I have not had Sushi before and there was a lot to choose from! Theonie was a great friendly, professional guide for helping our table order by discussing what to try! Her service was brilliant and the food was delicious. She recommended a great Saki to finish!!

Very sweet and kind staff, very considerate and was able to give the best advice towards the ordering process. Food was very fresh and tasty. Service was fantastic. No food was wasted during our experience, we were easily able to finish everything. Would definitely recommend and would come again.

Really delicious poke bowls and sushi sets. Love the Shake iki and the different house made sodas. Paid an outrageous price for a bowl of salty miso soup but I guess that’s what you get in Switzerland.

Welcome change from all the nice baked goods and sandwiches in Switzerland. Ordered a vegan platter for one and veggie gyoza. Sizes are really good but not much in the flavor department. I'd say the gyozas and the miso rolls were the nicest.

Has vegan food. Rooftop seatings are nice. Creepy bathroom.

Im Pokai by SushiShop: Bei ubereats bestellt. In Pokes fehlte je das bestellte Dressing, der bestellte (und bezahlte) Algensalat fehlte ganz, Rivella blau wurde statt der abgebildeten Rivella rot geliefert. Und erreichbar für Reklamationen war auch niemand … NIE wieder bestellen wir hier.

The food is amazing, for the price point this is by far the best sushi in the city. The selection is big & creative. The only negative about this place is its absolutely distasteful interior design. I personally don't get off on eating in a place that's modeled to look like a brothel with murals of bloody geishas and BDSM corners and I don't think such casual misogyny is appropriate as "decor".

Absolutely love the food. The style of the restaurant is also lovely. I just found the service a bit impersonal due to having to use the app. Also, if you are going to use the app to select the foods, it should generate the order, it all works a bit backwards. Staff were very busy and looked stressed. We had to wait long periods to be served and the desserts came out very late. It is convenient to pay with the app so not waiting longer to pay the bill, however, none of the staff say goodbye when you leave which is again, impersonal. Overall, we love the food (although quite expensive) and will definitely go again. Would rather an old fashioned menu so everyone on the table is not on their phones.

The restaurant has a nice spot, close to the city centre, cozy decorated, but unfortunately sushi it’s a huge disappointment. Sushi was served very cold, 100% done at the morning and stored in the fridge waiting for orders. It’s the biggest mistake they’ve can made. Moreover it happened even though there was a lot of people inside and it was Sunday. It’s so sad, this place has huge potential but has been ruined due to this cutting costs approach. Don’t want to even mention that the slice of tuna on top of nigiri had like 1 mm diameter. I’m shocked as they know how sushi should be served, and they boldly and consciously breaking it. Sadly I will never come back to this place again.

Sushi Shop ist immer meine erste Anlaufstelle wenn ich lecker essen möchte. Ob Dubai oder früher Düsseldorf. Umso verblüffter war ich, dass es euch auch in Zürich gibt. Leider ist mein Lieblingssushi „French Touch“ nicht bei Ihnen aufgelistet. Wenn Sie dies noch hinzufügen könnte, wäre es super 👍

I've eaten here many times and I love everything about this place. They have a nice variety of options and I personally enjoy the Tuna Bowl best, it's super good. The staff is very friendly, take care of the guests and the ambiente in the restaurant is cozy, pretty and welcoming. Mondays they have all you can eat Sushi for a reasonable price which makes sense to check out as well! Quality of the food is also impeccable. I'd recommend this restaurant any time!

Well located Negishi, which is well decorated with lots of parking nearby (Metalli). Personnel is friendly and the fish is very fresh. Good selection of alcoholic beverages. Would definitely recommend.

Leider musste ich bei meiner letzten Bestellung bei SushiShop eine herbe Enttäuschung erleben. Bisher hatte ich immer gute Erfahrungen mit dem Restaurant gemacht, aber diesmal stieß ich auf eine unangenehme Überraschung: Die Qualität der Avocado Maki war weit unter meinen Erwartungen.

Fast alle Maki waren bereits braun und ungenießbar. Als ich meine Bedenken dem Kundenservice mitteilte, erhielt ich eine unbefriedigende Antwort: "Da können wir nichts machen." Diese Reaktion war wenig hilfreich und zeigte wenig Interesse an meiner Zufriedenheit als Kunde.

Zudem gestaltet sich die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Restaurant äußerst schwierig. Auf der Homepage ist keine E-Mail-Adresse zu finden, und die Webseite ist eine unübersichtliche Mischung aus Französisch und Deutsch. Die mangelnde Struktur und Übersichtlichkeit erschwert die Navigation und das Auffinden wichtiger Informationen.

Fazit: War nicht nur von der Qualität des Essens, sondern auch vom Kundenservice tief enttäuscht. Schade, denn bisher waren meine Erfahrungen mit dem Restaurant durchweg positiv. Diesmal jedoch war es eine große Enttäuschung, die mich an der Qualität und dem Engagement des SushiShops zweifeln lässt.

Sashimi tasted fresh and they used high quality wasabi. We also ordered the Ebi Tempura Yakisoba which was a little salty but I love savory foods anyways so not complaining. Service was quite good and very empty when we went, probably cos of Easter Sunday.

Normalerweise bestellen wir hier Sushi. Heute ging ich das erste Mal ins Restaurant essen. Das Personal ist sehr nett, die Sushi Auswahl gross und es gibt auch ausgefallene saisonale sushis und alles wird direkt vor Ort frisch zubereitet. Tolles Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Quite frankly I don't understand the hype nor the five stars.
I found the place to be quite nice and welcoming, but can't say the same for the staff. The food was overpriced for what it was: a mediocre sushi restaurant.
You can find much much better quality of sushi and ingredients overall elsewhere.
The sushi was dry and tasteless as it was so poor of seafood or other condiments and the noodles, or should I say common spaghetti, were salty and not what I expect of a Japanese dish.
Not sure I'll be back for a second time even though I really wanted to try the desserts.

One of the best meals I’ve had in switzerland as a vegetarian. Fantastic options for vegans and vegetarians. Food is amazing and so is the srtvice and decor. Try the soup bowls and sushi. Out of this world. Especially the black rice with tofu skin sushi. The spring rolls had absorbed too much oil so they were greasy but yum! Pictured- noodle soup bowl vegetarian, vegetarian sushi , salted edamame, shrimp dumpling, spring roll, fish sushi, miso soup. All of them excellent.
