Great ordering experience. Recommend ordering directly from maker vs a third party if you can - better delivery service and you get points for free pizza. Great pies and highly recommend the crust finishers. Franks best + dr pep with spicy vodka sauce 👌🏼
Been here 3 times and I can surely say that I will not go back. Overall, Terroni is pretty mid. Pastas lacked depth, pizza had too much salt, sides were not memorable (and lacked salt).
Would rather spend my time going to the many other delicious Italian spots in Toronto. Good vibes and service but food is definitely not worth the visit.

Great find in the heart of Bloor West Village. Really cool vibe with great tasting pizza and some good IPAs to go along with it. Service is excellent as well.

I went there today (Monday, 19th feb 2024) & the service was outstanding. The Eastern European lady behind the counter was so lovely & positive. She radiated such wonderful energy. She showed me my mushroom Florentine pizza when it was ready, I know it was made with a lot of love. Just wanted to let you know that it was intact & did not break on my walk home & was very delicious. :)
If the manager is reading this, the wonderful lady from Moldova (on the Monday shift) should get a big bonus, as she's doing a FABULOUS job:). I saw the way in which she was interacting with every customer, with so much care & attentiveness. Put everyone in a good mood. This location the food was really good but i got turned off during Covid in 2023 or so i saw one of the employee handling the pizza was picking their nose, so i cancel my order and decided not to go back there again . Not sure if he still works there since i haven’t been back since.
Pizza was simple yet delicious, the accompanying spicy honey sauce was a perfect addition. Mozzarella sticks were crispy and cheese pull was very satisfying. Service was also fantastic, highly recommend!
Excellent Neapolitan pizza place; probably my favourite in the city. Awesome pizza with really good dough and great sauce. Our server was very nice as well, and the actual restaurant has a pleasant Italian ambiance.
I've been going to this location for many years, but today there was a new woman at the front counter. She was the most genuinely considerate, kind, and positive person. The customer service was 10/10. We need more employees like her in every field.

I have ate a lot of pizza in my life but never pizza so delicious, I think if heaven served pizza it would something like this, my tastebuds say thankyou, if anyone is ever looking to impress their guests, order from here or even if you want to treat yourself. I ordered off DoorDash there was something that spilled so don't mind the box looking wet.
Tried MAKER for the first time based on recommendations and was not disappointed. Brought in a variety of Tavern Pizzas into the office and they were an absolute crowd favourite. Especially enjoyed the amazing sesame crust on one of them. Will definitely add this establishment to my list of regular places to order from.

You can't miss this location right at Jane and Bloor by Jane Subway station. Came in on a Saturday afternoon to pick up some of their heavenly cramy garlic dipping sauce. They have quite a big outdoor patio a Pizza Pizza and a decent amount of seating inside.
I really enjoyed having lunch here. I liked how casual it was and you could tell just from the walk in clientele that it’s a beloved local spot. You can be seated or takeout, but eating in is a hybrid of the server bringing you your drinks/food but you order it all on your phone. We got a pizza and a sandwich, and it was a lot of food for two people. We enjoyed both the items we got, but I preferred the sandwich to the pizza. The fresh bread was incredible, the tang from the balsamic was perfect with the saltiness from the meat. I would go back just for this sandwich. The service was also so friendly and we didn’t feel rushed, very chill.
Dined in for a birthday and it was perfect. Such a cozy little restaurant. The service was warm and welcoming. Food and drinks were spectacular. Highly recommend trying this restaurant if you’re curious!
What a fabulous little gem. Started with calamari which was crispy outside, succulent and juicy inside. Then onto my main... a duck ragout pasta that made my eyes roll and my toes curl. Very good value. Our wait person was attentive and friendly. And our dessert, a caramel toffee pudding was ridiculously delicious. Couldn't recommend it more highly. Oh...and I found free parking right outside the door. May for me.

This pizza pizza is simply the best. They use lots of ingredients and make pizzas that simply taste better than any other pizza pizza's I've ever visited.
Plus the staff is always so nice and welcoming, especially the lady who always has a warm smile and nice words for anyone entering.

Can’t be more honest right now this it’s my favourite pizza spot in Toronto . It’s always crunchy super tasty 😋 and very very affordable . I love to always pass by and grab a slice . It’s makes my day .
minimal Crisp, virtually none tiny bit in the crust. very soupy. I heard really good things about the place. not living up to the hype The flavour is OK very doughy crust and soggy, soupy main portion of the pizza.

Ordered one of their meal deals came with a pizza + 8 wings. I ordered this plus 8 extra wings and an ice cream for my visiting friend. No ice cream and it took over 40 minutes to be delivered.
The big problem is there was no ice cream. So I paid almost 10$ for something I'll never get. I hope you enjoy the money you made from me that night. Because it'll never happen ever again!

I ordered pizza tonight via Uber Eats and was really impressed with the service. They deliver the orders themselves and it arrived 5 minutes early, in a car with the pizza in a heated bag. The pizza is hot and delicious and they were very friendly too!

Their Smendozzata pizza is also one of my all time faves. Their spicy sausage with the red onion is just divine. And of course, the antipasto platter. Great food! Always worth every bite!

Good environment, service and tasty food. I found it a bit thirsty even after I came home. We had a great Time, parking available on queen street or side streets.

One of the best Italian restaurants I have been to across Canada. The food was lip smacking good. We had made reservations. The ambience is great. The place was completely packed when we were there. Everything we had was fabulous. The Fungi Ravioli was the clear winner amongst Everything we ordered. Our server Ivana was par excellence withe her service. Friendly, great recommendations and a great smile. A must visit place.
Wife and I split a ceasar salad, spinach gorgonzola gnocchi, and lamb shank. The salad was perfectly dressed, the flavours of the gnocchi and lamb were on point and complemented each other nicely. They clearly put in some effort on their Christmas decor. Service was prompt, and we were both stuffed at the end of the meal. It was freezing cold and rainy when we went and it was just what we needed. Price was fair, overall a great experience.

Great place to go in and get a slice. They charge about $6 and have great meat and vegetarian options. We basically grab a few slices every Sunday at this point.
Love this place! Their garlic sauce is amazing. Tried the « to the nines » pizza and it was really good! The toppings are a bit light, would prefer a bit more for their price point. Only ever ordered off DoorDash before and actually visited the storefront this time, didn’t realize there was a bar/coffee shop inside as well. Espresso martini was wonderful
This location is mostly for delivery. But they do have one long table that can seat up to 8 I beleive. ( You can eat there as take out, Or just sit while you wait for your order for pick up).

Very good pizza but I can tell it needs to be eaten soon after it comes out of the oven... This isn't next day pizza... It's right now pizza... Lol... Vokda sauce with Parm and chilly flakes pizza was crazy good
Amazing place! The service was great, I don't know the name of the lady that helped us, possibly the owner, but she was wonderful and helped us right away if we had any questions! The food, I couldn't take a proper photo because I was too excited and ate half the pizza before i could remember to take a good photo but I had a photo of the freshness of the ingredients used to make the pizza! While you're eating they also tempt you with donuts as they make it in front of you! A little bit on the pricier side but definitely worth the taste, the freshness and the service!! Order a supreme lovers pizza without pepperoni and sausage as I don’t eat pork and I get a pizza with 80% cheese 18% veggies and 2% beef, so much of the pizza doesn’t even have a single piece of beef on it, proceed to call and complain and get a lady with attitude working the night shift who says I just need to spend $6 each time to add extra beef to both pizzas if I want a reasonable amount of beef on my pizza which is ridiculous and brings my entire order to $40 instead of $33. And that this she knows it’s barely any beef but that this is the “standard” and refuses to do anything about it, what kind of pathetic standard is 3 tiny pieces of beef on the entire damn pizza. And so I tried to add double beef this time paying for the extra beef and the result is I get 5 pieces! Amazing! And all this is after being a regular customer! Great service!
I ordered 2 specials costing $21.99 each on FridayDec 8. Online I was charged $25 for one pizza. When I called this location to get a price adjustment, the lady told me she couldn't do anything about it. Then the order took 1 hr and 5 min and the 4 free pops and 4 dips weren't delivered. This was the 3rd time I ordered from this location and also the last. I have contacted head office as well.

I don’t know if you noticed but basically half my pizza is not eatable because it’s BURNT and it tasted very bitter. All the pizza tasted super bitter and nasty because of it. ($24)
Side not: none of the pizzas had any cheese (so sad)
Now we had a party of 12 here. Mostly everyone who ordered the pizza had it burnt similar to this.
The Drink:
We also didn’t stop there! We ordered a cocktail ($17) and 100% of the glass was ICE! Thats crazy. I’m not sure if anyone has ever saw that video online of someone pulling the ice out of the glass and the liquid itself is literally 1/3 of the glass.

Never introduced her name….Every. Single. Time she passed by my chair (about 10 or so times) she kept bumping my chair and it was so annoying. People at the table were laughing but I wasn’t. I moved my chair in so much to the point where the person sitting in front of me kept knocking my leg by accident lol. Lastly, at the end, my wife was sitting next to me, you know I had my arm around her shoulder and the server bends down over in between our heads, is pushing on my arm and locking it into place. I legitimately could not move. She did this to pull the dirty dishes from us and move them between our heads! Like why. I’ve never had such bad food and service at once.
Overall:
This is my first time at this location, but 3rd time to Terroni and it was never THIS BAD. Normally from my other experiences I would rate Terroni an overall 1/5 if you order the pizza and 2/5 if you order pasta. Value for money here is terrible.
I personally would never go back and I would need Terroni to invite me back all paid for to change my mind. If that ever happens I’ll give another honest review.
Oh and we also brought them a cake to cut for our friends birthday.. they must have left it out the fridge and the cake came lopsided !

This store is absolutely the worst location I've ever dealt with in my 10 to 15 years of ordering from Pizzaiolo. Every time you order from them through doordash they cancel your order immediately and tell you to use a different store that isn't even on doordash. The service over the phone when I ask questions was utterly awful and I could barely even understand the mumbling and half explanations. They kept telling me to go to roncesville but roncesvalles isn't on doordash.
If you're going to cancel every single doordash order stop being on doordash. I'm disgusted by this service and attitude.

I rarely submit reviews, however, I felt strongly enough that this one was warranted. I’ve been ordering from Pizzaiolo for years and never had a problem. However, I was sick vomiting within an hour of eating my most recent order because the cheese was off. I know this because it smelt funny, I was sick within the hour, and afterwards felt much better. I have deleted my account and I’m disappointed in the quality of the food. Sadly, I will no longer be ordering from this chain.

The staff are friendly and local. Sit anywhere and order your food through the QR code, pay with your phone (so no need to wait for server to order) & the food gets brought to your table.

Horrible stuffed crust pizza. Tried it again at a different location and had an amazing pizza. Don’t waste your money at this location.
Came here with 3 other people, sat at that table beside the washroom. Food and drinks were really good. We got the burrata with focaccia and beef carpaccio to start and both were delicious! My boyfriend and I both got pastas and you can tell the pasta is homemade. I never finish my food but I definitely did here. Espresso martini and the Nutella croissant dessert is so die for, sooo god damn delicious!!

Came here for dinner the other night. They don’t take reservations but we were seated quickly. The tables are a bit close together, makes things a bit awkward when it gets busy.
We shared the burrata appetizer and a pear and walnut pizza. The burrata was really fresh and flavourful. We weren’t able to substitute the gorgonzola on the pizza which was a little disappointing but we still really enjoyed it.
Would come back again!

The pizza tastes good but is doughy. All the tables were dirty.
I've been eating here for a few years. They make authentic Italian pizza, great atmosphere, and decent speed of service. Other mains are delicious also. The only criticism I have is the speed of service. Don't be hangry, but have an appetite.

Fast friendly service. Was pleasantly surprised to be able to buy a slice of vegan pizza (whole wheat Diana) at a chain spot. I’ve heard that many locations have stopped offering this by the slice- please continue offering it always! Super delicious and healthy! 😃

Maker is one of the best pizza shops in the city. Great quality ingredients, lots of unique flavours to choose from. I personally love them.
I’ve been here for a lunch slice over 5 times and yesterday was the first time I was allowed to sit inside.
Previously it had seating and tables but it was reserved for the delivery men or whoever was packaging boxes. Which didn’t really make sense considering there was 1 person and a large area for myself to sit, but wasn’t allowed too.
Fast forward to this week, I had my slice and chilli oil. Both were great. Yes prices are a little much and the size of the slice has completely changed towards a smaller portion. But I still enjoy the quick bite.
If maker could offer more options for slices, and stick to larger portions, I think you’d have more customers returning and perhaps line ups like most shops in NYC.
Hate seeing a big brand change their portions and quality control once they’ve proven to be successful.

Dishonest staff when it comes to their washroom. Sometimes you can dine in - sometimes you can't. If you want napkins or anything make sure you ask a few times for it. Also what the heck happened to the garlic powder???? Ps- no sauce oil based pizza is always a solid option.
The people working there now don't seem to care. Always get a warm or even room temperature slice. The old crew so much better. It will never happen again well it just did obviously very poor management and by looks of it I'm not the only one complaining about this. There used to be an older guy working there he would move the slice around the oven a few times now its like I'm a nuisance asking to keep it in the oven a little longer. Won't be returning.

Gave this place another try after a year and don't think we will be back here again. Easily one of the greasiest pies around. We never got the extra sauce on, like we asked for, wasn't thin crust, as we ordered, and we like it well done but never get that either.
Came here for the second time with friends , great spot for lunch and easy to share! Highly recommend the real American hero sandwich, it’s a big portion but delicious! Fourth man hands down has the best apple fritter in town so you have to finish off your meal with one. Pizza is also decent but again big portion. Short haired lady working at the front is awesome!

Pizza here is good but there are a few things that could be better. The mushroom garlic pizza was by far the favorite in my group as it was the crispiest with good undercarriage. The dough is very flavorful, chef did a good job cold fermenting. Only feedback is that the flavors need to balance more. The pickled onion and balsamic glaze overwhelmed the essence of mushroom and garlic. Perhaps remove onion in favor of onion jam and the balsamic glaze in favor of black truffle oil. The basil which was visually pleasing has no place on this pie. 7.7/10

We celebrated my son’s baptism & 1st birthday at Pizza e Pazzi last weekend. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. We had 40 guests and everyone loved their food. The portions were large and delicious. The customer service was superb. We’ll be back for sure! Don’t hesitate to book them for any private event. They won’t disappoint.
Nodo Junction has been on my must try Italian food list for a few months and it met the expectations! Great Italian food with an inviting menu that will have you coming back to try everything.

Got the special Lamb with mushroom gnocchi, the lamb was cold while the sauce was barely room temperature, the gnocchi was hot but the sauce was pretty cool in comparison, flavours were mid at best, really wasn’t anything to write home about. The ravioli was okay, the asparagus was some of the most bitter I’ve ever tasted, i do enjoy the flavour of asparagus but this was way too much. Im really not picky with food and usually give good reviews even if the food is just alright; service was lacking, no bread to start which other tables had, waitress seemed unsure of her own menu and the food being poorly done all contributed to this 2 star. Seemed like this restaurant got lazy after their previous streak of great reviews. Wont be coming back, dont really recommend.

We live in the area and come in often enough because we like the pizza from pizzaiolo, and more than 3/4s of the time we leave empty handed and have to go somewhere else. Why - at dinner time - with more than 3 hours left of being open do you not have pepperoni or even Hawaiian slices available? If these are frequent common easy sellers, you should be making more! As well I've experienced their staff open and close the oven instantly like that's enough time to heat the slice, and have on more than 3 occasions been witness to some of their daytime staff out smoking with their aprons on (food handling 101), and/or yelling profanities to someone on their phone at full volume - in the no loitering area, inconsiderate to the people who live and work around them who don't need to hear their personal business. Please be smarter at business and the staff more considerate of your surroundings.

Be careful when you order. Asked multiple times how their "extra toppings" charge works. Was told what I ordered would be 1 extra topping. "Yeah this sauce would be free if you do that." They charged me for multiple toppings. Asked for clarification after seeing the receipt and they said "Yeah but after I entered the order the amount went up." but they hadn't bothered to tell me at the time. A half and half pizza counts as 2 toppings too for some reason...

From the outside, this place looks like a hole in the wall, but as soon as you walk through the door the room opens up to this wonderful atmosphere. I usually don't like to sit outside because I'm usually cold, but I am so glad they sat us on their back patio. The atmosphere there was fantastic, they have a gorgeous tree that is wrapped in lights, and the service was still very good. We ordered a Stefano pizza and a side of bread, and then later added a decaf cappuccino. The pizza was really tasty and light, the bread felt freshly baked, and the cappuccino was good but small.
Overall, I would recommend this place for a night out.

I organized a Toronto pizza crawl as an ice breaker for all the guys I'm having be my groomsmen for my wedding next year and this was our first stop.
I'm so happy it was, we started off with the best we visited that day. The staff were amazing, the pizzas were the best we had, the crust was deliciously thin and crispy. And their garlic dipping sauce was divine. If I ever want pizza in Toronto, you bet I'm going to go to this specific maker pizza.

Perfect late night pizza! This pizza shop has slices for sale, they also have pies with a variety of fresh toppings! The pizza pie that I ordered was made fast, fresh, and was absolutely heavenly delicious! The crust was crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The customer service was amazing, as they explained the different options of ordering pizza. Thank you so much!
This Pizza Pizza is hands down the best pizza joint in town! Their mouthwatering pizzas are always fresh, loaded with delicious toppings, and cooked to perfection. The crust is crispy, the sauce is flavorful, and the service is top-notch. A definite 5-star experience!
The food here was fabulous! We had the grilled octopus and it was delicious! The seafood pasta with mussels, clams and shrimp was very well made and very tasty. We also had the squid ink risotto however we weren’t as impressed with that dish. Our server Carl was probably the nicest, funniest and best servers I’ve had the pleasure to deal with. He was top notch ! I’d highly recommend this place!
Been here before and I will it was not as good as it is now, customer service was good, the display of pizzas was nice and full of freshness, the Buffalo chicken Putin I had was filled and hot and fresh I liked it and so were the potato wedges and the pizza was done just right, the parking however is not the greatest do not recommend going during rush hour cause you might not find a spot to park, but I say go by and have a slice on a nice hot sunny day in the outdoor patio they have.
While I normally don't enjoy Italian cuisine as much as others, I did rather enjoy the dishes I had.
Our waitress was friendly, and food was served rather quickly.
Everyone rather enjoyed their meals, while my favorite was the Bruschetta, I also did enjoy the Lamb Skewers. Both were appetizers.

Delicious pizza and coffee, who knew they’d go so well together. Great place that sells wine, coffee and pizza. The pizza crust was thin, soft and chewy. One of THEEE best pizzas in the city. I’ve never had this style of Neapolitan-pizza with such a flavourful pizza sauce as the based. Ordered the Royale Rose and the Mushroom pizza. Would highly highly recommend both. Can’t wait to go back and visit.

I ordered pizza without onions as I didn't eat, but when I got back home and opened it, there were a lot of small cut onions spreded over it. I couldn't able to eat that
I love Pizza Hut but this was the worst pizza I ever had. The dough was still raw for half of my pizza. So raw you could kneed it again….that explains why my order was ready so quickly. Really disappointing.
I was debating on putting this out there but I was so disappointed with my visit last Sunday that I had to post this. Ok, someone from head office should visit this store. Pathetic customer service. The girl doing the front was too busy on her phone that she saw me come in and didn't come to serve me till after 2 mins. She was also on her phone even while taking my order. My slice was given to me cold as a brick. I also found a hair in my slice which made it inedible. Not surprised to say the least since the girl wasn’t even wearing any hairnet or gloves. I usually go to the other location down the street and they always gives my slice warm and in an enclosed tray. When I showed them the picture that I’ve posted of the slice box that I received they said pizza pizza never gives half a box. The store is doing that to cut corners and be cheap. Seriously if you don't want to serve customers you should stay home and not make your customer feel unwelcome. Would like everyone in the neighborhood to know about the bad customer service quality. These guys here think customer I stupid I guess cause with this attitude there are better places to get food for my our hard earned money.
Ordered the Godfather (Extra Thick Crust) pizza through UberEats. Pizza came with thin crust. Restaurant said it was my fault because I didn't pay the "Deep Dish" $3 customization. Told them there is no option to customize to deep dish because it is already an extra thick crust pizza. No apology, no response to my email to customer service. Thankfully UberEats made it right. Never ordering from this place again. Would not recommend.

Ok let me start off this review by saying I normally don’t go to chain pizza joints but if I were to go to one again it would be PIZZAIOLO!!! From the moment they answered my phone call to the last bite of pizza in my mouth I was impressed. Staff was very polite, accommodating and timely. Should have gotten the gentleman’s name on the phone because he needs a raise. The pizza taste was beyond any pizza pizza, Pizza Hut or pizza Nova and can only be described as a combination of heavenly flavours and pure delight. I will absolutely be telling everyone I know about this place that took me too long to go to. Well done pizzaiolo, well done!

Wanted to treat my new-comer to Canada relatives to our best pizza. I was absolutely shocked. Was this done on purpose? There is no way someone at a Pizza shop can make a pizza worse than frozen delisio.
I created a mediterennean with sundried tomato, olives, broccoli and feta. What I received was olives and feta. There was a total of a head of soggy broccoli. The first layer of cheese was nearly non existent. To top it off? The whole bottom layer was waaaaay overcooked. It was like chewing on shards of plastic.
I could have gone to Pizza Pizza and gotten the same for $28 all in... with a consumable Pizza at that.
Apparently their customer service doesn't exist outside of an email ticket. I can't even ask for a refund / credit.
The panzerotti was great though lol. Pizza went to the dogs.

Had the canadiana for lunch. Very tasty pizza. Thin, strong crust, herby oil, tasty sauce, real pepperoni and veggies, perfect amount of cheese. Would definitely recommend!

This is the worse pizza place in Canada. There is no one here and I waited 15 minutes to put in my order because the guy was chatting to his friend and then when I came back in he had forgotten.

I’m not a huge fan of strong lemony dishes but the LPP left me wanting more! Perfectly thin crust and amazingly flavorful! Very interesting collection of wine: and if you’re lucky enough and you happen to walk in while the owner is around, you may even enjoy a small tasting and a very knowledgeable and tempting description of each bottle available for sale!

I love this pizza place it's always delicious and the staff is super friendly. This is my favorite place to get pizza from. The pizza is nice and crunchy, the ingredients are fresh. The salad is also very fresh and taste amazing. They offer a wide range of pizza such as gluten free, whole wheat. I also recommend for picky eats as there are so many choices.
