The beach at Jean Dore is absolutely stunning. I decided to explore it on my rented bicycle, and it turned out to be a wonderful choice. The scenic beauty, the gentle breeze, and the serene atmosphere combined to create a truly enjoyable day. I highly recommend visiting this beautiful place for a relaxing and memorable day by the water.
I went on a closed day. I enjoyed the park, the beach and surrounding areas!
The entrance fee for adults is $9.26, which I found reasonable. However, I was disappointed by the water quality, and I wouldn't suggest swimming there. It's better suited for sunbathing.
On the positive side, bringing a locker is a smart idea to securely store your belongings. While I enjoyed the convenience of having my stuff stored safely, I couldn't ignore the abundance of mosquitoes and seagulls, making it somewhat uncomfortable to stay for an extended period.
For a more pleasant time, I recommend bringing your own chair to enhance your beach experience. The presence of families and kids creates a lively atmosphere, but it's worth noting that the weekdays seem to offer a more tranquil visit compared to weekends.

Well done venue for the Pro Beach Volleyball Elite 16
It was alright. My daughter said the pool is more for small kids/children under 11, which I agree with her.
Nice secure place
The like provided a nice escape from the heat, and my kids (7 and 9) loved Aquazilla while I stayed on my towel under the trees. Do not drive. The parking lot is difficult to find, so far away that you have to rely on a bus (comes every 15 min) to take you to the beach. Plus, then you have to pay for parking.
Good place to visit, chill, and enjoy good moments with friends and family!

Clean beach with $9 entry fees. Age under 2 years is free. Accessible through STM just right in front of the beach. Good space for car parking for $20 whole day and $14 for two hours.
Water is clean and lots of chairs and table to relax along with shade.
Washroom is clean and they have two food truck (sausages, burgers, poutine) and other for drinks.

Great work but needs some serious updates especially the outdated and poor playground for the older kids. Pool never opens on time, closed often because of chlorine water level issues. They give out now free sports equipment for kids which is nice.
Beautiful park. The bathrooms were open so that was great.

Has tennis courts, a baseball diamond and a couple soccer fields, has a hockey rink in the winter. A pretty small pool next to a small playground. Average park
Great soccer, baseball and tennis facilities. Well kept and maintained. The bigger park used to be better but still ok for kids. Watch out for swings, if rusty they can break. All the sports facilities are lots of fun!
