Came here due to rating, coffee is average specialty and the atmosphere is really 2/5, again it is my personal taste but i did not find it cost here 😇

I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of Corde Coffee at Eaux-Vives, Geneva. This coffee is very well located on the main street leading to and with view (from the cozy terrace) on the big fountain. The cakes are quite good but lack a bit in their primary ingredients (eg apple, berries). The prices are an ok value for money. I would overall recommend.
I am a big fan since years. All other points are still great, hovewer this one is total disappointment since a year. Really bad made coffee, flat white so milky, that it doesn't taste like coffee at all. Americano with ice is incredible sour. Service is also very rude and unfriendly, no possibility to find out, what kind of blend is available to buy or not. Really disappointed. I had to throw away my coffe yesterday at the first time, as it was so unbalanced, that I could not drink it. Sorry guys, for me this particular point is closed, even though I will go to other as before.

This is a lovely and small business, and I have always felt welcomed by the two coffee connoisseurs that own/work there. The ‘Cafe O Muerte’ is my favourite.
The only (but big, in my opinion) con, is that you can only pay with cash. In this day and age, this is a deterrent.

Charming, kind, diverse
This is a local coffee shop, with a nice atmosphere and mostly local residents attending. Both the food and the coffee were good, although they don't offer many options. The only downside was the fact I had to wait 25 minutes for a bagel toast.
A super nice, well made place with a pleasant ambience.
The Baristas are professionals, the drinks are well made and thir own roasted artisanal coffee is just delicious.

Mostly for take away. The coffee was okay, good, but not particularly well made. I ordered a small flat white which I thought was rather large when I got it and therefore too milky for a flat white. We got there in the morning at about 9:00am and it felt quite rushed at that hour. But if you’re in the area, the coffee is not bad.
Usually there's good experience but today I had to wait 10+ min with no staff to attend
We went to Kaffeekranz for a coffee, a chocolate cake and s lemonade. The coffee was good and the chocolate cake was even warmed up to make it more tasty.
The only thing I would personally optimize is that the counter where you order doesn't have all the goods they sell visible which makes it harder for me to get an overview of what I could take. For example the croissant and lemonades are on the side or behind the counter.

I like ViCafe a lot especially the consistency around all of their branches to offer great coffee. Today was my first time trying the ice cappuccino which fits amazing with the hot weather that we had :))

Best coffee we have had in Zurich. Staff there were very friendly. High praises from two holidaying Australians.
ViCafe is my favorite coffee place in Zurich. They offer the best coffee in the town. The staff there is very nice and fast. Sometimes there is a long queue but you still manage to get the coffee quite fast. The coffee offer is great and everyone will find what they like. The art in the coffee they make is amazing, but it won't last long as you want to taste the coffee with the first smell of it.
We visited Vicafe Bahnhofstrasse during April 2023 and we grabbed a couple of coffees. The product was amazing but the price was pretty high for some water, coffee and milk.
I visited after reading reviews that the coffee and cake were delicious.
Traveling by train was tiring, but warm and delicious coffee and cakes energized me. The staff were friendly and the store atmosphere was nice.

Latte Macchiato (oat milk) is very good. I love it! The cheesecake and Butter croissant are superb! 😋⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
However, Matcha Latte is a bit disappointed because it doesn’t like real Matcha powder 🥲

Corde Coffee is an adorable coffee shop and one of the few in Geneva open on a Sunday! The coffee I ordered was delicious, a latte with oat milk. I also ordered a financier chèvre/tomato, and it was delicious as well.
The service was quick and I loved that it wasn’t too crowded, I could sit and journal without feeling overwhelmed.
I definitely recommend Corde coffee if you enjoy sipping your coffee in a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful Aretha Franklin and Stevie Wonder sounds in the background.

The coffee tastes great, the cakes (so far I’ve only tried the carrot cake) are delicious and the staff is very friendly. Definitely one of my favourite cafés for speciality cafe in Geneva.

The best coffee in Zürich and a cheaper option compared to many other coffee house options. The coffee tastes amazing and I highly recommend stopping by if you are into Lattes. They really know how to make the best and softest milk foam. Staff is nice, I kindly got a double shot for free. Only available for takeaway.

At the Goldbrunnen coffee window there are longer lines from time to time, but you still manage to get the coffee quite fast. The coffee offer is great and everyone will find what they like. 1) I recently got into espresso making at home and since I’m a novice, I need help with picking the beans. I know a bit about roast level and acidity/bitterness but given there are NO tasting notes for any of the beans being sold either online or in the shop, it makes it very difficult to decide on which beans to buy. I tried asking for recommendations a few times but the salespersons behind the counter didn’t seem to know much if anything about the beans and couldn’t even tell me which ones were high or low on acidity. This can be easily fixed by adding tasting notes to descriptions, which majority of speciality roasters do. When I asked about roast level I was told all beans were a medium roast, which is fine but no information about whether they were roasted for espresso or filter.

A place that has to tell you to be friendly cannot be a friendly one. Unless you believe people are genuinely not friendly. Ordered a coffee and asked about the grade of toasting. I got the reply "you can read there". More words than dark, medium, light. Of course the information was not "there". Never again.
Coffee is good but the line is too long, they should do something to speed it up. Sometimes there are people getting inside from the back door and being served while you are outside waiting. It’s not clear who has the priority.
Very friendly place with my personally favorite coffee. Environmental friendly bonus: you can bring your own containers and pay by weight.
I like the place as well as the coffee. They always have a good choices. Team work are very nice and warm welcomeing. I highly recommend it if you like to drink nespresso coffee.
There are many excellent café (coffee) options in Zürich. ViCAFE easily ranks among the top area roasters. Coffee drinks are expertly prepared (every time), and great care (and pride) goes into preparing each one of the coffees on the classic menu. No shortcuts re the aesthetics of their products either. Super friendly team that knows what they’re doing and enjoys doing it.

Terrific cafe, a hidden gem in the touristy city! Nestled between two residential blocks, it's a quiet neighborhood with a tranquil terrace and ample indoor seating.
We had the phenomenal goat cheese and beetroot bagel, absolutely delicious with fresh ingredients. The cheesecake is New York style and simply perfect. Excellent coffee with choice of milk.

The coffe was really tasty and the apple struddle was extremely well done and tasty, just in the point lf swetness and great accompanied with vanilla sauce.

While exploring Genève I came across this awesome coffee roaster and shop. The owner was working and we discovered that we share West Coast (US) roots. The coffee was just as full of flavor and quality notes as our conversation. I enjoy finding local roasters and it appears they are early on the scene here. They also bake a number of cakes, with their lemon cake being the specialty. It was absolutely delicious and I returned the next morning to get another slice. They have plenty of seating both inside and outside even though they share the inside space with a brewery (I think?). Loved the coffee so much that I bought some beans to bring home with me!
Discovered this little coffee takeout shop while exploring Zurich in the beginning of our trip. We found ourself back in the neighborhood at the end and became regulars, grabbing coffee in the morning before heading off. They make it easy to order, grab and go! Sometimes there's a line, which goes quickly, and sometimes there's none. My favorite part is that my friend dropped her coffee as we crossed the street just after ordering. They were so kind and replaced it without charging her for another. The service is top notch, friendly and skilled in latte art! Highly recommend this place if you come across it or are staying nearby!
I am a big fan of ViCAFE. I usually go there for a morning flat white and it is always a pleasant experience. The staff is always friendly and attentive, despite how busy they are. It's a quick and easy place to stop by and grab a coffee on my way to work.

I don't even like nespresso and I still walked out with a new machine, milk frother, loads of different coffee flavors and the idea that somewhere there is a barrista inside of me.
I was impressed with my first visit there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a take-out cappuccino, which was excellent. They also sell a great variety of beans and coffee equipment on the high end side. They definitely know their business. Note that the place is cash only for take-out coffee!
I am not a big fan of Nespresso brand stores. This is not an exception. The vendor was quite pushy to disclose my name when buying some mugs for their club, and seemed to be completely surprised when I politely declined. Everything else was ok.
I looooove this shop! The people there are super friendly, and the coffee is very good - I buy the ones in grains and everytime I try a different one! Moreover, the cups and the coffee machines they sell are really really nice! It's a perfect shop for coffee lovers ☕ 💕
Fantastic coffee and very friendly staff. This has brought my coffee experience to a whole new level. Every coffee has a story and its distinct flavors. I have tasted a good half their range and they have all been awesome.
I went to Geneva for short trip and i found this coffee shop. Very cosy place, high quality different kind of coffees, the barista Andrea was very knowledgeable and kind, he made me taste an amazing espresso and he showed me his skills of latte art, no words to describe the experience.

Very stylish and elegant boutique in the heart of Geneva. The service is very efficient, quick, friendly without any familiarity and a little bit different from Geneva boutique services, where either it doesn’t exists at all, or it is super artificial.

Great shop for coffee lovers. They sell a unique selection for every taste and even coffee machines and accessories . The vendors, especially Andrea, are very competent and will give you a good advice. Furthermore, you can sit there and enjoy a great coffee if you like. Higly reccomended!
