Nach vielen kostspieligen IPL Behandlungen sind alle meine Körperhaare wieder zurück gekommen, obwohl mir versichert wurde dass die Behandlung wirkt. Bin sehr enttäuscht und kann diesen Ort nicht empfehlen. Preis Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht.

Finde es unmöglich das für die Frauen nun sogar Mittwochs erst ab 16 Uhr gemischt geöffnet wird und für die Männer gar nicht berücksichtigt wird!!!!!

Tolle Sauna; vor allem der Aussenbereich ist sehr schön! Es gibt ein Dampfbad, eine Bio-Sauna und zwei finnische Saunen. Der Ruheraum im Hauptgebäude könnte etwas gemütlicher sein, die Anlage im Holzcontainer hingegen ist sehr heimelig. Die alten Spinte und der Hallenbaden-vibe bleiben auch etwas in Erinnerung.
Really nice place. Unfortunately frequented by men who live in Zurich who have no idea what a sauna is for. Won’t miss it.

Deeply disappointing its not open 24 hours. Ridiculous when comparing it with standard gay saunas in Europe. Tschüss.

I recently tried the gym for two months and I really liked it. The trainer session was excellent, the trainer took the time to explain my measurement/bmi results, explained how the machines worked and gave me a customized exercise program. They recently added the Sensopro machine that I really love, and they have a new infrared sauna! They have a big parking, which is a plus!
Today was my first Hammam experience. The architecture is soothingly complex with its organic lines and forms. The lights PULS! how pretty :) There is a slow flow through the space that lets you take your time and space that you need before getting to the next station. The rules are clearly stated and there is signing at every spot to help guide you. It was very clean and structured. I wished however, that the peste mal (the towl you wear) wasn't mandatory for the upper body on women since it was quite uncomfortable in some situations like the Dampfbad. I was very relaxed at the end of my stay and especially loved the option to sit in a quiet area to read before going to the next station.
!! I would recommend bringing along your own shampoo, conditioner and your hairbrush if you have fine hair like me. The Shampoo from Soeder was very harsh and dried my hair out. My skin is very sensitiv which is why I would also recommend bringing your face cream. My skin still shows visible irritation 8 hours after and bumps have formed as well. My nail chipped when I got home which is why I soaked them in a hydrating oil. !!
Overall I had a very relaxing time, I enjoyed the quite and respectful atmosphere, the many soothing but also the harsh stations and the silent conversations with my partner. However the surface of my body got stripped of a protecting layer which is why I would need a little recovery time before going again and would recommend you to bring along or treat yourself at home with hydrating products.

Nice Hamam, the staff is friendly and the soap massage is great! The spa is rather small, but in the middle of Zurich. An online reservation is mandatory.
Disappointed that the communication around the wellness package is confusing. Something that is described as for 3 months is not usually renewed automatically. Also terms of the contract was sent to me only when I realized about the default renewals. Very little flexibility to find a solution that keeps a customer.

Eigentlich saubere schöne Sauna. Jedoch ist der Barkeeper nicht gerade freundlich auch war die Musik in der Sauna eher laut.
It's extremely frustrating to find out that the contract is only annual, and even if you wish to cancel it, you still have to keep paying. I've realized that for just one month of gym access, I'll end up paying over 1800 CHF. This type of contract policy seems incredibly unfair, and I wish it were different. I hope the gym can reconsider this policy and provide more flexible options for their customers. It's important to express dissatisfaction constructively and respectfully, without resorting to harmful language or sentiments. I hope this gym burns down
Total relaxation at this place. Small, cozy, and of course clean - it’s the perfect place if you need a bit of a break. The massage and facial packages are also wonderful - I booked the Hamam Beauty Package which was definitely worthwhile.
As a big fan and goer of Korean bathhouses I must say this spa is on part with some of the greatest, yes this is a coed facility, however my experience there was extremely professional and the other guests respectful. I highly recommend the foam scrub and massage for additional services they offer and to bring your favorite book for the rest and relaxation area. My only critique is the price but that’s to be expected in Zürich. Overall 5 stars all the way.
Extremely unfriendly. We wanted to grab a coffee to go but were immediately asked to leave (in a very unfriendly manner) the bistro because they don’t want strollers inside. Not even to order something to go. You are expected to leave your baby outside on the street even though it was empty and we were not blocking the way for anyone. Very disappointing.
Ich habe nun mein Abo gekündigt. Grund dafür ist das unprofessionelle verhalten. Ich stand schon des öfteren vor verschlossenen Türen da mein Batch aus unerklärlichen Gründen nicht funktionierte. Ich habe angerufen damit mich jemand reinlässt, doch niemand hat das Telefon abgenommen. Dies ist mir nicht zum ersten mal passiert. Für den Preis den man bezahlt ein absolutes no go. Auch wurde mir nicht geholfen wenn ich ein Problem mit den Geräten hatte. Ich war des öfteren auf der Suche nach einem Mitarbeiter der mir vielleicht helfen könnte, doch niemand war da. Auch beim Empfang im zweiten Stock war niemand zu sehen. Sehr schade
Tolle Sauna und Ambiente super aber heute Abend wurde ich abgezockt und dumme Antwort bekommen, weil ich zu spät bemerkte, dass ich unter 26 weniger zahlen müsste 😳 kam nur die Antwort: ,,Hätten Sie es früher gesagt... es ist jetzt nicht mehr möglich" ... eine Frechheit! - naja ist halt Zürich ^^ das sagt alles!
it was a nice experience and you can really just go there without anything, but the hall was really much smaller than i expected, that means i was never alone in any room, mostly i shared everything with 3-4 other people. if the rooms could be bigger or there was less people, it would really be a wonderful experience :)

The venue is very nice, however, the customer service is outrageous. I had a foam massage during which a masseuse pulled my arm in a wrong way which resulted in obligatory doctor visit and MRI. My muscle has been torn and recovery took almost 8 months. Having informed the venue about the incident they promised to get back to me soon enough. Unfortunately, nobody followed up, even though I have written another email weeks after. Very disappointing.
Careful!! They will take your credit card and will subscribe without confirmation. They dont stop there: they will charge and extend you automatically! There are dubious practises which basically means fraud. We are taking legal action..
Entrance is odd, with a common entrance to mixed use building. Once you get to up to the top floor, another buzzer to get in. Very friendly staff welcoming. It is expensive at 42 swiss francs. It is perhaps the "Ritz" of bathhouses I have ever been to. Almost too nice and clean if that can be said of a place like this. The guys were very attractive and younger, (20-50). I am a fit 55 and felt somewhat out of place, and ended up having no fun and leaving after only an hour walking around. Very nice bar to have a drink and chat if that's what you want to do. I prefer a darker more seedy / active kind of atmosphere myself.
The new management is just scamming customers.

Die Nachtsauna wird offensichtlich als günstige Übernachtungs- und - warum nicht? - Verdienstmöglichkeit für ganze Gruppen sehr junger Männer aus Südosteuropa (vor allem aus Rumänien) benutzt. Alle kannten sich defintiv untereinander. Ich fühlte mich sehr unwohl, ja sogar unsicher während meines Aufenthaltes. Der einzige anwensende Angestellte machte den Eindruck, an diesem Publikum gewöhnt zu sein.
Very clean sauna. It has a lot of steps at the interior, so it could be dangerous if you are not careful when walking with your wet feet. Small in comparison to several saunas I have visited. I would say it's not expensive (31 CHF I think) since everything is expensive in Zurich.
Amazing place. Great atmosphere, relaxed and friendly. Some older interiour. Good value 25 fr. Rental of towels possible.

Saw a waitress actually arguing with a customer about the poor quality of her food and even challenging her. I would have visited almost daily during the COVID lockdown if the quality of service (and food) had been better. Otherwise decent location for simple cafe and dessert.

I joined the fitness centre six months ago and am very happy. Personal training with Katja and Tara is wonderful. The other trainers are also very helpful if you have questions. The ladies at the front desk are always super nice and helpful. I have eaten in the bistro a few times, and the wait staff are always friendly. I enjoy the chicken caesar salad. It really is nice having this place in our community. It is one of the reasons why I like living in Küsnacht.
Ich war das erste mal bei Edina in ihrer Wohlfühloase zur Gesichtsbehandlung und nun hat sie eine Kundin mehr :) WOW - so eine schöne Behandlung von A - Z mit vielen zusätzlichen Details und tollen Produkten. Edina ist sehr professionell und nimmt sich viel Zeit. Sie lebt und liebt ihren Beruf und das spürt man. Die Behandlung wird perfekt auf die Hautbedürnisse angepasst und der Effekt danach ist wunderschön. Ihre Tipps für eine optimale Hautpflege sind Goldwert.

A nice cafe, wellness and gym with extremely helpful staff (Saskia, Katrin & Nadine). Recommended from a friend as a cafe owner in Zurich (looking for heating units..given corona and changing regulations) the ladies were so kind to speak to the heating units outside which were elegant & well fitting the decor. With a friendly chat and exchange they provided the company name as well as a few laughs. What else could you ask for. Professional and well recommended. Thanks a lot, Matthew Witt

We even got sassed when asking for the bill; (we thought we ask the other person there who might get less angry!) the girl rolled her eyes that she doesn't work for the cafe! How are we supposed to know who works where?!
Another note: during such strict covid rules, I don't see how the staff can walk around a tight cafe with customers either not wearing a mask at all, or wear it in varieties of ways which do not cover mouth and/or nose!!

Not a nice team, dont like it there, no good experience I think all ratings are fake because the gym wasnt cool and the sport equipment wasnt clean. The restroom could be more cleaned because that wasnt fine.
OK... I rite this review because first time In my life I was in sauna and the name was paragonya, the personal tell me very polite what I need to do and very gently, there are many young boys, but also old one, you can choose everything. When we speak about the clean, is perfect, about the services quality.

We visited BonnieFit cafe this morning. We ordered coffee and then wanted to order sandwiches or something similar to eat. We were told there would be a 45 minute wait. Totally ridiculous. Who is going to sit in a cafe and wait three quarters of an hour whilst one waitress painstakingly makes up food and the other stands chatting to customers. Apparently they were short staffed, but no apology was forthcoming. In fact, when I complained I was simply given a bit of attitude. Not good enough.
Great ambiance and up-to-date fitness concepts with small but excellent team!
After one day my Skin was glowing!! I highly recommend Skincare Cosmetics to everyone who is looking for a professional treatment with results. The Studio ambient is amazing a place where you can relax. I will definitely go again.

Spotless service. Edina has been my cosmetician for 3 years and I'm always very happy with the results. I particularly recommend IPL and her skin care treatments. She is competent and careful, uses high-quality products, and tries to accommodate all wishes and schedules.
Fantastic sauna ... the boys it very sexy and frendly. It a sauna for "professionist" off course, but it's very clear and the price for a experiece whit a cool and sexy guy it's a good price! ... like a good dinner.

To much prostitution. I couldn't relax.. All the time chased by hookers who want my money for sex. I NEVER pay for sex. I have been in many gay saunas all over the world, but never had it like here.
