The service was great and everyone was really friendly! It’s a cute vibe and all the baked good options look super yummy. We got the kindered cookie, the cookie croissant and salted caramel lattes, which were all great! A little bit on the pricier side but would still recommend checking it out!
I’ve genuinely never felt so much hospitality at a cafe in the way that I have experienced at Browned. The store owner and baristas take the time to get to know you, remember your frequent order, and provide quality baked goods and drinks. More than once have I entered with the intention to grab a coffee and have come out with pleasant conversations that highlight my day. It is one thing for food service to be top notch, but the customer experience brings me back for more. Their morals and values are ones I uphold highly. Thank you to the Browned team for being a staple in my London Ontario coffee scene! I exponentially recommend stopping by.
We got all the cookies from here and some coffees the coffee is great and it feels good to support local businesses! The cookies and 100/10. Each flavour tastes exactly as described not just like fake sugar. They’re all made fresh to order and it’s impossible to wait to eat them. The kunafa cookie is a must try
Best cookies in london? Been to the downtown location before and for some reason the new location tastes better. I tried many places and never I have this goey-soft-crunchy round consistency. IMO its a bit sweet, but at the end of the day cookie is sweet. Would come back for other flavours ❤️
Me and my husband got the iced matcha latte and the karak chai latte. Hands down best drinks we’ve ever had! The food was amazing as well. We would definitely recommend this place!
Cookies are over-sweetened. Can’t taste much other than sugar. The Kunafa flavor is especially disappointing. Pricing could have been better given the small portion and the fact there’s no dine in option.
Cookie was irresistible. More on soft/gooey side. The cardamom coffee was probably the best I've had in Canada, though I don't try much. I am a very picky coffee drinker nevertheless.
Blown away by this bakery! Both the knafeh and original chocolate chip cookies were amazing, not too sweet, and the knafeh especially was one of a kind. I was also very impressed with both their drip and cardamom latte and was not surprised to hear they source their beans from some of the best roasters in Toronto.
The owner was very kind and sought out any feedback we had. Very excited to come back again, definitely worth the trip!

Ordered cheese cake and a lava cake and ice cream. Added a dip and peanuts to the ice cream.
Received the lava cake dipped instead of the ice cream and the cheese cake was still frozen.

My favourite place for late night dessert!! I’m a night owl and everywhere always seems to be closed by the time I want to get something. But not this place!

I was delivering from this location. I was doing uber eats. There was an Indian guy who was insanely aggressive towards me cause i was 1sec late confirming the order. He ended up yelling at me and reporting my account for no reason. Used to be my favourite location for delivering and eating out. Terrible experience!

My boyfriend and I came here to have ice cream. We were pleasantly surprised with all the vegan options! We got the mango soft serve in vegan with biscoff as topping. It tasted good, we also tried the cookie dough, that was okay not the best.

Too bad, I didn’t take any pictures. But hey, I had a sugar cone with the vanilla dipped in Dark Chocolate.ufffffff what a discovery. The vanilla wow, the sugar cone wow. Highly recommended even if you don’t really like ice cream, but it’s a lot for the real sweet adventure into this place.
A lot of great options for a sweet tooth! Their main product is the dips that go with the ice creams, I tried the strawberry dip with chocolate icecream, it was a bit on the sweet side but good overall. I was a bit bummed that they did t have chocolate in the soft serve options.. other things they have include cheesecakes, bubble teas, donuts, lava cake, etc.. so enough to chose from. The lady serving us was very patient as we took time making our decisions on what to eat Lol and her service was quick.. I would definitely go back to try their different dips.
Awful place to work, staff is very rude and it is not sanitary inside. There’s dust falling onto the conveyor belts. The machines aren’t cleaned properly and usually cleaned while the cookies are being made. Also got sick after buying some from the on-site store. Save yourself and stay away from this small time crook shop cookie factory. Super rude staff and awful conditions for food to be made in.
What a fantastic ice cream parlor! The owner's expertise in desserts is truly impressive. Their signature ice cream is absolutely heavenly.

No comparable quantity difference if you order a small vs a large . My large cup was filled 25% by volume. It’s honestly laughable .

The dips all kind of taste the same in my opinion. They’re lacking in flavour. When ordering your ice cream in a cup, they are not generous with the chocolate, as they will drizzle it on top using a spatula instead of scooping it with a ladle.
Service was mediocre. Two employees that were confused about their prices and seemed more interested in socializing amongst each other than serving the customers. Went twice this location (Vimont) to give it another chance, won’t be back a third time though

I really love the place it was very good the chocolate were perfect and I had a great time!
Horrible! I have a nut allergy and the staff seemed to know nothing about what a nut allergy was. I had let her know about my allergy and the worker just brushed it off and told me I would be fine. I had asked her to use a different scooper to prevent cross contamination with other flavors containing nuts, and she had no concern and just scooped with the same one anyways. I later had an allergic reaction, big surprise! Not to mention when I arrived the only staff worker on shift was outside of store vaping and on her phone. She was oblivious to the fact that I was waiting outside with her not even knowing she was a worker there, I had thought that the place was closed before she quickly realized I was a customer and walked back inside to serve me. DO NOT GO HERE.

We wrapped a Barbie movie night with soft serve and amazing dips and toppings! Ended up pinning the memory on the wall 😀 Perfect place, great options, great prices and the service was the cherry on the... 🍨🍦
We ordered a Fiesta (birthday cake dip with rainbow sprinkles) vanilla cone and a Kit Kat razzle. Staff is polite. Pretty popular place, there always seems to be a line regardless of location. Not sure why though because it's pretty mediocre. Not understanding the hype. Yes, there's a lot of flavours and options, but definitely not worth the crazy prices.
Just the perfect pistachio gelato! Taste and texture on point. No line up. Clean and inviting space.
You can always expect great ice cream from la dipperie. Sadly, poor service left a sour taste on my desert.

La Diperie has a wide variety of flavours for their ice creams. It is absolutely delicious! I’ve had the sundae and the chocolate covered cone. I also love the aesthetic of the place. However, the prices may be somewhat pricy to some people, and the place is quite small. But overall, I definitely recommend it as it was a good experience!
2/5 sorry but I had high expectations from this place after viewing reviews and stars. Unreasonably expensive, regular donuts looks like mini donuts, not even fresh as krispe creme. 2 regular donuts cost you $5.25 , fine if it justifies quality and taste which it didn't. Ordered 4+4+4 dounts, citron lemon fruit ice- tried different flavors with dipping and toppings but if donut is not fresh then what one has to do with its dressings, right?

I love La Diperie and have been to many locations. First time at this location and both our cups were hollow in the center? Pretty sure it’s not supposed to be like that…. 🤨
Someone else that was with me already left a review but it would be a crime not to myself. Amazing quality ice cream with amazing quality service. The lady at the counter was super kind and patient, service was fast, and the ice cream was absolutely spectacular. I would highly recommend to anyone who has not tried it before
Horrible they gave me and my family 1/4 inch stir sticks because they said they ran out of spoons and my razzel was half full of whip cream I am a big fan of la diperie, but I will never return to this location again
When walking around street ville you can’t miss this ice cream place. It is always full of people since the flavour, presentation and place are wonderful. They have a good variety of desserts. Got a milkshake for me, 7.5/10 to be honest but their ice cream is quite good
le 19 Juin, 2023 Unfortunately, this review must be aired as I do not wish to see other customers in the same horrendous situation as mine! I order '2' cheesecake slices from La Diperie, on June 19th, eve. The order came '4 slices of Mango cheesecake' total $77.14! I was shocked & of course tried to contact La Diperie! The gent told me there was nothing short of contacting Uber Eats, which I did & of course, no one ever answers! Then he told me to contact the Head Office, which I did, & once again, no one answers although I left several messages! In summation, it is not only disappointing but impossible to get any kind of resolution with Uber Eats! When I spoke to the owner 'Michael' , at first he seemed willing to assist my dilemma, however, the then simply 'swept me off saying there was nothing he could do'! How lovely!

Basically this place is a crowded hole in the wall. They've got shakes and sundaes, but it seems their specialty is soft serve with sauce shells and whatever toppings you want (almost). Seriously awesome customer service.
I'm from the Detroit area. Customer service isn't horrible at home, but in Toronto it's a whole new level. Kindnesses abound. And still the ladies working there tonight were a cut above.

Overwhelming with options but it was delicious. Staff was really awesome, took their time to explain and help our party through the endless possibilities. Ultimate everything was delicious and the staff was great.
I made an online order via doordash and Michael was extremely helpful in getting the order fulfilled. I had tried ordering via Ubereats and I was having issues placing the order. Michael was patient to guide me through the process as I was ordering from the US for delivery to Montreal. The service I received over the phone was top notch and the recipient loved the cheesecake. Thank you for helping me with my order.
First and last time, 30minutes to get our order. Person just left our order on the counter without saying a word, allowing people behind us to leave with OUR order who ordered the same thing. Razler was not even filled to the top of the cup. Pretty disapointed for first experience.

Easily one of the best ice cream places we’ve ever visited. Friendly staff who are willing to help every step of the way - when we went for the first time, she offered to let one of us try two of the flavours without any extra charge. On top of it all, highly delicious.
The dips and the ice cream are okay but the price is high the portions are relatively small, it is NOT the best place for dips. The best place is Chocolats favoris (big dips big ice cream).
Went here with a friend as I was craving something sweet. Prices have increased but they haven’t mentioned that before hand. $10 for a ice cream and nearly $9 for molten lava cake is not worth it. The staff didn’t seem like they wanted to help. Could be better.

We got the le rocher, the speculoos. This place a a hidden gem in the college area. This ice cream place is near residential area. Great ice cream spot in Toronto.
Cookies are delicious and fresh. The worker wasn't very friendly at my last visit.

Twice they have completely sent me the wrong order. I've ordered the donuts for $26 and was recieved cake instead. I'm not sure why they are doing this. I have called them multiple times, messaged them on Facebook with no response. This is a scam, and unacceptable. I will never order from here again and strongly suggest you take your money to a reputable alternative.
I stopped here for the first ever and went inside and found out they sell all kinds of cookies and teddy graham's for the cheapest they just got a customer for ever, thank you for staying open keep up the great work.
So many delicious flavours, I had the coconut flavour and salted carmel type. I found the flavour very fresh and smooth, and the serving size was nice. There are many gelato places nearby, and this one hands down is the best! They also have nice sandwiches, and fresh pastries that are full of flavour. Not sure about some of the poor reviews, as I’m a foodie and I can tell you the pastries here are spot on. I would recommend this gelato place for the variety and nice staff.
Their patisseries are a great example of how something can be sweet and flavorless. We got 2 items and both were densely sweet, but there wasn’t much to experience outside the sugar. Unfortunately they were quite bland.
Tons of desserts, ice cream, cookies, donuts, Cheescake Factory cheesecakes, soft serve and hard ice cream, cakes, milkshakes, tons of toppings and dips. Out of hard ice cream, so ordered soft. Delicious creamy soft serve ice cream, friendly staff, not the cheapest place but worth coming here on a hot day.
Love the cookies. Service is great and the price and quantity of cookies is better than the grocery store, AND, You can't get fresher than right from the factory.
Hip new bakery with a variety of desserts, sandwiches and gelato. It's fantastically well kept space and all items we bought were made fresh in the kitchen behind the store. 10/10 would recommend this bakery to anyone visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Bought a large keylime ice cream. Broke into it to see it was hollow. Our friend bought a small and it was completely filled so we went in to ask for more ice cream and was told "That's just the way it is." Yes, it tastes good but not worth that $7.95 + tax price. We would rather take our business elsewhere.
Great experience! I personally think the chocolate dips are more balanced. Some of the other dips are too sweet when paired with ice cream. Also get it in a cup so you don’t have to rush to finish the cone before it melts.

Went right before closing on Saturday May 15, 2021 and the workers were honestly so amazing. They were so patient as my friend I decided what we wanted. Their menu is pretty extensive for innovating your own ice cream, dip and topping combo. Shoutouts to the workers that night, I asked for their names and totally forgot but thanks for being great 🌞🍦

The place is nice, new interior and has abundant menu with frozen cookie dough and dipped ice cream sandwiches. It was a nice day last saturday so went to Diperie to eat . I tried the Ice cream sandwich this time. It was cool to choose a dip and toppings. I found it was expensive for what it was. The cookie texture and taste was too refined and tasted store bought. But with the way the brand is set and the price point doesn't mix with the final product 😐. Would hope to see if I come another time they change it, like if it was more homemade and/or if the ice cream was more flavourful.
Cute little spot in Streetsville! So glad to have visited this and provides an alternative to Murphy's Ice Cream. There are so many options from hard ice cream, soft serve ice cream, doughnuts and cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory too. All can be dipped in the various flavours and then topped with even more choices of toppings. It was a little overwhelming because I've never been to this chain before and there was so much to choose from during every process (dessert, dipping and topping). The owners are super nice and friendly and explained everything to us and how it works as well as made recommendations. The first time I had the peanut butter and jelly doughnut and the cotton candy doughnut. Both were good but cotton candy was better. The second time (yes, I went twice in less than 1 week lol) I had the soft serve dipped in pistachio and topped with pistachios. I love pistachio so this was heaven for me. I would recommend eating it quickly because soft serve melts super fast. The place will be open year round and accepts credit or debit which is a bonus because Murphy's is cash only in the summer. The decor was an insta worthy turquoise and felt very warm and welcoming. There was no wait both times as I go in the afternoon. The price is fairly reasonable compared to other ice cream spots. I will definitely be back and looking forward to trying more combinations.
It's not just a factory, it has a little store at the side and there you can buy a 5lb box of cookies for $10. What? Right? The chocolate chip cookies are excellent for dunking in either milk or hot chocolate.

Small store ,with large selection. Staff is friendly and I always find great deals . Always a nice drive, well worth the great deals . Only accept cash !!!! So don't forget to bring money with you .
