So helpful. Store was neat and so great to shop in, I appreciate the good lighting. The staff was so friendly and approachable. I was completely at a loss when I went in and it was nice to be greeted so kindly.
I was there yesterday and had the worst customer service experience. The staff here are unaware of the sales and promotions in the store. Also, there are only 3 members of staff in the entire store and all of them are at the cashier. When you get to the cashier after waiting in line, you find out that the price is different and they are unaware of the discounts. It was a super frustrating experience. Ended up walking out of the store without purchasing anything.

I went to Calvin Klein yesterday to pick out a suit for a wedding. Michael's attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me truly stood out. He patiently listened to my needs, offered insightful recommendations, and ensured I found the perfect pieces tailored to my taste. Moreover, his friendly demeanor and professionalism made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Will definitely keep shopping here in the future!
Micheal helped me and my father out significantly in choosing an appropriate suit for my brothers graduation. He gave us numerous amount of options to choose from which suited our needs and we left as happy customers.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of being helped by Michael, who helped me find a last minute suit for a wedding I have this weekend. I couldn't believe the discount he informed me of it was truly too good to pass up. Extremely happy with his customer service
The customer service representative named Michael (long curly hair) was very helpful and informative. I came in to purchase a suit and he was able to provide insight on the different materials and quality of the suit. He also checked in the back room multiple times for sizing and colours. I really enjoyed the shopping experience due to Michael’s help
I had such an amazing experience with Lex at the Mapleview location ! She was super attentive and helped me find soooo many pieces. I even heard her speak with other clients in the store as well ,more retail stores need someone like Lex ! Customer service ok point lex

I had a really good experience with Sara at Calvin Klein in Toronto Premium Outlets. She was super friendly and helpful from the start. Sara helped me pick out a great outfit with her awesome fashion sense. I’d definitely recommend asking for Sara if you’re shopping there. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
Yesterday I went to calvin klein and an employee name Jahanvi, when I asked her name she had a smile on her face and she answered me very politely. And she make sure that I got my perfect size for my jeans as I was so unsure about the size but she suggested me to buy the perfectly fitted jean for me and helped me to buy some items for my mom too and my mom too loved the clothes suggested by her.... Great appreciation...
Make sure to check your items when purchasing the boxed underwear sets. By the time I got home and opened the box, two of the items were the correct size while the third one was a larger size. It appears that the store must've repackaged an open box with wrong items. I don't live close to the store and won't be making the drive back.

The cashier thought the sign might've indicated "up to 60% off" but she too was confused when she went to verify and saw that it was "60% off".
Service by the staff is friendly though, so that's a positive.

Good selection, though a bit pricey
Normally I don't go out of my way to review retail stores, but I had to make an exception because of the wonderful customer service I received from the staff today, especially Harkirat who never hesitated to help me out through my shopping experience. Absolutely incredible store with incredible products and even better staff. Glad to say that I plan on shopping there again!

Wow!!! Before I comment on the fabulous clothes, it’s important that I mention the customer service & intent by Anam. She guided my daughter so well and was so accommodating with finding the right fit for her clothes. And Sara at the fitting rooms’ section was just as good & courteous. Absolutely class service. They both are great for the brand.
The clothing range is a fresh breath of style with beautiful soothing colours. Not the gaudy raunchy stuff that every other brand is trying to sell.

Lots of fitting rooms, helpful staff but not enough “long” or “tall” sizing in pants.
The store is a pot bigger than I expected, which is nice. I'm not sure what it was, but when I walked in, the woman who was working at the front of the store, anytime I seen her looking at me, she looks disgusted and would avoid be close me. Unfortunately, she was the only available sales associate to ask for help, but I couldn't bother with her.
Manager did give the actual price item, first for my sister it was on clearance, she said it’s no on clearance, she didn’t even bother to check the price tag and then for my brother she did give the promotion price that the actually item we got from.
This location has the best service in the area. I think they welcome every single person as they enter the store and someone was always offering to help at every turn. It felt genuine and not driven by commission incentives. I will always return to this location and also found my prefect pair of jean shorts that I'd been hunting for years for.
Went in with my daughter on Tuesday and as soon as we walked in there was a nice sweet girl who greeted us good morning, told us about all theirs sales and helped us find the right clothes for my daughter in she's in a weird teen age she usually has a hard time finding thing that would fit her

It was very busy but the staff made sure to greet us and ask if we were looking for anything. I found it weird that the men’s section was larger than the ladies but there was way more men than women in the store anyway. Lots of great sales. Some of Their shorts were marked down to $29.99 or $39.99 with buy one get one 50% off. Lots of sizes available for men and women and lots of graphic tees, denim and tanks to go around.
My friend found lots of good stuff for herself. The sales were good but most of the Aerie stores have similar sales. So if you plan on making the trip just for the sales I guess it’s be worth it.

Lots of items to choose from. The staff were great. Really friendly and helpful. The could have had a couple of more cashiers to move the line out faster. And it would have been nice if the limited how many people were allowed in the store at once. It was very crowded
Had a great experience at the store doing a return then picking out some new items. The whole team was great from the manager to the person checking us out at the till. Gold standard for customer service.

I love the items the store sells and the staff are great.
My issue is with the manager. There have been a few times I’ve had to return items I purchased online and the manager has been very combative and has an attitude problem. She is lacking the people skills a management position needs.
Again, my experiences with the rest of the staff have been positive. I wish there was another location that was closer because I really dread dealing with this manager.

I love this store. I can always find something great for my kids here. Lots of options, great discounts, too.

The staff wasn’t very welcoming and I don’t think anyone offered help me the entire time I was there. Girls in the fitting room to “help” were swearing and just talking about going to university. That’s all fine, but they were throwing out f bombs and stuff. Not very professional. They were talking about McMaster university. Great way to represent your future university lol.
Tried a polo. Loved it. Went to pay. No one at the register. Waited for 4.5 minutes, no sign of anyone. So I left.

Such a fantastic experience! Liz was such an amazing help! I have always struggled to find the right size bra and after telling her what was wrong she grabbed me a different size bra and it was a perfect fit! They were having an amazing sale and Liz also got me an extra discount for signing up for their texts. Will definitely be going again!
We had an amazing bra fitting experience today with Holly at this Aerie! It was my moms first time shopping at Aerie, the store was packed, but we were treated like we were the only people in the store. With kindness, generosity and her knowledge of the products, Holly was able to help us find exactly what we needed with a positive attitude and energy. The staff at this store are amazing! There are always so incredibly helpful and attentive. I went shopping there the other day and a young girl, Caitlin greeted me at the door. From the moment i stepped inside she was nothing but friendly and helpful. She heard what I was looking for and did her best to help me find it. When we couldn't find it, she was quick to offer alternatives.

Such comfy clothes in a wide variety of sizes and colors. My only complaint is that their online stock checker isn't always accurate but the staff was sympathetic and helped me order the pants I was looking for on their site. I got what I was looking for and am totally in love with my new pants.
