Bought a samsung charger with blocked c type port. But they offered for a refund or replacement. I wasn't able to vist them. And fixed later by my own .The 5 star is for there corporation and good customer care

Really disappointing experience, brought my iphone there to replace the cracked back glass only, nobody warned me this is a risky job to do.
They broke the front screen while doing it, replaced it but since it’s not a genuine apple screen now my battery is draining by about 1% per minute (within 5 minutes at the shop while showing the issue 5% were gone, lost 2% just typing this). Owner declined any responsibility or goodwill fix to test another screen that might remediate problem and refused that a non-certified screen might impact the battery (which it in fact can). 150 paid to make it worse and now I actually have to buy a new phone.
EDIT: Yes I did want the battery changed at first but it wasn’t draining by the minute, that started after they broke my front screen when changing the back and replaced it with a cheap replacement.

Nur dank Frau Kolowsky darf ich jetzt meinen Einkauf 3 Tage später machen, weil sie der Meinung war dass man 15min vor Ladenschluss keinen Artikel aus dem Lager holen kann. Den Einkauf in 3 Tagen mache ich natürlich nicht mehr im Jumbo

Frau kowolsky hatte keine lust mir ein Produkt aus dem keller zu bringen. ich weiss ja nicht, aber es kann nicht sein, das die Ware im Jumbo nicht sortiert ist. Sie hatten noch 15 min offen. Ich werde diesen laden meiden. Dank solchen mitarbeiter die lust haben zu arbeiten, freu ich mich jedes mal auf den besuch im jumbo oftringen. Toll weiter so!

sie hatte 15min zeit in den keller zu gehen und ein produkt hoch zu bringen.Ich verstehe das es so lang geht ich kann nicht verstehen das im jumbo die waren nicht sortiert sind.

Wollte einen Schlagbohrschrauber in Aktion kaufen. Obwohl in Bestand leider nicht auffindbar. Die 2 lieben Verkäuferinnen an der Rezeption oder Kasse verkauften mir ein anderes Modell mit 50% Rabatt. Toller Service und Danke

I'm still amazed by how easy it was to fix my phone. The camara replacement of my Samsung was done in less than 3 h. Professional, kind and fair price. I do recommend this shop.

The new Jumbo isn't great. The first one was way bigger and better. Now it's just something and not really recommended. It lacks a lot of products. I prefer to go to the nearby OBI or Hornbach

I know where to go.. When i need everything that goes with paper👌 hence the name.. Frpm office to art, crafts and well designed packaging.. This place will help you of you are creative (tools are there) into printing(also there) or just need a crafted gift and deco for parties.. Prices are reasonable.. But one must get ready to go there though..
