.
Warning: Beware of the elderly woman behind the counter that doesn't wear a uniform!!! She is rude, unprofessional and will ignore any request you make.
Not only was the bouquet sub-par. It was dumped at the front door on Wednesday!!
Simple solution: I will never again place an order and I will advise everyone to avoid this store at all cost.

Unfortunately theres nothing awesome about this business - they steal ideas from other local small business owners and pretend they are their own.
I cannot express how much I LOVE this store. The quality of their product as well as the staff is AMAZING! They made my wedding favors for my wedding and they were such a hit!! Tina you are so fabulous and amazing! I will be coming back for years to come and recommend everyone to go check them out!!
My experience was very positive. I needed the order to come before the end of the work day to surprise my manager on her birthday, and the team did everything they could to make that happen. Phone service, assembly and delivery of the gift were professional, prompt and courteous. I am very grateful!

My mom loved her birthday Wish-tini and roses combo. She said the fruit was fresh & delicious and the dipped chocolate was good quality. I had excellent service ordering by phone and I was very happy they were able to deliver just a few hours after I ordered.
We purchased assorted olive oil flavors as wedding favours for our guests. The selection is amazing, the price is very reasonable, and Tina was fabulous to work with! I didn't have the chance to taste all the flavours, but the blood orange and rosemary were amazing! I highly recommend Della Terra!
this lovely little store was packed with a plentiful variety of different flavors and styles of chocolates, there's definitely something for everyone's taste here. everything was clean and organized, and Wes was very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. i will always come back here for their delicious chocolates, especially around gift giving holidays! :)
I’ve used this particular store for delivery of arrangements multiple times, and they’ve never disappointed. I most recently sent an anniversary box of dipped strawberries with balloons to my wife’s workplace and it went seamlessly! The store has always called me a day before delivery to confirm my order & ensure the delivery date is correct. The fruit is always fresh & the presentation is beautiful. My wife loves it every time!

I recently ordered a couple of gift baskets to give to my clients as housewarming gifts. And I must say, these gift baskets are really well thought out and beautifully presented and packaged! Realty Gift Basket and team far exceeded my expectations. I originally thought they only deal with realtors, however after speaking to them they showed me the wide variety of gift baskets they have for all types of special occasions. I was looking for a special gift for house warming, baby showers, wedding gifts (etc) and they have every gift made perfect for those specific occasions. The products are one of the highest qualities I have ever tried. Very impressed with the delivery time and customer service as well. 5 out 5 and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Guess they don't care when they open, clearly marked online and front door 9am-2pm.i was at the Langley location at 9:05am and was not open. Called the number on the door and a lady answered from vancouver. I asked why they were not open yet and she said the manager was on the way. Finally at 9:32am they finally opened up, she said she had car trouble, I highly doubt that as I have already read about the poor reviews online about this location. Maybe head office should do something about this location.

A huge thank you to Lydia and Della Terra for putting together my wedding favours. I cannot say enough great things about the service I received and the quality of the oil and vinegar -- absolutely delicious, the best flavoured oil and vinegar I ever tried! Lydia was fantastic to work with, quick to reply and made the whole process incredibly simple. They were able to make custom bottle labels and tags as well. I live over an hour away but will definitely be back for more flavors! Thank you so much again for helping make our wedding truly special.
They did not send or even prepare my order on time and didn't reach out to me to let me know if there was going to be a problem with delivering my order on the day I requested. When I called the store to get an update, there was no answer. Update - when I eventually spoke with a manager they were very kind and helpful with fixing the issue. The order was sent out a day late but because of this they sent an extra little gift with it. I've updated the rating to 4 stars because the recipient loved it so much and I appreciate how they fixed the issue.
Exceptional place, amazing customer service as soon as you walk through the door. Very clean and relaxing. If you're looking to get any facial treatments ask for Amanda, she's a godsend! I do not know what I would do if she ever left there. Highly recommend for a relaxing morning, or afternoon!
Every experience from waxing to massages I have had at Humbertown Village Spa have been amazing! I have seen a number of esthetician's and they have all been absolutely great. The ladies at the front desk are so easy to deal with and accommodating, specifically I would like to highlight Shavawn. Every time I call or walk into the spa she instantly makes me feel a warm welcome and knows exactly who I am. She always has a smile on her face and provides the perfect experience! I would highly recommend Humbertown Spa to anyone who may need any of these services, they are an amazing team of people!
Fruit was fresh and delicious. We were a bit late getting home received a call they were at our door and waited for us to arrive what a great birthday present. Loved it.
They were extremely rude when I called them to inquire about their services. Very demeaning and adversarial. Also, beware--the doctor that administers Botox here is not a plastic surgeon or dermatologist. He's an ER doctor! That's super sketchy imo. Won't be paying them a visit.
I got a mani - pedi here and it felt like more of a spa experience than a regular nail appointment. The technicians were very nice and sociable and they gave really good mini massages to my hands and feet. They don't use any harsh chemicals or do fake nails.
I did feel like my technician wasn't really listening well to me. I wanted shellac for my hands but she wasn't really paying attention and did regular nail polish, but it ended up costing the same. The other technician nicked my friend's cuticle and caused bleeding.
That being said, I liked that the place was very clean, used quality scrubs, lotions, and products. However, at the end of the day, the nail polishes are similar to other salons and for how expensive and simple this mani-pedi was, I don't feel like it was worth it. My nails lasted me 3 days before they chipped and cost $110 before tax + tip.

So happy to have found this wonderful full service spa! The team is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and pick the best product or service to meet my needs. My skin has scarring and large pores and with the teams amazing products and custom facials I have noticeable improved skin, I have been using their services now for almost 2 years. Natalie who does my facials is an absolute gem, she is honest and realistic with expectations, and exceptional at her job. She works within my budget to pair me with the right product to meet my needs. This spa has great products to choose from, they are not cheap but they are great quality, and have helped my skin so much! I also have received massages with their registered RMT's they are all awesome!
The spa is clean, well kept, has a pleasant and calming atmosphere and parking is free and always available in the shopping plaza. The management and reception staff are all pleasant, patient and welcoming, they add to a positive experience. Great team, great spa and I look forward to being a customer for many years to come!
